I have been trying to cancel home internet since 8/17/22. Called at least 10 times, wasted countless hours on hold just to receive a super rude customer service behaviour. I was told to take my decide to T mobile branch with my ID, they did not accept it there as I did not obtained it from there originally.
I called again and wasted other 2 hours and was told that the shipping label would be emailed to me. Today is 9/11/22 I still never received the label.
Meanwhile T mobile charged me full $50 again on 9/02/22
