I went in and I told the lady that the app wasn’t letting me order online but it did tell me a coupon code to bring in the store and tell my sandwich artist and she said that they don’t honor any coupons and was very rude about it but I told her when I first entered the store because she was trying to help me order it online and

she never told me that she didn’t take coupons I spent 35 minutes in line here and she was very rude they made my sandwiches and then when I seen that they didn’t take the code and I didn’t know I was a dollar short they threw the food away and didn’t wait on me at all and that’s just disrespectful

Eddyville Ky Subway stopped taking coupons that are mailed to local Lyon county residents. Why? My entire family, seniors, children and grandchildren ate there weekly. We all tipped regularly too even when the service was not always up to par.

I’m disappointed with this franchise and none of us will return. If f you are sending coupons in our area it be honored. I asked for the managers to make a complain and was refused by the employee.

Tucker store 4126-0, employee number 555 and the other staff member on duty, both were rude to customers. Didn't want to give correct change back tried to short it. Treated elderly couple in front of me disrespectful and degrading. Very disappointed in the staff at this facility.

I deliver for Uber and twice I had orders for Subway 5970 Broadway Garland Texas. Both times I had to cancel the orders because I couldn't get help from the employees. Both times I waited 10 minutes for them to fix the food.

After waiting, I was told it would be another 10 minutes because they hadn't started fixing the orders. It was the same 2 workers. The second one was today, March 14, 2023 around 2:30. You should be able to find out their names from the store manager.

called the benton, ky store at 1030am to place an order for 1130am pick up and was told they were short staffed and couldnt take my order over the phone BUT if i wanted to do it on line to NOT make any "special request" needless to say i think this is poor business and everyone is short staffed now a days, but

as a customer thats not my problem. i also work with the public and its not the customers problem we are short staffed its a company problem. i feel like this was rude and uncalled for.

Staff is lazy and manager is down right rude. I have to ring a door bell for anyone to acknowledge me and even then staff stands in the doorway doing nothing. My sandwich was made wrong and when I brought it back to have it fixed she called my stupid for entering it wrong on subway app. Same doesn't make mistakes.

She continued to yell at me. At one point I asked her for my original sandwich back that I didn't need this. She refused and continued to complain the whole time after finally agreeing to make the right sandwich. This is not customer service but Subway in Berlin Wisconsin needs new management and staff that values customers.

I went into the subway and order a sandwich and tried to use my coupon they rejected my coupon at store 3025 N Pulaski and 3333 w Belmont and said meat prices went up and they are not accepting coupons bad customer services at both locations! Which they are not following subway guidelines and not professional they are making up their own rules. There has to be done to change this they are manufactured coupon in the Sunday paper

I placed on on line order on subway site for the subway on Turner St Southern Pines NC at 4:00 pm on Friday 3/10/23 to be ready for pick up at 6:15 pm. When we got there they were just starting the order and did not have the bread we wanted so we told them to cancel the order.

The guy there said he didn't know how so we had to wait another 20 minutes for the manager to get there. She told us she couldn't refund us our money that we would have to contact the website we ordered from which was the website for that store.

Me and my son went to Independence, IA subway yesterday for a to go order and Marti was beyond rude to my 13 year old son about heating up his steak for his sandwich. She had not asked about the meat but just put it on the bread cold and when I asked her if she could heat it up for him she was annoyed, didn't say anything. Not polite at all.

There were no other customers in the store. The other lady working not nice either. This is the first time we have ever came here. Maybe why no other customers there. We both felt unwanted. Not something my 13 year old needs to experience from an older lady when I'm trying to teach him not to treat others in that way. So disappointing.

RR2 Box 9, 2531 E Lyon Station Rd, Creedmoor, NC 27522 Ordered online for 2 footlongs toasted. Got there and sandwiches are not toasted and their toaster is broken. Black lady was rude. Refused to refund and offered nothing as compensation.

My mother and I went to Subway #1288-0. Location 5932 South State Street, Murray Utah 84107. Served by 4058. 3/13/2023. @ 6:12:48. He was being harassed and abused by his redheaded co-worker who walked in. She abused him verbally and was rude to the customers in the store.

There were four other people in line after us. We were all very uncomfortable. She is mouthy, rude, and told him to go home and she would close. I do apologize I do not have her name they do not wear name tags.

The manager at the subway at the lake of woods in locust grove va removed meat off my sandwich and the charged me full price for a foot long flat bread sub. I showed them the coupon before I ordered the sub and nothing was said nor a sign saying they didn’t honor subway sub coupon.

If subway is doing this then quit putting out coupons. This is the second time this has happened to me and I will tell everyone that I know that goes to a subway to ask before ordering any subs. You all are liars and thefts.

You don’t have to worry about me and my families ever coming back to your business.

Also machines are down and want except coupons. Really is that a way to run a business

Hello, I just want to complain about the 20759 40 Ave Unit #104, Langley Twp, BC V3A 2X9. Every time I go there and try to use a coupon in the app they also say that the scanner is broken or I already used the coupon and it can’t be redeemed.

I try do void this restaurant (when this is like 6 min away from my house) and go somewhere else where I could use the coupons and won’t have a lame excuse. But today I went here and wanted to redeem a code I got by doing a survey and it clearly said at in front of the cash machine that when you get your receipt you can do a survey to redeem a cookie or free drink but

when I showed my code the worker there said that they don’t do this at this location????? But clearly they did. I’m really tired of coming to this location and them making up lies.

