I recently choose to use the iPhone 14 upgrade on 4 of my lines. I went to the store to do it because the last time, I did it online and the rep didn’t enter in the transaction as an upgrade so we had to return those new devices and process a new set.

The store (corporate store not TPR) told me then, do not do upgrades online as this always happens. So this time, after doing the upgrade in the store, yes I paid $35 times 4 to do it. And when the old device is ready to return to T-Mobile.

No trade-in instructions provided via EIP agreement, not via instructional email, nothing outside of the store telling me (at time of placing the order) to bring the old devices in. I log in to my account, I don’t have a ‘continue the trade-in process’ alert or nothing.…

I'm writing to complain about misleading information provided to me when I switched my wireless plan from Verizon to T-Mobile at the end of June 2022 which has left me with an unanticipated financial burden for the next 24 months.

On June 26th I went to my local T-Mobile store in Bayside, NY to inquire about moving my wireless plan to T-Mobile. After reviewing the details with the sales representative, I decided to move my account over. I ordered phones over 3 weeks ago and they sent the wrong phones I have returned the phones still haven’t seen and new phones, they ported my phones where I didn’t have service for 8 hours. I’m a new customer and still don’t have phones.

Spoke with Dan at the Festival location and was told that they could not close out the account. I had the equipment and was told by customer service to come into the corporate location because they could not verify my account because they did not have my correct email address.

I asked to speak with the store manager, Mark. The first question that Mark asked me was did I have the charger.

Now, I'm not going to say that I received disparate treatment based on race but I will say that your team needs to be retained in the proper way to close out accounts and to work with customers.

Poor leadership is reflected downward to your staff. My old manager used to tell me, if you can't fire people up to do the right thing then you need to fire them.

I have had nothing but horrible experience with T-Mobile customer service. Almost every month I had to call T-Mobile to get my bill fixed and each time I was told the issue will get fixed but it never does. I am on hold with T-Mobile right now as we speak for over an hour.

I went to T Mobile to get a new phone. I bought a phone and here is a breakdown of what happened. Despite calling Consumer Cellular be the T Mobile employee, my old number was NEVER ported over. 2. I was NOT told if the screen plastic saver was put on the phone I COULD not return it.

Given the option, I would have done it myself to be able to return if need be 3. I was NOT told if the case was put on the phone , again by the T Mobile employee, I could not return it.

I have had a very bad experience with this company for having being thrown here and there regarding my watch which stopped working and upon taking it to tmobile store was sent to another store which later booked me an appointment to send it to best buy. Best but returned my watch with scratches and no straps which I did not accept it back.

Reaching back to customer service at tmobile app the customer service was very rude and said he was not able to help and that I should look for phone numbers of the stores which sent me to best buy and contact them. I feel disappointed with this kind of treatment and I need to know the way forward .

Being a customer I expect thongs to be handled in. Better way

I have been with T-mobile for 13 years and grandfathered into an unbeatable monthly rate however the customer service experience has gotten so bad IE. inaccurate & misleading information, unqualified & untrained agents, agents that are consistently unfocused and veer off topic when trying to answer my questions and because the agent rarely knows the answer to my questions searches the internet for the answers with me right on the line with them!

I can immediately sense that the agent is under a lot of stress because the agent doesn't know the answer to my question and then begins the desperate search for the answer. Then, the agent begins to quickly throw out any "reasonable" resolution they find my way and what they do find is consistently inaccurate and completely off base.

My children and I have been with T-Mobile since 2007. I have spoken to 60 + representatives and either one help me because of a $101 installment payment. I called on the 30 of September and the 1 of October and a customer service representative insured me my service would not be interrupted.

Y'all always states that you a man of word but not. As you can see I'm always paying our bill on the 13 or 14 of each month. I not understanding why we can't get any help from the carrier that we have for a long time.

My time is seriously important and making me look for another carrier is what they leave me with. I was promised my service would be secured and now my children and I going through a lot just for some help.

Absolutely Disgusting Company. Originally opened account, asked, re asked and then confirmed that I would have service in my area. Payed overnight shipping. 2 new phones, 2 cell phone brought over. The 2 that were being switched over Never worked, Ever.

Then the 2 new phone had No service! Could only communicate with T-Mobile. After 3 days of troubleshooting, I said this isn't working and started the return. Was told I had to wait for the return to process to figure out if I owed anything for 3 days of no service.

Was told that when return processed it would automatically close account. 00$. called and explained what happened. Was told I had to wait until the final bill to have it waived. Was told to call in 2 months after final billing.

