My complaint is that on December 25, 2022, I used the subway app to order 3 sandwiches. When the app signaled that the food was ready I went to pick it up but the store was closed. I called the store number and no answer.

So I waited until the next day to either get my money back or get my sandwiches. The manager was not there when I called and the assistant manager said there was nothing they could do because it was done on the app.

I need my money back or I need my sandwiches. I have left my phone number and no one has called me back. I would appreciate a very prompt reply on this matter.

Not a complaint but it is the coupons I receive in the mail flyers. I have been using them but now all the subway stores in my area have signs on the doors they are not accepting the coupons.what good are the coupons if you can’t use them? The area I am talking about is in Massachusetts at Stoneham, Woburn, and Burlington stores.

Sparta nc subway ran by scarlotte is having a person with covid working on shift. She told them to work anyway. As well as serving old food thats sat in cooler for over a week. As well as locking employees out off there pay stubs and w2 because she will not take out state or federal no matter who asks her to take it out.

I claimed 0 and not taxes were takin asked her then she blocked me put son I couldnt see it anymore she is doing this to alot off employees.

2 woman at 503pm were so rude to a gentleman that asked for something to be spread out on the bread , she said she would not , he asked why she said I don’t have anything to spread it with, he asked can you use the knife in your had or a spoon or fork she said no , if you want it spread I suggest you bring something from home , she did with the ugliest attitude and voice I’ve seen .Thus is at 360 and mayfield in AyTx

Yes visited store 18694~0 in Monticello FL off interstate it was horrible the worst experience I ever had subway and I’m 49 years old, the bread was old so they tried toasted it without asking you couldn’t even bite it and I was out town on family emergency I had go Shands hosp I placed complaint on web immediately have bottom no response also the man that waited on us was very unprofessional, dirty and very unkept had beard and hair going everywhere I would really appreciate a refund.

I am a 60-year-old Healthcare Worker that patronizes your store for dinner at least twice a week. Here N. Main St. 23434. While waiting 30 minutes for service in a store with two customers and three of your employees. I was never offered services, I was ignored, and disregarded.

I felt hurt and angry for my time wasted. My dinner plans were ruined.

Jan. 7th at 5:45 pm. Location Subway 207 Sidney Baker Kerrville Tx, 78038. Stopped by with my husband to eat and as we were walking in a employee girl walked out not saying a word to us. We went up to the counter waiting and said hello a couple of times looked back outside the girl was smoking a cigarette and on her phone.

We finally decided to leave because we were upset that she didn't pay attention to us at all. As we were walking out the door she was standing by the door smoking her cigarette and continue to be on her phone still not paying any attention that we walked out or never even acknowledged us. Very upset customer experience.

We had also went there last Saturday and they were supposed to be open and there was no sign of anyone in their lights were off. I would like answers.

I went to the subway in the Mitchell sd walmart. Me and my dad both had a cup of soup and sandwich. The soup was all dry and the lady that dished it up told the person in charge that they needed more soup and she had an attitude and said im not making any more we have went threw five things of soup and

that enought im not making any more and its not even noon. The lady that was to be in charge of the place was very rude and not personable at all. Then when I got up tp throw away my trash she gave me a mean dirty look.

Mind you all I was doing is throwing away my trash. That was the worst exsperance I have ever had. The only good thing about the visit was the lady that help me and dished up the soup.

AWEFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE, place the order on the app, and came to get the food , the sandwiches were still being made , they had the wrong bread, and they were BURNT. The meat on the sandwiches were also burnt like they were left in the toaster too long.

He said he didn’t like reading the receipts and to tell him what we wanted in the sandwiches, and we politely asked for a refund , and have been waiting over 25 minutes for one , and he has ignored us and has taken order and has no disregard for us , and we have yet to be refunded

Used the ap to order, picked up in store. Got home, order was ridiculously wrong. It was below 0 temps, and didn't want to go to the other side of town to get it fixed, so we ate it and let them know, using the contact us feature.

Had an immediate response, with an offer to send coupons to make it right. After almost 2 weeks, nothing. No coupons and no reply from the manager. I replied, asking if the coupons were coming and was ignored. Had to go to the contact us feature again and got a copied and pasted email, that didn't even really make sense with my issue.

Now, it's been a month, and still nothing. It doesn't take much to reply, check in, type an email that's personal. Not at all impressed with this location or their management.

I paid extra for avocado in my wrap. It would have been nice if there actually was avocado in it. I ordered online and pick it up in store. I didn't know until I got home. I was not going back out.

They could have at least refunded the cost. It was only 75 cents. It's the principal.

