I switched to T- Mobil from Verizon to have a lower monthly bill and still have great service. The service I received at 93rd and Northern in Glendale AZ, was horrendous, The store manager Leslie was so disrespectful and rude, she acted like she was doing me a favor just speaking to me.

I am 70 years old and I don't remember ever feeling so upset or disrespected anywhere. I will leave t Mobil as soon as I can and will never recommend T- Mobil to anyone in fact I will share my experience with everyone I can,

I have 2 serious issues and they are now considered fraud & negligence as I have contacted Tmobil several times a month since July and promised my account (your mistakes) would be fixed and promised a high level - senior or higher manager would call me last week as I am done calling.

I have been w/ sprint since 1997 and I have the second serious issue due to you closing the sprint app allowing me no access to the new way although you “take me to the new way” and it gives me error messages and the most bizarre dishonest messages as you have serious technical issues as well.

From April until October 14th, our WIFI was perfect; since then, horrible service not only with the WIFI BUT OUR PHONE SERVICE! Since October 14th, 2022, I've made over 50 calls to the socall3d experts and nothing. On 12/9, I finally got a call from Kristen she got an Engineer Reort - 4 times tickets were supposedly filed - and we told about Troposperic action every evening and morning cutting broadband until anywhere from 7 to 10 am!

In addition, my Gateway needed to be moved to the North side of my house, it faces NW. I ask3d why the service worked fine where it is until October14th when told someone ran into tower and the Lumens box was destroyed.

Bait and switch or fraud. Promised free phone and $800 credit for other phone. Being charged for one phone and no $800 credit. When I inquired once they told me offer only good for commercial accounts.

since your modem type device didn't work, and I tried it for 3 weeks. They tried to get me to pay $100 for set up, then agreed they had said it would be free. I paid over $50 for the 3 weeks, then cancelled.

Since then they say I owe $40 . I called, they said they can see I cancelled. So just tell us your code and we'll close the account. I told them I threw the code away after canceling. So guess ill owe this the rest of my life.

my husband is a Veteran who's ill, so can't keep fighting this. Just warning people, you should try other companies.

Incompetence in disclosing the return period of promotional product and kept tossing me from the customer service to the store a couple of times. One customer service assured me of a compensation for the hassle and promise to call me back with a specific date and time but never did.

And that is never what I expected dealing with managers and sales floor people and customer service ! Such a awful experience. They have the nerve to send a survey if I would recommend T-Mobile of course one should know the answer, dont you think.

I am not expecting any positive action but KARMA will get you one day.

Tmobile slows down your phone every year more amd more as your phone gets older. Now today, 2 of my 4 phones are useless. I have 2 new phones amd 2 older phones. My 2 newer phones have perfect signal, 5g.

My other 2 phones are older. One is 5g note 10 amd note 9. These phones have no signal at all. Both were working perfectly 2 days ago and then all signal went out to an "e" and most of the time an X right on the signal bars.

IT people don't and can't do anything about it but give an attitude. Now I have 2 paperweights because tmobile wants me to buy newer phones. That's what you call thieves amd crooks.

On 12/9/2022 at 1:58pm I had made a call to Tmobile customer care. My phone is sim is still locked by Tmobile even though they told me it was unlocked when i switched carriers. When i called customer care i had explained to the employee that my phone sim is still locked even though i had switched over to a different carrier and my phone has been paid off for years.

As I was sending my son off to college before he got on the plane he mentioned that his phone charging port had stopped working. I told him that his phone was under contract and he could stop into any Tmobile store and they should be able to help.

When he got to Florida he found a Tmobile store and promptly offered to UPGRADE HIS PHONE!!! They sold him an $1100 phone and services. HE WAS 17. They of course billed ME for it. After disputing this bill for over a year I left T-mobile in disgust, bill unpaid.

Today after several years I'm getting letters from a collection agency and I feel cornered. Had they called me as I believe they were supposed to do I would have declined the new purchase and asked them to repair the phone I bought for him a year earlier.

I would give zero stars but you don’t provide that option. My husband and I switched from ATT to T Mobil in August 2022 and purchased new phones as well. My iPhone 13 stopped working and I went to T Mobil store where we opened our account on Wednesday, Nov 24, 2022.

I presented my phone and account information to the associate whose name was John. John refused to provide me with any I assistance because I was not identified as an authorized user on the account. I terminated my service by phone in June. My husband terminated his in July 2022. When I canceled I asked to keep my number, they said I had to go to the nearest store. I informed them that I had just had 2 major surgeries and a stroke and was unable to travel the hour trip to the nearest store and told them to cancel the service and I would get a new number.

00, that they had cancelled the service due to non payment. From July to November I received NO bill no correspondence at all from tmobile, even though they had my address and our emails. Bogus charges!

It took over a month to get the internet working correctly. I have five phone lines including my elderly parents. I was promised 200$ per line for switching, I have not received that. I was overcharged last month and instead of putting it back in my account the woman I talked to kept telling me that it would be adjusted on my next bill.

I am on the military plan, they lie about this plan having unlimited home internet, and when you reach your 100% data usage, it is not "slower" you have none, no internet. The phone that I switched over to at T-Mobile is horrible, and I have only been a customer for about 3 months.

If my parents did not buy new phones I would quit T-Mobile forever.

I have called customer service at least 5-6 times to correct the fact that I do not get any voicemails!!!!!! It first stated to come in a few hours later then a few days later then no voicemails at all. I visited a local T-Mobile store in Irvine CA to trade-in my iPhone XS. The store employee removed protective screen guard from my and phone and went to the back room in the pretext of inspecting it. He came back with the screen of my phone damaged with a deep scratch in the middle of the screen.

