I was just at the Richmond MI. I was the only one ordering. I wanted two subs. After my first sub was made another couple came in. A lady working there came from the back and took there order. At this time both my subs were ready to be toasted.

The girl told the guy working on my order to put there sub in with mine. Making me wait.

Made an online order at the las positas subway in livermore paid for the order online 47.95 when i hot there st 6 pm the subway closed but says its open till 9 anyways tred calling them next day they hung up on me sent 3 emails to corporate they don’t answer back do basically my money was stolen from subway I will never step foot in snother subway ever

Today around 12:30 I visited your location Having driven from East Roswell Martins Landing. Why? Because last Saturday, after 5:00 PM Mass St Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church, we stopped in to use our coupon for the 2 12” Foot long at one price. Tried your newly opened franchise in Glasgow Dalmarnock first visit the young man was reluctant to add any ingredients to the sandwich and continually moved away from ingredients ,realizing this was a new outlet we gave him the benefit of the doubt.

Returned recently and requested more mayonnaise but was refused ! I am active in theocal community and will be relaying my experience to friends etc also social media review sites , simultaneously gregfs p l.c. opened next door I'll be using that from now on as will my family and community colleagues.

I have to wait for over 30 minutes at a subway that only had one employee on a Friday afternoon at dinner time. The employee said the manager said they’re only allowed one employee. I am a senior, disabled citizen, and it is difficult for me to stand that long, and there was no seat offered to me.

The sandwich had a tear from them cutting it all the way through. I had to ask for another piece of paper to hold a sandwich because it had a big rip. The employee was not knowledgeable about what he was doing.

He kept running to the back, grabbing supplies while I stood there and waited. I don’t know what to do to get you to get a hold of me. My cell number is 971-240-9084. I hope this is going to a corporate office and not a local store.

I ordered a footlong on white bread. They must have used weather bread or I'm not sure, but it's not white. I eat from there 2-3 times a week and always order the same thing. I called and told them.

All they said was thanks for letting us know. What kind of customer service is that?

My last two visits to the Subway Drive-Thru have been bad. The order was wrong both times. The bread was stale, items that I asked for were not added to my sub and they were very dry. I overlooked the first time, attributing to being busy but the second time was inexcusable.

Actually, the employee asked me, as she opened the drive-thru window, “Do you wanna leave a tip? I’m just asking”, even before greeting me or telling me my order total. I found that to be very rude. I apologize for complaining but I’m am so frustrated by these visits.

The convenience of a drive-thru has turned out to be less than convenient. I hope this complaint will be addressed. , Shelby, NC 28150 Thank you for your time.

Poor service employee failed to focus on the task at hand. They objected to assembling the sandwich as I the customer requested and prepare the sandwich their way and not as the I requested. This makes for toxic experience. Being a retired veteran the sandwich truly has great medicinal value (as/per my Primary care provider) I have tried to defuse and medigate this potientally hostile experience. To no avail.

I am very disappointed in the service I received today, placed an order, had to change part of the order, the person said I ordered tuna, and I said chicken, was told to step back and Manger wanted me to pay,machine had to be rebooted, Manger yelled at employees and myself, I promise that I will not go to Subway again and by the way I am a Seventy years old

Why do you bother sending coupons in the mail. For the past 3 years no Subway in the Buffalo NY area accepts them. I have tried many different locations, waisted time and money to find a location that will honor the sent coupons.

Needless to say I did not buy anything at any of the locations. So your Bait & switch tactics are not working. The question is, should I file a complaint with the state Attorney Generals office ? Ot will be worth my time to voice an opinion that is being talked over social media, that no one has acted on. Think I will.

I turned in a complaint on Wednesday and have not received any information that you got my complaint, it was a complaint that I was charged twice for one sandwich at the Decorah Iowa store I have been in and showed them my receipt Ave they took a picture of it, I talked with the manager, who said she would look into it, since then she will not respond to my text messages or call me back, next time I go there will be with the police

Batesburg Subway is about to be the worse. They are always out of things I order from there at least twice a week and always have to settle for other things. On 03/02/23 I did an online order for the special that was running I placed my order and paid then on my way to pickup I get a phone call saying that they was out of bread and it would be a long wait.

