I’ve been filing for a refund and transfer of lines rebate. So far, I’ve just been passed around the store staff and the customer service representatives, got a lot of promises of it getting resolved, but so far I’ve gotten to nothing but stress and frustration.

I also am just irritated that every time I try to call and follow up they keep asking me the same questions. So where can I file official complaint that someone will positively respond to and get the PROMISED refunds?

I have reported T-Mobile to BBB, Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, as well as States Attorney General Office. I have also began a dispute with Credit Karma and Transunion for the Fraudulent charge that T-Mobile has apparently sent me to collections for.

My account was closed in November 2021. I demand information on this matter. I am willing to take this case to a court room to fix my credit because I had no knowledge of this "charge" which I DO NOT owe.

I went in to my local store to resolve an issue with my online order, I’ve been dealing with online customer service for last 4 days about a refund that was not by choice also a miscommunication from T-Mobile online also but right now my formal complaint is about the store in Grants Pass Oregon .

Customer service online was eventually trying to get the refund resolved as they recognized my frustration as to why this was happening in the first place and realized T-Mobile online was at fault. I proceeded to go to store as they said they can take your return and get with the telesales department to progress the refund process quicker.

after 9 months of getting a variety of different answers of why you have chosen you send an account I never activated back and forth to collections I have begged somebody to fix this problem and every time Iam told the problem has either been resolved or a ticket has been placed to have someone call me back in 24 hours (this never happens) I give up! Your operator told me to perform a function on my phone that wiped out all my data. It's taken me hours to replace what has been deleted. With the help of Apple ID, only SOME functions have been restored. Apple told me that the function t-mobile asked me to perform was THEIR last resort - something they've rarely done.

I am SO angry. Also, when I voiced my complaint, the supervisor said he'd call me at a designated time. HE DIDN'T

have been a customer of Sprint for years and a valued customer from what I am told every time I spoke with your company, which was countless calls since October 2021, but actions speak louder than words. I do not feel valued.

I had fraud on my Sprint account. Someone bought three iphone Pro 13 on my account via online and opened three lines also on my account. I called Sprint immediately when I saw this and filled a fraud claim. I also spoke to a D. Mays who was in administration twice. At the same time, I had had my identity stolen on my Chase banking account in which someone opened credit cards online, etc. I was told by Sprint that I was responsible for buying these three phones, that they were delivered to my home. We have had a HORRENDOUS experience and its never endling. Someone from your company must care about customers? On May 27 I called and placed a order over the phone for TWO sim cards. After being passed through 5 people and 1 1/2 hours on the phone. Yes... Wait... FOUR? I ordered TWO? Never does.

The worst customer service ever. Should be called the un care ier. There is no customer service, not even at the top, Corporate Office. Beware, when you join TMobile, you are actually joining Sprint. During the merger, all the executives & 75% of employees resigned.

Even there CEO is from Sprint. Sprint always had the worse service & worse cutomer service. Consumer Reports noted this for years. Don't be fooled. Sometimes, i woud take me 4 hours to reach a live human being. I filed a complaint with the FCC. Don't do it.

I am so so so upset. T-mobile's customer service is AWFUL. I was with Sprint for over 20 years and never encountered anything like this. Not only am I unable to make calls or receive texts, in order to log in, I need to verify my account. But get this?

Verifying my account means that I need to be able to receive calls and texts. " If I had a landline, I wouldn't be writing you hateful chat messages. DUH? Not only did they shut my phone off, I NEVER received a bill, a statement, a message saying it was overdue---NOTHING.

I paid over $1800 in June so how could i be that over due in a month with no communication from them whatsoever. I have read other comments here where many many former Sprint customers are experiencing the exact same problem.

I canceled my account with T-Mobile over a month ago. Recently got charged again by T-Mobile due to an active line on the account I was gifted but never used... so I called customer service. They said they could not access my account without a pin/acct #, but did confirm that the account said "closed" on it. We got charged again...

On 07/07/2022 I tried to get Insurance for my phone. I was told that because I had cancelled my coverage in 2021 that I was not allowed to get coverage Wow,I had been with sprint over 20 years as a customer.

T mobile offers promotions , get 2 lines paid and 1 free. Than a month later they charge you for that free line. You call their "billing specialist" who take 1 and a half hour of "trying to figure out" and tell you all taken care.

The following month its all over again charging for the third line. Meantime they try to sell you stuff that no one needs, like a watch (which is worse less as New model is about to be released). The following month, again they charge for the third line.

And now they claim there was no such promotion nor do they know why charge was taken off prior month. This from a customer who has been with them more than 10 yrs when they were the smallest of the big 4

The usual. Dropped calls. Can't get connected calls. Can't access the network. Type a query in for a local locksmith Google thinks I'm someplace else. Customer service in the store really sucky and rude. The main tower falling over in the middle of winter.

Paying for 5g and getting 4g. The employees here in Moscow, ID are not T-Mobile employees and are a subcontractor. Definitely not the best arrangement. Signal strength is low and get bumped off in the middle of town it's like they're not even powering up the tower(s).

It's so bad I don't even go into the store anymore except for when the phone gets broken. Obviously I would have to then. Can't wait for this contract to end. Re-up? No way in hell.

Home internet service is spotty at best. NO SERVICE at all on weekends or holidays. Have been in contact with many reps numerous times with no solutions. Last conversation in June 2022, they were to send me upgraded gateway, never happened.

