Service was horrible, employees were rude, while fixing our subs I had to repeatedly ask her not to put the slimy spinach on our subs it was dark green and wet instead of her replacing the spinach she kept throwing it back in the container and still has some on my sub.

00 for food that didn't even enjoy I ended up throwing more than half of mine away. I don't eat out often because it's too expensive but when I do I would like to at least enjoy the food .

I will never return to your establishment again.

My family and I waited in the drive through for 15 mins before deciding to reverse out as the car in front of us was agitated from also waiting a long period of time. We then parked and went in to extremely slow service watching people leave the line in disgust.

A staff member walked out of the store with a wallet and keys to have a break with a huge line and made service even slower. The level of service and costumer service was nothing short of disgraceful.

I live on the border between Idaho and Washington State we have several Subways that are close by. The owner of two Subways in zip code 99403 and the two Subways in zip code 83501 refuses to honor Subway coupons they have a notice on their windows to that effect claiming they have supply issues.

I have recently been to some other Subways that are near us: zip code 83530 they have only one Subway in that town zip code 83843 they have two Subways in that town zip code 99163 they have two Subways in that town. I have on occasion visited/called all these Subways and they all accept Subway coupons.

When asked they said they do not have any supply issues.

Additionally this is the third time that I have tried to contact Subway and to no avail. I intend to keep trying to contact Subway until I…

I was ordering through drive thru between 9:30-10am on 12/26/2022 at the madison store and I seen a black man standing with back door open and smoking, it had a smell of weed and I was unhappy so I drove off and decided to go somewhere else besides subway. He was taller in build and was wearing subway clothes. I will probably never return to subway knowing they allow that and let their employees do drugs while they are suppose to be helping customers!

Visited Subway® Wal-Mart #2543 at Rt 315 in Pittston, PA. Gave my written order using my smartphone due to my deafness and my using with American Sign Language. Person who take order as I can lipread said she's unable to read my phone and apparently refused to take my order.

She ignored and went on to ask for another guest for taking order. I showed her again with my phone and she pointed finger to another person who willing to take my order. My elder mom saw the whole thing and approached to the lady and told her that she's being rude for refusing to take my order.

Went in and ordered a foot long spicy Italian, bread was hard, I noticed the clerk was skimpy on the meat only 5 slices of pepperoni n salami skimpy in lettuce etc. All I was able to taste was hard bread!

Happened before thought over maybe a new person, but happened again today! Next time ib will go to jersey mikes where they stuff it and its fresh! Is worth paying a bit more!

Rude server and terrible attitude towards customers. Sign said closing at 8 but got there at 7:15 and door locked. Open sign was lit up. Claimed that they closed at 8 but she needed to do her inventory early so she could leave at 8. Very, very rude person. Will not be back.

Will let others where I teach know how poorly run this store is so they can go to the other store down the road.

Hello, I have ordered twice from the store at 1855 Lockbourne Rd location, and my order was not correct both times. 50 and my sub came with no double tuna and no extra cheese. i will not order again from subway but i would like a refund.

Food is too expensive right now to order and pay for food that i didn't receive.

Store 6869-0, Holden, MA We placed a 10 sub order expecting each sub to be made one at a time. The manager insisted he wouldn't make them unless assembly line. At least 1/2 of our subs were incorrect. 10 subs in 10 min and he couldn't take 10 minutes to make sure they were right.

How does a Bacon Ranch toasted as is with additional green peppers and banana peppers equate to... A non toasted, raw bacon, no cheese, no lettuce, no tomatoes, no green, peppers, but has banana peppers, and way too much sauce?

We sock with raw bacon to chew on. Un edible!! 10 sub order with no respect or detail.

How disgusting to walk into an establishment and see all the employees covered in hickey's... complete trash! To bring your family or child into a place of business and see such trash making food made me turn around and walk right out.

The Subway in Walmart in Lewisburg TN. They are very rude and if you order a specialty sandwich such as a Monster you are told you can't add any vegetables to it that aren't listed on it! It has always been my experience that the vegetables came on any sandwich you purchase.

Further more it does not state on the menu that you can't add vegetables to them! I will not be going back in that Subway!

i am 75 years old and have been buying from subway for many years now but i can not understand why you are using third grade children to write your ads for you . the latest one with some guy saying bowlway , bowlway , bowlway is the stupidest ad i have ever watched .

with all the fast food stores around now , i would not think that you would destroy subway`s image with that one . it is totally discusting . i am sure that someone with a small bit of brains could come up with a better ad to sell your product .

I went to the Subway in Wyoming,MI 54th/131 and both times the same hostess was rude, unprofessional and acted like she was doing me a favor by my shopping there.

She was so out of control and bitchy the last time I was there that I walked out without my order and vowed never to shop there again.

Avoid this restaurant at all costs!

Australia Subway website has been down for days when trying to order catering at Mt Barker, South Australia-can't reach store even with phone; apparently your IT department has resigned. ) Why are you still in business, it's amazing. I continued to order and just deal with the incorrect sandwiches but tonight has got me rather angry..... but instead they went back to the back and started on their phones. I enjoy lots of veggies on my subs. I always click the more button and also put a note in special instructions. I order subs at least once a week and this store will not put extra veggies on the subs.

