Let me begin this email with I love the food at your franchise but I really don't understand when I receive unprofessional customer service. 94 of food it is very frustrating. The store I purchased from was: Subway, 15210 Spring Cypress Rd Suite L, Cypress, TX 77429 (281)256-0250.

I order on your website for delivery, I am able to see the order is picked up and on its way, I can also see that it is delivered. I call to the front office to confirm that my food is in the office and I am told nothing was delivered.

The bread was very hard and not fresh. We didn't have them tosted to try to keep them from getting hard. Very little lettuce. This was probably the worst sandwiches we ever got from subway. My score is a F.

Hi, my name is Carolina, I’ve been a subway fan since high school, In the past couple of years I’ve been noticing the lack of quality control, initially I thought it could be just a absence of dedicated workers. Unfortunately, after many attempts to have a nice delicious Sub I have decided to write a complaint.

I’ll upload pictures so you can see what I’m talking about. It went from mouth watering, well made subs to just flat, plain bread with a few “week old” lettuce pieces.

Manager was very rude in how he was speaking to me. I asked to get the special of the day in a salad he charged me $15 then I asked for his name he told me he was on a call and walked off on me.

I asked for the address he pointed to the door. Unprofessional wouldn’t give me his name said it was Angel and doing this in front of customer and staff

I would like to complain about the worker at store located at 2090 W Henderson Rd Columbus, Ohio 43220. His name was Shawn he said he owns the store. Every time I go in this store and if he is in there he is very rude to customers, I witness him get really nasty with a man who did not have a mask on and

one time subs were free he was very rude and nasty to 2 kids who came in. He didn't even let both kids know they could get a free sub. This man is very rude and we will not be going to this subway ever again.

On 02/08/23 I ordered 2 footlongs subs From the Subway on Sheep farm Rd in Seneca SC. This order was placed and paid for online. When my husband arrived to pick it up at the drive thru, he was told he would need to come in to the restaurant.

He could see the order sitting right there but they refused to hand it to him. He asked for a manager as he had just recently had a total knee replacement and did not want to come in and how hard is it to walk 4 steps and hand him his order.

The manager was rude and told him the same thing. That he would have to walk inside and then proceeded to slam to window in his face. Shame on you Subway. You have lost a long term customer!

Your apps never work for me. I use apps other places with no trouble. You ran add BOGO on foot longs so drove to store and assistant was ver unhelpful. That's happened at that store before so I'm done with Subway.

I ordered a 6" Steak and cheese sub at the Subway in( Rock Hill, South Carolina, 2970 Celeanse Rd.) The website let me purchase the order and I was thinking I would receive it, but when I got to the location, it was closed down. You keep sending me BOGO offers on footlong subs. Catch 22 is, I have to order online. Tried several times, online order system keeps freezing up. Will not allow me to customize toppings. I don't want hot peppers, salt, pepper, vinegar or oil.

Won't let me scroll down. Can't get past that point. I refuse to download your app. All those food apps eat up my phone's limited storage space. I went into store and tried to order there. No help from clerk.

He said I have to order online or download the app. You used to send coupons in the mail, and I used those, but you stopped sending those. This is not customer oriented service. So, stop sending me email promos I can't use.

I will just go to Jersey Mike's from now on. Their online app actually works!

I went to the subway, located in the murrayville plaza on North college road in Wilmington North carolina. I go there to get tuna subs mostly. When I went in today and I looked at the line where all the food is the tuna was almost empty in this stainless steel container they put it in, you can see there was dried tuna on the side a little bit of crust from obviously not being covered or in the refrigerator on the top and

like I said you can see the bottom and you can see the mayonnaise separating. When I requested a fresh batch of tuna because that was unacceptable not only did the manager refuse but she gave me an attitude to which I returned.

I placed an online order for 2 subs one was sweet onion teriyaki and the other was for the outlaw the sandwiches were not good the bread on both sandwiches had so much oil and sauce that they were soggy. The bread was supposed to be toasted but because of the excess oil and sauce I couldn't enjoy them.

Not very happy how when I did my credit card to pay it added a tip. I'm sorry but its not right to have the tip selection on when customers pay with the credit card. Sorry I shouldn't have to tip for someone doing what they get paid to do and feeling like I have to.

Standing at the counter, I was only person in store, the cashier was cleaning tables and continued cleaning tables by saying “I’ll be right there”…I watched Her clean 3 tables and then I left , cleaning tables is more important than a customer? Not good for the customer or Subway

I enjoy a subway product, however the last 3 times have not been good. a few weeks ago no lettuce, next time no potatoe chips today no tomatoes for the foot long sandwich. poor customer service. this took took place at a wallmart in South Milwaukee Wisconsin 53172 always the same place.

