I cancelled cell service on Jan 8th and went to a different carrier. 19. TMobile is refusing to give it to me saying it was denied . 19. I got a bill saying that's what I'm owed. TMobile is saying it hasn't been canceled 30 days .

I was told today Feb 10th was 30 days. I called again today and now they are saying it has to be canceled 31+ days before I can get a refund. They said and guaranteed it would be put back on my card Feb 10th.

I've talked to several representatives and I keep getting run around. I have been a loyal customer for Iover 10 years and always paid my bill 19 days early. I want my refund now. My account has been cancelled for over 34 days and still no refund.

I purchased a new watch months ago. We had issues with the connectivity of the watch so we had to contact customer service. Customer Service added a Watch line that did not exist. This nonexistent watch online cost me $10 a month since I never look at my bill and everything is on auto pay.

I did not know that Customer Service actually added that line until today. I call Customer service to rectify this issue only to be told that guy would not get a credit for the amount that was paid for this nonexistent line and there was nothing they could do about that except cancel the line.

With that being said, if you are a T-Mobile customer, ensure that you check your bill thoroughly whenever Customer Service makes any changes.

23. I went out later in the day and my car connection would not let me make or receive phone calls. I stopped in the store at 1702 W. Broadway, Maryville TN to ask for help. One young man never looked up from a tablet while talking to me, telling me to connect the phone to the car, which I stated was connected.

The I think, manager told me to take my car to the dealer to fix this problem. No one offered to help, no one touched my phone to even look at settings when I ask if it could be related to the new tab "Connected devices" One employee was sitting on the counter never got up, they were all very unprofessional, unfriendly and unhelpful.

WASTED 35 MINUTES doing chat 2/7/2023 with Michael to order 15 Day "FREE" trial of 5G home internet service. I say "wasted" because it is NOT really free (false advertising by T-Mobile). If you refuse to pay a fee for some supposed taxes on the service, your order will be canceled.

Furthermore, if/when you want to return the device, you MUST get a human on the phone to obtain prepaid return label. On 2/6/2023 I tried 3 TIMES to get a human on the phone at T-Mobile to place order and got a busy signal, all 3 times.

If you can't get a human on the phone to return it, I was advised to go to a T-Mobile store. FYI: Last time I had a problem with a T-Mobile billing error, I had to make 2 trips and wasted almost 2 hours on the ordeal.

At the end of December I received an e-mail from T-Mobile / Sprint thanking me for adding three (3) lines to my account. I immediately contacted Sprint. Through 3-4 hours of frustration and two hangups, and multiple transfers upon my subsequent calls, I finally was connected with a person who said the lines would be removed, and that I should pay my normal bill amount, which I did. My Nov. 27th - Dec.

26th bill shows these unauthorized lines. At the end of the conversation they requested that I change my PIN, which I did. The new bill arrived for Dec. 27th - January 26th and I had to contact Sprint again. ONE of the unauthorized lines remained on the bill, and TWO NEW unauthorized numbers had been added.

Yesterday I spoke to one of your agents, Aliza G. This person was rude and combatative, and lacked any kind of empathy-literally deleted all empathy words from her chat. This happened between 5:00pm to 5:55pm central time on 2/1. This agent put me on hold for nearly an hour with the promise a supervisor would call back, which never happened.

For backstory, someone had placed an order on my account for 4 tracker devices without my authority. I have spoken to 3 agents prior on this issue. I suspect either someone put them on my account during the breach, or a less than scupulous agent did while we were trying to fix my son's phone.

I wish that I never left Boost. Since day 1 of having T-Mobile I've had nothing but problems. Problems with the customers service reps and problems with this shiesty billing system. I have been quoted 3 different prices. Every month it's a different price, when I was told it would be $90 for 2 lines, with accessories included.

I'm sick of this company and I am not satisfied AT ALL. Half of the reps don't know anything, they just say whatever they think you want to hear. Now I'm stuck with this bs for two years. It's a freakin' scam and a ripoff.

