I have been trying to cancel home internet since 8/17/22. Called at least 10 times, wasted countless hours on hold just to receive a super rude customer service behaviour. I was told to take my decide to T mobile branch with my ID, they did not accept it there as I did not obtained it from there originally.

I called again and wasted other 2 hours and was told that the shipping label would be emailed to me. Today is 9/11/22 I still never received the label.

Meanwhile T mobile charged me full $50 again on 9/02/22

I got T-Mobile service for my grandson in May of 2022. While I had possession of the phone I set up my account and paid the first months bill. The service worked for ONE MONTH and then quit. I could not get into my account because the website won't log you in without a verification code.

I couldn't get the code they sent because my grandson had the phone If the service had been working I would not mind, but it quit and I could not find out why. T-Mobile had my email and never sent me a single thing about the service. Not once. Never.

Two months later I get a payment demand letter. It's a lousy way to do business in my opinion. I paid the bill for the service that had not worked for two months and cancelled the service. I am very dissatisfied with T-Mobile.

Very frustrated and unhappy with the crappy coverage from t-mobile. This is exactly what I expected when I heard they bought out sprint. My wife's family have had t-mobile for many years and they always had mobile connection issues. We, on the other hand always had service where they didn't. W.

If any of those in charge at t-mobile were paying for cable and they only got some channels some of the time and constant streaming issues or if their car worked 2/3 of the time but not the rest would they be happy about paying every month?! I pay for a service and since the buyout this service has declined steadily with no end in sight.

When is this going to change? When is it going to get better? I've even been told I need a new phone. Why should I pay a penny for that if it wasn't an issue…

Upon trying to upgrade and trade my current I-phone by purchasing a new one, a T-mobile sales rep and his supervisor concealed some important info. 00 will be applied to phone bill by crediting $10 a month for the next 20 months instead of crediting a full payment).

Second, I was never told that AFTER the traded phone was inspected, and it was determined that the traded value were to be less than what it was offered by the sales rep over the phone, I will not be able to cancel the trade and reclaim my traded phone.

After fighting for more than 2 hours to have the entire transaction cancelled, another supervisor was able to cancel it. I am very disappointed by the misinformation that runs in your customer service and the inability of your staff to address customer's inquiry correctly.…

September 4, 2022 Re Acct #: 983957937 I am writing to inform you of some of the poorest customer service I have ever received and fraud that has taken place on my account and has gone unfixed and money returned. I am currently a Verizon customer and have 2 lines for my family.

I had upgraded us with new phones and such. When I got the bill there were charges that were unexplained for the start of the service and then the monthly fee was much higher than I was told. At that point I started researching alternative services.

Just signed up for T-Mobile a few days ago. We're off to a terrible start. My phone came in the mail today. It was missing the sim card and the case they suggested does not fit the phone. When I called T-Mobile to transfer my number over, the person I got was completely incompetent.

She couldn't help me with anything. She had no idea what she was doing. Ultimately she gave up and told me to go to the T-Mobile store. She could not even locate my nearest store. So I googled it and went.

I was in that store for over 2 hours. There was literally a problem and complicated workaround at every single stage.

Deceptive company with horrendous customer service. The worst in the industry. I had problems with my new cell phone and service from day one. I was dismissed, given excuses at the stores. The phone was blamed, cell reception, and so on.

I suffered a couple of severe losses and just couldn't deal with all the phone issues, poor reception, dropped calls, people couldn't hear me, the internet went down continuously, I called several times to ask how long I had on my contract, just counting the months. Other than that, I suffered. Suffered for 18 months.

We signed up for T-Mobile internet. After 2 days we could not get a signal so we cancelled our service within the 15 days and sent our modem/router back. 2 days after cancelling we had $50 billed to our credit card.

A T-Mobile representative mistakenly insured our inactive phone line and we paid for that insurance for 2 years. When my phone screen broke I took it to the T-Mobile store to be fixed and was charged $357 because of the insurance mistake T-Mobile made.

We fought the payment and customer service representatives in the T-Mobile corporate store in Bayshore, New York agreed that we deserved to get our money back because of T-Mobile's mistake. Another customer service rep on the phone told us we would receive a refund within a few days.

Tmobile tower (Lake County FL) has been going through maintence for the last 2 weeks and my hotspot no longer works. Tmoble customer service tells us not fixed until September 10th. I work from home and for 2 days I had to travel 2 hrs one way to work to go into the office.

I purchased T-Mobile prepaid on Aug 5, 2022. The price include the SIM card and one month service. I asked to transfer my existing phone number from Boost Mobile. The employee at the T Moile store (205 North Maple Rd, Ann Arbor, Michigan) activated the phone for me. I made a phone call and it worked, the internet did not work at the time and the employee told me just wait an hour or two and should work. This is my back up phone and only on Aug 10th I found the phone activation was not successful (due to not able to port over the existing number because I cancelled Boost service before I activate with T-Mobile).

I had to call the customer service number for a billing issue. While I was on the phone, the representative said since I had been a loyal customer since 2013, they were offering me a free Samsung S22. All I had to do was pay the shipping and taxes right then and return my old phone which was in perfect working condition.