Subway is about to be the worse and so not organized and professional it will be a while before I go back.

I bought a gift card 12 months ago. I've been in the Jonesburough TN store several times to use my card and it does not go through. I call the 800 number and there's money on my card. I'm sick of this and want my money back.

Purchased a sweet onion chicken teriyaki footlong. I ordered the sub toasted and usually that will heat the chicken as well. This particular evening the chicken was like ice cold and unedible.

Also I ordered a meatball sub which there again no meatball subs were available. The reason for the meatball was one of the other workers said they forgot to bring it out. Last this particular location doesn't take any of your Subway coupons unlike others.

I've enjoyed the subway brand for years but it seems like it's going downhill like other fast food places. This is not the first disappointment from this location and again I lost another $10.

The lication on mid cities in North richland hills texas does not honor online coupons ordered thru the app. Why is this? I do not receive your paper coupons. Due to this practice I will not order from subway any more.

We got our subway coupons in the mail so we went to subway here in Emporia ks to get lunch and use the 3 ft long subs for $ 17.99 and our subway told us they don't except the coupon Why do they send them to us in the mail when we can't use them we are elderly and could use the discount

Staff was rude and speaks in a hostile , aggressive behavior. At the end of the service , I told her to be nice to customers and she stated “ nobody complains” The employee was very rude,disrespectful and does not possess the characteristics to work in a food business.

Our local newspaper has coupons for Subway in it and the Murray, KY. store will not honor them. These coupons are a sheet of only Subway coupons, therefore they should honor them. They say its because of the rising cost, yet other sub shops in town honor their company coupons.

I was very disappointed on my visit that they would not honor them. If cost is a problem stop printing the coupons!!! My family has been faithful customers but after this visit we will be going where we get the best deal.

Highly Disappointed Customer I would like a response to this issue.

The franchise at 627 56th St in Kenosha Wisconsin refused to honor the buy one foot long get one free stating that it "would take away money from that particular business". I understand that each franchise is independently owned- but THAT refusal was totally unexpected and not acceptable as the coupons are put out by the corporate entity

I have a complaint about an employee name Rosemary. She works at the Subway on 6363 Mansfield Road in Shreveport, Louisiana. She was extremely rude and disrespectful. The first words out of her mouth was WHAT KIND OF BREAD DO YOU WANT!

Then she said, I CAN’T HEAR YOU OR READ YOUR LIPS WITH THAT MASK ON!! The other costumers were shaking their heads and one lady who was behind me said she can hear you because I can. She just wants you to take off your mask.

I asked the cashier was the manager in. She said that she was the manager. I was thinking so this is how you let your employees talk to customers in front of you. I asked her how do I get in contact with Subway’s Headquarters to file a complaint and she said that she didn’t know.

I told her that is fine and that I will find out myself…

I tried to make a purchase at your front st wilmington nc 28401 store on 2/26 around 3:55pm stores hours online & front of door open until 6pm..once inside I was told the store was closed and closes at 4pm..I told her it would b nice if they updated their hours...I walked to my car and got in...she came out of store and while walking to her car shoyted and cursed at me

I rate sevice 0. Very very rude employee in Orangeburg SC. Said I was breathing hard at check out. I had a mask on. She yelled loudly it was only her second day to me. Customers were in store shocked as I was.

Subway Warrenton, MO. Two days ago I received Subway coupons which I get and use from time to time. When I ordered a FL Turkey sandwich, the cashier told me they are no longer accepting coupons. Not honoring a coupon from people who get them in Warrenton is just wrong. If the franchisee is not going to honor coupons, I suggest they don’t mail them in their area. To top it off this sandwich with double meat cost me out of my pocket $13.11. Come on guys, it’s a sandwich.