I opened a new line at the T-Mobile on my sprint merge to tmobile account at the store in Hagerstown MD valley mall. I told the employee that i only wanted to receive the phone no extras he then proceeded to say the items were free i still declined this dude put the items in the bag along with the receipt in now im being charged for the extra items.

I called the store spoke to an assistant manager about it she said well there is nothing i can help you with you had a few days to return the items however i was told the items were free and was unaware of any extras being added until i received my phone bill.

Apparently the manager is the one who put the items in the bag with the phone after being told repeatedly i didn't want any extra items and have 2 adult witnesses. This is very terrible…

This is ridiculous, I am not a T-Mobile customer anymore, I cancelled my lines and they are still charging me for the lines I no longer have! I don’t even have the phones anymore, I am extremely upset about this situation because every agent I talk to they say they can’t help me and that I HAVE to pay the bill because I owe.

This is by far the worst experience I’ve had from T-Mobile. Then they send it to collections when I have left in November and kept receiving bills from them. This is ridiculous, I don’t even know who to speak to about my situation or how it can be resolved because I am not going to pay for a service I never used and was not even a customer anymore !!!

Talking with reps in the Phillipines does not really settle my problem. I had tried to return a 5G Hotspot and originally was told I would have a label and someone to pick it up in 24-48 hours. Nothing happened-- no label,no pick up.

Called again after maybe a week or so-- again- label and pick up in 24-48 hours-- again nothing Third time again the same experience. $th time-- I stayed on with the rep until I got my shipping label-- the same day I got it I called UPS and PAID $20 and sent the Hot Spot back the same day.

I would give the customer service a big fat 0 - I understand the need to resort to overseas to hire customer service agents, but OMG they are not only unreliable but they often pretend to be ignorant of what you are requesting and the worst, they are on auto repeat for the same phrases over and over to void the main concern that brought you to contact them in the first place.

I just switched from Verizon and it has made me regret the decision since the very first interactions with their representatives. So disappointing!

Switched to T-Mobile a little over 2 yrs ago, big mistake!! Have had continuous connection issues, they have NO incentives or deals for existing customers, but the issue that has been occurring for me which has just gotten worse EVERY TIME I talk to them about it Is the fraudulent activity on my account that can ONLY be being done by T-MOBILE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

So my problem began on November 22, 2022, ever since I’ve been getting the back and forth about a so call missing payment that the automated system is saying that I missed. It all started when I made a payment using my credit card instead of paying thru the auto payment which I have set up for the 20th of each month.

I knew I was going to have insufficient funds in my banking account which is the account set up for the automatic payment withdraws, well your automated system didn’t recognize that I made a payment so it withdrew my monthly payment from my banking account which caused me to have an overdrawn fee added to my account, I call customer service, explained the situation and T-Mobile refunded the portion of the amount that was taking from my banking account.

I have been a Tmobile customer for over 30 years. By simply forwarding links to a Smart News App via text messages I have been blocked for 3 days from sending text messages to everyone. No warning, had no idea for hours that my texts were not going through. This is outrageous.

Makes me not want to use Tmobile for texting. I am looking into other free texting apps that won't police my text messages an cut me off without warning. I'm furious.

I have hearing aids on my iPhone. I’ve been having problems. I first went to my hearing aid provider for help. Today I went to TMobile to see if any of the problem was with my phone. The first rep told me my phone was working couldn’t I see the bars at the top.

They were so intent on telling me the problem wasn’t with my phone they wouldn’t listen to my question. Which was, could I have messed something up. Could they please just ck my settings. I finally left. I have contacted my hearing aid provider again.

This is due to the port in of my number from Verizon. I set up an account with tmobile around January 5. I received my SIM cards in the mail. After speaking with Verizon they said my devices needed to be paid off before my numbers could be ported over to tmobile.

With the switch plan I was told that tmobile would pay up to $1000 per device. Some time later I was informed that I needed to pay ot first and be reimbursed. Unfortunately I don't have $1600-$1800 to pay off the devices.

I told tmobile agents this.

