I ordered 3 12" veggie delite sub and selected some sauces and cheese to add in it. And what I saw there were no sauce and a pinch of cheese lol. Very bad experience.
Good evening, my mother and I went to subway this evening. She ordered a chicken teriyaki bowl and I ordered a meatball marinara sub. While we were ordering, we asked if we could change the teriyaki bowl to a Tuna sub.
She did not communicate with us that she was already making the bowl before we tried to change our order. Instead, she said these people are trying to change their order and it was already made (which we were not aware of) and called her manager.
Now, the part that got me was instead of actually communicating with us that. She said something disrespectful and turned her microphone off. I literally had to walk inside of the store in order for me to continue with my order. That’s not customer service.
I have tried numerous times to use the subway coupon and ever time and at different subway these coupon are not accepted. This makes no sense at all, there are not signs stating that these coupons are not accepted. I am so upset and disappointed .
I have ordered subs and then was told we don’t accepts these coupon. This is acceptable and disappointing I have been frustrated numerous times,
I placed an order on line . Its the oak hill plaza location. The order was suppose to be ready at 645. Got there 640. The employee could not find the order. He called and finally saw the order. 650.
He waited on 10 customers before he fixed my order. He gave me the order at 730. He just passed the order to me. He never said anything. Not even apologized. It was an insult to be treated as if I did something wrong.
If I had not already paid for the order I would have left. Such bad customer service and business. Never will I used that location again. I would like refund.
I understand employees are hard to find but your employees at the Southgate plaza in Glasgow Ky are the most unfriendliest employees , at or around 5:30 pm on Friday 3-31-23 we purchased sandwiches there and when you walk in they don't speak , then you stand there till they put their gloves on once again never speaking then they look at you again never speaking , make your sandwich never speaking including thank you and come back or nothing , pitiful service I will not return sorry
I live o Lubbock Texas and I went to 3302 suit 1 ave Q and the manager left the employee by herself and got busy she left to early I was kinda disappointed I love subway my whole life and NEVER Seen a manger walk out that was disrespectful. I am at Morlington Ar Subway and currently in a tornado warning, I ask the staff if I could take my pet Boston terrier into store for shelter, they said no ,, I told them to call supervisor which was not at store, he said only if it was a service dog.. 3Tornados touched down in Perry county 20 miles south of us. I am currently waiting in car praying nothing happens to me and my dog, if so I am holding Subway responsible, very disappointed that they would turn away a person in an Emergency.

99 I wanted the subway club and they were refusing to use a coupon they told me I had to only pick sandwiches from build your own sandwiches I always have problems there in the evening time . I been there a thousand times before and I never had this problem someone doesn't know how to do there job.

I placed order for 3 footlongs online and used a coupon. I picked up order and received 2 subs and 1 flat bread. I tried returning flat bread to exchange it for sub and i was denied. I had to purchase another footlong sub at full price.

99. The girl couldn’t get the coupon to work so I ended up paying $18. I went there to specifically to use the coupon and they refused to let me do it. I tried to lodge a complaint but the online site wouldn’t let me add the date so it wouldn’t accept my complaint.

I am just sending this message in regards to something that took place at your SUBWAY® store at 904 North Euclid Bay City, MI 48706. I placed an order online and when it came to meet you had an option of regular or deluxe, I hit deluxe, because I thought that meant extra meat.
However, I called the store and they told me to bring the sub back That deluxe didn’t mean that. They stated to me that deluxe meant a bigger sandwich than a foot-long I didn’t even know Subway had a bigger sandwich than a foot-long so that’s faults.
And then another young lady told my son that it meant that you wanted bigger than a 6 inch sub.
However, that’s fault also because I marked a footlong. Upon my son Rv turning back to the store with the subs that I sent back they were talking about how I was a scammer…
Why do you send out coupons when no Subway will take them, I went to 3 different Subways today to use the bogo coupon, each of those stores had coupons taped to their windows where the veggies are saying they will no longer accept coupons, I’ll be damned if I will pay over 20$ for 2 sandwiches, at bogo it’s almost a deal, since none would accept these brand new coupons, I turned around and went to Wendy’s where they offered 2 singles for 6$, you have lost my business, it’s no surprise that your franchisees are going out of business right and left, you have no control over your franchisees so

The subway at thomas cross roads in newnan ga 30265 in coweta ga. There oven has been broken it seems like a month. Every time I been in they say need parts and kind of rude.