I have received new coupons for your product. 99 for any foot long subway sandwich and when I submitted the coupon the surver stated that the coupons don’t work on anything from the green menu. 99 . 69 . I was also charged extra for the bacon even though the menu said bacon was included on the sandwich.

I have been a long-term customer of Subway sandwiches in various towns!

However the customer service and quality of product delivered from the Subway restaurant in my town of Westville Oklahoma, over the course of the past year and a half, has declined considerably. In fact I would say that the quality of service and quality of product provided from this particular restaurant has become what I can only classify as abysmal!!

My most recent experience which caused me to write this complaint took place 2 days ago. I was in town dealing with business and wanted to purchase a veggie delight sandwich and take it home with me for dinner as it was quite late!

I ordered the sandwich with all of the vegetables except jalapenos with extra tomatoes, shredded mixed cheese, oil and vinegar dressing…

The guy working the night was apparently starting his close routine and didnt bother to hid his disgust when we walked in the door. He rolled his eyes, shook his head, then literally through our food together. This happened at subway in pratt Ks. His name is mitch. Totally unacceptable.

I went to store 20310 US-59, New Caney, TX 77357 yesterday. The manager was very rude and act like she wanted to argue about everything. Products selection was very poor. They were out of most things. I didn't want my sandwiches toasted.

And so much mayo thats all you could taste. The lady didn't even ask. She just assumed that I wanted mayo and toasted.

Very sad with the customer service at palladium mall mumbai branch. Impolite lady. She was least interested in taking order and even after repeating my self a couple of times. She was asking same question again and again. When I said I already told you.

She replied “Puchna Hota Hai” very Rudly. I left the store immediately. I had been a subway fan bcoz of the food but of this is the service you tend to give. I am sorry. I didn’t went there to be insulted.

You really need to raise your customer standards.

I was at subway at west court street Janesville WI on 12/28/22. I will never go back to this location again. They were out of bread and I had customers come in after me that got their order before me.

I decided that it wasn’t the service that customer desires and went to the one center Ave Janesville WI. I did get excellent service there. I did mention to the worker at that time about my complaint. He said he report to district manager.

I have never heard back if this was reported. I have been customer of Subway for along time.

I went to Subway Logan Village last Friday and ordered a wrap. I have had many wraps but not from here. I would usually eat this as I am driving but when ai unwrapped it the whole wrap fell apartwith just a mushy mess of salad.

She had obviously put far too much on and the wrap had split into a lot of pieces, one soggy mess. I couldn’t eat it so I had no choice but to throw it out. I didn’t have time to go back so I rang a Subway number the next day and there was a message asking for my number and said I would receive a callback .

That never happened so I am now giving it to Ybor

I ordered 2pizza subs 1 turkey salad 1 chicken bacon ranch and 1 spicy Italian the food was to be ready by 7:15 pm which it was. The three subs crammed into one bag were flat when I pulled them out I ordered extra pepperoni on both pizza subs, there might have been one layer altogether, the bacon chicken ranch had half of the ingredients in the wrapper not even in the sandwich and

the turkey salad didn’t even have lettuce in it.

Overall very dissatisfied with the food and poor display of pride in their job. Will not be spending another $60 at this store anytime soon.

my wife ordered a chicken bacon ranch. When they started fixing the sub they fixed it with rotisserie chicken instead of white chucks chicken. Both times my wife said have they changed the chicken and both employees say it’s always been this way.

My wife eats this sub every time we go so she should know what kind of chicken goes on it. The employees argued with her both times. Something needs to be done about this not everyone like the rotisserie chicken and my wife being one of them. I’m very disappointed

I just came from the Santa Nella, Ca. store... The gals were fine but every time I go in there, Subway HQ has taken another thing off the menu. No more Roast chicken, no more swiss cheese. Only American, provolone and Monterey jack...

I have been going to Subway for over 20 years... I have never experienced this. Now it's only the rotisserie chicken filled with, god only knows... I figured I'd reach out and let you know, I'm done with Subway officially...