He refused to accept the device. I called Irvine PD but they were not able to help much in this matter. After, filing the complaint, I tried to contact the store manager via email and he provided me with a fake phone number.

I ordered a watch band on T-Mobile app the ordr was $118. I’ve called too many times to count been on hold for hours. I’ve gone into the T-Mobile store been given the runaround between the number that they gave me to call and the store no one will help.

Last night, 11/30/22, WIFI went out at 5 pm and didn't come back until early 12/1. Ran Speed Test every 15 minutes for 4 hours 0 MPBS! Nothing but problems since October 14th have spoken to their "Experts" OVER 50 TIMES.

We always have to call customer service for our bill every month. We will call and make arrangements for payment and they still turn our phones off. They gave us a big run around when when order a watch on promotion.

We never got the watch and it took them months to refund the money. The service reps are rude when we call them and call us liars. I will never recommend t mobile to anyone unless you guys fix your issues and my phones off again for a phone I sent in and my phone shouldnt be shut off for a phone my bill is paid

Upgraded one of my lines, they ordered the wrong color and they couldn’t cancel the order when I realized it so I had to wait for the phone to come then take the time out of my day to go return it.. then I had to order the right phoen but now I’m forced to pay a 35 fee even online.

I don’t understand why I’m paying a fee when it was the “”experts”” who messed up the first time. If they were trained properly there wouldn’t have been a mistake the first time around. Unbelievable. Will not recommend this company to anyone, ever!

I filed a claim for my stolen cellphone on 11/15. I have insurance and I've been a loyal Tmobile customer since 2014. The next day the insurance company Assurant emailed me asking for more information regarding my claim telling me to call them.

Easy enough since I don't have a phone to call with and they know that based off my claim. I call them and they ask for the primary account holders ID, I have my bfs submit his ID through the online portal since his account shows he's the primary account holder.

Days go by an my phone still hasn't shipped. I call assurant again and the associate says they do not know why my claim hasn't processed and puts in a note saying to process it. 3 more days go by still nothing.

In September 2022 I received an Internet modem from T-Mobile. Seeing as I couldn't get 5G where I am I went with Internet Lite. It was a 15 day free trial. Went to the T-Mobile store located at 4095 S State Road 7 Ste U2, Wellington, FL 33449 to upgrade my phone on 11/20/22. Was ready to trade in my old phone to get a discount on the existing line. Instead was offered the same deal without a need to trade in my old phone, which I accepted.

We've been T-Mobile customers for just over a year and love it. ) and our daughter an Apple watch and watch line (her first line) from T-Mobile. We had a lot of questions and talked to multiple customer service representatives over the phone and in-store.

In all of these encounters we were never told about the free line when you add a line. This was really disappointing as we've added two lines to our Magenta Max account and spoken to so may in customer support.

Hi, I'd like to share my experience with T-mobile so far. A few weeks ago, I decided to switch to T-mobile from AT&T (3 lines). I spoke with a few sales reps, and all gave me slightly different answers. Eventually, I decided to switch and order the three sim cards over the phone, and that's where my story starts.

There service fir WIFI is ridiculous! Since October 15th we've had horrendous service; over 40 calls and NO IMPROVEMENT! Half a dozen times a day WIFI goes out; still connected to Internet but NO WIFI. Even when up it will cut out around 8pm and not come back.

I was in the store in Washington DC down I was in the store today trying to fix an issue with returning my phone and as i was talking to the people over the phone and yes i got loud because I was told to return the phone to the store because i didn't want it.

2021- 2022 has been the worst years with TMobile. They have dropped the ball on every angle and as a customer I want to make sure to bring awareness.

The phone promo - BOGO was incorrectly input costing me $$ on the deal I purchased a third device for my toddler a tablet and they added insurance on the phones but failed to add the tablet. Once again an out of pocket cost when an anticipated crack happened. In addition my ex partner who I had asked to remove from my account as an authorized user years prior was still listed causing confusion in my personal life when my new partner went in to submit a claim.

The most embarrassing situation I've had to deal with. This ultimately led in a line split and then being awarded with losing the option to future promotions and Netflix.

Double check…

I was using a LG5 phone with TMobile and loved it until a msg kept coming up on my phone which was very hard to use. Went to t-mobile and they said that the msg had something to do with t-mobile network no longer supporting LG.

So they tried to fix it thru the network with no luck. I was forced to buy a new phone (Nord 200) which I do not like at all. I wanted to exchange it for another phone but I was not allowed to.

Now I am stuck with Nord 200 paying $9 for the next 12 mths. I called LG and explained the situation and they gave me the steps to use to clear the msg from my LG5 phone and it worked!

transferred my Sym to my LG5 and now using my LG5 . Why can't i return the Nord200 and get credit for the new phone which I am not using. Why was I forced to buy a new phone if this is…

Since October 14, 2022 our WIFI AND 5G PHONE service has been horrible. I've spoken to the "Experts" OVER FORTY TIMES with NO RESOLUTION; lots of sources. They've sent two replacement Gateways, one wouldn't power up the second connected WITHOUT WIFI!

On November 15th I WAS NOT ABLE TOGET WIFI AND PHONE SERVICE OUT. I tried calling but their computer couldn't u derstand me and hung up. 3. For supposedly being one of the bid three - WOW. We have been T-Mobile customers for OVER 10 years, wondering why and the one "Experts" comment everything will be better this Spring as we're updating the system ...

Paying well over $120 or what? Below three screen shots from different times on the 15th. When we do get some service it dissapears around 8 pm - Prime time TV
