My last two visits to the Subway Drive-Thru have been bad. The order was wrong both times. The bread was stale, items that I asked for were not added to my sub and they were very dry. I overlooked the first time, attributing to being busy but the second time was inexcusable.
Actually, the employee asked me, as she opened the drive-thru window, “Do you wanna leave a tip? I’m just asking”, even before greeting me or telling me my order total. I found that to be very rude. I apologize for complaining but I’m am so frustrated by these visits.
The convenience of a drive-thru has turned out to be less than convenient. I hope this complaint will be addressed. , Shelby, NC 28150 Thank you for your time.
