I went to the Grassland Subway 3 weeks in a row and the lettuce was ROTTEN , black mold on container. I told the person behind the counter that the lettuce was discussing and he just said no it’s lettuce.

I didn’t get the lettuce on any of the subs and since it wasn’t any better on the other visits I haven’t been back. It’s only a matter of time before someone gets food poisoning. We love Subway but will not be going to this one anymore. Elaine Pekarchik 7807915332

The employee whom I believe is the manager never put gloves on to make any sandwiches. " She said I use sanitizer up to my elbows.

However I watched her make the guy before me a sandwich, mine and two kids after me, touch the pos system and warmer and not once was or sanitize her hands. She is a smoker and we know this because we live in a small town and see her out smoking at subway often.

This is repulsive and I cannot believe this is even acceptable for a food place!! I'm beyond disgusted.

I was at Subway here in Martinsville,Va on Sunday February 19, 2023. The location of 937 Church St. I ordered a footlong sub on white bread Ham and Turkey sub, with Lettuce, tomatoe, mayonnaise cucumbers green peppers, a few banana peppers.

My husband and I both ate the sub sandwich. Several hours later we both got very sick. Both of our stomachs were hurting really bad. We were sick all night. We couldn't sleep at all. This was the second time we ate at this particular Subway station and the second time that we have gotten so sick.

The last time we ate their we got indigestion so bad we couldn't hardly stand it. That was about six or seven months ago. So My husband and I thought we could give it another try again, but the food was even worse this time.

Many of our friends no longer go…

I ordered online to have my meal delivered. After an hour of waiting I contacted the store, the store advised me that the delivery is made by Doordash and she could do nothing about this. I called Doordarshan and after 45 minutes on the phone they submitted my refund request to Subway because that's where my payment went to and that's who is to fix it.

I am very upset with the rudeness and lack of service at your west corners subway in Endicott NY! I will be filing a complaint with corporate this is no way to treat an extremely loyal customer!!!

February 11,2023 I placed a online order on the subway app. I get to store#5847 and they tell me they are out of the cookies and they don't mess with the app so they are unable to give me my money back.

A manager by the name if Heather Britt contacts me by email saying my refund will be returned in 5-7 days, its been 10plus days and now Heather Britt won't return my emails and nobody from corporate has responded to me either. This has to be a joke cause what restaurant steals from their customers

On Saturday February 18, 2023, I went to my local Subway that is located at 583 Elmwood Ave Providence, RI 02907 401 781-3009. The customer service was not professional the girl who was doing my sandwich was giving me an attitude.

I told her to removed one of the slice of turkey she thrown the slice turkey that was very rude. The time that she was giving me the service that I deserve as a customer I feel very disrespect how she treated me.

She even thrown the cheese in my sandwich that did not look professional. When she took out my sandwich it was burned I was very disappointed how I was treated with no reason. The next day I call the Subway where I order my sandwich to tell her how that made me feel she call me a bad word.

That place doesn't have the customer service to treat customer…

This is the second time I ordered a salad from the subway in Bastrop off hwy 95 that my salad was refused to be made. This time the door dasher called and said the employee stated it was too messy to do.

The employee refused to give his name and did not have a name tag on. I was forced to get a sandwich and eat bread I did not want to eat. I'm a manager of a retail store close by and frequently order from here.

I will not be ordering again from this store. My dasher got the name of the person refusing to make a salad is Chris store number 10594

Ordered subway melts on a few different occasions and received a regular sub, subway melts cost more than a regular sub. The staff at subway 6885-0 in under trained. I ordered through the subway app so the sandwich was made without me being present or I would have trained them myself.

I live in Montgomery,Alabama my son and I went to the Subway in Gay Meadows Plaza and refused service at 8:50pm when the sign says the store closes at 10pm . There was 3 employees in the front, and a high school student advised me in a very rude manner “I have the key and I can’t work past 9 pm.

Why does a student have the keys to the building and the authority to close a franchise at that time? He also waived his hands around as if we didn’t matter. I had attempted to place an order online but it was not completed because my son couldn’t find what he wanted online.

I work in Customer Service and this student’s attitude towards customers is/was extremely disrespectful and rude and poor.

Hello. We had a sad experience with the only worker working at the Syracuse NY Amtrak Station store. She rudely told us to step out of line while she went behind the counter, refused to make my mothers chicken sandwich as she asked saying “you can only have it as it is on the board”. We ordered coffee and she said there was no regular creamer only vanilla and we could only have 2 each because “corporate did not send a truck” an elderly woman came to register asking for coffee and she told her to go to end of the line (I bought her coffee so she didn’t have to). This woman appears to be around 50 and was the only worker February 21 at 10am.

