Someone closed my postpaid account and opened a prepaid account with my name and number from the post paid account without my knowledge. I went to the T Mobile Store and they said the issue would be fixed within 24 hours.
24 hours later the issue was still not resolved so I called customer service and was on the line with them for more than 4 hours. A representative from Business care named mia Gin transferred a call to another department after being on the call for a couple of hours without any reason.
T-mobile has let someone open a prepaid account under my name and number now all my other accounts which are associated with this number are in jeopardy. Please help.