My grandmother has been on my phone plan for 10+ years and we have been nothing but loyal customers. She unexpectedly passed away this past week which you can imagine is a very difficult time for our family. When we called to cancel her plan we were the charged almost $700 for terminating her contract early.

I am beyond disappointed in T-mobile and there lack of sympathy during our time of grieving. Will be filing as many complaints as I can, passing the word yo everyone I know, and finding a new cell phone company as soon as my families contract is up.

I switched to T Mobile from AT&T back in November due to a claim of "cheaper prices" as well as "top" customer service. However, I have yet to receive either one. In Dec 2021 i tried buying a phone and pay as i go plan. Jan 2022 they didn't take payment for the phone and i got a salesman call. I thought i was only buying a phone. I get a late payment for phone usage before i get phone then sent to a collection agency!!!

I have been with T-Mobile for about 3 months. Friday (June 17th,2022) My Wi-Fi box just quit working, I called and they immediately sent me a new box. It arrived Monday (June 20th,2022) opened it that box also does not work.

Dear T-Mobile Customer Relations: I feel T-Mobile owes me money for all the incompetence my husband and I have endured since becoming T-Mobile customers for all the time spent online getting things corrected the previous “T-Mobile Expert” messed up or did incorrectly. Time is money and we are busy people.

Each interaction with T-Mobile has been something that was messed up, each situation is bulleted. • T-Mobile sent a notification that Sprint customers needed to bring their phones in to ensure the phones had migrated properly over. My husband and I went into the T-Mobile store that was in the old Sprint store in Knightdale, NC and the agent tried to look up my information because I was the primary account holder.

First off I have been a loyal Sprint customer for 17+ years. Since I am now with T Mobile I feel like my loyalty doesn't count for anything. I have had to make several calls within the last month spending close to two hours of my valuable time on each call.

On may 27, 2022 I made a phone call regarding my bill. My wife switched our billing date and the rep did not tell us that we were going to be charged on the original billing date and the new billing date.

The supervisor was suppose to make adjustments to my account that were never maid. He also told me that going forward with the adjustments my bill was going down to $218 a month. In June that was what my bill was but in July it is now $281!

So I called back for the third time on June 21, 2022 and no one could explain logically why…

I am a long time customer since Sprint. I have always had great service except at this location. I paid off my Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5 G and ordered a new Samsung S22 Ultra 5 G. The new phone arrived 06/20/2022 at my home address.

They did not include a sim card for the new phone. I switched the sim card from the older phone to the new phone and customer service was able to activate it. Everything was great so far. I wanted to activate a 2nd line of service on my account with the other phone and went to this location on 6/21/2022 around 6:25 pm.

Cannot even get International Roaming activated! My wife has travelled to South Africa and we purchased the 15 Gig International roaming data plan etc. She needs to work receive calls and text messages from the US but does not even have any connectivity.

I called T-Mobile at 10h26 am this morning to try and resolve the matter. After being pushed from pillar to post I eventually had a supervisor call me to tell me that it was sorted but when I chatted to my wife she told me that it was not.

I’ve had T mobile for a whole year now and I’m telling you I had better luck with boost mobile in the 5 years I had them then a phone company that gets broadcasted on commercials and websites. You guys are literally the worst.

The first 3 months I had you guys I had to fall every time I got a bill because it was ALWAYS something different and not what was discussed at signing. Paid my phone off so I could trade it in for a new phone with the promotion they had. In store rep gave me the wrong promotion. of course they keep giving me the run around. I've spoken to several "supervisors" who each tell me something different and nothing has been done, just keep getting lie after lie.

After 3 trips to T-Mobile and 4 hours on the phone with Sprint customer care, I got my phone upgraded. The reason for the wasted time was I wanted to get my name off my sons account and open my own account.

Well that never happened I am still on my sons account. Why is this so difficult? I’ve been on this account for years. I thought it was time for me to get my own account. The people were helpful. They just didn’t know what to do! 240-203-2298.

This matter is very serious, starting March of 2022, T Mobile systematically disable three of my phones, about one per month,they told me it was caused by their newly installed software being presented as seriously faulty. According to one of their staff told me, a team was assigned to fix the software problem.

00 credit and also they are very capable to disable my fourth phone in the near future. I am very concern. In general, bad service, long waiting time, made me spend money I should not have spent if they did not damaged my cell phone.

I was recently added to my father's plan in mid May because it was part of a buy 2 lines, get one free deal. I switched from a different service provider to team mobile. I went to go to a separate team mobile to activate my service and I was told by an employee that I could have gotten a free 5G phone when I was put on my father's phone plan since I was the 3rd line, but

it is too late now apparently. I was NEVER offered a phone at all. The gentleman helping us was polite, yet distracted because he was training another employee and I believe that is why he never offered me this option.

I would like to resolve this issue with someone asap. Thanks in advance!

Poor svc. Gentleman behind counter enjoys too many breaks and is identified sleeping in his car and uses the excuse computer is down and I can't pay bill!!! My bill is due on the 13th many times I am shut off for three days before I catch him and the door is locked during business hours and it's not at the same times either!

Next month I will be switching to another company with more dependability and better customer service!

I have been a customer for over 17 yrs and LOVE the time, attention & savings I get from the company. They also don't outsource services. For 8 yrs I had AT&T phone for a business I managed. It was a nightmare.

I paid the bills and every month there was a billing error. Move to T-Mobil, you will not regret it.
