No complaints. I would like to let you know about customer service at your Pahrump Nevada store. My phone was stolen. I went to the T-Mobile in Pahrump. I want you to know how friendly Heidi is. I was distraught and Heidi helped me with my new I Phone 14+.

She explained how this song worked and got me started with the phone. I returned to the store two days later with questions and Heidi helped me again. Mostly she was patient and answered all of my questions. I hope that this comment makes its way back to Heidi.

In late August, 2022, I switched to T-mobile. At that time, we purchased 2 new phones, but decided we didn’t need them. T-mobile initiated the return and both phones were returned. Tracking shows that both phones were returned, but t-mobile says that they did not receive the phone.

I have made 6 calls to customer service with no resolution. I’m due a $60 refund for tax and charge needs to be removed from monthly bill.

T-Mobile is now advertising in-store repair services. Cool. Awesome. Broke my screen today. I live in the 2nd largest city in my state with 2 full fledged stores in town and a whole bunch of smaller outlets. Asked if either of them offered repair services.

" second guy comes over "Not anymore, they fired the whole team". Wonderful, just perfect. Now instead of a $30 screen fix where I'm in and out the door I have to pay $100 dollars to get a replacement mailed to me while the phone is completely unusable. Fantastic.

Hate every second of this. What a headache and a rip off for a simple fix!

I was getting set to pay my bill. The website came up and there was a box that told me I could manage the settings for whether my information could be sold to advertisers. Great I thought. When I said yes it said I would have to sign in.

OK I was going to anyway. When I did sign in, it did not take me that page. I had to search. Replaced my SIM card due to sprint switching to t mobile have had no use of my phone for 3 days. Spent 10 hours one day in the phone with several IT reps as well as apple tech. T mobile says as long as I can make out going wi-fi calls it’s fine.

I can not send or receive regular text messages or receive calls.

Finally was offered a new phone at a discount then the next day they were not going to honor that deal they wanted me to send in my phone before I even received another phone. I have a sick mother who lives about 40 minutes from me and can not receive incoming calls.

This company is ridiculous. I received 2 phones via UPS that I never ordered nor do I have a T mobile account on 10/11/22. I immediately contacted T mobile to let them know. Jake said he set up the account fraud referral and gave me a reference number.

I have called this company 4 times with no resolution. I receive a bill in the mail and a letter wanting to verify my ssn and get a copy of my DL # (not happening). Called again today once again and was told that I needed to send in a copy of a policy report.

I wasn't told anything like this before. Every single time I call I get zero help, a sup or manager is NEVER available to speak with me. This company makes me feel like the fraudulent person verses the victim of identity theft.

I visited the T-Mobile store at 4717 Colleyville Blvd. today (Nov 7) and thanks to Mr. Jonte Porter, the newly appointed Store Manager had the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I took my 73 year old mother to Tmobile in Hamden CT to purchase a new phone. When we first walked through the door one of the representatives said to my mother that she should sit down because she looked winded.

That completely embarrassed my mother. There were 2 female representatives in the store and a male. The male was very polite and tried to help but the 2 females were obnoxious and rude. They laughed at my mother because she wanted an iphone 11 and was told it was discontinued.

I cancelled my account with tmobile in February of 2022, the rep confirmed that our 3rd line that we never even used, was also being cancelled. This was on a recorded line which has already been reviewed by the claims team. They still bill me $93.33 for this unused line until July when I finally check my statement. I had a very rude agent on the chat today. My lines were suspended (and now have about $100 worth in suspension fees) and it’s because my wife was in a rollover car accident and nearly died. She handles all the bills and I had to take care of our kids while she was in the hospital.

” I tried explaining this to the agent and he had the audacity to tell me to try and lower my bill. It isn’t that I could t pay for it! I had to take off from work considering I wasn’t exactly expecting my wife to be in an accident where her car flipped 3 times.

I have had home internet for 19months and have complained for 16 months about the slow speed. Speeds are typically less than one and never in double digits I can tell you what the customer rep is going to say prior to them opening their mouth.

I have been having trouble with their home internet service. I received an updated device which didn’t work. I was told a replacement would be sent. I received notice that it was in backoorder. Months went by and I never received a replacement but a bill for the unreturned gateway.

I was told I would receive credit when the gateway was returned. I returned the gateway only to find another unsolicited gateway on my driveway. Although I was told the gateway had been received and I would get credit I was never credited I disputed the charge with my credit card.

Now t mobile is saying I owe even more than even the gateway cost and that my payment is past due DESPITE Bring in autopay AND never receiving the credit promised. I have spent over 20 hours on the phone and visiting t mobile stores…

Purchased a gold 14 I phone Pro over the internet. When the phone arrived the gold color did not match what was on the website. We returned the phone but had to pay a 70 dollar restocking fee. when the return is due to misrepresentation on the website, the 70 dollar fee should have been waived, but it was not.

I was told when I started my service with T mobile that I would have service. That I do not have. I was also lied to from day one when they cahrged me 450 dollars for me to start my service and for 6 free phones.

I purchased a google pixel 6a phone on 9/1/22 for $508.79. The camera on the phone did not work. Your local affiliate did not replace or refund me my money. My first complaint is the service. My service went down around 12pm ET today, 10/27/22. I couldn't make calls or send texts due to limited to no bars. If I had an emergency I would have not been able to use my phone.

Being that I am connected to home wifi (definitely not T-Mobile's), I am able to use my phone. I was a former Sprint customer and now since my account is fully T-Mobile, her comes the issues. My second complaint is with the customer service chat.

I went to the t-mobile Culver City store on Sepulveda on 10/15/2022 just to get a SIM card entered into my tablet that t-mobile sent me. Entering the store was a mistake. Instantly the young man Freddie , which he said he was the manager there. 00 to put down.

I have been a T-mobile customer for 23 years and have had the same phone for over 4 years. I contacted T-mobile customer service yesterday and advised that I needed a new phone as my phone was not working properly.

I was advised that although all other customers have the option to upgrade, get a free phone, a discount or pay in monthly installments I do not have those options. I have no credit issues am current on my bill and have been a customer for over 23 years and yet T-mobile can't tell me why I don't have the option to upgrade my phone after 4 years.

I visited the T-Mobile store on the Oregon Pike, Lancaster, PA on or about August 12, 2022. I was experiencing difficulties with my LG phone and was advised that LG had gone out of business and was no longer providing updates, etc.

In September 2021, I have joined T-mobile and joined the family plan w/ Sera B. We got the offer on BOGO for the iPhone 13 pro max with a contact for one year( at least that’s what I remember) The T-Mobile employee guaranteed great service and I even checked T-mobile coverage map that was claiming they were covering my area.

Well for the last 13 months, I was suffering from lack of coverage and missed many important calls that would go straight to voicemail, and would only receive notification of these call the next days.

I now have Tmobile since they purchased Sprint who I have been with for decades. Because I live in the foothills and have no cell service at my home the rep told me that if I bought a new 5g phone the problem would be solved. it was not.

I've switched over to t-mobile in early July from Verizon. I was offered a promotion that would payoff the balance of my phones that I purchased through Verizon up to $750 per phone. The salesperson told me that this promotion would take 4-8 weeks to complete.

It's been 14 weeks now and nobody can give me answer on my the reimbursement of the phones that I had to purchase because of t-mobiles broken promise. I'm owed $1500 for phones, the sales clerk flat out lied to me.