I went in u to o order a blt wrap with extra bacon. The person serving me was mad because I wanted the bacon crispy. He asked me if it was done now but clearly it was still in the oven so I couldn’t see it.

Then I ask for no lettuce just tomato and spinach. He have me 3 sprigs of spinach and tomatoes. Didn’t bother to pat the grease off the bacon but dumped the bacon and the grease into my wrap. It is as disappointing and not very good customer service at all.

Santa Claus IN subway store number (34472-0) The town of Santa Claus needs help. When you go into are subway you will see kids vaping in the back, on their phones, and making the sandwich takes them half a decade.

I try my very best to never have to go in that subway. The manager also stops the pay cycle short and or manually modifies the hours you worked so you don't get paid the full amount. And the employees all hate how she manages because she releases the schedule late, she won't order what they need, and won't respond to texts in less than 12 hours.

What did our town do wrong to deserve this? So please help us.

My name is Eric Estrada and I have recently experienced terrible service from one of your locations in Huffman, Texas. they called me and said they ran out of bread at 8:30 pm and I asked for them to just refund my money.

They said it will be done the next morning. it wasn't refunded yet so I went to store. They called the manager and he said it takes 2 or 3 days. After 5 days, I went back cuz it still wasn't refunded.

I just wanted them to make me what I ordered since they had the bread ready. They said to call manager myself. I tried calling 3 times and they never answered. I still haven't been reimbursed. Please help.

I was in the. Store and requested two Subway Wraps.. The Manager was making my Philly. Wrap and had placed it in the oven with everything on it meat,, cheese, peppers ,and onions. Then while it was heating he walked away and started yelling at me what did I want on the wrap.

I told him he had already put allI I wanted on it. He than got all belligerent with me and started screaming and cursing at me saying I didn’t,t know what I was doing he than stormed out the door.

Only to return a few minutes latter and got directly in my face cursing and using foal language inferring that I was a dumb old man. He than stormed out the store and sped away in his pickup. apologized for the inconvenience.

Hello,

I placed an order on the mobile app for two subs at the 4313 walnut st location in McKeesport pa 15132 and upon getting my order and getting home the order was wrong. The sandwiches had the wrong topping and were reversed. I drove back at 6:30pm and told the associate ( female) I would need them remade and like a refund because I had to return and shouldn’t have due to their mistake. The issue is she then asked me to go outside and get a gentleman in a hunting jacket (Frank) who came in and she gave my two mistake sandwiches too. On 3/1/23 at approximately 11:30. I placed an order on line from the Subway located at 6075 E. Parkway Drive, Commerce City, CO 80022. 00. When I was ready to check out the offer to get redeemable points for each order place toward future discounts, I entered the requested information to join.

Once completed it took me back to my order, the checkout window then asked for the payment information which I entered. I received the order confirmation information through my email address listed above. I was able to track the order, it indicated it was out for delivery.

I went into the newest subway in Albany Oregon there were several people in there waiting for sandwiches and there were three people behind the counter, one was just standing by the bread, the young man working there was doing a good job and the other person, a woman, who is so slow she seemed to move tickets around more than she did anything else.

I didn’t even get greeted when I went in and I stood there for quite a while and finally gave up I had somewhere else to be. Being disabled it’s hard for me to walk or stand but I really was looking forward to a sandwich.

As I was leaving another gentleman had just picked up his sandwich, he was kind enough to open the door for me and on the way out I told him I can’t wait forever to order a sandwich and he commented that his was to be ready…

I tried to buy a sandwich from the store across from towers mall in Roanoke va. 30pm on Saturday march11 . Your employees refused to serve me saying that they were closed. Everything was still out on the serving line and your employees were VERY RUDE!

Got a sreak sandwich at the subway on Mt zion rd in florence ky. And they put such a small about of steak on the sandwich that the whole sandwich looked like bread with nothing on it. Paid to much for this and will not do it again.

My husband and I were in a different part of town (in Colorado Springs) and stopped at a Subway we'd never been to before. Since he cannot walk, I went inside and ordered 2 subs, chips, and cookies, and, when paying, added a 20% tip because the gentleman who waited on me was very kind.

After I left, my husband couldn't believe the bill was $35.88. For two subs? After I got home, I realized that they'd charged me for THREE subs. Two 12". I called and asked that they please put a refund back on my card.

Rude customer service. I asked her to wash her hands before touching new gloves before making my order. She argued with me saying her hands are clean when I just seen her touching the cash register dealing with another customer.

Subway employee at counter was rude and nasty. " Instead, the young lady impatiently stared at me like I was intruding on her. I then realized, when I go to Subway, I'm supposed to be the greeter. So I said "Hello" and proceeded to order 2xSpicy Italian on Italian bread.

Went to order sandwiches for my group. 19 sandwiches had 4 hours before we needed them. Manager refused to take the order even when I said we would order and pay individually if they wanted. She said if they came down and went thru the line she would .

My wife and I just attempted to purchase sandwiches at your store on in Lakewood Colorado and the gentleman and there was very pleasant and nice but it was 10 till 9:00 and he said that we were 5 minutes away from closing and that the food had been on chilled for 45 minutes and that it probably wasn't the safest to eat it I felt that he just wanted to go home early and

I purchase 2 sweet onion chicken teriyaki footlong and 1 bottle coke. I pay $27 cash. I forget to get receipt. When I go home I saw pork footlong instead of chicken teriyaki. I call them they said we can't help you, it was your mistake.

As we were shopping at the shops at Ithaca mall, I'n Lansing NY. we decided to take a brief dinner break and have a sub from your Subway store in the shops at Ithaca mall.
