Ordered on the app for my family and myself tonight on Saturday August 5th at the Wayne Avenue chambersburg pa store and the food was almost all incorrect and cold( we ordered hot subs). When I came into the store followed by two other sets of customers the female working yelled out to everyone "yall can relax it's going to be a minute in a very angry tone" then

while ringing up the next customer I could hear her breathing how "she doesn't care and will take her time". Every sandwich we ordered was missing at least one to three ingredients and had ingredients we didn't order. The younger gentleman helping was very nice and helpful.

As a gm for another fast food restaurant it is sad to see employees act this way when there are so many people searching for jobs.

Hi, I hate to complain but I think you need to be aware of your location. 42 0 5. 429 five, South East, a 181st Avenue. Gresham OR 97032. I called to inform them that my sandwiches were made incomplete.

I talked to a young man named Robert was not helpful at all, I explained to him that the items that were missing off the sand he said. Well, what do you want me to do, and I said, well either refund my money And I will bring back the sandwiches or you can make it right.

And he said that the manager was out for a couple of days and he cannot make that decision. I think this is really poor customer service. I will send you a picture of my receipt and a picture of the sandwiches plus the sandwiches are not.

Put together very well, and that's being nice. I would appreciate a feedback on this…

Went to your subway store located at 4140 E State Rd 46 Sanford FL store #26013-0 today and had noticed the lettuce did not look good as it was brown so I asked for fresher lettuce. The associate took out another tub of lettuce which hardly looked-much better and had it on my sandwiches...... I got two subs today and we only got to eat a small portion of it as the taste was not right from-the-lettuce-that-was-bad.....and I eat at subway all the time.....I would appreciate a refund so I could go to a different location with fresher ingredients and actually eat the entire meal please and not have to throw my food I got in the trash.

On 08/01/2023 I went to 2 locations in Battle Creek Michigan other first location I was told that she was not open around 8:15 am because she had to do inventory. The second location I was told that the worker previously was there until midnight and this was around 8:30am and she wasn’t open yet. Such poor service

I took my family to subway today. The behaviour of workers was very rude and unacceptable. I asked them for a spare tray but they gave a very cold response. I asked for adding olives but he replied in a very disrespecting manner.

The cold drink was also not chilled. It was warm. AC were also not working and it was extremely hot in there. This complaint belongs to subway outlet in Ferozepur, Punjab,India. Action needs to be taken against the workers working there.

Made an online order to the 10th St. location; two girls working there said we didn’t get your order. You can’t even get reimbursed because the app is a third party - not us. She turned me away. I went back in and showed her my order history and both girls still refused to fill my order.

They sent me to Douglas 5th St to have the other store deal with the discrepancy. The 5th St location servers were sorry to hear it happened and checked my phone. They made my sandwiches but after losing 50 minutes (why I ordered online) we couldn’t eat our lunch.

Our time had run out and we had to work. Customer Service should be at a better par. Just because we live in a small town does not justify poor service.

Did an online order when I got there to pick it up they said they didn't have the meats to make the sandwich then they could not cancel my order and give me my money back I had to wait till it cleared the bank before I could dispute the payment so I had to go to another Subway which I had ordered online to receive my order.

I walked into your Subway store on Federal Way by albertsons site there were 4 employees in their no customers I was the only one when I was ready to order I was told by the girl that they could not take my order for a few minutes as they had 9 sandwiches to make on a call in order I asked her you can't make my sandwich until after you have made show the sandwiches for someone that's not here she said yes i'm sorry and

Hello: I stopped into the Subway on Charles Street I was addressed by a young man behind the counter who could use some professional training on friendly customer service. I asked for a chopped salad and he abruptly said mam we don't have chopped salad today just regular salad, I have never been to a subway that didn't offer chopped salad.

He pretty much threw my salad together, I purchased a salad that was just thrown together. I am not use to this level of customer service, usually when I go to Subway, I get friendly, great customer service. I was not satisfied with the customer service and especially with the salad I purchased.

I will not be returning to that location. I don't have the exact address but it is the location just before Dave and Dads on Charles Street.

The restaurant is dirty food covers cross contamination of foods meats and veggies counters are dirty. Counter was left unattended had to wait at least 15 min for service. They said they were out taking care of cardboard. Music was way to loud.

The servers in general don’t act like they want to be there send someone to check it out like around 8 pm that’s when I was there on a Monday night

When I visited the subway on 132 Carondelet st in New Orleans to place a order for my son and I respectfully I was dissatisfied with the overall customer service. While I was trying to tell a couple of employees what all I wanted on both Sandwiches I felt rushed as they weren't giving me time to tell them what all I wanted on my sandwich as well as on my son's sandwich.

I Ordered food on subway app and had my husband pick up the subs. When he got there and asked for the subs the employees didnt put a name on the order. He then took another order that the employees inststed was ours, and paid again. I went back up to restaurant to get a refund for the subs ordered and never picked up and was told that the order had been botched by my husband My only compensation was to have new subs made which i dint want since i would be the only one eating them.

Any other company would have given a refund or a complementry meal another day. I paid for four subs only receiving 2 subs and the wrong order . I was told basically too bad and it was my fault. I am requesting a full refund of both orders

It is 8:34 pm. The doors clear as day says they don't close til 9:00 pm. This is the second freaking time those young boys have done this. The first time I called and asked the boy don't they close at 9.

He said yeah uuuhh we closing early so that we can get closing chores done and be leaving by 9 pm.. Ive been working in the fast food industry for off and on for 10 years. I've also been a manager and know damn well you never do that. And now again.

Clerk tried to make me pay full price soda price for a cup of ice. Doesn’t make sense. Not everyone who comes to this subway is a transit or homeless person. Clean the drink station get all the nets gone make the place smell good inside and treat repeat customers well. And keep it clean.

Felt very disrespected and discriminated against after visiting this Subway to purchase just a fountain drink beverage a little after 1 pm Saturday, July 15. The cashier, Sandra, was very rude, and disrespectful, and told my 3 year old to keep her nasty hands off of the cups.

Subway is a rip off. The ads are beautiful. The sandwiches look full and appetizing. Not at all what you get. At most two slices of paper thin see thru meat and half a head of iceberg lettuce for $8 for a 6" sub. My daughter got a footling tuna salad. You could even find the tuna. 10 slices of black olives $16.

I am definitely not happy. I always order ahead and pay for my orders in the app and I ordered yesterday 7/11/23- two 6 inch California Turkey Club sandwiches and today a steak and cheese wrap and neither time was my order made correctly to my selections.

I visited the subway in Sunland, CA #16659-0 and the server named Sander M. was stocking some items than came to the food prep area. He did not wash his hands, not knowing where his hands have been I asked him to wash his hands.

I went to a location in Pennsylvania, the owner said that they were not participating in this, because they were all independently owned.