Wer ordered two footlongs and in the app it had a deal o e forlorn f get another 50% off. Well the lady called and left a rude message saying they do t take coupons. I ordered anyway and when we got them home bith mine and my husbands were completely wrong and the lady in store was extremely rude to my husband!!! Never going there again

Yesterday I ordered a sandwich from subway in Stockton CA, . Everything went well up until my first bite into the sandwich my inner cheek was sliced due to a knife being wrapped in with the sub. By the time this happened I was home, and did instead of contacting the restaurant I found this number in hopes for this to be addressed, in whatever way the company sees fit.

Why do we get these great subway coupons and no one in our area takes them? I was in Millington TN and they don't take them. Memphis TN, olive branch MS,Hernando, MS, Southaven MS don't take them. Not sure if any in Jackson TN still take them.

Why spend money on advertising if no one is going to accept them We love subway but would also love coupons. Didn't know if you were aware of the issue.

Bad customer service and did not put proper amount of meat and avocado on my sandwiches. After I got home and reviewed my sandwiches, I called another subway to be verify amount they put and they advised of more than what my sandwich was made with.

Seems the location I purchased them at is cutting corners and these sandwiches are not cheap…very unsatisfying and feel I was stolen from. My footling Turkey Cali had about 6 slices of Turkey 2 slices of bacon and they put a quarter slice of avocado…for an footlong??? 99???

In the last 8 times I have ordered only twice was my order right. I work a late shift so I grab subway on my way to work. I always put on special instructions dressing on the side please. They don’t read special instructions or they do after they made it.

I wish I could say it was only one store but it has been all that I have ordered from. I get to work at 4 pm I don’t eat lunch till 11pm. If the dressings are on the sub I am eating a soggy mess no one likes that.

I was gifted a plastic subway card for Christmas. I tried to see how much it was worth and ended up with more questions than answers. Your app is designed to sell something than answer questions that people have I just wanted to see what it was worth and I can’t see how to do it.

The phone number is not working to answer questions. Said that I needed to get online for the answer. I did it and still haven’t found it. I was excited about the idea of using it because I love Subway.

I'm actually a Subway employee, at the store on penco rd in weirton, wv. I wish to complain about the assistant manager and the way she poorly treats emoyees, as well as customers. " I tried going through my higher up manager and nothing is being done about this issue.

No one will address the issue. I should not have to work in those conditions. I'm a good worker and love my job. This has caused me to quit ky job, because of being mistreated. The assistant managers name is Melinda Bittenger.

I've also been getting the run around about my paycheck. I have yet to receive a card in the mail or by the store. And it is already pay time.

Ordered a 6” tuna sub. It consisted of 2 small leveled scoops of tuna, 2 cucumber slices, 2 banana peppers, 2 small pieces of onion and 2 half slices of provolone cheese of which I was charged extra! The portions were so small it was embarrassing!

I can remember when they could barely get the sandwiches to close! Charged me $7 for barely any toppings! Ridiculous! Will never go back!

Yesterday I was in the subway in Reno north valley in the rayleys shoping center with my 3 girls. I went in to the gentleman on the phone not really in the full service so he pulled out the wrong bread and I realized the product left overnight not great shape and

ice dirty under the container I said I'd wait so they get fresh product the women who was also there was also put off but kept making my sandwich s I was explaining I had a badly allergic to all pork products your places have really been careful about it and clean however this gentleman laughed!

I kept a eye on it but felt upset over his lack of things. I put all my products on the counter explaining I was doing two meals if they still had them she rung Mr up saying everything was good however when I went to pick my things up…

I went to the Subway in lake city south Carolina on Kelly St 3 weeks ago and to purchase full sub and they made me pay cash and there was a white lady in front of me and they let her paid with a EBT card so I asked them can I pay with an EBT card and they said no but they let her paid with an EBT card and

she said that she done it more than one time. I was not treated fairly on that behalf. There was two black girls and two black boys working that night and the manager left on a bicycle with a carriage on the back of it pulling it with a big boombox inside of it

I went online to check the menu for ordering a subway at our local branch in Tuscola IL, today, January 12, 2023. There was a code (BOGO50) you could use if you ordered 1 foot long you get a second one for 50 percent off. To double check, we called to seer if we could place an order, and then pick up in drive-up. I was told by the gentleman, named Kent, who answered that they would honor the code. He was rather rude, then I asked if I could place an order and he said, no he had something else to do.

My boyfriend went up and got the sandwiches, which we had to pay full price for, which was ok. This employee was not very nice at all, and not at all helpful.
