Well your chubbuck idaho store is suppose to be open by 9. I show up at 9:15 and both the doors are locked and the employee in there just stares at me. I sit there waiting for her to come unlock the door thinking maybe she just forgot, but she literally shrugs at me like she was just confused on why I was still standing there.

I’ve been in the food industry for many years, so sad to see that a business can’t even open on time. Then when an employee notices that it’s 15 minutes past the time they were suppose to be open, she just looks at me like IM dumb.

Yet I come to the Pocatello store on yellowstone, and the door was locked, and the employee immediately came to the door and unlocks it. He even apologized for forgetting to unlock the door, and he was just finishing up getting ready.…

My name is Jordan jones. I just went to one of your locations (2885 S Highland Dr, Salt Lake City, UT 84106). The store said that they opened up at 7:00am it was posted on the door and online We got there at 7:15am.

Senior couple here in Macon Georgia. We previously lived in Sun City West AZ for 11 years. Frequented Subway and very pleased. While traveling cross country we often enjoyed Subway. The quality, freshness n available products were always consistent. We relocated to Macon Georgia 3 plus years ago and have tried several Subway restaurants.

All have been so lacking that I'm letting you know that you may want to do some serious quality control of these restaurants.

First, the bread is not fresh like we're accustom to. not soft. The sandwich is very thin, lacking of meat, even marginal veggies. Out of popular products. Meatball sandwich, no pickles, no peppers. 3:30 pm in afternoon on Saturday? Seriously?

Twice now in the past two months I have ordered from the app or website and the system did not generate an email or an order to the store yet they still took my money. went to the store and they say that they cannot help me.

THE ONLY WAY TO CONTACT SUBWAY IS VIA A STUPID FORM ON THEIR WEBSITE. it has been 3 months or more since the APP incident with no answer. The other day it happened on their website. Again, I submitted the form and no answer.

So, I guess it's ok to just steal people's money and not have to answer to it? I think a lawsuit will be made here pretty soon. This is ridiculous and robbery. I want my $30 bucks back! I would give -5 Stars if I could.

The subway on velasco st Angleton tx has a problem always out of something, meatballs never ready before noon, not sure if it’s there delivery’s or just poor management, the othe subway in Angleton seems to have no problems it just 6 miles further away. I also would encourage them to prepare veggies earlier, like the early veggies are from day before?

We have given the Utica Ohio location way to many chances. They are 15 mins from our home and can't even get decent service or any food. One time the service was so horrible with employees who had crappy attitudes and not wanting to serve their customers during a busy time.

One time we call, hours listed til 9pm and and they say they are closing early in 1 minute, clearly did not want our business. Do not post hours on Google if you are not going to honor them!!! Just shut the Utica location down.. its not worth it.

We are no longer Subway customers. We never go there any more. Your prices are OUT OF REACH! Ridiculously high. And your sandwiches are nothing but sauce with stupid names. I have a family of four. 3 of us are big guys.

I went to my local subway after 6pm on Sunday 26 February 23, was told to come back in 10 minutes because there was a staff meeting of some sort. Went back inside 20 minutes later, was told they were not through with staff discussion potential meeting.

After another 15 minutes a staff member in uniform along with another member out of uniform were having a very loud and personal discussion. They looked very unprofessional. Once inside I experienced poor customer service and was rushed despite waiting almost an hour for service.

I ordered a meal online jut to find out the meal was ordered from a different subway then the one I thought it was. Both are listed as SEATAC Subway jut have different addresses. I work at the airport and was really looking forward to my meal for lunch.

Imagin my disappointment when I arrived and was informed that my order was not for that subway branch. I inquired as to how I could get a refund and was informed that I had to contact Subway customer service. I must say that this is a very poor way to service refunds if indeed it is the only way to get a refund.

The Subway in Eclectic, AL has stopped taking coupons. They have caused a huge inconvenience because it's the only Subway or restaurant open late night for at least 20 minutes. I'm a single mom and getting a deal on food for me and my son's would help a lot.

They love Subway so it's a weekly treat for good behavior and grades. But at full price I can't afford without sacrificing my lunch for 2 days.

Hey I placed an order of Rs. 3200 from Subway Sector 62 Noida via the Zomato app on Friday (24th Feb) No instructions were followed and there were absolutely no sauces added to the Sub. I am a very loyal customer and did not expect such bad service in return offers. 3200.

I was an employee at the location at 51st Ave and Baseline Rd and did not feel like I was being treated fairly. Employees were very rude to me today. I tried to explain my situation to the manager but he says that they are young kids and you just have to accept their behavior.

