I went to the Subway in Dublin, Ca at 21001 San Ramon Valley Blvd with a valid coupon> I was told that they don't accept the coupons. This is the last time I will visit a Subway and I will make sure I let as many people as possible know about your coupons not being universally accepted.

I understand that each location is allowed to set their own policies but what good is it to receive coupons in the mail when we don't know if they will be accepted or not. I will never again place an order only to find out the coupon was useless!! Store number 26254.

On Sunday June 11,2023 at 4:00PM, I went to the Subway near Central and Ridge Rd in Wichita Ks. I ordered a chicken, bacon, ranch footlong. 99 footlong, the girl waiting on me told me that the coupon wasn't good for what I ordered.

The coupon excluded wraps, the monster, the Mexicali, and turkey Cali club. When I pointed out that my order was none of these she became very argumentative. I told her I had used a coupon for the exact same sandwich in the past but she didn't care.

I left without purchasing the sandwich . This young lady has a definite attitude problem. I will not be returning to this store.

Arrived at subway drive thru at 9:55 n was told they were closed… the sign on menu AND on drive thru window said 11pm… I asked employee and he said we close when we want… hmmmmm.. “ we r closed”… there was a person in the Oder line not in a uniform… I don’t know if he was a employee or not!

Last night was the first and last time I will visit thus particular Subways. From the moment I got there and the girl that took my order made my sandwich in less than 30 seconds very messy I was trying to be polite about it I didn't wanna complain too much so

I didn't have a remake it all I asked for was a 6 inch turkey sandwich on wheat with Mayo on the breadand white cheddar cheese and olives and purple onions, and peppers the yellow ones and some of the oil and vinegar.

I ordered a 6 inch meatball sandwich, and when I was eating it, I bit down on an animal tooth. It almost broke my tooth! I have pictures of the receipt and of the tooth. I am contacting the department of health, the department of agriculture, the BBB and also my attorney.

I used your invitation email offer to order 2 foot longs with the BOGO50 offer. Selected my 2 and went to pay. My password was not kept by your program so I requested to make a new one. My email filled in but the password was no longer valid. I was required to make a new one. You sent a confirmation code to my email address and I copied it and attempted to go back into your order screen waiting for the code and it vanished. I was inside the store. I tried this seemingly normal route tow more times. Same failure.

The two person staff knew my effort and time but had no alternatives to accept my order. No backup while this regular customer showed qualified and ready to buy. Only one other customer came in and received his sandwich. I asked again then quietly walked-out.

Dorsett tf in Maryland Heights Mo. has a terrible manager. She was loud and rude to me. Ended up screaming at me and just being a real jackass. Other customers were amazed as well at her unprofessional behavior. She was preparing a 5 sandwich order and i was having a one sandwich order being prepared by another employee behind them.

I placed an order with Subway at 8391 College St in Beaumont Texas, 77707. I ordered thru Favor order App. My order was, 3 sandwiches. 1 being da 6' breakfast sandwich , 1 6' cold cut combo, and 1 Footlong oven roasted chicken.

We encountered the rudest Subway employee we have ever met! We began our order advising of three sandwiches, but after the very first one was ordered I immediately let her know there would be a fourth one added. The elderly employee became irate slamming things huffing and puffing.

She had an attitude and was extremely rude. When my roommate who had ordered the first sandwich ask for extra mayonnaise the woman again became very agitated and angry and when my roommate asked for her 6-in sub to be cut in half, which should be standard practice mind you, I thought the woman was going to cut her!

Im35 weeks pregnant and while "working" for subway, I ended up getting let go 2 weeks before my maternity leave. I was to become manager (due to my experience at Dominos) after maternity leave and was training to be become manager and was doing very well.

I received a text message on Wednesday from the manager saying that I was let go due to business being slow. I was scheduled that whole week for 4 hours a day. Manager and I had discussed that I had got put on payroll so that I can get maternity leave.

I drove to your location here on rte 434. There were 3 people behind the counter. I had 2 customers in front of me and they were having their sandwiches being made. The one man came over and I said hi.

He completely ignored me and greeted and asked the man that just came in the door if he had an online order. He then started to make his sandwich in front of me while still ignoring me. He bought one sandwich as I was going to buy 3.

I am perfectly happy to give you all my time to do business that way. There are several other places to eat. I just wish I would have known that before I wasted my TIME and my GAS. If only I could rate you at 0 stars!

Although the food handler was very courteous and helpful, he proceeded to fill my sandwich with his bare hands, took my money with his bare hands, rang up the register with his bare hands, and proceeded to wait on other customers without wearing gloves.

1st I ordered a foot long tuna. The worker put one scoop of tuna on a ft. long. She added a small amount extra with her spreading knife. When I mentioned it ,she claimed she put 2 scoops. Then I asked for lettuce and pickles on one side and jalapenos only on the other side.

Went to subway on Chesterfield Road in East Lyme CT. Ordered a large tuna grinder with Swiss cheese. The 4 slices of Swiss cheese they put on the sandwich covered about three quarters of the tuna so I asked they cover the rest of the tuna.

When I paid for the sandwich, the price was more than I expected and asked why. I was told I was paying for extra cheese. Another person told me I’m entitled to four pieces of cheese. I said the four pieces on the sandwich didn’t adequately cover the tuna.

When I refused to pay for the “extra cheese, the server called her manager on the phone and I was eventually given a complete refund and I returned the wrapped sandwich. ” I left and went to another subway shop.

I went in Subway at Times Square Mall in Mt Vernon, IL around 10:00 am on 5/18/23 and asked to purchase 3 dozen assorted cookies. There were 5 trays of cookies on the counter as well as some on the case.

I was told I should have called ahead and she refuses to sell them to me. Really? It wasn't close to noon amd it takes less than 15 minutes to bake more. I then went to Subway west of Mt Vernon and bought 3 dozen from a very pleasant store manager, Dustie.
