Everytime I eat there I get sick me and my wife I haven't ate there in over a year, so I decided to give them another try. And I got sick I was throwing up alot I had to pull over on the side of the street because my wife started throwing up.

I will never ever eat there again its in Bonham Tx. Thank You.

I've already bought it 3 times through the subway app, I get to the store or it's closed without warning or they don't have what I ordered, so the attendant asks me to make the payment again and the money will be withdrawn from the app directly to the bank, I've never seen it This extorno is paid twice for each order unfortunately, I send an email to the subway desk and I have no response, the company scores 0.0 shame.

At the Subway in Kentwood, Louisiana. I was employed as a worker for least then 3 weeks. I came in and worked and did my job. I stayed over one time and they started to be racist towards me. They never gave me a write up or a warning and they simply terminated me without say.

And the training hiring manger Cassie did not have the power to fire me and I feel like she was being racist towards me because a white girl called out and didn't show up multiple times and was never terminated she was just give warnings. They did not have the right to do that to me.

She also said I was being disrespectful towards her when I never called her out of her name or anything like that. I simply stated my opinion and how I felt about this rude and weird behavior towards me.

I would like to make a complaint, i was in line getting food Thursday night around 5pm. I was close to the register and was listening to the worker behind the register talk to the woman ahead of me. She asked the worker how her day was, and the worker said she wasnt having a good day things were not going her way that day.

My daughter bought us dinner tonight and she was going to pick it up at 6:45 at our local store and Wonder World Dr.

However, when she arrived at 6:25 PM to pick up the dinner, it was not ready and she had to wait. the stand told her that she was late and that it was thrown away so they had to remake their sandwiches.

On February 2, 2023 - Went to Walmart #1301, Clearbrook VA. 22624 ---Time around 12:35. Decided to stop at Subway and grab a bite for lunch before shopping. Waited to place my order, there were two people behind counter working on other orders ahead of me, no problem.

No one else in front of me now. One employee behind counter finished with his customer and started making bread. Note I had already been waiting for them to finish with other customers and one person behind me had already left, not wanting to wait any longer.

After I saw employee put two trays of bread in oven and was starting on another one I asked him if he could take orders. He replied he could but had to make the bread. Then left the area for a brief time and returned so I told him what item number I wanted.

Doesn’t the”Chicken Bacon Ranch” sub automatically come with Ranch dressing like listed on the menu ?? I either ALWAYS have to ask for it or I don’t get it period…. The order boards doesn’t list just Ranch dressing on the board, it’s Spicy Ranch.

I just expect it since that IS HOW IT IS LISTED ON THE ORDER BOARDS !!!!! One very dissatisfied customer. This is very disappointing!!!!

I tried to order a black forest ham, peperoni, lettuce, provolone cheese, and extra pickle sandwich and I ordered online through the Subway website to be delivered to my workplace. I received a wrap with Mayo (which i am allergic to) , chicken, tomatoes, and olives.

It was a disgusting mess and I couldn't even eat it! 00 to get it delivered as well. ) and the woman i spoke to was extremely rude. She told me she was "too busy to help me" and that i had to call back, then she hung up on me.

I have called a total of 15x now and nobody has picked up, this was about an hour and a half ago now. I never got a refund, or my food! I am very disappointed, and still would like my refund.

I had to throw it away due to my allergies.

We ordered 2 footlongs on Jan 23rd 2023 through the subway app for subway location at 2831 North Road Orangeburg SC, order# 32777F46-83 and we received notification that the food was ready for pickup 20 mins later. Once we were at the subway drive through, they took more than 10 mins to acknowledge us and then we were informed their drive through was closed.

However their drive through showed that it's open, and had no indications at all that they are closed for service. Maybe the drive through is closed to Asians, but that's just how we felt. Moving along, we were told further that they never received our order, and we showed them our receipt through the app.

I made an online order today. Upon arrival I was told they could NOT give me my order without the confirmation. First of all who would know my name and that I had placed an online order. This was totally embarrassing as the lobby was fairly full. I really this was done to me because I'm African American. This is totally unacceptable!!!! On Sunday Jan 29 i entered the subway store on burnside ave lawrence ny. i didnt see anyone behind counter so i asked if anyone was here. i did it 3 times and finally i walked to the swinging door on right side of building and at that point i saw a woman opening up refridge door.

i said to her can i get a sandwich and there was no reply. so i then said can i get a sandwich or should i leave and she said you can leave. i go once a week and have never seen her before but its a disgrace to your franchise.

how can you reply and rectify this. she was only employee i saw at that time and quite frequently i go in at that time. please email us and advise how to get in touch with employee relations.

