Someone closed my postpaid account and opened a prepaid account with my name and number from the post paid account without my knowledge. I went to the T Mobile Store and they said the issue would be fixed within 24 hours.

24 hours later the issue was still not resolved so I called customer service and was on the line with them for more than 4 hours. A representative from Business care named mia Gin transferred a call to another department after being on the call for a couple of hours without any reason.

T-mobile has let someone open a prepaid account under my name and number now all my other accounts which are associated with this number are in jeopardy. Please help.

Absolute worst customer service experience(s) I could have ever imagined. I thought I wanted to become a tmobile customer (that was a massive mistake) and ordered 2 phones online and set up a new plan. The phones I received did not work.

I spent 20+ hours on the phone with customer service, and went to 3 different tmobile stores until ultimately I was told the phones are defective and will need to be replaced. After the awful experience from the start, I decided to just return the phones and start over with at&t (which I would highly recommend.

Easy set up and fantastic customer service). So at this point, the phones have been returned, but I am still being charged for "service" which is hysterical because tmbobile has provided me anything but service, mostly just headaches and…

My mother decided that I should get my own phone line separate from hers. What the T-Mobile rep failed to tell me was that I had an $18 protection plan that I would have removed had I known about it.

As a result, my phone bill came out to $94 a month. We ended up paying exorbitant phone bills that were as high as $144 a month. When I couldn't pay my phone bill due to unemployment, my mom had to pay #200 to reactivate the phone.

T-Mobile is a dishonest, horrible company that does everything in their power to rip their customers off. I don't recommend them one bit.

I have been a TMobile customer for over a year with 2 additional lines. I am writing this complaint due to an issue with my Galaxy Z Flip phone. It started with a dark gray line where the fold is and then from there it started to get worse.

I am insured but refuse to pay the money for it to get fixed because the reason for the damage is not my fault, I was utilizing the feature on the phone to fold it. I was told that there is nothing that can be done and that I am responsible to get it fixed.

If I was at fault I would not be filing this complaint. I can no longer receive incoming calls and I am not able to make outgoing calls. The phone is otherwise useless to me because I cannot use the top part of my phone.

I had asked your representative if they could split my bill into 2 payments yesterday because of not receiving my paycheck yet. They said because I have been a long time customer it was no problem. She asked a supervisor and they said ok.

The money was taken out anyway putting me in a bad spot. I know I had an arrangement which is why I called. If it can't be done don't tell me it's ok. Now I'm in a bad spot and tmobil has basically said "oh well".

Can I go back to sprint? 3rd time getting bad info from this company.

Switched from Verizon to T-Mobile and I can't receive phone calls or texts 3 WEEKS LATER. I have unlimited data, but cannot access data at all on the university campus where my office is. They mixed up our family plan's 3 numbers, forgot to order the phones they sold us for "free".

We've been back to the brick and mortar store 5 times. Dude can barely tear himself away from his own phone to help us. Called customer support and they couldn't fix to my satisfaction. Now I'm stuck in a 2-year agreement.

Would not recommend T-Mobile to my worst enemy.

I was told that my monthly payments would be $220 per month. I was charged over $600 per month. I raises this issue multiple times to fix my bill. The agents woukd say they would get back to me on this, but they never would.

I would have to continue making payments whatever the bill amount is to avoid interruption of services. It turns out that the store was using fake promotions to add more lines.

T-mobile international service does not worry for my cell line with T-mobile in the country of cyprus ! Customer service both voice and text services waste your time , i have wasted approx 4 days calling constantly do stupidity trouble shooting over and over again because the teams that handle tech are to block heads to transfer us up to a level that can solve the problem .

They want to waste your time over and over again instead of getting hold of a level tech that can correct T-mobile issue ! I inform them all these details and the tech cannot solve the issues of me not being able to make calls or receive calls even on wi-fi .

I’ve been with your company for over 4 years. I recently purchased a phone from your reps that was supposed to be large enough for me to see the writing. It’s smaller than my billfold and because I’ve had it more than 14 days I can’t exchange it for a larger phone.