I live in Oswego ny and our Subway workers are beautiful kind people! My mother is from Carthage Ny and they are equally wonderful.

00 on an order through doordash of 3 foot long subs. The bread was raw. I looked at it and knew instantly it wasn't done. Then add cold moist veggies sauces and what do u get,,a mangled mess. Not to mention all my sauce on one end of the sandwich, that can't be an accident then another sub mustard smeared all over the inner wrapper , I've gotten them messy but it looked like they squeezed mustard directly on the paper, totally unedible and unacceptable.

It looked like 3 yr olds made these subs. I knew there wasn't a manager on duty bc no manager would ever send food like that out into the community, nobody wants a dough ball. It ruined our night, caused us to fight and to go hungry and the sub he got for his lunch the next day also went in the trash.

Me and my wife and my friend met at Subway today on President's Day both me and my friend purchased some sandwiches and spent about 35 bucks. My wife came with me but she could not eat because she had to fast for a doctor appointment to have a physical done.

I used the online ordering system to buy a footlong meal from the Nassau Bay Texas location on Monday February 20th 2023 at around 1:50pm. I have never had such an awful and rude customer service encounter. I made an online order as stated above and when I picked up the order the chips I wanted were not available.

I asked the woman working if there were some in the back. She replied no, just no. I asked her if I could have a cookie instead since I don’t like any of the chips available. She said no. I asked why if I ordered the meal.

She said because I ordered chips. She was short, rude and unapologetic. I tipped this woman 2$ on my online order, learned my lesson. Went back to work and noticed she also did not put the cheese on my sandwich.

I was ordering my bacon sub, noticed a couple pieces of bacon looked discolored and told the girl making it I didn't want those pieces. " I'm sorry but if I think a piece looks discolored and spoiled I'll say something when you can clearly tell they look different than the rest.

She then dumped all 16 pieces of bacon, grease and all on the bread. ) No employee should have the right to talk to a customer in that manor. She caught the attention of the 3 people in line in front of me and a couple sitting at a table.

No one in line behind me at the time so she had no excuse to take the time to exchange the piece of bacon. I've seen others post about a bad experience there on our local town sites (3) and can't help but wonder if she waited on them too.

Wish I could give negative stars. Ordered through their app. The store made everything wrong and there is no way to contact them. Call the store about 50 times within 2 days and no one ever answers. Then reach out for help messaging Subway on facebook and they tell me to send an email about what happened on their website. An email? Really? You took my money immediately, screwed up my order and want me to wait on email? Garbage company, garbage people. After asking for them to find a better way to help me they stopped responding all together.

Bought several sandwiches today to take to the hospital. I ordered a footlong monster but she forgot time put on bacon,i reminded her so she threw some in the microwave and when I opened my sandwich it still wasnt on there.

Was at shell station at exit 36 Baileyton, Tn to eat at Subway. Waited at counter while attendant was outside holding phone and talking to friend. Ignored the job. I never got to talk to an employee. I left and went down the road a short distance to another Subway located in a pilot station same exit.

I waited at counter with two other people. No Subway employee in sight. I wasted drive time to eat at Subway. Back on the interstate and am done with shoddy service. Life is too short to patronize crappy service

On February 19, 2023 at approximately 3 PM I went to the subway in Dadeville, AL 36853. When the young black male came out from the back I said hello. He responded by saying what can I get you. he never made eye contact He did the bare minimum and nothing else.

I was polite and said please when I ask for things. There was another girl there that was stocking the refrigerator. And he asked me if there was anything else and I told him a drink. He said I already have that.

This is the first time for the attitude however it is not the first experience in not having vegatables (especially the same ones). The sub we received was mere flat bread with a piece of beef. The oil and vinagar was left off.

I ordered food on the app. Paid and tipped. Went to pick up early and the worker refused to make it until it came up on her screen. Now I’m going to be late for work because even though I showed her the order on my phone and it was paid for she refused to make the order.

after placing to order I was not able to put the coupon number in. It took me at least 35 min to place the order(71 years young).

your services was very nice and tired to assistance me as best they could( Miranda Ramirez and Marleandos, but told me I had to replace the order, but like I said it took that long to place the first order.

My complaint is you had no assistance manager nor manager to help to help me get my order.

