I ordered Subway delivery from your Royse City, Texas store a little over a month ago for my wife and me: What a horrible experience!! " You will also find a myriad of other dissatisfied 'customer' reviews as well. I had tried to call the store TWICE that evening after our whole order was incorrect to speak to the manager, but NO ANSWER!

I forwarded my complaint to your corporate office but no response either. I suppose that my point is, is that while your television commercials show outstanding products and customer service quality, I think back to that horrible steak wrap thing that I had ordered (I kept a picture of that disgusting product) for myself that conjures up a gag reflex!

2 complaints 1. None of the Subways take coupons, so don’t waste your money putting them in fliers. 2. Closing everyday at 3pm to refresh, are what ever is done, cost you less revenue. I have, not remember this, stop at 3 different Subways,, and the just happen to be closed for refreshing.

I ordered from the app (going through a town - Rogersville). I sent my daughter to pick up the order, while I filled up with gas.

My sandwich: Steak, NO cheese NO mayo, LOTS of black olive and pickles, bell pepper, onion and LOTS of banana peppers. It had barely any black olives, NO pickles, a crap tone of mayo, no banana peppers.

Daughter one: we didn't ask for spinach on her sandwich and she got spinach and the lettuce was heated up (nothing like wilted lettuce)

Daughter two: asked for banana peppers and got ZERO as well.

When I called they said we could bring them back....I'm already on the road. How about we just get it right to begin with. I couldn't my sandwich because of the crap load of mayo that was put on it.

Subway employee was very agitated to begin with. She was short in asking what I wanted on my sub. And rolled her eyes when I told her no cheese and threw away cheese aggressively. I asked are you okay? She ignored me.

I said can get another person to make my order? She didn’t say anything. She asked just the subs? Still with attitude… I told her she needs to go home or not have an attitude.

The subway in Hillsboro, Oregon, Oregon on Tualatin Valley Highway in Hillsboro Oregon. We had a lousy sandwich and it was a lousy experience while they were making the sandwich. Three young kids were making a sandwich and they did a lousy job.

They did not put the sandwich together it was so that the food wouldn’t fall out they went and they also they did not cut the sandwich in half and I did not make sure the food wouldn’t fall out. They did a lousy job, and when I got home, the food was a mess when we went to eat it.

Could you please take some action toward the store. They want me to take a picture of it the mess.

I ordered 3 philly steak and cheese foot long on wheat bread and they didn't give the right amount of meat and there was no peppers or onions on them they put lettuce and tomato and they put banana peppers on them when we didn't want or ask for them to be put on them i wanted 3 number one's and they didn't warm them up and

when i called and complained they said to bring them back and they will wipe the lettuce off and they refused to give us new sandwiches we went to the subway in walmart at 2373 E. 94 on sandwiches we couldn't eat and they didn't offer to give us the money back.

I was denied service at the Subway in Beatty, NV. Upon approaching the counter, The employee was sweeping the floor. He said hold on a sec and continued sweeping the floor fir at least two or three more minutes. I walked away at that point.

I returned 15 minutes later. Employee was in the back and poked his head out and said he’d be right there. I waited a couple minutes and walked away again. I felt discriminated. He clearly did not want to serve me! It was Very humiliating.

2 sub's footlongs /only had wheat or white to choose from chose wheat bread was hard the #12 didn't come with avacado there wasn't a space to choose no onion there was no space to replace cheese very poor quality on the #3 it was mostly veggies very much veggie not the correct amount of meat bread on both were hard n old

Subway country club drive Newark Ohio 43055. Worker with no uniform or name tag had attitude making a chopped salad called my son a name, salad wasn't made right. Asked to speak to a manager, however no manger around still paid for food however the chopped salad was not what I asked for that I wanted in it and son sub had only few pieces of chicken and it was cold.

We still paid however how we was treated by employee and no manger it should have been free I will not be back at that subway and subway needs to hire better employees who has work ethic and knows how to talk to customers. We was there in Sunday Jan 8th,2023 at 3 pm.

I purchased a steak and cheese sub and six cookies through Uber eats. The final bill over $30. The sandwich was skimpy the onions weren’t even cooked they were just thrown on there wasn’t much meat in it at all the only thing good about it was the cookies.

I’m a senior citizen and I looked so forward to a steak and cheese sandwich and it was a big disappointment how ridiculous for me to pay over $30 for one sandwich and six cookies

I was in the Fort Valley Georgia location and ordered two sandwiches. As I was finishing and ready to pay for my order. The Manager turned around and starting attacking me verbally. Falsely accusing me or talking down and yelling to the young man that was waiting on me.

First of all the toppings were cut terrible (onions and bell peppers). The young man and I were both short and we were talkin through the glass and he couldn't hear me so I spoke louder and at times I had to repeat myself more than once.

