I visited the Subway at 90 B River Street on 26th Jan at 8:29 pm. The server was some what rude and gave us an extremely small serving size. I asked him for spinach in my sub and he actually put 3 leaves of spinach on a whole footlong.

It's not like he didn't have any spinach in there. Then my friend gave him a coupon to use, he scanned it for her and she paid the amount asked. When I gave him my coupon he said he can't accept it as the system doesn't allow a coupon when seconds before he accepted one from my friend. We were paying separately.

When I asked him for my receipt he gave me one that didn't specify what our order was and refused to give me the real receipt. I can share an image of what he gave me. I am very disappointed with the service and would request I get a refund for the…

Good morning I recentlay visited a Subway In Woodstock Virginia at 10:39 Friday morning When I walked in the door there was a Teeny bopper Sitting on the table with her Legs crossed putting her feet on the table I will not eat here no more She was talking to 2 other girls and the young man behind the counter Did nothing about it I know he could see it This is very unacceptable And I am calling the health department to turn this in I will also put a review in Subway's review column which can hurt you very much people do not like didn't see That kind of activity when they walk in the restaurant

This is in reference to a coupon. Buy a foot long sandwich and get a footlong and drink free. Today I attempted to buy a Mexicali footlong and get the black forest ham sandwich and drink for free, I was told by the employees that I couldn’t purchase a Mexicali because it cost more, which I totally get but how does that void the coupon. Traveling down I-40 and stopped in Santa Rosa NM at store #1070. Online it showed the store closing at 10pm. When I arrived it was 7:50pm. The man stated they were closed because they had no customers. He was in the middle of making a line of sandwiches and I stated that I was a customer if he could take my order.

He was rude and said "no we are closed". " I asked him to please check for me so he did. We found another store down the road that closed at 8 but was kind enough to take my order.

We waited to stop in Santa Rosa because it was closest to home. If the store closes at their convenience then it should say that online. It's a good thing they had 2 stores in that little town and that one store had great customer service.

We waited our entire trip to pick up subway on the way home…

I have placed 3 online orders with this subway location, first order they were out of bread and didn’t bother to notify me until I arrived to pick up the order, second order they had no eat, again didn’t notify me until I arrived for the order. Tonight was the last straw, I arrived to pick up order,there was a sign on the door saying break, be back in 15 minutes, 3 employees opened the store back up, who all looked to be under 18 and

spent a lot of time chatting and talking on cell phones. Why do you close an entire restaurant so all of you can go on break at the same time? And again I couldn’t get my food because they were out of items.

This location has a lot of bad reviews online as well. This store should be shut down or at least overhauled.

I would like to know why they send out coupons for subway, and when you go to Subway do use them, they refuse to use them. I think that’s very wrong of the stores to be able to get away with that.

It’s misleading and very wrong to a person that shops at Subway. I think people should just boycott subways stores completely and I will be posting that on the Internet till this problem is resolved. On 1/23/23 I went to Subway (747 W Cherry St Sunbury, OH 43074) as I have on multiple occasions around noon. Previous visits have been poor when ordering inside with staff, but I decided to go back for a quick lunch.

While waiting to order a female was making a sandwich and a male came to take my order. Before I said anything, the female said "oh sh**" and I laughed and said we all have a rough day. The male then took my order, but seemed very confused and kept looking at a ticket just placed to his left and asked me again what I needed.

My perception was: he did not change his gloves after wiping counter and got my footlong out and sliced it as I was ordering two six inch subs; he told the female to take the ticket to his left and she also did not change her gloves. As I started to tell…

Never have soup or chili. Young manger don’t make it in the am. She gives out free food to people in Walmart. Says don’t sell enough soup so she don’t make it or chili. Others around the area have soup and chili. Makes no sense to me. I suggest you get people who want to work and do they job. You have cameras check them. Have a blessed day

I would like to make a complaint about my service from the Subway shop in Gorseinon Swansea. I put a order through on Deliveroo,when my food arrived it was freezing cold it does not help that these driver have no knowledgeof the areas were they have to deliver to.

The the pizza slice was just thrown into a box and was cold the wedges were also cold. My tuna salad looked like someone had thrown it into a box. The manager of the store was rude and was basically calling me a liar,he argued with me and said he knows for a fact the food was not cold,as a customer I was very annoyed with his managerial skill or should I say the lack of them.

