I ordered my food online around 3:30pm Didn’t get it at the time it said it was ready.. I thought ordering online would be faster. so that’s the reason why I ordered it online so I can get it at the window...

I pulled around to the window n they didn’t acknowledge me at the window, so I went back around to the speaker and the man working there told me to pull around. So I did. The two girls working continue to look at me off & on at the window ,didn’t say anything .

they served everybody who came through the door. They serve them before they serve me I should’ve got my food at 3:50 but I got my food at 4:27pm.. then they didn’t wrap my food separately.. they need help & training..

, Every single time i go there i have to waste my whole 30minute lunch waiting on the employees, acting sillly, talking amongst each other about how they hate their jobs, and how slow they move, its almost as if we are invisible. It would be nice to get some friendly energetic team players in there.

The crew you have is absolutely pathetic especially the older gentleman, he absolutely hates his job and talks about it. Im sure if they were on the other side waiting they wouldnt like it either. All we ask is to get better service!!!!!

I don't know if it's a store thing or a company thing, the last 2 store locations near me do the same thing. I order a sandwich and tell the person behind counter what I want and very little gets put on sandwich.

For example if I want spinach , it almost looks like they count out about 7 or 8 leaves. You ask for more, they add 2 leaves. It's ridiculous and still charge 10 plus dollars for a flat sandwich. If cost is a thing, then why not add an option where you can get a LOADED sandwich for 50 cents extra.

What happe Ed to the subway I knew you could get a large sandwich for a good cost? The extras always made the sandwich, bot so much the meat

Tonight I went the Subway 1930 North Hwy 19 Eustis, Fl. 32726 Subway #45122-0 server #1590 Who was one of the worst sandwich makers I have had. There was a sign on the door that stated. They were out of tomorrows and banana peppers.

I also found out after they had all ready made my two sandwiches. That they were also out of vinegar. I will never ever go to that subway again. I usually going to the one in Mount Dore, but I have recently moved, so this is on the way home now.

Today we tried to purchase two subways using app and code FLBOGO. Followed all the steps ordering just two sandwiches and getting to. The end and submitting order said oops order too many or something to that affect. Called the store hoping they could help she suggested shutting off phone and starting all over.

Then I called the corp office to complain the phone rang over 30 times. I hung up. Exactly how does one take advantage of these promotions. Or are they set up to fail

I purchased two tuna sandwiches from subway in prescot street. Liverpool L7. We were both suffered food poisening. I had stumach and head ache for two days and cant eat anything. I downloaded the app, but cannot use it for a FLBOGO at participating Subway’s, because they tell me the store is owned locally.

Furthermore, they informed me they could not honor the reward points for an item on the menu for the same reason. I called two separate stores in two cities and am told the same! The app is useless, unless corporate decides to reimburse the local stores for their loss in profit.

This app is a scam to get customers to purchase something since they are already at the store! I am going to download another sub sandwich app that will stand behind their stores, franchised or not!!

Ordered 2 foot longs on line got extra cheese on one of the foot longs. The one with extra cheese came with No cheese. The other, the meat was bad. My husband took back the uneaten subs to store 2 days later because it was a weekend and we knew mgr wouldn't be on duty till monday.

Mgr told him he was trying to get free food and that 1 of the sub's they didn't even make. We ordered on line

Employees ignore potential customers till they walk off, Said something to subway staff member about customers coming first priority, was told bread and cookies being made come first and you will have to wait. Came back another day and was rudily told they refused me service.

I was looking forward to using the current online BOGO Subway promotion and followed all the steps to enroll in the app. I am disabled and am on California's EBT food program and was unable to use my EBT card.

The app would not allow me to pay on pickup, but would not accept the EBT card info. I really feel that this is a form of discrimination. I was frustrated and upset. Please address. Thank you.

Last night I went to the subway located at 24512 Harper Ave Saint Clair Shores MI 48080 at 8:30 pm. All of the lights were one, the open sign was on and the hours stated "Sunday Open 10:00am-9:00pm. I went to this subway specifically because when I googled the hours it said they were open until 9:00.

When I went up to the door to open it, it was locked. A few seconds later some older lady with dark red hair who was on her cell phone mouthed to me "WERE CLOSED" then disappeared back into the back where I couldn't see her.

I visited a subway location today and waited in line and when it was my turn to be served. The associate serving me looked at her manager and said he has coupons she immediately told me this location only takes coupons on the whiteboard.

I said well that’s a little strange I’ve never heard of that before but I’ll go ahead and order off of the whiteboard. Your rebranding dud nothing to add quality or experience to your menus or store but it did cause a large increase in prices. Increases of over 100% in some cases. What did the customer actually get for this? I've seen the interviews and the CEO comments pushing the "rebranding" and all they did was make the menu more confusing and twice as expensive.

Subway was and will always be a favorite but because of the price I only stop a couple times a year now. Instead of multiple times a week. You must be losing customers bt maybe that price hike was enough

I was at this subway 2-10-23 I tried to ordered off the app. No Success when I went into the subway then they told me that it probably didn’t work because they were not honoring the by 2 foot longs get one free.

I ordered my sandwiches in the store and went on my way. On the next day I tried calling 35 times to place an order for our team wrestling there in Clinton. We finally went to the subway stood in the restaurant and called did not ring made the employees aware their phone did not work.

Every other day I order a lunch or dinner from Subway 16152-0, as it is the closest one to my home. But the recent 2 visits have been a problem. And both of them had a worker named Nate that messed up my order. (Or at least it looked like the name "Nate". The writing on his hat tag was very faded and blurry.)

Laurel subway doesn't follow instruction on online order. They just throw a bunch of ingredients on the sandwich and call it good. I ordered bbq sauce and get sweet onion. I also order little jalapeno and I get like 12 on one 6 in.

I had a receipt with the code for a free medium drink or 2 cookies for free at ANY subway location but the closest location to me denied me. I wrote the code on the receipt along with the expiration date.

as of today, it still hasn't expired, but the sandwich artist told me I had to go to the exact location i got the receipt from. he even called his manager on the phone & he told me the manager had said that since he called for help on how to redeem it. I left without complaining.

I took a screenshot of the end of the survey & it says redeem at ANY location. That was not cool. Please help or else make it clear that it can only be redeemed at the original location printed on the receipt. have a good day.

The rockets are not clean. When you eat there’s sand.

Also, the toilet is always out of service, as they say plumbing problem. We always eat at these branches - Garhoud, Barsha Umm Suquim, Arjan, and Citywalk. This complain is applicable to all the branches I have visited.

So I've been working at Subway for about 2 months and I've had an reoccurring issue with getting my paycheck. The owner refuses to update his system for direct deposit. We get paid every Friday which sometimes we do and most of the time it can take 2 to 3 days to get my check.

I'm not the only person who this problem it's everybody. The owner doesn't care at all because he owns this he has money for days no problem. But when it comes to his workers he hangs up when calling him to see where your money is.

He will short your hours if you bring up paychecks and other things. He will sometime give you money out of the cash register just for him to take it out your check. He talks bad about you in his language.

My husband and I went to Subway in Cambridge Ohio, on Southgate Parkway. The subs were not good at all. They were not made correctly, they were sloppily put together. Overall experience was terrible. The lady at the window wasn't writing stuff down as we ordered.

How hard is it to turn on open sign so we know you are open. Drive by never on so I assume you are closed. Decided to call and the young man I talked to told me well if I turnn it on I get busy and then I have to much clean up at end of night.