I was at the Subway in Hawthorne Florida yesterday afternoon and had the worst experience I have ever had at a Subway. The employee, Cheyenne was rude constantly. I did make special requests (condiments on the side, a Subway Club minus roast beef double ham, not to press the sandwich when done).

She ignored me about the condiments and later told me that they had no little containers, even though I could see large stack of lids, so I must guess that the cups were there as well. Every time that I made a request I received a dirty look with an eye roll and her tone was brusque the whole time.

I have been to several Subway restaurants through the years and never had poor service previously.

Wanted to order subway at Pukekohe just to find a fat dirty fly sitting on the Pork Riblet I wanted to order. I had to show it to the lady working there who has removed the pork riblet meat from the shelve and removed the fly.

No apology or explanation was offered and kept on serving customers. Asked if I wanted something else but I lost my appetite and did not order anything. The person who went with me finished their order and we left without me ordering.

I received a coupon sheet today in my local newspaper. My husband and I enjoy the sandwiches from Subway very much and decided to have that for tonight's dinner. I cut out the coupons that were good with our order but the Subway on Baya Avenue in Lake City refusesd to let us use our coupons.

They said the coupons were only good at another site on the other side of town. I think that is false advertising and that coupons should be honored at all locations.

Saturday Jan 28th at aprox 11:15... upon going into the subway in FasFuel (think its store #35636) to order 8 subs, the cashier said someone would be with us soon. She then came over and started making our 1rst sub.

Then the manager came out of the back room (office) and starting making them. She asked how many subs we wanted, told her 8. She then told us that she didn't have time to make 8 subs and the policy is anything over 5 subs needs a 24 hr NOTICE.

We were SHOCKED at this....!!! Told her no where on subway app or outside your store does it say this, told her to make the 5 and I'll leave and come back 2 min later for the other 3. after challenging us some more we told her to just make the 5 and we will take our other business elsewhere, which we did.

m. I ordered a multi grain six inch turkey sub with provolone, mayo, spinach, green peppers and lettuce. I was halfway through eating my sandwich when I bit into a metal object. I was shocked when I took it out of my mouth and it turned out to be a metal screw.

I spoke with the manager, Shelley Yarbough, and received a cash refund. The manager told me she was going to follow up with me about an incident report, but it is now a week later and I have received no response.

I sent her two emails and received no response to the emails as well. I want you to be aware this incident happened so it can be determined how the screw got into my sandwich to prevent something like this from happening again and resulting in an injury.

My complaint is here in Spokane Washington we get coupons in the mail saying there are coupon values for sandwiches at a certain price getting two sandwiches or three sandwiches or a 6 in or combination but none of the subways here in Spokane Washington honor your coupons if the stores aren't going to on coupons it should be told which stores are going to honor the coupon or which ones are not because Subway to me is one of the best sandwich shops ever I have Jimmy John's closer to my home than I do a Subway but

I travel the extra to go to a Subway but if they're not going to honor the coupons that are mailed out why should I go to Subway

Ordered online under my name Virginia but they call me Ginger. Went into subway to pick order up and asked for th3 order under Ginger. Told them that I think it is under Virginia on the subway app. toppings and all.

He asked to see my ID I told him I'm not showing you my ID for sandwiches and that I would go retrieve my phone from the cat to show him order number. ohone and said ok thank you. While waiting on order that was not ready when application said it WAS READY FOR PICKUP the guy came back.

Middle Eastern lady refused to put extra veggies on my sub because it caused her money?

Started out bad when she cut the fresh mozzarella cheese in half for a footlong(Stated it was normal Practice). After the sub came out of the oven I noticed how sad it(my sub) looked with half a mozzarella cheese. I asked her to please add the other half and I would pay for what ever charge. After my now happy looking sub came out of the oven and all the normal veggies were added., I was foolish(apparently) to ask for extra veggies because she stated "it cost money" I was baffled at this point and was afraid if I purchased this sub my total would be over $30 not to mention what ever fee I would have to pay for my ice. I told her to cancel my order. Now I'm afraid I'll get a bill.

