I ordered online, went in 20 minutes later, and say waiting for 30 more minutes for my 2 sandwhiches as people walked in, got their food, and left before anyone got around to making my order. When I finally got it, half the ingredients were missing and no one said why.

I dont complain to corporate, but this happens at every subway I've been to. It's got to be a corporate issue at this point

I would like to file a complaint regarding Subway at S 5559 Camp Road in Hamburg, New York 14075.

First, they do not participate in any of my subway mobile app deals. so I have to drive out of my way to a different subway to get my curbside order.

Second, On 7/8/23 I went to this location and had a free 6 inch sub coupon that I received when I purchased some gift cards. On the coupon, it clearly stated "can be used where gift cards are honored". When I went to this location, they stated they don't accept these coupons.

I wish all the subways were on the same page....

Announce your outlets for online delivery only, as customers are not liked to visit in your outlets. A bad day came into my life too Saturday 8th July 2023 when I along with my wife and 2 daughters walked into SubWay outlet in phase 10, Mohali (India) store, while searching for what to order, The guy on counter, I don't know if he was incharge for that outlet or not (I never keep such store incharge, unprofessional), without any greeting or anything uttered, "you can order food after 10-15 minutes only, as they aare busy in sorting online orders".

I’m contacting you about the subway off I-20 Santo Texas at the Shell station. Customer service is very rude. I asked to speak with the top manager and surprisingly she was the top manager very rude. I have been in here several times employees not sanitary .

There’s been several times I’ve been in here. They put their gloves on they handle money. They go out the front door. hands on mop bucket, and then they go in there and handle sandwiches with the same gloves. When I spoke to the top manager about this, she was very rude.

She said I told her to go wash her hands and change gloves. I ask for the foot-long sandwich she may not to be cut in half. She said she had to for it to go out the door, that makes no sense.

I received coupons for foot longs in the mail at 6'99 they charged me 10'99. They said they don't except coupons at that location in Monroe Township NJ. 08831. I will never go to that subway again. I can go to Wawa in Monroe TWP NJ and get one for 6'00 till the 17 of this month.

I will use other subways only if they except coupons. I'm a Korean Veteran at 89. I can't overpay. Is this company policy? I've been to many subways and have never had a problem. Sorry to have to contact you on this matter, but I did overpay.

I went to the Subway in battleground on 9th Avenue. And this is a third time that they screwed up my Subway sub Sandwich. And I'm so disappointed all the other subways. This stuff doesn't exit job. That's the only one that does a lousy job.

They don't put half the stuff on it. That you order, you pay for it, but you don't know-it-all you get is a piece of meat and a piece of bread. It's that I couldn't went to a store and got the same thing for cheaper I just didn't want you know, I figured there are things some sounds just got the lettuce that tomatoes, The Onion's core cyber question.

I ordered Pickup today and my order number is 6d6f17bc-46. I ordered the turkey non bready bowl and when i got it nothing was chopped. the meat was just on the top in full slices. same with tomatoes. These should be chopped as many people order these for lunch while at work.

On 6/24/23 I went to subway in Hanover Indiana to get a sandwich around 1:00 pm, while in the line I was confronted by one of the employees who is kin to an employee for Hanover college that I have had problems with recording me. Drive thru at Smithfield Pa near big six Rd. Girl put gloves on came over closed the window and didn't change gloves. We ate before we got home. By the time we got home, we both dirtied ourselves. We were not sick before that.

Placed a mobile order at the Subway at Norwich CT. Went to pickup my order and the girl asked us to come back in 15min. After we came back the 2nd the girl said that door dash has just picked up our order.

We told them that we never picked up the order and they refused to remake the order and requested us to request a refund in the app and place a new order because there is nothing that they can do about it. And will not let us talk to the manager.

Both girls that worked there are very rude. No wonder that there is so many complaints & bad reviews for this location. You guys need to hire more professionals customer service workers. Visited your Subway location located on Maryland Ave in Cumberland Md. on Sunday, 6/25/2023 at approx 12:30 PM I walked up to counter and there was no employee and also no customers waiting. I stood there for 10 minutes and nobody ever came to wait on me. This location is also a Seven Eleven. The Seven Eleven employee told me the Subway employee was in the back and she yelled to advise the Subway employee to come out. I waited approximately 2 more minutes and left. I have ordered a spicy italian sub with all 20 slices of meat being either salami or pepperoni for years. Store #2707562 in Bushnell fl has some employees who refuse to do this. They want to give me 10 slices and charge full price or give the correct 20 slices and charge for double meat.

I placed an online order for pickup at 8:30pm on 6/5/23. I picked this location specifically because it was open until 10pm per the app. I arrived at approximately 9:15pm to pick up my order. The store was closed. I then had to place another online order with another location in the area.

I wasted my time, money and gas because of the misinformation on the location hours. What should have been a simple and short trip to pick up dinner, turned into an extra hour on inconvenience. 75 to be refunded to me immediately.

Subway located at 2718 W Michigan Ave in Battle Creek, MI is not run professionally. One morning earlier this week I stopped in on my way to work around 7:15 am, was told by the woman there that she wasn't open yet.

Went into the Subway shop located at 2452 FM 1960 Road W. to order subway sandwiches. The time was approximately 4pm 06/21/ 2023. I waited around 5 minutes with no employee at the counter.

Finally an employee came from the back of the store. The Young lady proceeded to tell me I would have wait 20 minutes before she could not severe me " she was taking her break". I have been a subway customer at this location for more than 10 years and the service has all been okay.

I always go to subway because i like their tuna sandwich. This place in abington MA put so little veggies on your sandwich. I dont ask for anything extra! I love Subway. I eat there a lot. I have never had a problem until today. I live in Belleville Illinois and visited the Subway on Carlyle Avenue. it was on Sunday, June 18, 2023 around noon. I placed my order online and then went to the restaurant.

I ordered curbside I was in the car trying to let staff know I was there but the application wouldn’t let me. When the staff person brought out my steak with cheese sandwich, it was warm and not hot. I told her it was warm and it wasn’t hot.

I ordered in person a veggie Hoagie at the Subway location at 4401 Marker St Philadelphia Pa on Friday June 16,2023 at approximately 5pm. I was being served by the senior manager in charge who happened to be an east Indian woman in her late 40's she spoke and understood English very well.

In May 2023, about three weeks ago, I was scheduled for an interview at 2 PM on zoom for a position. I have been waiting to interview for my daughter and I had not yet the morning and so I was in a bit of a hurry to make sure we ate, I can take my medication, and join my interview on time.

I went to Subway on North Center Ave in Somerset PA about 415 pm on 6-14-2023. I ordered a BMT footlong with extra American cheese and mayo non toasted for work today 6-15. I just opened it and it was nothing to what I ordered.

I have already written a complaint and got a generic response back from the franchisee owner. I see your commercials constantly about your new sandwiches. I finally broke down and decided to try them. I wanted to take them to sick family members and I thought the two sandwiches would be perfect.