Next month received a debt collectors bill.…

I've never had so many issues, with my phone bill then I have with T-Mobile they have overcharged me three different times in three different months I've got charged twice for my phone bill they've charged me last 5 months for my mobile hotspot that we got disconnected when we got the home Wi-Fi and they charged me now twice for my screen protectors when in all reality I was told that I get unlimited screen protectors for the insurance that we get on it monthly that we pay I don't know what they're pulling but

I ordered t mobile gateway internet I was assured it was unlimited internet no caps and got 100 gig which is almost gone (not even 15 day trial up yet) only to be advised that unlimited doesn't exist where I live? It did when I signed up?

My friend 2 blocks away has unlimited from them. So I left Verizon true unlimited for a capped plan? Doesn't make sense and also their own website states uncapped unlimited internet! So disgusted

My 84 year old mother today went into the T-Mobile store to swap out her sim card. She is on my account and lives in Nampa Idaho. We transferred all our lines yesterday to T Mobile from sprint and she simply needed the sim card switch.

When she arrived at the store the account person told her she needed to be an authorized user on the account to ensure she was not trying to commit fraud.

T mobile stores in Gainesville Fl have been closed since Wed 28 Sept and willl not open until tomorrow Sat 1 Oct. Note - we have had no storm in Gainesville. i can understand precautionary closure on Wed and possibly Thur, but this is Friday a sunny calm day in town.

All businesses, including Verizon, are open except T Mobile. It seems as if someone has found a way to get free time off using a faraway huriicane as an excuse leaving us customers unserved!

I called t mobile to port my phone over from Verizon to save Money they said they sent me SIM cards never received them, I got a bill for 315. 00 O called they said ignore it, I got another bill for two hundred and change still no SIM cards .

I called they said call back in 48 hours I did no SIM cards. I called today September 28, 2022 stayed on the phone for one hour and forty five minutes listen to someone in a different county saying um um um and still didn't get no where then he hung up.

Widely known and advertised nationally that “our provider has service and coverage for 99% of our customers”, I have had, an continue to experience absolutely no service within 20 miles of my home. I maintain a job within the community I live and had no service there either.

I find it disturbing that all other carriers including straight talk have full service. I have difficulty believing that where I reside is the 1% without service when all other providers have service. Something most definitely needs to be addressed with this issue..

Hello, I am in desperate need of help please. Everytime I talk to a different representative, I get different answers. There was a death in my family, as my daughter passed. I don’t get paid until the end of the month so I cannot make payments until my pay.

Which I always make payments when I get paid. I’ve really been struggling. I spoke to a supervisor last night & he assured me that he would watch my account personally & if it got interrupted he would make sure it is restored to give me leeway to pay my bill.

We are trying to switch to T-Mobile from Verizon however T-Mobile is making it hard and are really making us rethink our decision. We placed our order on the 21st and we were told we'd have our 4 new phones and 2 sim cards for our existing phones by the 26th.

We then emediatly pleaced orders thru OtterBox and UAG for cases for those phones and payed extra to have them here quickly. On the 24th we received an email saying that our payment failed. We called to get this fixed and were told the bank denied it.

00 for a modem i had but not in my possession to return at the moment. I called twice to extend the return time and then i was given 15 days to return it and coukd not because i had to wait on sherriffs dept. To schedule their repossession.

I went to T-Mobile in Mentor, I asked the sale rep for the rose gold galaxy watch, he didn't have, I asked if he could order. When he came back from the back, I ask him did he have the silver one with the lavender/lilac band, he said yes.

Not happy with the employee that helped me sign up for a new phone and options. After going with my mom to a diff T-Mobile location a few days after the one I had went to. I realized the man that helped me didn’t give me any of the options that were available.

My mother tried to switch us to TMobile from Metro by T-Mobile. They got her to get 2 new phones and mine was supposed to be able to be ported with "no problems" she paid for these lines of service and I'm being told I can't port because my phone is " locked" with Metro.

My boyfriend and I have been with T-Mobile for about 4 or 5 months and we are dissatisfied with the service because the representatives and supervisors are really rude and they charge like $300 or $400 a month which is a total rip off. I have never heard the words we cannot help you until now. I also was hung up on by the manager I asked to speak with. He was also rude and not helpful. I have been this behind on my account and have been trying to catch up and have had to talk to a CSR about every week or every other week and

everyone up until today never told me they couldn’t help me even if just for 24 hours I was always happy with the help. I asked for my phones to be turned on for just 24 hours until my fiancé gets paid which is tomorrow and the CSR’s and supervisor I spoke with today did not try to help one bit and I was hung up on.