Even before I could get it ordered I talked to 4 different people just trying to get it ordered, and it took 2 weeks just to get the order straightened out. Now I’ve been a customer with you for a long time.

But it looks like I’ll have to go to Verizon to get any satisfaction

I went in the store on 02/28/2023 to switch from prepaid $40 plan to individual auto pay plan due to an international travel. I looked on line before I go, so I know Magenta is the one. But a middle aged man said Magenta does not include international call service and I can only apply to their Max plan. I have had a terrible experience with TMobile. One of your representatives got me signed up for the buy one iPhone get one free. He had misinformed me about the promotion and now I have to pay for that mistake.

He told me if I got a 3rd line I could get the promotion then after a month I could just cancel the 3rd line. I asked numerous times to verify this and he gave me his personal promise before hanging up, then again in a text.

I did cancel it after the month. Not having the correct info I just continued to pay my bill. I supposedly received an email after I cancelled the 3rd line that I was no longer eligible for the promotion. I didn't see this email and I signed nothing for it.

I have NO SERVICE since the evening of February 21, 2023. I spoke with customer service on February 22, 23, and 24. I was informed that Sprint blocked my IMEI due to the phone being stolen. I have my phone and it was never stolen, and provided the original receipt.

I was told on the 22, 23, and 24 that it would be resolved within 24 hours. This is now February 25, and still NO SERVICE! I am a senior citizen who lives alone and can't even call 911 in case of emergency. This is unacceptable!

I am 66 and never have I ever been so disrespected by the agents that work for your company spent an hour and a half on the phone with them for them to only take all my information that they needed three times finally when we get to the end they hang up my credit is excellent and for some reason they turn me down from getting a phone absolutely ridiculous never have I ever been late on a payment in more than 35 years not to mention you have to strain your ears to understand what they're saying nobody speaks proper English even the sales person that helped me couldn't even understand so

I was lied to over the course of a week about an upgrade to my plan. To top it off on Thursday when I was disconnected from a supervisor she processed an order without me on the line and without my consent. I am now told that nothing that was promised me was noted.

I am trying to find out what are the charges on my account when I closed my account on 4/22. Since I do not have any PIN number they cannot discuss anything with me. I gave them my SS and Phone # and placed me on hold for 45minutes and then was disconnected. Called the next day,same thing, no PIN # no information. They stated supervisor would call me back. I changed my daughters phone number January 2, 2023. Ever since then I have had no access to her services. It is as if her line no longer exists in the system. I am still being billed for the phone line.

If I am still paying the bill shouldn't I have access to that line in use? No and tmobile doesn't think I should either. The only thing that keeps being told to me "We are creating a ticket" NO ONE HAS RESOLVED ANYTHING IN 2 MONTHS.

I have gone to a corporate store 3 times and have called customer service 3 times. NOTHING HAS CHANGED AND NO ONE DOES ANYTHING. It's ok for your customers to hold their end of a contract but not T-MOBILE's.

Custome service has no clue to what they are doing! They wasted hours of my day! My main phone is an iphone on Verizon. This crappy Android I bought about 8 years ago for a business and I only needed talk and text.

I have had nothing but problems with customer service since May of last year. Everytime I called the representatives NEVER did what they were supposed to or what they said they'd do. And now I 've received a collection notice for something I was told I didn't owe and it was taken care of. It is so frustrating.

I was talking to a representative about the increase in my bill that was too much. Had to be transferred to a supervisor who credited my mastercard for the additonal amount I was charged. While on the phone with him, he kept saying, hello Mary.

I kept saying that i could hear him. Call was dropped. He called me back 4 times and same thing! I am very annoyed that a representative would act like they don't hear me ab=nd ho wmany times i have had to call about the increase in my bill.

00 for making achange to my plan mid cycle. So Tmobile tries to charge you a fee for getting interenet mid cycle. It wan not available at my address for months and when it became available tmbolile tried to charge me.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with T-Mobile's handling of my customer service inquiry on or around February 3, 2023. This was about 2-3 days after my billing period ended for January 2023. I was charged over $55 for a 16-minute phone call to a UK number.