The subway on 25th in Greeley, Colorado was terrible. I work for a food delivery company and they made me wait until all walk in customers were served before starting my order. The customer had already paid for it. On top of that there was only one person at noon. Poor management.

My husband took my son to the Thomasville nc 27360 location on1/29/23 and got a salad there was not even a 1/2 in of anything in the bowl. He asked them for more lettuce and the young man that was high on drugs didn't even know what he was asking for.

My husband said that all the employees working were all high and one girl was almost falling over. 00 for nothing. My son was still hungry after that and had to come home and make him something elts to eat.

Very upset fist about the salad but more that it's allowed for employees to work like that at was once my sons favorite place to eat.

Ordered subway through doordash (as it is easier than leaving work) Here were the issues:

Ordered a footlong-recieved a 6inch Sandwich was cold when ordered toasted. (The commute was less than 1 mile) Lettuce was clearly not fresh, brown. So much sauce that the sandwich was drenched (3 passes is standard unless a customer asks for extra and I did not) Veggies that were not ordered. Could tell it was not deliberately placed but had pickles that were not ordered which most likely means the salad bar was messy and had veggies dropped into a different cambero.

I have never ordered from this subway before and most likely will not again. I worked for a Subway for 4 1/2 years before graduating college and moving into the field I studied and can understand how difficult it is to take customer…

Me and my gay husband went into Subway here in West Virginia Logan, West Virginia, and the owner of the franchise has put up signs in his and his wife’s stores and is refusing to except the valid within the date coupons that have come in the mail and told us that he was not gonna except the coupons that subway company has sent out the fact that you’ll allow your franchise owners not to except the coupons that you publish in the mail and

Subway location Sparta, NC 28675 Restaurant cleanliness is not important here. Maintaining predictable store hours hasn’t happened in months. Lack of effective management has lead to constant shortages of supplies. Lack of proper training has lead to incorrect mobile orders for hundreds of customers over the last year alone.

This single Subway restaurant is destroying the subway name. Not sure if there is anything that can be done as a corporation, but our local franchise is a joke. Myself and countless others choose to go out of our way to visit a different restaurant.

I am absolutely blown away by the manager at the subway located on 76th st in Owasso Oklahoma. She was yelling at an employee over a vape pin with a lobby full of customers. Tonight I witnessed two young boys leave a young lady to go to a party.

This poor girl was left alone to do everything by herself. It broke my heart to witness so much so that I am reaching out in hopes that you care enough for the safety and well being of this young lady.

Her name tag said Ameerah. This place it’s horribly run by people who truly don’t care. One of the boys had at least 8 friends hanging out in the lobby. I will never give this location a penny. I will take this as far up as possible including news stations if something is not done.

I am truly discussed at what I witnessed tonight.

The last two on-line orders I’ve placed with coupons. The first time I ordered for pickup, they would not honor the BOGO50 coupon. The 2nd order placed today, got cancelled 10 minutes prior to my pickup. When I had to reorder, it would not take off my buy 2 get one free Friday sub.

And the manager was extremely rude and would not help. I will not be returning to either of these subways again. Locations are clover rd in Noblesville and Hazeldell Rd in Carmel, IN. This is unacceptable! Thanks.

Food is way too expensive - they have new ownership and prices are higher than ever. 00 for 1 sandwich, 1 salad and2 drinks. We have never paid that much at any Subway.

Also they have stopped carrying crackers - who doesn’t want crackers with a salad.

Also a lot less meat on the salad. Completely dissatisfied with experience.

We went in approx 230 central time had poor service from a man. Very rude. We then sit down to eat and a female employee comes out of the back sits down and starts yelling about some parole officer and a sex offender and how he diddles children and has been charged.

Also talking about how her ex was charged. She also started naming people involved it was inappropriate when there were little children in the building. I stood up said this is disgusting and very inappropriate and I wanted the name of a manager at that point no one would give us any information and everyone that was seated got up and left and thanked me for saying something.

Ordered two sandwiches at lunch. My co/worker had requested her's to be toasted. It was a turkey which she always has toasted. The employee was unfriendly and said rudely that ot couldn't be toasted. I said she always requests it toasted and she just ignored me.

When has it become a company policy to not comply with a reasonable request? I will rethink my sandwich shops at lunch from now on. Our money can be spent at plenty of great places that are accommodating. This was for the location in Yuba City, CA 95991 on Queens Avenue/Buttehouse Road today.