I went on line and ordered three sub sandwiches. They had a coupon to buy one sub sandwich and get one free (FLBOGO). I paid for the sandwiches online and my husband went to pick them up and the workers in the store said they did not have the order.

My husband showed them proof we ordered the sandwiches and the bank statement where they deducted the money out of our account but they would not make the sandwiches or refund our money. The next day I called the manager about my refund because I am out of the money and I did not get any food.

It's just like I gave away some money. The manager telling me they don't have the ability to pull up orders from online if it did not come to their computer but I have proof that I paid for this food.

I do not know what is going on at Subway headquarters but I hope to get a response this time. Your franchises in western KY are pathetic. I have contacted you recently about an issue with two Subway restaurants in Mayfield, KY pertaining to coupons corporate sends out but I did not get a response from you and they did not respond to the BBB complaint I filed.

Very unprofessional from you and them. In Mayfield they claimed, for at least two months I know of, that the computer would not scan your coupons so I could not use them. Then last night, Feb, 17, 2023, I went to another restaurant in Lone Oak, KY, and was informed they do not accept coupons at all anymore.

Went in rather close to closing for drive-thru. They close at 10p. 25p. One person was not with us and we had to look at the menu for him since he is ill. As we are relaying the special sandwiches to him the lady at the speaker pops on and tells us to hurry it up because they have a lot to do.

There was No One else in the drive-thru. Just us. We give our order (4 footlongs) all toasted. None are toasted even though they verified they had been. 2 are missing cheese. 1 missing sauce. All the sandwiches had about 1/2 the meat they should have for a footlong.

In our defense, it took a few minutes to order because what we wanted to get had meatballs and they said they were out. The whole order had to be changed from what we wanted. Yes. All 4 sandwiches were going to have meatballs.

They closed early. Why are we not honering the time posted on the website? This is ridiculous! You close at 9 not an hour before or even 15 minutes before. Subway on hwy 93 in kalispell mt needs to be talked to.

Im sick of hearing we are understaffed. that is an excuse and we need to get back to being normal. I am a twice a week customer and I will not be returning. good luck keeping your doors open when you run a buisness like that.

Your Moorhead location. I've ordered so many times from this location till recently I stopped due to repeat bad experience. I choose to try it again as I don't even eat subway anymore due to bad experience. Tonight I was ordering online asked for all info, including card info.

I submitted it and brought me back to my cart. Finding it odd I looked to see if my card was charged before trying again. 44. So I call to see what's going on. The employee truly tried to figure things out but the manager gave us no advice no food or a refund.

We had to push to get a number. 44 broker with no food the second time now. Manager was shown proof but acted as if she didn't care.

Employees had shutter half way down and the door couldn’t be opened. The store was scheduled to be open for another 7 min. I knocked because the door wasn’t locked but was unable to be opened fully , due to the security shutter being slightly drawn down. I was disappointed.

Ordered online at 635pm. Ordered paid for and was told 655pm ready. Well the line was out the door for walk ins. And even though I had an online paid for order, they didn't care. ). Did not give a Heck.

Never apologized for the 20 extra wait time. Then the subs looked like the tuna was spread so thin, the steak was barely there. Never been so disgusted at the quality of food ever.

Your Rewards program is worthless. When I swipe my card for the $2 reward that is allegedly on my account it doesn't work at the cashier. If your Rewards Program is not authentic you should remove all the various false information about it.

It is a waste of time thinking you are accumulating points for a reward that is non existent. My local store is 1926-0. Last transaction was 1/A-74700.

I recently worked for Subway in Toccoa I quit and they are accusing me of taking money that the district manager and the manager of that Subway has taken. The money has been gone for 2 1/2 years. The drawer is a $1600 short and has been for two years Samantha Gerald is the district manager of the school subway, I have a witness that says her and a lady named Beth that is the manager in Lavonia of the Subway have been coming to Toccoa getting money to pay bills for the Subway in Toccoa the bill never got paid and

they came back the same day and took more money from the drawer for a bill. I am being accused of taking the money that they took the manager in Toccoa subway Kathy Parks.

Horrible edición AK cliente en el restaurante #53699-0, isaias, el empleado tardo más de 5 minutos a salir de la parte de atrás. Empezó a preparar mi orden y al meterlo al horno, Empezó a atender al cliente atrás de mi.

Todo bien, pero al salir mi orden del horno. La puso de lado y siguió haciendo la orden el otro cliente, nunca se disculpo por dejarme a un lado, solo miro al cliente y sonrieron. Horrible expetiencia.