Plus the ceiling tiles are out and the unit was going which made loud noises. But, the Manager and I had words and he called the Police on me, but before they could arrive I was gone. I am 64 years old and he assaulted me "and an elderly".

He needs to be FIRED!!! He better be glad that…

Hello, I called the 888 number but no one answered. I live across the street from the subway on Vale and San Pablo. Just so you will have history; I am a vegetarian and so are my friends. I am the editor of the Californian newspaper, for the UC Berkeley campus. I went today at 12:35, and asked for a vegetarian sandwich and I was charged 12.00, and some change. This is my second complaint about THIS subway and nothing is done about it. I will now inform my friends, colleagues and also print in the college paper that Subway's have different prices depending on the location and if you want a sandwitch from the Subway in San Pablo, CA, you have to be mexican.

At the Champion Forest by cypresswood location in spring, Texas, I was very disappointed with my 6 inch tuna sub. I received the thinnest spread layer of tuna I have ever received, in all the years I’ve been coming to Subway sandwiches. Yes, one question I did receive two scoops of tuna, but it was the tiniest scoop that probably was not even a teaspoon full… It probably was a half a teaspoon full for each scoop.

I ordered 12" Roast beef i got four slices of meat very small pieces not whole slices the bread was the wrong one and ask for less mustard but got a lot. Second sandwiched the bread was wrong i got jalapeno didn't ask for any and no pickles so disappointed if I wanted a sandwich like that I could have gone to Walmart and bought one off the shelf. Went to a local subway in Valrico FL and was surprised to find when I opened the sandwich at home that the wheat bread was either old, or had been burnt when baked. I ordered a Philly steak sandwich but there was only half of the meat they usually put on it very disappointing because I think the person that made the sub was the manager. I would think she would have done something different then letting a sub be they bad

I get promotions thru Subway emails (as I did this AM) & NEITHER the app or online order works AND I no longer receive paper coupons in either or my newspapers. SUBWAY (sincerely) IMO is one of the worst Customer support/relations of any company.

IF the app OR online worked well it would not be an issue - Subway has to know they DO NOT work (my local restaurant shared this as well & apologized & stated they hv no input/control. Pls contact me if you can help...

I ordered a subway club at the Castle Rock Wa subway. When she got to putting on the roast beef she said they were out. She said I could substitute for another meat. I said chicken. I was told that would cost more!

If you don’t have the meat for your sandwiches then don’t have it advertised or let people know before it’s being made. To try to charge more to substitute for chicken is a rip off. I don’t think I’ve ever seen chicken cost more than roast beef.

horrible , as loud rap music played and they where dancing and singing rather then paying attention to customers several customers turned around walking away then after I already paided the gentlemen told me he was new did not know what he was doing ringing us up . As well as the tea machine and soda machine was covered in mold .

NEW MANAGER REFUSES TO SELL ME EGGS!! I don't know what her problem is. I've worked in surgery at the hospital where this Subway is for 7 years. I'm a pescatarian whose allergic to a lot of foods. I got creative and was getting an egg white wrap with spinach, olives, onion, & chipotle...

she said we can't sell eggs past breakfast. It's a breakfast food item. Even though the eggs remain on the line all day. I work until 11pm, & typically get lunch at 7pm. The bacon they sell on sandwiches is also a breakfast food item, so her arguments redundant.

Because I argued with her she's now banned me from Subway. Where's the customer service? Is she that stupid??

ON 1/1/2023 AROUND 6 PM. MY WIFE WENT TO SUBWAY NEAAR MY HOME AT 1710 S TAM,IAMI TR. VENICE FLORIDA, 34293. WE HAVE BEEN GOING THERE FOR AT LEAST > 15 YRS. I WAS OUT OF TOWN SO MY WIFE WENT ALONE.

SHE ORDERED 6" SUB AND THHE PERSON WHO WAS SERVING STARTED MAKING SUB AND MY WIFE NOTED THAT HE WAS NOT PUTTING BUT THROWING ALL THE ITEMS SHE ASKED FOR, LIKE CHICKE CUBES, TOMATOES AND GREEN PAPERS AND EVERY ITEM WAS COMING OUT OF THE BREAD AND LYING ON THE PAPER UNDERNEATH.

AT THIS POINT MY WIFE ASKED HIM TO PLEASE MAKE IT PROPERLY. THERE WERE ONLY TWO CUSTOMERS INCLUDING ME. SO SHE REQUESTED NOT TO RUSH AND MAKE IT NICELY. MY WIFE WAS SURPRISED AT THE RESPONSE SHE GOT, SHE HEARD "FUCK YOU".

