I made a mistake when ordering on the app, I want to take advantages of the buy 2 get one free. But I forgot to put my 3rd sub on the order. So I called the store, who said they couldn't change anything but I need to call the number on the app.

Problem was the number on the app tells to send a message, I wanted to talk to someone. So I had to make another order to get the buy 2 get one. So I ended up with 5 subs because no one could cancel the first order.

Then when I got them one bun didn't even look cooked.

I am sick of the Subway app STEALING my money!! 09 from me today (Dec 17th)!!!! Both times, app took money off my card, marked it "picked up" and I never got my food!!! I am filing a report with BBB as well!!!

me and son was discriminated against, push to the side, by your lying employee who took our order and left our order in a pan we order number1 and 3 footlong, we did not get a receipt because , he let a Spanish girl in front of us and made her order and we were waiting to see if he was going to do what we thought was going to do.

he moved her up and fixed and finished her order, then said I don't speak English, if racism in your store I will never come at 671 biscayne across US 1. I had a white gentleman first said also I will never step in that store no one deserve that.

I went I. To order some sandwiches. The guy behind the cou ter asked me what he could get started for me. I told him the first sandwich and he went on to make the first sandwich. He never asked what the second one was or if I wanted any other subs.

He kept his back towards me while he toasted it and asked what vegetables. ming the papers down, the knife and bread. asking them was that upsetting g I would just take the one he had already made. He said that it didn't upset him but he could make more than one sandwich at a time.

However kept slamming things around I told him that I felt bad for the company for loosing the money on the sandwich he made but I was canceling my order and would go down town and get them there. He just chuckled and said have a nice day.

I just stopped at the Subway located at 12999 Murphy Rd Suite B-6, Stafford, TX 77477. I have been there before. Today (December 16) I ordered a sandwich at about 1:15 pm. The woman who was going to prepare my sandwich is very short, heavy and has a strong Latino accent.

She was asking me questions about my sandwich choices. I couldn't understand what she was saying. I asked her to repeat. She became surly and exhibited a bad attitude. A great person for a customer service job - right? I point out that she was very short because the two other women working there were not short.

You should know who the rude one is. Eventually I apologized for not being able to understand her attempts at English. For all I know she is here in this country illegally. I finally told her to cancel my order.…

This subway is located on 3695 cascade Atlanta. The bread was old and chewy. Tuna had to much salt. And the customer service was awful.

Got a roast beef sub 75% of the meat was fat and not even able to eat it. The lady preparing my sub clearly saw that she put all loose meat with fat on it . Not impressed with this subway.

When I walked in I was looked at like they were already bothered. I was in a hurry and they slopped my sandwich together and put to much dressing and condiments when I asked for only a little. I get that it’s hard to find employees but simple tasks should not go unnoticed.

I’m not a complainer but wow.

Location at 3000 old Alabama road #102, in Alpharetta ga closed at 8:45, stated 9 pm closing on door and website. Door was locked and 2 staff people working shook their heads that they were closed. Clearly they just wanted to go home early.

I really don't think it will do any good after reading a few complaints like 20! No Italian bread just wheat ( I shouldn't eat at all) we paid 7bucks for something that barely had any veggies no double cheese as described at the end of it all it wasn't even 1in thick.

Can't say I'll go back. 50 let alib 7. Not at all. What a disappointment.

I won't to the subway on 12/12/2022 And I was standing in line when the manager I didn't know that then. when I heard a man cursing out loud I ask if he was the management they said yes ask for his name they told me Willie I.wrote it down so I would forget. That is so sad for management to use words like that very unprofessional.

Just picked up my order, they ran out of ham so made me a all turkey subway club, I orderd a steak and cheese with extra cheese, it has extra green peppers and Baja sauce, we got the meals no chips, also my sub a steak and cheese has extra bell peppers no cheese and no Baja sauce. Very disappointed I shouldn't have to check my to go order.

Yesterday around 3 pm I went to a subway near my home, it's not where I always go but I wanted to try a new place, I had by far the worst experience of my life in this place, there were 3 women attending when I entered, there was no welcome or anything I went with my children and they ordered not theirs, when asking for the type of cheese, my daughter asked the girl what cheeses she had, her response in a mocking tone w well, cheese...

at all times the woman was rude, she did not smile and she did Her job is very stressful, she seemed angry at all times, when she did mine I asked her to add banana peppers and jalapenos on the side , when I left I realized that I forgot them, I got home and my tuna sandwich had a fake lash inside, although The customer service was very bad.

Because I ordered through the app the manager said I could not select the vegatables I wanted and I would just have to take what they gave me. I said I have never been to a Subway that I could not request my topping. The manager asked me to never come back. I said I guess I will take my business elsewhere. The result was 2 poorly made sandwiches that were a mess.