Terrible slow service at the Covington Tennessee location on 741 HWY 51 North. There was a line of four people with only one person making sandwiches. I asked one of the coworkers was he going to help the other employee make sandwiches and he just rolled his eyes at me and kept stocking.

I will not be shopping there again. The Subway in our local Walmart has much better service so I guess I’ll just have to drive out there even though it’s a lot farther from me.

I frequently use the subway in Centralia, IL and when I was over harged for my buy one get one free order I let it go, but this time I was way overcharged for a single blt footlong! 19 for the sandwich which wasn't even prepared correctly and the person training there today was extremely sour mood wise with the staff and customers.

I come into this subway 2 or more times per week and I don't like how if I ask a question or say anything I get attitude like I'm not wanted in the restaurant! 19? there is not that much tax in that town.

Maybe because no one knew what was going on. The girl who prepared my sandwich asked many times what goes on a blt!!!! BE EMBARRASSED!

I receive subway coupons via email often. I am curious to know why your subway restaurant in Fort Payne Alabama will not accept the coupons. The closest subway other than Fort Payne is in Geirgia that will accept coupons. I actually stopped patronizing subway for this reason.

This facility was absolutely filthy. I worked for subway for 17 years and never seen a subway this dirty. The Bain had food all over and looked like it hasn’t been wiped down since lunch. We visited subway at 3:30pm and an older couple came in same time as us.

Tables were dirty, floor was dirty with food particles. I will not be visiting this subway again which is so sad considering it is the only subway in town and the nearest one is over 45 minutes away.

Their Customer service is good in 2023, My account info was compromised and the "hacker" bought a couple sandwiches. I contacted subway thru their website and they refunded the amount less then 24hrs later. I was amazed after reading all the bad things about their customer service, 10/10 subway!

I think after all the flak about there customer support they have come around and now have an amazing support team, just fill out the support ticket on subway's website and they will get back to you very quickly.

Have been trying for days to get a refund on an order that was accepted and received however the store closed an hour earlier than usual. Tried calling the store for days no answer, emailed and all I get back is sorry to hear that we’ll fix it for next time.

No you guys took 30 dollars of mine and looks by the reviews money from other people doing the same thing!! Chicopee Ma inside the Walmart store 591 memorial drive Chicopee did this, and the first day I called and someone answered I heard we don’t do refunds and there’s nobody here for manager… what?!?

I placed an online order at this store that is in my neighborhood. So, I have ordered online and in person at this store several times over the years. Been going to this store for years with no negative experience from staff.

Store ran out of bread and I didn't give me my 2nd footlong, instead I was given a footlong and a 6 inch (I ordered 2 footlongs). They also closed an hour early so they couldn't make my 2nd order (another 2 footlongs).

I haven't gotten a refund for that one yet and would like a refund and some form of compensation please. Thank you.

We just left your subway location in elkview crossings mall in elkview wv 25071 because this makes twice now in a row the employees in there quit serving certain foods because they don’t continue fixing until closing time it was about 45 minutes til there closing time my husband was told when he wanted the soup it was bad and they tossed it and there wasn’t anymore it was 2 young boys arnt your stores supposed to continue serving the food until there closing time anyway we walked out yet again thus makes 2nd time in a row this location has said this we won’t be back

I visited the Subway in Junction City Kansas on 6 th street . I brought coupons to the store and the store has a sign that states-“ due to the high increase in operating costs- this location does not accept coupons”.

—— how is that possible for this store to determine whether or not to accept a nation wide coupon. This should not be allowed for any franchise to make their own rules about accepting coupons. They also messed up my wife’s salad - wrong dressing on top and they didn’t chop it up and dump it into a bowl.

They just placed all the ingredients into a small black bowl.

Ordered subs, attempted to use a coupon that was just recently received to have been valid till 02/26 23 and was advised they had already been scanned/used, the gentleman with us also attempted to use a couple of coupons and was informed the same, What a joke!!! Why send out coupons that are not redeemable?!

Is this not considered FRAUD - sending coupons that are not valid though show valid till 02/26/23!!! I am not only disgusted about the coupon situation but also the bread was not fresh as advertise (fresh). False advertisements!!!!!!!

Naugatuck ct location on New Haven Road, has had a big pile of trash in parking lot for about a month, my car way next door at ford dealership and on Friday windstorms blow trash , metal etc all over my vec doing lots damage , when asking the owner for his insurance info he refused and said not his problems because it’s the guy who did renovating left trash in parking lots

There oven to heat up my sub wasn't working again,seem business is going down,the workers tell me hadn't been busy. I go to the subway in Walmart,they said soda Machine is broken,on order,they had nothing in the cooler for choices,seem everything was on back order,they said they had no store manager.