I stopped in to Subway at the camdenton, Mo 65020 location to order a 12" sub for dinner. Some how the young man grabbed the wrong sub at checkout and I get home 10 mins away and realize I now have the wrong sub.

So I drive 10mins back to explain what happened and i'm set on not even eating with subway that I would just go somewhere else. The young man says the only thing I can do is make another sandwich we cant give you money back or a free sandwich.

He then calls the manager Pam and she also said there's no refunding the money all they can do is make a new one. For me that's a little fishy that an employee doesn't know how to give a refund what if and extra item is accidentally paid for see where I'm going there.

I am surprised at the lack of customer service my husband and I received tonight. Coming in on a Sunday evening at 4:33 pm. The only people in the store. There was one employee behind the counter. To start off we had a coupon that didn't expire until February, the first thing when we walked in this store there was a hand written sign that said no coupons.

A little upset, but not a big deal. Just wasn't sure what the reasoning behind that was. The kid behind the counter, didn't greet us or even make eye contact with us uopn entering. He was preparing orders, i was assuming from online. We patiently waited, nothing.

I recently bought a broccoli soup at a subway restaurant in Panama. (The Lefevre Building Restaurant, Rio Abajo) After eating one spoonful of the soup, I encountered a strange looking item in the soup. This item looked like meat. I am a vegetarian, so I went to the counter and asked the server what it was.

She told me that it was broccoli. I left the soup with her and walked out of the restaurant. I then told myself "You should tell them to refund your money" I did that. The cashier contacted a person in the back. They then started laughing.

I purchased 2 footlongs, the first was done right the second one was not. The server was scraping the left over bits of grilled chicken, she went to the kitcken and the colored skin, fat woman brought the pan of half filled meat and the server add a few and spread the meat all the way to filled up the loaf.

There is an employee at your Subway #39756 at 21 East 118th Street, New York, NY 10035 location fraudently attempting to charge my charge card. 52. I am in Texas and the only way this can happen is if an employee knowingly enters the information manually or by swiping a cloned card.

I went into my local subway in northern California to get lunch. I ordered a foot long sourdough double blt with swiss cheese and brown spicy mustard. I was informed that Subway no longer carries sourdough bread, swiss cheese or brown mustard. When asked what breads were available I was told Italian, Italian herb and cheese, and wheat. So with the options limited, I opted to go somewhere else. Sad when you can no longer get the sandwiches you have gotten for years. With that in mind, I will not return to Subway.

This is in no way a complaint on the store in Willits, Ca but a complaint directed to the corporation itself. Taking away the things most asked for is not a good business decision in my opinion. I know for sure you won't ever see me back in your stores again.

Some Subways do not honor special offers. Others have defective equipment that is not repaired by the company. There is no way to contact the company by email other than comments about a particular store.

This has happened 3 time in the past, at Elgin Air Force. Something has to change. The sign on the wall indicates that they open mon-fri 0600-?. I show up o610 hoping to get a BMT for breakfast, that would be great.

Unfortunately no one was there to help. I only have a few minutes from the time they open to when my shift starts. This is by far the worst subway I've been in.

Why is the subway franchise in Las Vegas NV address 6525 S Fort Apache Rd Unit 110 Las Vegas, NV 89148 advertises OPEN 24hr. But on January 19, 2022 it is closed with no sign stating why. I understand if there was a sign posting why they closed for a emergency reason. But wasting my time driving to this location when there are closed is very inconvenient for an resident wanting to come and purchase a food item. Visited the navasota subway before reaching the door I noticed at least 5-6 ppl in line already. When my husband open the door one of the workers stated “sorry sir we’re not taking any customers right now” this is horrible customer service.

The changes you've made to your Subway stores food choices have made it a less than zero choice. The bread is awful I had the meatball sub and the meat tasted like it was days old I will never eat at Subway again. I used to really enjoy Subway as a fairly healthy choice and it is the only restaurant close to where I live but I would rather drive 20 minutes into town than every there again.

The employee didn't ask if I wanted a foot or not so I was confused on why she didn't cut it. When she started putting the teriyaki on the sandwich, I already know what happened. I was too scared to tell her that she made a mistake of not asking me but I still didn't.

I ended up having to pay for a foot long. Still pretty sad about it :(

Me and my daughter got sick on the 27 at the subway in Thomaston ga Walmart and we went back on the 28 at 11:41 am and I made a complaint to the manager about both of the subs and the Manger got smart with me and after the employee that was working there told her about the sub sandwich that we wasn't lying and he said he had to change out the ranch and
