I went to TMobile after work leaving my abusive husband and told them that I wanted to have my number and my children's numbers separated from his so he couldn't find us. This is law via the safe connections act that was signed into law December 7th, 2022.

All carriers must separate a victim from their abusers account once she/he provides proof of some kind to the company. A guy named Stewart at the Federal Way Washington store told me the law didn't matter and they weren't going to honor it.

I told him the law was made to keep abusers from finding their victims! Why should I have to change my number after having it for 30 years when I wasn't the abuser, he was! He literally said, "too bad" don't waste your time, just get a new number.

My name is Esddras Leitao, I'm 62 years old disable man suffering from Aids and cancer. I've been a customer of T-mobile for more than 7 years. On January 3rd l want to save money and l got the $15 a month senior discount.

Right in the same day my voicemail wasn't working and the next day my internet wasn't working. I talked to more then 8 people with no avail to return to my old plan that was 44,44. I called the executive office and the secretary ignored me.

I sent a email to Mike Sievert and Jon Freier about my frustration. 96 to go back to my old plan, plus she raised the price for 50. Please l would like a reimbursement and stay with my old plan of 44,44.

I'll report to FCC if l don't get an answer by Monday January 9th. Looking forward to hear from you!

My mom ( Evelyn Simpson) and I ( Wendy burnes) done a change of responsibility. I was not informed that two lines were not transferred and that the protection plan they had was canceled. Plus, I was not told that things like disney would not be carried over.

Plus, the new family plan doesn’t include internet and that there’s extra charges for those features. Employees for T-Mobile need to be trained better and inform customers better than what I was. Your about to lose customers that have been with you longer than ten years. Please!

For the pass couple of months, I have be having problems with alot of miss information, rude experts, experts not trying to help and being very smart being very condescending, and not looking over notes or very judgmental. I use to love tmobile and use to refer they services to everyone.

But now I'm in the process of switching my services cause there has just been too many problems. This really needs to be addressed and fixed. I would love to see the old tmobile services back. The very nice, polite, helpful, knowledgeable experts they use to have.

And it also seems like the complaints that are being made nothing is being done about them and no one is trying to fix it.

No phone, text, or internet service unless I am in town. Service at my Mom's house is pretty much non-existant, and she needs the phone in case of an emergency. As do I when I'm traveling hetween home and her house or work.

00 refundable deposit. I returned the Cell Spot to the Store Manager Anthony located at 637 Spartansburg Highway Suit 30 Hendersonville NC. 16, 2022. I only received a written receipt from the store manager Anthony and he stated he was busy that day, he said he would email me a Final receipt.

I have not received a receipt and have called a few times and actually went to the store and he guaranteed me he took care of the Cell Spot return. I called customer service and they showed no receipt of the Cell Spot.

I have been on hold for over three hours with the insurance people and t mobile about my wife's phone and got the run around and switched from dept. dept. after three hours on the phone they hung up and nobody can speak english and the back ground noise makes it had to hear.

I can't believe that they are going to let a 22 year customer walk away. they don't appreciate the customer. after being on hold they hung on me. they said no supervisor available and would not transfer to them. they wanted to give me a piece of junk phone because my phone was discontinued. even the rep.

I have been without internet since 12/9. I am told there is a tower upgrade in the next 30-60 days. This is unacceptable for there to not be a backup plan while towers are upgraded. I am not paying a dime until my service is fully restored.

On 10/4/2022 I was told tower is being upgraded because there is NO 5G and very low LTE reception and today is 1/2/2023 and still nothing! Coverage map on t-mobile.com shows I’m suppose to get 5G Extended range but that is clearly not the case! Technical rep confirmed there is no plans to fix!!!

Was sold an electronic brick. Basically a tablet that does not work. They are refusing a return and charging me $45 a month for something that does not work nor use. Went to 2 stores and called 611 8 times.

I purchased my phone for over $400 at T-Mobile and hickory Hill and Winchester. I have gone there six times because this phone doesn't ring. The customer service is horrible there's a lady at the location by the name of Mabel her service is awful and I would never recommend anyone to purchase a phone or have service at T-Mobile.

I have been trying to file a complaint with the corporate office and the 611 number with no prevail. I will be finding me another service immediately. The customer service by the manager Mabel at hickory Hill and Winchester is worse than my phone not ringing.

