for the last 3 weeks I have tried to get them to make pizza they always say they can t because they have none thawed today 03/21/2023 at 6:05pm I called and asked if they have pizza and said they had some but when i drove their they said they had no thawed pizza again this subway is in Glouster Ohio store number 26235-00 bad part is its not even just the workers its the management dose the same they act like it kills them to stop gossiping and

fix your food and anytime they don t want to do anything all of the sudden they are out very unprofessional need to retrain employees and get new management

my mum went in there to get my dinner got me a chicken salad and asked for no cheese but still put cheese on it when my mum told them no as its an allergy of mine (cant have cheddar cheese) wrote and email and they were very rude and didn't not listen to me sent them photo evidence and still didn't care.

The woman at Bretton subway didn't even change gloves from the meat to the salad bit, so no food hygiene what's so ever yes the salad has got mayo on it but my mum asked for mayo so they put it on there and same with the cheese. but if you need more info please email me.

I worked for Subway for 6 months, I never have any problems until we got new management. I wear a skirt for work, because of my religion. The new manger had a problem with my religion and my skirt and why I could only wear a skirt.

She had a meeting and I told her I could not make it for the fact I had church. She said she was going to write me up for missing the meeting because I had church. At that meeting she was talking about me and my religion and how she was gonna fire me anyways because I wore a skirt.

I have proof of everything she said. I would like to go after her.

I came in on 3/21 around 6:30 pm and an employee that I'm used to seeing in here was making orders but as usual was complaining about her coworkers like always and I usually don't say anything. But I had one customer in front of me and waited 20 minutes for her to even start my order cause she was doing more talking and complaining than anything else.

I just wanted to feed my kids and leave not hear her sob story. I love my local Subway but this makes me not want to come back. Hopefully yall get better help in there soon.

At the subway 2600 S IH 35 Round Rock Texas. Placed an order in the app, after 20 minutes past it’s ready time without the order being made I went into the store and requested a refund. The employee informed me that he couldn’t do it and that he would not contact a manager to help me.

When I said my card had already been charged he slammed his fist on the counter and said very loudly “I don’t care”. And then ignored me. It was the absolutely rudest experience I’ve ever had in any establishment. I will be reporting it to the credit card company and to the corporate office.

I am just wandering why is it that your company send out Cupons in the mail and your franchise located in Siler City, NC said that that don't take the coupons. I went there on 3/20/23 and the waiter there was not very friendly at all and said that we had to go to another store because they dont take coupons.

My question is if certain franchise don't take them then it should be noted when you send out the coupons. I was trying to feed my family and couldn't because your franchise in Siler City NC wouldn't honor the coupon that was mailed out. So misleading. It's a shame.

You should make that franchise make it right. Thanks for your help in this matter. Hope to hear back from you soon for a response. A valued customer.

I was looking forward to a cold cut combo all day. I went into the store and ordered a footlong cold cut with a footlong Philly. The Philly was done right. I wasn't paying attention when the meat was placed on the cold cut but I noticed the meat was being spread out on the bread.

I have ordered and seen so many cold cut combos being made and the precut meat always fits perfect on the footlong. I am sure they made my footlong with a six inch portion of meat. All I could taste was bread, lettuce and mustard.

It was a real disappointment and I am really upset with myself for not saying something in the store. I always go to this location because I felt they did a better job then other stores in the area. On top of all this, I left a 15% tip.

I would really appreciate some sort of compensation…

after giving my order at the very end when they ask what veggies you would like. i was told then... oh by the way we have no lettuce or spinach. REALLY i mean no lettuce come on. i wouldnt get a pizza without cheese.

just saying lettuce is a big part of the sandwich. Not sure if you can compensate me with something. i did follow through and bought the sandwiches but very disappointed.......

I was just at subway on 21 st and shadeland and the Mexican girl didn’t want to service me 4:10pm on March 21 , 2023 because I ask her could she cut my tomatoes in half she goes to say we can’t do that anymore I was just in here and all the other places will so I ask for managers and she came out shaking her head another Mexican lady not rude are many thing only confuse because I’m trying to get me a sandwich just got off work so

I was at store #2222 which is located at 4353 Gannon Ln 972-296-6000 I order a sandwich and asked the employee if I could better tomatoes and she refused to get better tomatoes and the other employee Cindy did and they were better. I don't understand why the other employee refused to. This type of customer service is always like this at this location because all of your employee's are Hispanic and always showing bad attitudes towards BLACK CUSTOMERS this is not acceptable at all

Booneville, Ar store 1401 State Hwy 10. 479-675-9866. We came into store around 6pm one day. The young lady behind the counter had accidentally forgotten to give us our change out of the drawer. She had no access to open the drawer again.

