After waiting 49 minutes to replace my screen protector I was told it was out of stock gave the rep my information which he input on his board and was supposed to be receiving one at my home.3 weeks later after nothing I called the customer service representative and did it all over again .Now a month and a half later still nothing.Please advise as this is a service I paid for when getting my I phone 11.
