I am a worker at the subway on 91st ave and Thomas in Phoenix Az. Yesterday was my 4day working there. Prior to this I have had subway and other fast food experience about 5 years worth as a team member but also got promoted to manger after 4 months of working there.

I have a co-worker named Daniela who is very unprofessional and lied about me to management . I have never had any complains in these 5 years from any customer about my customer service. Everyday since I’ve worked there , multiple customers have came in and complimented me on my customer service skills.

Daniela decided that she doesn’t like be for whatever reason and stated that I’m a “bad worker” when in fact she does not interact with any of the customers. She was supposed to refresh my memory since I have not worked there…

The 1103 Westover location in Albany Ga does not understand coupons. We had a coupon for a free cookie with ANY purchase. After buying about $60 worth of food we were informed that to get the free cookie we would have to buy a cookie.

this was a free cookie with ANY purchase. I have no words for this experience except to say this location deserves a ZERO for reading comprehension.

Your store in Burkburnett Tx is destroying your reputation. We made an on-line order for 3 sandwiches last night and all 3 were messed up. They lacked cheese, were made with the wrong breads and were by far the messiest sandwiches I have ever received.

This is the third complaint and yet nothing is getting better, they keep getting worse.

I went to the Subway sandwich shop in Caldwell, Texas, located on Hwy 36. It was during the lunch hour, so it was busy. There were six people ahead of me and six people behind me. While I was waiting, to go orders were put before me.

As I waited I got mad and by the time I checked out I was very annoyed. The lady asked if I wanted to leave a tip. I normally do, however, I told her that I was not going to leave one because I had to wait for them to fill the to go orders that were put ahead of me.

She said “that’s just the way we do things here”. That is not good for customer service and I told my husband he better enjoy that Subway sandwich, because I won’t be back for awhile. That’s the way I do things when I’m treated poorly.

Went in to order a meal like I've done hundreds of times in the past and the service at the beginning was ok but not until it was time for my ingredients to get put on my sandwich I first had a delay with the server an angry black women or woman of color it doesn't matter because I am also black and the first server was I think maybe Hispanic or white but the rude black lady first took her time finishing up her conversation with the customer before me in which it didn't upset me until it was my time she seemed in such a rush and

Went to my regular subway and on this occasion I was informed no cracker for my soup. asked if the served any other thong for the soup like a roll. The girl informed they did but I HAD to pay for a veggies sub.

No sub was given just the bun. 89 CHARGED. Not impressed at all;I left very upset because the soup was not to the normal standard. It was so thick one had to chew it. Not to mention that they didnt put enough cheese on the sub the was purchased to notice it was there.

Sorely disappointed This regular customer is not going back.

Waited 15 minutes in line while 1 person made the order and the other girl just ignored me like I wasn't there aas soon as door dash came in they waited on him before me cause they were not prepared for him to pick up his order I still didn't get waited on because on line orders come first so I walked out and have to say that is the slowest employees I have ever seen the address is 320 E Main St Ravenna Ohio 44266

You have and are wasting your money on your online order program. It is neither user friendly or interactive. Can not edit ingredients. Have attempted to place 3 orders at 3 different times and have simply chosen another vendor. When I am out and it is convenient I use your shops but that is the only times.

My 22-year-old daughter just accidentally sent an online order to store #37581 in Gainesville, FL. We went to our usual store also located on same street but much closer (their address is 6666 newberry road). They said the did not have my daugther's order.

Since the one she accidentally sent to is much farther, she called to cancel the order as per the APP instructions. My daughter left 3 messages as no one answered the phone. On the way home, she tried to call again and when she got a person, she said she could not do anything for her that she only works there.

I think she said to call tomorrow to maybe talk to a manager,. My daughter started crying as she paid for the order at the correct subway and realized she was now out $30 since they would not refund her at wrong subway.

On Jan 1 2023 In Pine Mountain GA Subway a female employee(I have video) went psycho on a friend of mine Andrew Miller. I noted when Myself and John Wolff pulled up in front of the subway she gave us a look of disdain the minute we pulled up.

I commented to John that she "gave us a LOOK" We waited in the truck for several minutes for Andrew to arrive. John and I chose to eat at KFC next door Andrew went into Subway and was instantly told "restrooms are for customers only" as he headed to the restroom.

I ordered two footlong sandwiches thru the Subway mobile app this evening from one of the Cleveland, TN locations (Paul Huff Parkway). One of the sandwiches was suppose to be a toasted footlong buffalo chicken sub on Italian herbs and cheese bread with provolone cheese, mayonnaise, no peppercorn ranch, lettuce, tomato, banana peppers, oil, salt and pepper.

The other was suppose to be a toasted footlong Chicken, Bacon, ranch sub with shredded American cheese, peppercorn ranch, extra lettuce, extra tomato, light red onions, light banana peppers and salt & pepper. Terrible subs. Ordered the 6 inch She put 1 piece of cheese cut in half A couple of pieces of meat I went at lunch time and I was the only one in there. Now I know why. If this is the kind of subs you serve you should close your store.

I was in subway #2237-0 I asked the lady twice about soup cause I just had dental work done she ignored me after (2) attempts to ask her she walked off n assisted another customer . Got the 2 worst sandwiches I've ever gotten, ordered a chicken bacon ranch which they didn't heat up the chicken in at all and they didn't put any of the ranch sauce on it at all.

