Visited Subway, Store # 646 @ 8440 N 56 th St, Temple Terrace, Fl 33617 on 03/08/2023. The gentleman working there at 5:45 pm was Extremely Rude! He made two wraps and only put one scoop of meat on each one, whereby other Subways use two scoops I questioned him about it and he became very agitated.
He then proceeded to fold the wrap into a small pocket about 3 inches in width. He made a foot long Mexicali sub and slopped the guacamole on the paper and would scoop it up and place it on the sandwich.
We also ordered a 6 inch teriyaki sub which he did put two scoops of chicken on. When checking out, he asked if we had a steak wrap. My son said you should know because you made them, and he blew up! He hollered Fuck.

severely harassed and provoked by the subway manager, Anna, who came out of the store three times to harass me about some trash not to be put in the trash bin beside the store as I sit in my car, waiting on my son, who is getting a Subway sandwich for the two of us. I was in Stilwell Oklahoma yesterday, and I was placing an order on line for Subway. I’m not sure how it happened, but the order went to Farmington Arkansas, as soon as I saw that, which was almost immediately, I called Farmington Subway to tell them that it was a mistake.

The problems I’m having is she’s very condescending and one in particular case I had asked for extra spinach she put about five leafs of spinach on my sandwich. I asked her for extra and she condescendingly said this is the required amount.

I am very disappointed in the locations near me. I went to the subway by my house (vista Chino and date palm in cathedral city, California ) and right-wing I drove up they said we don't except coupons. So I left.
I then later went to the one in palm springs, California. Walked in began to order my 2 footlongs for my kids and was told I can't use a coupon on turkey sandwiches. And if i still wanted them. I said i already promised my kids.

Made me wait to order, took my order 5 times, still got it wrong. Then when I got to pickup window I sat there and watched them wait on others until I knocked on the drive through window and asked what was the problem.
I was told my food was being prepared and I needed to check my attitude. When I got home with my food I found the food was not what I ordered and the bot bacon looked raw. I took it back and just got my money back.
I tried going back again today, weeks later, and nothing has changed.

I am reaching out because of several situations at store 28105. I was the manager of this store for 3 years and recently I was let go because Tamera Dexter said I had to many complaints. I asked for proof of these complaints and she told me I couldn't have them.
Tamera was going to cut my pay 5 dollars. So I just left and I was in walmart doing some shopping and came into subway to purchase a fountain drink and was surrounded by security saying I was band from there.

Every time i order subway online in bandon oregon 97411 it's some how wrong. 1 the cookies are never what I order 2. They charge me when they never have any cookies in nor replace the last 6 times. Plus there's never all I ask for on my sandwich.
Gets really irritating that nothing changes. Last 3 times I've ordered a box of raspberry cookies I either get ripped of of my money cause they have none or they give me a different kind then asked for or paid for.

Went to Subway located at 2389 Lake Rd Syersburg Tn on March 7,2023 around 5pm. The girl doing the bread and meat section ask what kind of bread and size and as I was telling her she said wait a minute and let me find the paper or it’s going to be made on the floor!
That was very rude especially being she had already asked what type of bread and size. All I wanted on the sandwiches was ranch dressing and I asked for extra ranch and the guy doing that section was also very rude and even used the GD word and said GD do want a little bacon with your ranch as my sandwiches were BLT’s!

Went to get food in drive thru 9:05 pm today. Sat there 5min or more could see people in side. No acknowledgment. Blew horn nothing parked the door was locked nocked on glass no acknowledgement juts blatantly ignored. Piss poor way to do business.

They never have any kind of bread except for wheat. They have poor service. Will not answer their phone so you don't make a trip for something they don't have. Always out of something other than bread. They couldn't fill our order of 6 sandwiches had to wait till next day then still waited over and hour.
The Manager sit on her butt and would help make the sandwiches. Can't never get your online order right. Very few times has it been close to right. They need to either step in and straighten it up or close it down!

The closest Subway outlet is now closed. I drove to the next closest location only to see they posted a hand written note saying they were no longer accepting discount coupons.
I am a very loyal customer. I live in Canada but vacationing in Florida. I purchase you sandwiches at home every week in Canada during the summer months for our drive to our summer cottage. Every employee was VERY rude and acted like mine and my wife’s food order did not matter because it was out in over the app. When we finally did get our food the bread had mold on it and when confronted about it we were brushed off as if it was no big deal. We will never be purchasing food from that subway again and I would hate for anyone else to receive that kind of treatment too.

I wanted to complain about our local Subway in Owensboro Kentucky on Highway 231. We have been going there for several years now and they have always accepted our coupons that we receive in the mail once a month. The last two weeks we have tried to go in there and use coupons and they have denied them.
They said that their stores can't accept them anymore because they are losing money. I don't see how you can operate a fast food chain and not accept the coupons that are sent to us from your corporation. We are a one income family on a budget and we enjoy Subway very much. My kids love it.

Hi. We went to Kapolei subway next to Ross and petco. We love subway and get it a lot. But we never been to the one we just went. Serves was okay. Not great, but there was no greeting and just looked at us waiting to order.

First thing we wanted was meatballs, and was told they didn’t have enough. I asked how long the wait would be for that and she said 15 mins. We said fine because we had 4 more subs to do. And because they were going slow .

It appears to me that the above location has new franchisees. Those working the counter have a minimum facility speaking English which creates very slow service. These workers wear expressions that are off-putting. Not friendly at all. Very ill at ease probably because of the constant challenge to their English. One day I waited in line two different times and gave up twice. A third time this week, I said too bad for me, this won't be my stop for lunch.