Just went to subway and got a protein bowl. I have to say I am disappointed I was charged for two footlong subs. This bowl is not even half full of meat and stuff. Very disappointed to be charged so much and not even get very much it’s awful I think I will be not coming back if this is the way it’s going to be from now on I’m not paying this price and not getting hardly anything.

00 dollars today and I got way less food then I normally do. VERY Disappointed.

Hello, i usually don’t do this cus im not a karen but my best friend went to subway at place vertu. Imagine being on break, eating ur sandwhich when ur bacon is RAW. Yes, RAW! She goes back and the lady starts arguing with her telling her no it’s fine.

The bacon was literally white, gooey and light pink. My best friend asked for the people behind her their opinion, they agree with my best friend. The lady then told her go somewhere else for ur sandwhich. I just find it disgusting and absolutely degrading.

Where did the good service go? If you don’t wanna work, we’re in Canada, stay home and you’ll get payed from the government. My best friend was shocked and when she told me, I freaked out.

I be eaten at subway in most of 48 states, I bought a foot long cold cut with cheese and when I asked about the cheese she said you only get 4 pieces, I’ve been going to subway for well over 20 years and never have I gotten so little cheese. By the way it was 4 half pieces of cheese and that didn’t even cover half of my sandwich.this was at road ranger in Marion Illinois

Why is there only a sell paper on sandwiches? Your business is booming from not eating all of that bread and the wrap is more healthier, convenient and tastes great.... So, if you want stand behind your wraps why should we buy your wraps?

The subway in mayfield ky never accepts coupons, discounts or promotions in the store or on the app. The owner of the store says that his scanners don't work as to why he can't use in store coupons. He says the app is messed up as to why you can't do discounts and promos like the bogo50.

But, I can order in another town and it works just fine. This has been going on for months! Is there anything that you can do since he owns this subway store? I mean it's ridiculous everyone in our small town is talking about it and believes he is just not honoring coupons because he loses money??

I was in your store in palm coast and my grandchildren didn’t want the fixing stuff so I asked the guy if I could have it and take it home. He said no. This was in Palm Coast fl in the Walmart. com .

Today I was at subway 1960 and Eldridge I bought 2 6” sandwiches with little over $12 I looked at my bank account was charged $786 for this sandwich

I called my bank and will dispute it There is kind of rubbery act How do they do that ?

Purchased 2 veggie sandwiches on Dec 10, 2022 and experienced cold like symptoms/sore throat from an unknown ingredient. Not sure if the peppers/onions or some other ingredient was the cause, but I wanted to let you know so that this does not occur in the future.

I walked into the subway in Cuyahoga falls on state rd, by steels corners... all the lights are and everything and I'm told there closed at 6pm... that's ridiculous and it says open till 8pm ... that is not professional at all...

We receive coupons in the mail here in Irving, Texas but the Subways do no honor some of the coupons. 99 for a 6 inch sub sandwich, a drink and chips. This is the 2nd batch of coupons but that specific one is never honored.

They say it is not on their system to allow it. Why do you send it out if you will not allow it? So puzzled. Thank you.

I order three subs and when my daughter got there they didn’t have the bread that we wanted or the meatballs for one of the subs. So I told her to cancel the order and the person working there said she would leave a note for me to get my money back and that was on dec 3rd I have called four different times and no answer.

The bread was undercooked and the lady working the counter did not ask if I wanted my sandwich toasted before toasting it and didn't give me the 4 cookies I paid for before I left. Employee was on phone the entire time I was ordering as well as having a child behind the prep counter.

We are so tired of you pushing and pushing and advertizing your products and when we go to order a sandwich, your stores say we aren't part of this deal. We won't accept your coupons either! What good does it do us to go through the motions on your app and only at the end do we get the message that they don't accept the deal!

We keep getting coupons in mailings but I found out tonight that subways in our area do NOT accept them. I understand about rising cost of products - but why issue coupons if we can use them??? 56. Quit sending out coupons if we can’t use them. So disappointing.

This subway is built into a Lowes store in Niagara Falls Canada. The Lowes employees get a 10% discount. I am from a different location of Lowes here to train the Niagara falls store on new procedures. Without even asking if I was a new employee or not, I did not get a 10% discount. 22 my husband and I visited the subway location 1901 Finley Blvd inside of Mapco. The employees were outside one was smoking a cigarette;the other lady told us they were on break and wasn’t going to prepare our food. They were very rude and complaining how they were tired and wasn’t going to get for nobody.

I currently work at subway on the London bridge location and employees have been leaving expired foods in the refrigerator along on line… over 150 bags of chips has been pulled by corporate for being expired. There is no manager and the manager in training can not manage the employees.

People are showing late to their shift and at time not showing up at all to cover shifts. Action needs to be taken in consideration