This is unreasonable and had I known to call before the billing period ended for January, I could have added a $15 feature to my plan to cover the cost of the call. 25 per minute. S. I talked with T-Mobile customer service and left negative reviews on the customer survey and talked to a person from that department.

There has been no follow up on anything and there appears to be no way to formally file a complaint with T-Mobile itself. I like T-Mobile service other than being ripped off for this one phone call.

I have T-Mobile internet and it went out on 2/16. I called customer care line to be told that they are having issue and that they are working on it. On 2/17, still no internet and I call again. Customer care is now no longer able to help me because I don’t have a t-mobile passcode and phone number.

All they tell me is that I need to change out my modem but they’re able to do anything else for me without a passcode and I have to go into a store. Day 2 of not working because I have no internet and I go into the store.

At the store, they tell me they cannot help me and I need to call customer care to reset my password. I said I wasn’t leaving until I got my passcode since this is a huge issue for them to help me.

T-Mobile home internet is a joke. It’s messed up more then it works. I’m on my second router which the model is a piece of junk they won’t send me a different one. I’ve been without internet again now for almost 48 hours and have had this service for 11 months.

They tell me on the phone today they don’t provide service to my zip code. Which a lot of people have this service. They then tell me they submitted a report and should have an answer in the next 73 hours.

Yet I’m stuck with no internet and have kids that need internet for school! And when asked if they are going to refund me some of my bill she said we don’t do that! Worst service ever!!!!!

Went into Tmobile store to port in a Verizon cell phone to my business plan. The representative asked for my ID and I provided. He accessed my account and I told him I have a reserved line I kept to use for this Verizon number.

He said I did not have a reserved line. I tried to expain to him I have had that number since December 22 when I came in to get the IPhone 14. He got upset and said I am trying to tell him how to do his job.

After a few months talking over with the billing department and couple supervisors who said they are and were talking my issue but until now the problem is not resolve it and turned out today, the new supervisor told me that she can't help since my return period is over 3 months but it's not 3 months yet.

1. I was Metro-PCS customer and I am looking for new devices with 5G for mom, brother and myself. I see the promotion on TMobile website for FREE phones and flyer for Essential 55+ plan $27.50/line. I talked to the different sales online for a week and finally sign up the contract on November 22.

Frequent loss of connection for incoming and outgoing phone calls. I lost connection for two weeks. They promised credit for those periods; but did not do that. Both my wife's number nor mine could not make any phone calls so many times. Very frustrating.

I shipped a return to them. They couldn't find it after they signed for it per UPS tracking info. Billed me 1,399. Took 4 months to resolve. They said next time and as per their policy, it must be returned to a store.

This after they provided a shipping label. Now find myself having to return another unit. Store insisted I ship it. Called 611 they told me to have them read account info posted by her stating policy. Still not accepted. Lots of people in store and no commission on returns, My opinion.

611 then told me to go to another store. 20 years of service and every encounter with them has been stressful. Considering returning new phones (4 days old) and pulling my account of 4 lines.

but the pandemic in 2020, your customer service, have gone down tremendously. I have been a loyal customer for a decade and now I moved to Verizon. I have seen my account be charged extra money for voice lines I knew nothing about and wearables which I only had one and cancelled via phone with a TMobile agent in 2020.

Somehow they put that monthly charge back on my invoices without me knowing because I trusted TMobile. Apparently, TMobile have been robbing me blind for years. Recently, I recouped a few erroneous charges, however, TMobile owes me much more. So now, I am forced to go to another carrier since I believe TMobile outsourced to India to save money but at what cost??

Since the latest breach I have been receiving text messages trying to sell me things try to sign me up for things they know my address they know my age and they know my phone number same thing with emails then I get calls on the phone trying to sell me products I blocked the number and the same company just goes back and

uses a different number why do I have to keep blocking these numbers over and over again from the same company I told him don't take take me off whatever list they say okay but it never happens what can be done you hold all the cards you're the one that has the breach.