They're also was not a manager on duty to help out and none of the employees that were on the clock had access to open the drawer. How is it that both managers work first shift the assistant and the regular manager?

To me there should be an assistant manager on second shift and the manager on first neither one of them should be working both. Other times we've came into the store there was one person working so you really can't blame them but the lobby was completely dirty no tables clean.

And another time we watched a young lady come in clock in and…

I am a frequent customer at Subway at 9638 Potranco Rd, Suite 106, San Antonio, TX. 78251. I ordered a Spicy Italian on line and ask for special request no to put oil and vinegar and honey mustard on the sub.

My special request was: add the oil and vinegar, honey mustard on the side. When I arrived to pick up my sub and returned home, the sub had the oil and vinegar and honey mustard already soaked on the sandwich.

And, they forgot to include it on the side at pickup! My question is : I though on line ordering is supposed be a lesser risk for completing the order incorrectly; I might as well show up in person to order rather than ordering on line.

When I called the Manager at this location, all she said was, and I quote, "I'm sorry". REALLY! It seems to me ordering on line is a waste of…

The subway in New Diana is closing a hour ahead at 9:00, closing hour is at 10:00 online. I placed a order at 8:30 pick up for 9:30 I get there at 9:20 pm she says their closed and my money has been refunded back while shes fixing herself a sandwich thats unacceptable and your losing profit, there's no reason why she could'nt fix my order, but instead she fixing her a sandwich and telling a customer their closed, she put herself before the customer.

This complaint is regarding the location at : 102 S 2nd Street Edinburg, Texas 78539. Store #6216-0. I feel that my issue with the complaint I posted at the location site for this store as well as the review was dismissed by management. These are not isolated incidents, in fact these are multiple instances throughout the year that I chose to look the other way up until yesterday evening. The email I received from the manager seemed like I was reading a template for mass response. I did not feel that our issues were taken into consideration…

I had 2 BLTs made asked employee (white female tattoo on face) to toast just tge bacon she piled all bacon in a pile I asked her to spread it out so it would crisp evenly she got mad told me it was gonna toast anyway she toasts it for 10 sec pulls it out and I ask her if she could toast it alittle longer puts back in for 10 sec more pulls it our and

tells me she ain't toasting it no more because it's smoking and she tells me how I would like it to burn your hands I told sorry but ask for the same BLT everytime she proceeds to put bacon in sandwich putting only 4 pieces in a footlong to two subs throwing the rest of bacon away I didn't say anything so to not escalate situation

I emailed subway, and heard back from the manager. All I got was a sorry. Not good enough. We spent almost $100 on our family's dinner. One of the subs did not have meat on, and it was supposed. All the other subs seem to have not enough meat on them.

We ordered online, so it was not made in front of us. It seems like they were cutting corners. They did not believe me that one of the subs had no meat. Very frustrated. Spending money like that, them not believing me and no refund.

I went to subway to buy 2 six inch Italian cold cuts meals today. I had a coupon for one, and would pay full price for the other one. The lady spoke spanish so I repeated to her 3 times what I wanted.

She gave me one six inch sub without the drinks or chips. So I told her again what I wanted. She charged me the coupon price for the one meal she gave me, but refused several times to make it a meal for the other.

I had to haggle with her at least 20 min about this. 99 with tax for the lone sub. I kept telling her I wanted the meal. 58 if I wanted the meal, which didn't seem right to me. 59which I paid.

I am a frequent subway customer, but I won't ever go in that one again although it's right up the street from me. It's sad that I have to drive further just to get a sub. yet neither clerk…

Here in Chandler, IN the Subway store turned down the add we received in the mail. HAD A SIGN ON THE DOOR SAYING THEY DIDN'T HONOR NATIONAL ADD. Had to pay full price for the foot long steak sandwich. Don't belief this is proper business practice. I DID TAKE A PICTURE.