On 12/4/22, I called T-Mobile customer service to buy a prepaid E-Sim. After about an hour, they were unable to process the purchase and I canceled the transaction. Instead, I went to one of their stores and bought a regular SIM card.

They ended up charging my card for both the E-SIM and regular SIM. 31. I contacted TMobile customer service on 12/13/22 to request a refund. I spoke with a supervisor, John, who had difficulty processing the refund and said he would email TMobile accounting for help - reference number 7001812788.

I need to download cell phone bills for my work so I can make expense reports. TMOBILE will not allow me to download receipts of bills I have been paying for over 4 years. I am paying them a lot of money each month and I can't access my written receipts for these payments.

If I sign online it says I am not allowed access to my own account because my SS# doesn't match. How does Tmobile screw up my SS#? I have to have a SS card, go to a Tmobile store, and work this out.

I am a very busy person. I have a full-time job, a weekend job to get by, a kid, and a wife that depends on me. How the hell am I to find time to go to Tmobile to get receipts that they should be providing me all along?

Switched to T-Mobile in February 2022 on recommendation of a friend that had been with you for sometime and said T-Mobile was super.

There had been a few outages because of hurricanes but not for long and completely understandable.

I noticed last week that I had no network cell service. After making various efforts to "reconnect" I called Tmobile customer care / tech support. After giving them the phone's IMEI, they identified that my number was BLOCKED as if my phone was reported stolen.

However, this was NOT the case. I never reported in lost, stolen, and was never late in paying my bill (and used autopay for the past several years). TMobile "experts" could not unblock my phone as they said it was originally a Sprint phone (21 month old S21 in excellent condition).

You reach out to your financial institutions to put a hold on your online bank accounts and cards. Call your bank or credit agencies . Once you do that, you can contact your service provider too and report a fraudulent charge on your account(s) .

First of all the majority of your representatives have very little knowledge of the English language, the are extremely difficult to understand and the do not understand what I was asking them. They put you on hold and them disconnect you.

On 1/10, the issue started with T-mobile Sync Tracker not functioning. Rep was not knowledgeable of the product. The trouble shoot failed. Multiple device errors discovered. Rep failed to call back after promising she would. On 1/11, New Rep had no clue, no notes, and no instructions from the last Rep, failure to communicate.

I switched to t-mobile 5 days ago, spent 2300 and Bill 350 month. They made mistake twice shipping g cases. Supervisor said waive 16 2 day fee shipping. Today another Supervisor Melony said no way I must pay. I'm going back to verizon

This company is trash, very unprofessional, they just transfer you to another operator and none of them can help you, this phone service is the worst in the country, , I have two phones when you call they both go straight to voicemail, the visual voicemail doesn't work they can't fix it, I was checking my voicemail and the recording stated that if I don't re-save old voicemails, they will be deleted.

My husband and I went to the 2500 Green Oak Dr. STE C Kingwood-Tx 77339 on Jan 10th 2023. We wanted to add a line to his account and purchase a phone for me. I already had the phone in mind that I wanted.

After discussing prices and plans so on and so forth we proceeded with the purchase and the transfer of my line from metro pcs to tmobile. Before we started the process I asked the salesperson more than once what the total monthly bill would be -and told her which specific plan I wanted-and the total price if the phone along with some other details that were not being answered straight .

I opened an act back on 11/25/2022. I was not happy with the service so I canceled the acct on 11/28/2022. 50 on December 19th. I called the same day to get a refund. I was told I would get a full refund. 50.

Every time I call I am told different things like it is denied because there is no credit on my acct or I was prorated which I was told by a sales rep that I should not be prorated for 3 days. I was also it is a “current charge”.

I am continuously getting lied to and I need help getting my money back.

Canceled the account after not getting the correct information. Still was charged for service. Tried contacting customer service, but they couldn’t find the account with my telephone numbers. Had to cancel credit card with auto pay.

Every time I call, they say different lie. I do not even know how they can come up with so many lies. They just want you to get off the phone without solving any problems.