I have been a long time customer of T Mobile, however, this year I am having a problem with my phone 404-993-4096, I have replace this phone under warranty two month ago, however, it has locked today on December 29, 2022. Since around (before, for sure) Thanksgiving, we have had increasing cell data outages at our home. For a while, i was able to access email from 2:30 AM until about 5AM, but that soon went away. Right before Christmas, we had hours long outages except for random two to five minute windows of connection.

My wife and I have made numerous complaints and gotten the usual "its your phone" response, despite the fact that we can go five miles away and it all works fine. I recently had one T-Mobile lady admit that there is a tower that is "under-performing" so they are routing all signal through the one closer to us, creating a "bandwidth issue".

Now, my wife who is homebound due to health issues has been unable to order her meds and other care issues that are only set up through T-Mobile…

I has a replacement cell spot sent to me around October. I received an email stating that I would be charged 0 returnable fee. So I didn't keep it and threw it out. So I notice a charge on my account.

I chat and it was the worst chat I have ever had. I started off telling them that I did not have it. Sent a screen grab of the email I was sent saying I would be charged 0 for a non return fee.

The sales associates that work at the T-Mobile store at 2350 Airline Drive, Bossier City, LA are extremely rude and incompetent. When you go in there they always act like it is an inconvenience to wait on you and it isn’t like they are busy.

They are usually on their phones or playing with a tablet. I went in there one day and there were 4 girls working, no customers except me and they were ignoring me and worrying about what they were having for lunch.

I don’t know who the supervisor is but somebody with T Mobile management needs to check on that store. Go in there as a customer and see how they treat you.

12-26-22 I phoned Customer Svs from a friend's phone which I informed T-mobile rep of but when he told me by resetting MY phone we might be disconnected I made a joke. The rep said he felt that I degraded him & said I could always do it myself without his help.

He also said he had been doing this job for years & he should have checked what number I was calling from, but through my tears, I politely said there was no need to check the # since I told him my phone wasn't taking or receiving calls & I was calling from a friend's phone. I wish the call had been monitored or recorded for you.

The Wi-Fi from T-Mobile has been a complete nightmare for us. I’ve been with T-Mobile for 18 years and I have tried to call customer service to get this issue taken care of but unfortunately it’s not been handled. Before a product is released to the public it should work.

It’s unrealistic for the customer to use a device that’s doesn’t work. Unfortunately T-Mobile has released there Wi-Fi that goes down many times a day and will not support streaming. 00 dollars a month from your customer for a service that is unable to preform it job.

Had service with T-Mobile for over 2 years and was very poor quality the whole time but we stayed with them and eventually moved our service to a new provider. T-mobile specialist ( I have names) offered to help me make this all possible and assisted with the transition.

Now since i have left T-Mobile, for some reason now I have another bill months later, after I have paid my final bill. I have called so many times, no one in the specialist group will call back or reply to any other specialist request for answers.

I was talking with a representative on 12/26/22 about getting new phone service, but the site began having technical issues. She stated that she would call me back on 12/27/22 @10am. She did not call but someone else did. I had to wait on hold for approximately 7-10 minutes when a male representative came on the line.

I have a user who is unable to use their phone with an international sim while traveling due to the 40 day rule tmobile has in place for new phones. They are unwilling to make an exception even though they know the use cannot receive calls.

I've been a customer for over 10 years and have 6 lines with tmobile. The customer service has gotten worse and worse with loud noisy call centers and an inability to solve simple problems due to rigid rules.

Was in the T-Mobile store in Traverse city MI on South Airport Rd in November. Got a s22 ultra. The phone was working fine got home that night it was okay. Got up the next day and it said emergency calls only.

So I went back to the store and the person who was working if I could just exchange it for a new phone. So he took it and I waited for over 2 hours for him to say he fixed it.

I have been with Tmobile for well over 6yrs & have had one type of device or another. I have the Galaxy A53 5G & wanted to upgrade to S22ultra. Mgmt at my local store made it VERY CLEAR all I needed to do was turn in my current device, & then start the set up new device and all I needed to pay was a total of a $119 which included the $35 activation bill.