60007 on 03/29/2023 at approximately 7:30pm. me and my three children ages 11,8 an 2 dine in at this location and we were manipulated and insulted. i used a coupon to ordered and one cup for a drink. my son refilled three times and the worker point on us and said we were cheating and i should teach and stop my son doing the refills.
(which is not mentioned or either no sign/note about it)he mentioned that how much he is making compared the cost of what we bought using coupon. they insulted me in front of my children which possibility causing them a mental health.
no one has a right to question how i raise my children. i am planning to report this to the police and if needed to sue him or additional actions required we will do.
Ordered a pickup order through my mobile. The time to pickup was 7:25. I send my son in for order at 7:26, when I noticed by 7:40, we still didn't have our order. I went in and asked if my order was ready.
The guy says without making i contact what was my name I said Sonja Reed he says its not ready in nastiest response ever and it want be anytime soon. I wait standing there and they are handing out orders with pickup time of 7:45 and later.

Rt.90 Subway in Longs, SC I have been the manager at a Subway for years and never experienced what I did yesterday. Twice I have gone there for a meatball sub. Once at lunch at 12:30 and once at dinner. Both times I was told they were out and another customer in front of me asked for the same. You shouldn’t be be out so early at lunch especially.

I went into Subway to purchase 2 subs, I love the #5 Mozza. I ordered them the same way, after she had fixed the subs with meat and the other ingredients I was then told they had no spinach. Some friends/ coworkers and others have witnessed how the employees at Subway get treated in the New Ulm Mn Subway. There's is a specific co worker there that yells at high school students part timers and makes them look like if their worthless.
Let alone this past Saturday the owner came to town to talk to some employees and she was threatening them to be scared, insulting them, yelling at them with badwords. The part time students are afraid of her and won't speak up.
Their hours have been cut as retaliation. Her name is Amanda Mark's and she told them her husband would be working with them to keep an eye on them. There's no reason to yell and curse at them kids let alone cut their hrs as punishment.

Hello recently visited a Subway off 5075 Peachtree Pkwy Unit 11, Norcross, GA 30092 and had a horrible experience! I ordered a supreme meat footlong and was told that owner says it only comes with 5 slices of each meat.
Every other Subway I visit for years gives 6 slices of each meat on footlong sub. I asked her what comes on a 6 inch and stated it doesn’t come with 2 1/2 slices of meat and she said no it comes with 3.
If it comes with 3 than footlong should come with 6. She said store owner says give 5 slices of meat. Which is totally unacceptable in my opinion. It does not make since. They’re cutting their customers short and bringing Subway a bad name and this needs to be resolved because I will never go to this location ever again unless this get fixed and resolved.

Your restaurant in Valley Mills, Texas in need of some changes. We have honored Subway for years, but today we encountered a very angry, rude, and combative young woman behind your counter. She was the only one in the restaurant during our visit and when she was asked to make a sandwich that varied slightly from her training, she started slinging toppings and mouthing to us that she had to make that the way she was trained.
She acted in a total unprofessional manner toward the gentleman whom she was making the sandwich for. He stepped away from the counter and I politely but firmly directed her to construct the sandwich per his direction while listening to her gripe about it the entire time.

On Thursday 3/23/2023 I went to Subway on W. Morton Jacksonville, IL 62650. I tried using automated machine (it never works!) tried pushing help button got nothing, was in line 20 minutes, there was two cars ahead of me. since I couldn't give screen to work I decided to pull thru and tell the window, after 30 minutes of being in line I got to the window, i knocked on window and the employee looked at me and completely ignored me. You lost a customer that day and everyday probably. Ive never experienced what I did yesterday!!

I was at a Subway, 2225-K Wyoming St, Albuquerque, NM, 03/13/2023. The manager, Laura Landa, was absolutely tearing down an employee for making my food how I asked, right in front of myself and a number of other customers. We actually mutually agreed to say something to her, threatened to complain to corporate.
Ms. Landa's response was "People write paragraphs about me. Go right ahead."
Ms. Landa clearly doesn't respect her employees, and does not care what sort of a name she makes for herself. It reflects poorly on your company that nothing is done about such poor management.

So here the thing. The food @ McCormick SC Subway is just like any be other subway. They just NEVER except coupons. I do a lot of subway and since Moving to McCormick would like to use a coupon at my local Subway.