Also got the sweet onion teriyaki and she didn't heat the chicken in it either, Ice cold, and she didn't put any teriyaki sauce on it either, so ended up with 2 Ice cold chicken sandwiches with nothing but chicken and veggies, won't ever go there again. Made the mistake of ordering them and having them picked up, and didn't check them till I got home which was 10 miles from the store.

So couldn't just run back.

My husband and I took our 1 year old into Subway today, in Goldthwaite, Tx. There appeared to only be 1 girl working, she was young and had black and green hair. I didnt catch her name, but she was incredibly rude throughout the entire process of making our food.

We got 2 footlongs, 2 soups, and a dozen cookies. She was huffy and irritated the entire time we were there. There is no excuse for being rude to your customers. And to huff and roll your eyes when a customer is trying to order is OUTRAGEOUS.

I am Ia truck driver. I was at subway located on Oklahoma muskogee pilote. I purchased a 5 foot long teriyaki chicken sandwich. I found a piece of bone while i was eating. I went back there explained what happened.

The guy at the restaurant checked the other teriyaki boxes is the fridge to see if there is more. I belive its delivered wherever it came from to the store. I showed him that peice of tooth like bone. It looks exactly like the other piece of chicken.

I belive thats why he didnt notice it is a bone when he made me the Sandwich . would like to upload the picture below. It was very unexpected and very uncomfortable. Subway in brookings, oregon. Several issues.

First the store is dirty, the vents over back line has big dust and dirt hanging from it. I have brought to their attn 4 times in last month.

Second, very loud music blaring in store. Hard to hear person making food.

Also asked to turn down 4 times, they just smile and say thats how it is. ( i measured) and large price increase. 00 for a foot long that is one third smaller. I am talking with health dept monday.

Also contacting my business partner about getting a jersey mikes franchise here. That will take care of problems with subway and more importantly better serve our community.

I went to subway to get food for my wife and children. The guy working there was very rude to me asking me can I read or see the sign saying that they don't take coupons and I told him that I wasn't aware that they don't take coupons which I just received in the mail.

My family and I have been subway customers for a very long time. I felt belittled and treated like I was asking for something for nothing. I do hope that this matter is resolved in a timely manner. If it isn't then I will no longer be a customer and I will tell others about my experience so they don't want to deal with you any longer .

My husband and I went into Subway at 9:35 PM tonight 12/30/2022 on south Hwy 109 Thomasville NC and upon entering no one greeted us we stood there for 3 mins before I got the employees attention who were standing outside the back door. We made an online order and went and picked it up, One of the sandwiches was right and the other one wasn't (Tuna versus Chicken). I called the store to report this mistake. They transferred the phone to someone who barely spoke English and then hung up on me.

VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE SUBWAY!!! This is a restaurant we order from often and have never been treated so disrespectfully. The sandwich we received had Tuna on it. We did not order a tuna fish sandwich. There was NO chicken on the Sandwich.

I did a online delivery order. Subway canceled order due to lack of food. 00. Then I did another online order about 10 minutes after first order was canceled at another location, for curbside pickup. I was at that location for 15 minutes after notifying I was there, no one came out to my vehicle.

I walked in, order was sitting on shelf. I asked if it was my curbside pickup order, they said yes. I brought it home and it was ice cold. I would like my money back and I will never eat at Subway again.

00 was spent on two subs that weren't eaten.

I placed an order today and on the sandwich that I ordered had onions on it, which I didn't order as you can see on my order. S stopped into Subway in Houlton, Maine tonight a little after 6:00p’ and stood in line 15 minutes waiting to order while the kid on the counter bitched about having a bunch of online orders he needed to do. He did finally say he had a bunch to do before I could order so I left to get dinner elsewhere !!

I went to the subway on Washington Ave in Cookeville, TN I had ordered ahead so it would be ready when I got there. I walked in and the first thing he said was I'm sorry it's going to be a minute I have these three (which were mine) and another guy.

hello my name is dominick i do not have the use of my legs so in order to order from subway i have to call them first and have someone go there to pick it up. i tried to call tonight and they werent picking up the phone and when they finally did they were extremely rude to me and said they were not taking orders over the phone.

Ordered my favorite sandwich, Italian BMT, online, from the store at 5811 Byron Center Ave. SW, Wyoming, MI. 49519. I asked for napkins and the two young people working gave me the deer in the headlights look. They were out of napkins, the manager was not there, and they did not know what to say or do!!

Shame on the manager for letting the store run out of napkins. Shame on the company for not providing proper training so the store does not run out of essentials. If I were manager, I would have gone to one of the local grocery stores and purchased some until corporate could resupply the napkins.

I'm 76 yrs. old and not skilled with a smart phone. In the last month I visited Subway stores in Hyannis,ma and Woonsocket ri. Both times I had my phone showing the Subway app. I asked for help with the app so I could see what promotions were available to order.

Both times I was told "we can't assist you with your phone. You have to be able to use it yourself to get specials. This seems to be abuse of seniors. Can you mail me copies of the BOGO coupons so I am not embarrassed trying to order by phone.

Went in to pick up my order not only had it not been started but Andrew was extremely rude and informed me he was the only 1 working and I should not have ordered online. How would i have known? i ordered 5 sandwiches and went to pick them up when it said they were ready. He complained the whole time he was doing it and kept saying things under his breath. Maybe he shouldn't work in customer service, if he doesn't want to help the customer. Called to complain and no one picked up.