I have asked and was told that they don’t read the more or less nor do they read special instructions. After tonight I have decided to go back to Jersey Mikes. Truly disappointed with this location and it is closest to my home

I placed an order at the Santee CA. subway on Magnolia, and when I went to pick up my order, one of the sandwiches was incorrect. I wanted it exchanged for the correct sandwich and was treated very rudely by the employee named Lucia.

She said the sandwich was correct Even though I showed her what I ordered on my app. She then dug through the sandwich to see what was on it, then wrapped it up and handed it back and refused to replace it with the correct one.

This employee is extremely rude and the customer service is terrible! I want a refund for that foot-long.

I placed an order on your mobile app and had it delivered. When I called the subway I ordered it from, I was told that they couldn't help since I didn't receive part of my order. They said I could bring the receipt and pick up what wasn't delivered.

They said to call door dash. Door dash states that since I ordered it directly thru your app and you took my money, that any refund would have to come from you. I got better help from Door dash. There wasn't a manager there to assist me.

This is not the kind of customer service I expect from a major company. I was told by the female who answered the phone that I could call back about 8pm.

Hello. December 13, at about 3 o'clock, my son and I went to the subway at 10325 Reading rd, Cincinnati, OH 45241. We ordered two sandwiches, we are from Ukraine and it is easier for us to communicate with each other in our own language, we talked about our own.

The worker heard this and started to make a sandwich casually, when she finished it looked disgusting, my son said that he would not eat it. I said that we would not take it and began to leave. The worker started yelling at us to get out of here and never come back.

We returned, I asked her what right she had to talk to us like that and asked them for the manager's phone number. She started calling the police and told them that we speak a different language and showed me the finger.

Clerks at subway shop at Clinton and Harlem west seneca r not honoring coupons. 2 wks ago I gave coupon from flyer and they told me it was already used! Today I had coupon to buy one sub get one free. 99 was now $10.

Becuz I had coup on. I refused to buy subs so I guess thrbworkers r now eating them the quality of your workers leaves a lot to be desired. And I was recommending Subway to all my friends andvtelatives before. Not any longer!!

99 subs but not any of the new ones. There is a list pasted right on window of limited choices. The meat is so thin and skimpy now it's ridiculous. Guess that's why your company is losing business.

I went to the Subway at 526 S Main St, Middletown, CT and ordered 3 foot long subs. When I got to the part to add veggies, I noticed the lettuce was brown. They had 2 full containers and both had a Lot of brown lettuce in it.

I said something to the Manager and asked for fresh lettuce. She said “That’s how it came to us. It was like that when we opened the bag”. I t cost me $34 for 3 subs and I told her people were paying a lot of money for sandwiches and expect to get fresh i ingredients. She did not care.

I was at the Subway on highway 24 in Anderson, SC 29625 and I purchased a footling BMT on Flatbread. 77 tip without my consent. When I ask her about it she said oh it must have added a tip on there by itself.

It is not adding it by itself. I told her I did not give her permission to add a tip but she never offered me my money back. Someone needs to check in on this because she is ripping people off.

Went to subway in London ky and ordered 3 footlong steak subs. 1 of them had a long hair in it, I went back to try and have it replaced and I literally watched the girl dump the steak in a bowl and mix it in with the food they had on their counter top they was prepping. I no longer get wanted the food anymore and was refused a refund so I just left very very VERY upset

I was made aware of something today. I am a very loyal customer to Subway. I was thrilled to hear that you can leave tips when you pay with credit cards. When I inquired how that was working I was dismayed to hear that since this started a few weeks ago no one at this location received their tips and there is quite an amount they are expecting.

Now I am sure you expect your payments from the creditors in a timely manner. Yout loyal employees deserve the same treatment. I will continue to inquire about this until it is straightened out

I noticed that this location got rid of the old crew and hired all new employees a few months ago. I lived 5 minutes away so I am a regular. My first interaction is that Nobody says anything to you when you walked in.

My second interaction the employees are talking among themselves using abusive language and with no professionalism whatsoever.

Thirdly there were two customers including me. When I walked in the female employee starting assisting the other customer with his Philly cheesesteak sub and I ordered the same thing. Hello. I recently received coupons in the mail and decided to use one for dinner tonight. While I was there, there was a printed out sheet of sandwiches that are excluded from being used and which ones are included. On the coupon itself, it only excludes certain sandwiches such as; footling pro, fresh melts, wraps, the monster, the mexicali, and Turkey cali club.

Is this subway store allowed to make up their own rules? I was not allowed to use my coupon for the specific sandwich I get everytime I go to subway. (Oven roasted chicken) it is crossed out on the printed out sheet at the store I went to.

I am very upset and the lady behind the counter was very rude about it. I probably will not be returning to any subway store, even though it is one of my favorites.

I am a doordasher. Every time I go to subway on main Street in tooele utah an employee name Windy will not get the orders out to us in a timely manner. She says door dash customers are not customers as usual and she doesn't have to fix them at a usual way.

Today she had my sandwich setting on counter finished and she didn't want to hand it to me. They were not busy. The sandwich was done when I arrived but she wouldn't give it to me. Just argue and told me not to come in store.

There was another dasher there and it was the same problem. She wouldn't help us. Her name is Windy and she's very rude. I have no problem at other subway just this one. Thank you Teresa Jones.
