After going 3 times back to the store for messing up my simple order of just cheese bread and turkey and cheese and the other sandwich was supposed to be white bread with turkey cheese Mayo and lettuce I paid $27 they seriously gave me $19 back because I didn't bring one drink and 4 cookies back I'm very upset I could turn around and charge them for gas and

On 4/9/23 mat 12:09 pm I Purchased a turkey sub with tomatoes, pickles, mayo, avocado. Received a tuna sub with lettuce spinach, onions, mayo. When called to complain the associate said she would refund our money however she never asked for my order or name or receipt n said it would be 3 to 5 days for a refund.
On 4/12 I called again to find out what happened with the refund . Spoke to Elizabeth who said it was sitting a someone’s desk and she would process it right away but it would be another 3 to 5 days.
Today is the 16th and still no refund. please help. com

When I went to Subway on Algoma Ave in Rockford MI this evening 4/15/23 at 6:30 pm. The employee behind the counter used the Lords name in vain twice. At that point I told her to cancel my order. I do not want to eat from an establishment that uses the Lords name in vain.

My husband and I went to Subway on addison rd, capitol heights, md. We hat a Coupon for 2 footlong subs. My husband is blind. We asked the Gentleman could he spread the Mayonnaise on his Brenda. He put the Mayonnaise on and Hand the Bread to him, I said he doesnt have anything to spread it with.

We were at the Subway today, in the Walmart store in Clarksville Indiana. They have a sign up at the ordering counter that they do not accept any Subway coupons or discounts. I forget the exact wording. I ask her why they won’t honor offers and coupons.

Every time i go into the subway in Toccoa , Ga .. they are always out of anything i ask for. They lose customers because they cant keep it together. I just had this same experience just now and i left the sub already made because they didnt have any ranch.

At least once a week I purchase a footlong sweet onion teriyaki chicken sub, 5 packets of chicken double cheese and 2 strips of bacon with a medium drink. The price is around $19 because it's charged as a subway pro which would be double meat and cheese plus the price of an extra packet of chicken and for the bacon.

My mom, daughter, and I went to the Subway located at 140 3rd Street NE, Linton, IN 47441 today for lunch. We ordered our sandwiches and we're waiting for them and the guy who was cutting the sandwiches cut my mom's ham and cheese sub and then cut my turkey sub with the same knife.
Now as far as I am aware they are supposed to use a different knife for every sub. I then told them they were going to have to remake my sub, because I couldn't eat it. I have gastroparesis and I can't have a lot of foods, so the cross contamination from the knife would have put me in the hosipital.

Worst Subway experience ever!! Store#48461-0. The workers were rude, totally non professional, and more concerned with their lunch than their customers. My sandwiches were hurriedly put together with no obvious sign of organization. The restaurant had no Swiss or American cheese.
Some sandwiches had more ingredients and some had less. When I presented my coupons for a free cookie and chips an open argument ensued. I got not nothing and one of the workers told me to call and complain if I didn't like it as she returned to her lunch.
This was my worst trip ever to Subway. I will not return until I'm contacted by Subway. When I call the restaurant all I get is a full mailbox and no response. Thanks for your time and consideration of this unfortunate situation.

Went to the Chino,CA location Subway on Mountain Ave. Tried to use coupon for 2 foot longs. Well to our surprise, our subs were excluded from the coupon. If you’re going to offer coupons, it should be for the entire menu. Not just certain subs!
And the exclusions were in small print you can’t even read them. $30 for 2 foot longs is a rip-off. Subway is getting as bad as McDonalds in prices. So we’ll be going elsewhere for our sub cravings! Pauline C

Today, 11:30 am at the 240th street in kent. I walked out on your very irate employee. She was partially wearing a mask and was not totally covered. I guessed she was wearing it because she may of got a cold or something.

Went to subway in scooba Ms. looked them up on my phone said they were open till 10pm got there at 9:15 lights were on door was locked worker sitting at table beside the door said they were closed. 35405. He was planning to get a roast chicken sandwich o Italian bread with lettuce, tomato & Mayo. They were out of the chicken & tomatoes. & we only got a few small pieces of lettuce & after my husband got home, the bread it was on was the tough wheat seeded bread.
So we ended up with turkey, which was only a few slices & VERY LITTLE lettuce & no tomatoes. That was it. just very little mayo. So after he got home, I had to add tomatoes, & mayo. This is not the first time this has happened ed with our family.
Needless to say, we will not be back to this one store.

Please understand this one thing, I will not return to Subway until you bring back swiss cheese otherwise you're staff had no control over this and felt helpless this is sad because I love and now only loved Subway. Placed an order online for pickup at 12:30pm. Once arrived at Subway - order had not been started and employee was less than motivated to begin - restaurant was not busy. I had to ask 3 times when order would be completed and stand at the counter in order for her to begin/ complete the order.
Order was finally completed at 1:10pm. The wrong bread was used for both sandwiches and the employee stated that is the only bread we have you can take them or not but there will not be a refund. The items were paid for online. 95.
Very disappointing service all the way around. The sandwiches were of poor quality and did not meet the expectations that SubWay has set for their customers.
I called 11:20 am order (2) party platter, ham and turkey on wheat bread and I will pick up the order at 7 pm. I arrived at 6:50 pm and the order have not been done.. Bernice was Mgr on the shift that received my order at 11:20.
When I arrived the next mgr prepared the (2) party platter, I paid and left went to my event. Open the box with the subs, one piece of ham and one piece of Turkey on each sub in both Platter's, and didn't give me any vinegar packs that I ask for .

I had a very bad experience with a rude, disrespectful unprofessional employee at 1190 Anderson Road Rock Hill, SC on Tuesday April 4th, at 1:00 pm. The African American lady with classes, displayed an unwarranted attitude towards me, when trying to pick up an order.
She was talking to another employee, while gesturing and motioning to me. I asked her what she was implying, and she rudely replied, to the dismay of other customers. I’m sure this is not how she was trained. I have second thoughts about frequenting this store again.

At the Hiawatha Kansas Subway today I saw only one person working and I know that 2 or 3 employees are not showing up to work on time. The lady who works their was rushing and doing a Fantastic job but she had No help!

Attempted to use a manufacturer coupon , store had no signs posted regarded not accepting coupons until I was at the checkout to pay for sandwich , at that point the employee switched the sign around from one side that read no $50 or $100 bills accepted! 4/3/23 i went through the drive thur at the Subway in Mckee Ky which never works you have to pull around to the drivethru window to get service. Then you never get waited on they keep telling you it will be a minute.

It was the single worst experience I’ve had in a subway ever. I was on the phone at first to order but couldn’t and wanted the owners name and store number as a reference and the employees on the other end of the line couldn’t provide any of that to be and
while they were looking I heard someone laugh so I told them “that was rude and I would just come in to order”; since I couldn’t do it in the phone. When I came in I told them where they could find the store number and they still wouldn’t get it for me and I had already placed my order.
