I recently choose to use the iPhone 14 upgrade on 4 of my lines. I went to the store to do it because the last time, I did it online and the rep didn’t enter in the transaction as an upgrade so we had to return those new devices and process a new set.
The store (corporate store not TPR) told me then, do not do upgrades online as this always happens. So this time, after doing the upgrade in the store, yes I paid $35 times 4 to do it. And when the old device is ready to return to T-Mobile.
No trade-in instructions provided via EIP agreement, not via instructional email, nothing outside of the store telling me (at time of placing the order) to bring the old devices in. I log in to my account, I don’t have a ‘continue the trade-in process’ alert or nothing.…