I'm not putting up with this childish work environment so I'm quitting. Currimae and Ny have terrible communication skills, are not friendly, have no manners, and are very mean people.

I went to subway at 1265 south Pleasantburg in Greenville , SouthCarolina today February 24, 2023. I love subway sandwiches and I eat here a lot because it’s near my home. Anyway I got a blt with extra cheese, black olives and vinegar.

I got home the sandwich had no lettuce and tomato and it had banana peppers which I don’t eat. When I called the guy was nice and told me he would remake it. But when I got there he was nasty and told me I was telling him how to do his job.

I purchased a foot long kitchen sub o 2/21 at store #60332 in Philadelphia. The sub was HORRIBLE - the chicken was gristly .. the squished the sub totally when they put it in the bag! I asked for a replacement and the counter ladies just shrugged! NO HELP WHATSOEVER! I eat at Subway quite often and I never had this problem in Phoenix!

I feel u need to train the Philly people better and I will never eat there again!

My complaint is about a procedure. On line orders need to have a verification system for pick up. The way it is (at least at my local store) , anyone can walk in and take an order without any check as to validity of who they are.

This leads to 1 of 2 problems. 1) someone takes food someone else has paid for or 2) store gets scammed out of a meal by people who take the order and then have a person follow them in and get the order remade at no cost.

Either way, the "cost" is passed on to the store which ultimately is passed on the customer. As a person who pays for their orders, this is infuriating. No questions were even asked. The order was simply re made. So, did the store employees know about it too?

Who knows, but as a customer, I seemed to be the ONLY person in the entire…

I just visited the subway, located in Roselawn off of 1 65 in Indiana. I had a coupon for buy one footling, get one free. m. Nowhere on this ticket does it state this, and I cancelled my purchase. I will not be patronizing this location in the future.

You have the rudest person for a sandwich make I have run across in a long time. We stopped in front of the store to let my handicapped wife off and the salesperson came to the door and yelled we could not park there. Fine.

I moved to parking place and my wife had to walk a distance with small handicapped chair. We went in store and was at wrong end of service counter and salesperson gruffly told us to go to other end of counter.

She as not very polite either. I said I don't want any sandwich from someone with an attitude and left. in Flowery Branch in Kroger lot. I will NOT be returning to this store , it is no way to treat persons in our late late 70's.

I went in to store #16178-0 in the morning and they wouldn’t sell me a pizza because they did not have a box for it. I came back later at night and ordered a pizza the employees kept laughing and joking around gave me my pizza raw.

I am a single mom of 2 and after a VERY VERY hard day at work I decided to order subway because it was the only establishment in the area that offered healthy food. I ordered my girls food and me a salad. 00 and some change.

I got the food and the salad was completely wrong there was no meat whatsoever and the mozzarella cheese I paid extra for was not there. I called once and was hung up on and the second time I called I was told I had to bring the wrong bowl (with literally nothing in it) back up there and they would decide if they would replace it.

By this time it was already 8pm and seeing as our day starts at 5 am and the restaurant is 15 minutes away an outing like this seemed impossible. When I tried to explain this I was hung up on again.

Why is it since subway in Horsham VIC moved from the BP servo to the Shell servo it has gone down hill big time we used to go to subway minimum twice a week but we have stopped going now because every time we go there they are out of stock some times it doesn't have half of the meats or it doesn't have bread rolls and

I live in Angleton, TX. We use the East Mulberry Street Subway for sandwiches. We have been to this shop 5 times in the past 3 months. What is the reason they do not have items for their sandwiches? No onions, no cheese, no peppers, no spicy mustard, and sometimes no meat. Please explain.

Someone needs to ensure if they are going to keep this shop open, quality snd quantity needs to be greatly improved.

We went to the Subway on Golf Course road in Albuquerque on Friday, Feb. 17 sat approximately 12:30, I think the number is 155.. My daughter and granddaughter and I stopped in to get food for our trip. We walked in to 3-4 teenage boys behind the counter chatting with their buddies who were getting sandwiches.

They loaded up the boys' sandwiches but we never saw them pay for them. The servers were cussing and talking about sex. One of the counter boys yells "I have to take a piss", the other boys says, with a smile on his face, not now.

First of all, let me say that I love Subway and my favorite one is the Broadway location here in Campbellsville but lately, the service has not been up to par. I order the same sandwich every time and I always order the pro ( which is double meat) the price of the sandwich and large drink is around $15.

The last four times I’ve ordered, it’s not the pro. I questioned the next to last time that the price was too low and the girl stated”oh it’s the pro, I just forgot to charge you for it”! After getting home, once again, my sandwich was incorrect.