I was at the Subway in Beatty Nevada today January 7, 2022 @4 pm. I walked up to the counter as the employee was sweeping the floor. He said one second and kept sweeping the floor for another few minutes.

I walked away at this point. I returned to the counter about 15 minutes later and same employee was in the back. He poked his head out and said one second. Then stayed in the back for at least another few minutes.

He clearly did not want to serve me. I felt I was being discriminated against. Once again I I walked away. Terrible Customer Service. I never did get a sandwich. I feel you should do something to compensate me. I settled for a beef stick and pretzels at the General Store there.

Walked into a subway store at 8:45 pm, and was told they were closed and I would not be served. Store hours clearly stated close at 9pm. When I said the store is suppose to close at 9, she said well we closed early.

Store is located in Williamsburg Va, near the food lion right next to the prime outlets. That was unacceptable service.

International Speedway, Daytona Beach, FL Online order. Arrived at correct time to pickup. Told they did not get the order. Back to the car to get phone to show completed & paid order. it was at this store Three subs and an unbread roast beef bowl are now being prepared.

This is not the first time an online order was messed up at this location. Happened before, I was pressed for time, cancelled the order and left. After two disappointments, thought you should know. PS. The order was finally received 35 minutes after we arrived.

The sandwich maker said " Don't forget the tip". If this is how it works, I' done with Subway. She also forgot to put in two bags of chips. Another trip back into the store.

I ordered 3 footlongs and a 6” including value meals last night at 7:05pm. 81 to get home and find them all wrong. I called the restaurant to ask if they could be remade, and he said no problem. I had a couple teenagers who picked at the sandwiches until I could arrive with the correct ones, and since I know they can’t be handed back through the drive thru window, I left them at home.

When I arrived at the store, at approximately 7:40pm, the drive thru window was closed already. So I went inside and said I had the messed up order, and the guy said, oh the one where the ingredients were all on the wrong sandwiches, and I replied yes.

there was a 20% tip added to bill without authorization. 40 and then tapped terminal with CCard. receipt was put in bag with subs and handed to me. after arriving home, began eating sub and found receipt in bag and noticed the amount I was charged was higher than what I was verbally told by worker.

found on receipt that a tip had been added to bill that I had not authorized and with some quick math found it to be a 20% tip fraudulently added to purchase. NOT COOL

Used to be regular Subway customers, but no more. Menu changes are not tasty to us especially the "chopped chicken" that replaces the chicken breast. Don't know what the flavor is supposed to be but it is not good at all.

Your breads are dry, dry, dry, not soft at all again verified from the turkey sub I picked up today which is the 2nd and 3rd chance I've given Subway. Not sure if it's just the location we're picking up from that serves the dry breads, but the regular menu choices are all over and not appealing to us.

From now on our choice will be Cousins!

I was in the subway in westover Md, when I wanted to get a hotdog and it wasn’t any buns and I kindly ask the assistant manager Janice if they had anymore. She meanly came towards me pull out the bun container and noticed it was empty.

At this point I felt that she really didn’t want to help me. Then she told me that they didn’t have any condiments for my hotdog and then proceeded to walk away. I then proceeded to go to the slushee machine to get two large slushee’s and I notice the pink slushee wasn’t working so I then got the blue slushee.

The slushee came out super slow. As soon as it finished that I went up to the counter to purchase my items. Janice the assistant manager still had a mad face and I told her that the slushy machine wasn’t work and she said oh ok and threw my change…

My visit dated January 5 2023 for a sandwich with a coupon for subway was refused by the subway at 6400 beaubien, Montreal H1M 3G8. After an exchange with the employee, he clearly stated that the store does not participate on the coupon program. Please explain if subway restaurants can choose whether to accept or refuse subway coupons.

the subway on winsted rd in torrington ct 06790 is never open past 7 730 pm. We went monday jan 2 2023 at 720 all the lights were off there was a girl who came out from the back and gave us dirty looks as to say dont come in here .

We left and called the store and she would not answer . Tried to call next day to talk to manager and again no one answers. This is not the first time we found the store closed before the posted hours open till 8pm also online it says 8pm.

So we will not go to this store again even tho its close to our house its too inconsistant.

I went into my regular Subway 30 minutes ago. 00 for a bill of $10 and change. She handed me back a few cents. I told her I gave her $15 because I always leave a tip. She in so many words called me a liar.

The other employee told her to check the camera. She refused and started to count the money in the till. She said she was 98 cents short so there was no way I gave her a five. I counted my money before I even ordered.

While I placing order she insisted I come and pay before I even told what I wanted on my food. That was very strange to me ? I am very upset about this situation.

in Phoenix AZ it is a shame that a restaurant like subway has people working with no customer service and don't care about loosing customers. I walked out really upset and disgusted about the person . I didn't buy anything and left.
