I cancelled cell service on Jan 8th and went to a different carrier. 19. TMobile is refusing to give it to me saying it was denied . 19. I got a bill saying that's what I'm owed. TMobile is saying it hasn't been canceled 30 days .
I was told today Feb 10th was 30 days. I called again today and now they are saying it has to be canceled 31+ days before I can get a refund. They said and guaranteed it would be put back on my card Feb 10th.
I've talked to several representatives and I keep getting run around. I have been a loyal customer for Iover 10 years and always paid my bill 19 days early. I want my refund now. My account has been cancelled for over 34 days and still no refund.