Subway on Cleveland rd in Wooster Ohio is the worst when it comes to service and attitude… I’ll have a DoorDash order and every time have to wait for 30 min to get it done and they have an attitude about doing it … I know this company is too big to do anything about anything so next time I’m done being nice to these motherfuckers ..

Subway in blackstone is not using the correct amount of cheese or meat. Don't call them send someone. They don't accept the subway coupons that come in the local paper! They are very rude about providing the correct amount of meat and cheese.. 25!

Who does that, blamed the president he can't put the right amount on, it's costing him. Vwe usually purchase 3-4 foot longs per week in amelia (no problems ever) they take coupons and I never have a problem with the amount of meat or cheese.

Send someone to see his process! I understand inflation! I understand food cost! If you are losing food cost up the price to account for the increase. Not charge more then don't give the amount you want(use a s oops not your fingers to put 7 pieces on 6 inch across it.

Subways near Peoria Illinois and surrounding areas are losing so much business and pissing a lot of people off by not honoring the coupons that are mailed out to people without specifically saying we do not accept these coupons and here are the stores around the Peoria area that do. Hi I am Indian and tried to get job in subway. But subway guy kept me for one month free training and after that he said you need more training. This is destroying subway reputation. Specially in guelph Downtown Subway owner is Indian. He does this to all Indian. I quite the job. This the worst franchise I have seen that Indian owner is doing such a bad thing. Its government rule in Canada that you cannot keep employee on free training. That time I was new so I did not say anyting

Local subway advertising and charging premium prices for "melts" but delivering REGULAR sandwiches! How is this ok?! I tried contacting local Subway owner and they gave 1 time excuse ("we are out of the ingredients"), but no offer of momey back for premium price paid.

Tried to order at a later date again via Doordash and AGAIN ripped off! This is my only avenue to file complaint with local Subway.

On 3/16 I visited Subway on West Court in Kankakee IL. I ordered2 footloose on Italian bread When I got home the bread was so hard we could not eat it. After trying a few bits we threw in away.

I called Subway and told them. I was told to return food and get two more sandwiches or a refund. ON 3/17 I returned the two halves I had not thrown away. They asked where other h a loves were and I said I threw them away They then told me I could only get half refund because I did not bring back other halves I would not bring back food that had been bitten off of.

This is clearly against health code. iwas told this is company policy. will contact health dept I thank you for your time and hope this can be resolved

I live in Diamond Bar, California and the Subway near my house. The address is 155 S Diamond Bar Blvd Unit F, Diamond Bar, CA 91765 I work and night so on my way to work about 8:45 pm I pulled into the parking lot and the store was complete dark as if they had been closed for awhile.

I have visited this subway on two separate occasions and had extremely poor service. The other night my fiancé and I went through the drive-through and there were two girls at the counter who clearly looked over at us and continue to talk and laugh and for over 12 minutes never came over to the window to see if we needed anything.

We drove to the drive-through because there was only one car in the parking lot at the time so they did have a sandwich to make but there was no reason for two people to be making one sandwich. The attitude that was then displayed, and discussed that one of them had to come over was unacceptable.

I ordered a 12 inch cold cut combo. When the girl cut open the bread she plac3d the cold cuts paper and all on the bread. I asked that she not do that. She got a big attitude standing there not saying a word looking at this male customer.

He was making motions and talking behind my back and she was laughing at me. When I got up to the register the male made a comment using the F word and I told him what's it to you. All the while those two girls laughing at me.

You can bet I will never darken the door at that subway again. Lousy service and rude help. Word of mouth can cause customer,loss.

Subway Cascade station Portland OR takes online orders and then does not have the food ready when arrive. Best of all is they don't or won't credit back for the food ordered. This has happened 3 times at thus location.

Had coupons and went to Subway and they were rude and said we don't accept coupons. It's a darn shame whenever the coupons are in our local paper and no one can use them. I will not be going back to subway ever again.

Same thing happened to my cousin at another Subway restaurant and she will not return. This is a very poor way of conducting business especially when the dollar means so much to the common person.

at that time she said yes but i was going to have to wait. i did recive my sandwhich from a very busy but courtious and apoligetic hispanic looking fellow. So i suggest if anyone decides to go to this sonic in flint on 155 to be very watchfull for the older redheaded lady with the bad attitude.
