Ordered on the app for my family and myself tonight on Saturday August 5th at the Wayne Avenue chambersburg pa store and the food was almost all incorrect and cold( we ordered hot subs). When I came into the store followed by two other sets of customers the female working yelled out to everyone "yall can relax it's going to be a minute in a very angry tone" then
while ringing up the next customer I could hear her breathing how "she doesn't care and will take her time". Every sandwich we ordered was missing at least one to three ingredients and had ingredients we didn't order. The younger gentleman helping was very nice and helpful.
As a gm for another fast food restaurant it is sad to see employees act this way when there are so many people searching for jobs.