I ordered 2 devices and signed up online for their Magenta Max Plan, 2 days later I receive my new phones via ups and assumed they would come with SIM cards, but no they didn't. So I had to go to a T-Mobile store and purchase 3 SIM cards, one for each line on my account.

I get home and place the SIM cards in their correct devices and restarted the phones and still not activated. I made several phone calls, several chats with customer service on the T-Mobile website, called every singe number that I was given with a promise that calling those numbers would get me the help I needed, but no that didn't happen.

Each time I got told the same thing no matter the number or person I talked too. I am over and I want my money back for this shit.

4 days with minimal to NO WIFI OR PHONE SERVICE! Couldn't even dial 911! Have made over 50 calls since October 14th when great service disappeared. Last time held for over 28 minutes, after automated answering said 5 minute wait, and hung up!

subscribed to a new Apple Watch cellular line since September 2022 and the line was unable to be activated. I have come to the store multiple occasions to report the issues. Ultimate the T mobile expert informed me that my Apple Watch has issue and need to be replaced.

I replaced a new Apple watch and came back to the store to activate the cellular and the same issue occurred again. The watch cannot be activated. I was informed that I will be penalized for no promotion and more fees if I cancel the line that doesn’t work since September 2022.

Went to T-Mobile store on Broadway to complete my deferred trade-in and was initially greeted by Keith, who immediately had a problem with me, and attempted to gaslight me and tell me that I was the one with the problem?! I was confused at first and then I was upset as I realized that I was just being trolled by this guy.

Not sure if it was racial or what (I suspect yes) but I found the encounter totally unacceptable. Fortunately his manager (whose name I did not catch) was perfectly nice and professional, and helped me out in minutes.

We have been with Tmobile for 20 years. The main telephone number for account was 808-205-1176 under my mother Angela Rogers.. I am and have been an authorized person on the account for several years. Upon my returning to the country, I noticed the account was overdie and looked for any bills from Tmobile.

The account was set up on auto pay and amounts that were doubled what I setbup, had been taken from the account since 2020 . Since thete wete no hard copies I went into Tmobile app and downloaded statements. Apoarently, Tmibile has been billing for two phone lines in error.

I switched to T-Mobile using the switch and save promotion. I switched and they were supposed to pay off my phone. I applied back in March (it’s now December) and it was approved in may. I never received the text of any card.

I have been to the store, I have called and been lied to so many times by people who can’t even speak English. I still haven’t received my rebate and it’s now a $780 passed due bill on my credit report for Verizon.

Ever since my son chose tmobile for me I have had nothing but issues. The main one is connection. It does not matter if it's the beginning of service or middle or end . I not only get slow connection but no internet is often.

It is all times day or night. And now stated one month didn't process which set payment plan but that has turned in to a big bunch of other payments. I can't call and speak to no one since I always get dot heads that can't understand me or me them.

Every aspect of dealing with t mobile has become stressful. I can't just stop being they will charge a big amount for my phone if cancelled in less than 2 yrs. I hate this company!!!

Who it may concern Sprint/T Mobile customers representatives removed my international calling plans with out my permission nor t mobile notifications me about calling international I got charged lots of money and my phone line suspended I don’t know what to do please somebody help me in this matters!!! Tried to sign up for a 3 month free trial. Followed prompt but was signed up for a Mgenta plan by mistake. Called to cancel next day and still trying to cancel. Told many times don't worry I will take care of that for you but always not.

Now after 3 months has gone to a collection agency.

Also tried their local store 3 times.

When my husband’s phone was broken and the insurance purchased to cover damages to phone was used, the whole experience from T-Mobile to Assurance Insurance was a nightmare causing my husband to miss 2 unpaid days of work due to their incompetence and loss of loyal customer since 2016. Now cannot cancel contract and phone lines to pay what is due to end my relationship with this nightmare of a phone company.

Lack of integrity. I was guaranteed my t mobile internet price was locked. After I suffered a fire and lost almost everything I called t Mobil to explain the situation. I was the promised my internet price was locked. It took me several weeks to fin a new place.

When I tried to reconnect my internet I was told my price was not locked, and would be higher than I had been paying. When I complained to the I was told to lie about my address and then I could get my promiser price.

But only if I apparently commit FRAUD.