I returned my phone in the package they provided. Three months later I am being billed for the phone. I got on the customer chat (which is horrible it kept disconnecting me and I would have to explain over and over again what my issue was).

I called to get customer assistance with Billing. Of course they have a long wait, so i opt for the call-back. Once again an out-sourced company who has no clue about what they are talking about. I ask to speak to supervisor and I got hung up on. Why don't you outsource some more TMobile. I get the business aspect, but you have NO quality control and I get stuck with someone in a room of 400 people and she says she can't hear me.

I'm a 59-year-old professional, educated individual. I was a prepaid customer for a couple years. A few months ago, I decided to become a postpaid customer. Since that day, or shortly after it, they have treated me like trash. There is not the space here to elaborate on the deceit, lies, antagonisms, and villainous tactics that they have sent my way-- all for doing nothing more than being a dependable customer the auto pay.

The only reason I haven't switched away from them is because the hassle of it all. I spend most of my time dealing with my 94 and a half year old dad, and don't need to be hassled by a wireless carrier.

Everyone file with Public Utilities and Consumer Financial Protection Bureau as I did, and some changes will probably be made.

I have been paying auto pay for a senior plan w/ T-Mobile, since October 21, 2021. 00 a month SENIOR PLAN. AUTO-PAY. In February 2022 a T-Mobile representative sold us on their WIFI @ the Dolson Ave. Middletown, NY T-Mobile location.

Hi, Every few years we come to Novato CA from the Netherlands to visit family. we always buy a sim card with some money on it to have contact with our family. Same this year, only your employe didn't spell my e-mailadress wright in the computer, so I wasn't able to confirm your mail because I never get it. This fault makes it impossible to confirm the deal and my telephone is worthless. They told me to buy a new sim card and pay $51,13 again, while I made just one call. That was a very expensive call, ridiculous. Then they tell me to go to Petaluma, not really next door.

There must be an easier way to clear this up.

I'm a sprint customer forced now to be a T-Mobile, I currently work on a military base/Ft. Riley, KS where their very limited to no service with-in building. I literally have to go outside to make calls, text or facetime.

I don't think its fair to have service I pay for monthly that can't be used. I'm not the only one experiencing these issues, all T-Mobile account. Solders & Civilians refer to T-Mobile as T-Maybe because of non-working service. If emergency was to happen I won't know of it until after work, total unacceptable.

Rep at T-Mobile in Manhattan, KS & customer service solution was get a newer phone while addressing the issue of no Tower support for the area. Please assist with this issue.

I have been a Tmobile customer for o er 17 years. This obviously means little to Tmobile. I broke the screen on my phone yesterday. So, I called Tmobile customer care in hopes of finding a solution. This was not the result.

This store upgraded an unauthorized user on my account. The dealer (1890976) got upset when we asked to have the phone returned. I called customer service and the rep said the phone shouldn’t have been upgraded. They never even contacted me and tried to say the phone upgrade could not be cancelled.

I lost my phone Sat. eve 07/30/2022. Needless to say, I was upset but I did manage to get the cell # blocked. Sunday I went into the TMobile shop and was given the "insurance" information. " I went back to TMobile and this time I was greeted by John C.

Switched back to T-Mobile from Verizon on Wednesday July 27, 2022. The cell service from my home is atrocious. Calls intermittently get through. Text messages don't always get delivered. I spent an hour and 20 minutes on the phone today with your customer service and then your technical support only to find out that there is a project to upgrade a tower near my home.

Why wasn't this checked by your staff before they switched my service? And then when I asked to discuss this problem with a supervisor I was placed on hold for quite some time until the technical support person apologized and said the supervisor would be calling me shortly.

Customer wait time was 20mi, caucasian lady comes in minutes after me and instead of the next in line tmobile rep helped her first after me standing and waiting 10min before she even arrived. My first time ever visiting Mueller location in Austin, can say they cater to that community.

I have been attempting to return T-Mobile internet equipment for 3 days. I have called the customer service line 3 - Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday - each time processing a disconnection and being told that I would get a UPS label in "2 to 4 hours" at this email address I'm emailing you all from.

I was passed on to multiple people and told there is no escalation department or customer loyalty dept. My kids sync up watchs screen broke. Apparently t mobile doesn't fix screens on watches, the three options given to me were 1.

Buy a new watch 2. Cancel the line wait 90 days then readd to get a free watch 3. Warranty exchange which costs more than the watch. I was never offered protection when the watches were purchased or any of the times I called.

The warranty exchanges on the account, every one of them were faulty and didn't work. This is ridiculous and you are about to lose a 20 year customer with these types of interactions.

Ongoing issues for the past year with Tmobile unethical billing charges, the store never closed my daughters account which they sent to collections Month after Month having to re verify a Military Magenta Plan discount. Their communication is terrible they give you a generic scripted answer each time you speak to them they are constantly applying late fees to your account even on a payment arraignment. Not sure why they cant get their act together.