I did a device upgrade following the exact directions on the online platform. It told me that I could trade in my current device (Pixel 6), which I got from them in July, for an iPhone 14, and I would get a total of 400$ trade-in value, with 205$ credit and remaining deducted from my iPhone monthly charge (originally 33$).

Billing and questions concerning activating phone service or upgrading use to be so easy without any complications. Now billing and customer service is poor. The chat sessions are no help at all. Too many excuses for for not correcting issues.

When you call Sprint/T mobile the same issues. I've been with Sprint since 2003 but can't wait to end my contract agreements.

Tried T-Mobile 5 G Internet. Initially worked ok, but connection failed everyday at least twice a day. Had to change so we could have reliable internet. When I cancelled the service the customer service rep told me that I wouldn't pay anything because I was at the end of the period and that I may get a refund.

Last week I got a bill from T-Mobile for $50. Received on 09/10/2022. Wrote check and mailed the next day. Today I get a collection agency looking for the $50. What kind of a shister business are you running. I will tell anyone that will listen how shody your businss practices are.

Last September I ordered a watch for my son's b-day in October. The watch kept getting delayed, I had to order another watch. They told me they cannot cancel the first order. I have to wait to receive it and then return it.

They began charging for the watch before I received it. I called and they said they will fix it. I have specifically asked them to write down those notes. Later I received the watch and called to make sure they know I am returning it.

They continue to charge me. Called again, and their rep said she will take care of it, and even called me back and left a message. They kept saying they took care of it, and they did not. My sister was supposed to get a free phone from t-mobile. But that's not what happened. We've been getting charged a handset fee for the last 3 to 4 months. I've made five to six phone calls on the issue already.

Purchased Apple Watch at Best Buy. Went into store to get service put on the watch. Was told by employee I should have bought the watch at T-Mobile. If I did this I would have saved $200. He suggested I return the watch to Best Buy which I did then I purchased watch from T-Mobile.

Problem now is there is no $200 difference… I paid the same thing at Best Buy that I paid at T-Mobile. Frankly I was lied to… The purchase was in July but I waited thinking the credit would show up when the billing came. It did not.

Poor cell service had full signal and little to no network connectivity fought it for months on several devices and multiple lines and towers. Canceled service 3 days after the start of a new billing cycle and was billed for a full months service with no notification of their policy to do so.

Called customer care with the same answer after 9 years of supporting them I will never go back and made it a personal crusade to sway as many people from using them in the future. Worst customer experience and policy I have experienced.

I switched from being a long time Verizon client to Tmobile due to the high fees. I called customer service to switch my service which was a terrible experience. Once I received sim cards in the mail I was switched around to various departments via phone.

It was so bad I had to into a local T mobile store. I haven't had my phones for a year and I have numerous dropped calls. I use my phone for business and it is so unprofessional to have calls dropped.

I am regretting my decision and rather pay more money for my service to have better service.

Haven't had cell,text,data service in our area over a month now we been to t-mobile store in our area 3 different times in 3 weeks in the middle of August for help no one seem to able to help us. the last time at t-mobile the person was help us we found out that our cell tower was down in our area but don't know how long it will be down.

Found number for tech support called them on 25th of August to find out what going on I was told that our cell tower was down and there is a ticket out on it to be fix also they been waiting on a part for it that now in should be fixed within few days. Called up tech support again to find out why it hasn't been fix they said they don't know when it be fix!!

So now I have to pay 70.00 dollars a month for cell service I can't use if I need to make a call…

The service a t-mobile located at 8001 Villa La Jolla Dr. STE 8879 La Jolla, CA 92037 is my worst experience of my life! Both my wife and I switched our service over from Verizon 10 monthe ago and are just now getting our billing straightened out.

The promotion that was given to us at the time of the purchase of our new I-phone 13 was a third phone for free and just taken away from us and canced with the store telling us that they made a mistake. That is the total issue that I have with this store, everything about it is a mistake!

It isn't a corperate store and I only found that our by going to another store in Clailremont and getting much better service. Michael Stafford

I bought a device from T-mobile 1.5 years back. The device is fully paid off and T mobile is still charging monthly cost for this device every month since 1.5 years. I called Tmobile 50 times to resolve the issue but no solid response form them.
