My phone repeatedly shows "location" icon enacted. The location has been specifically manually "greyed out" for about the last 6 months. I called the T-Mobile telephone number and someone "Vin" answered. I verified info for Vin. ) who I had understood T-Mobile had taken over Sprint many months ago, he transferred me to "Chris" with T-Mobile.

I'm not really understanding, I dialed T-Mobile (I specifically deleted Sprint customer service contacts when I added T-Mobile. ), or hang up and dial 611. On 4-11-23, My Samsung Galaxy A12 phone completely quit working and would not power up. I tried a few troubleshooting steps with no success. On 4-12-232, I went to a T Mobile store near me to inquire about getting a replacement phone.

The store associate (Zoe) First told me to go to a Best Buy location to see if their "geek squad" could fix the phone. They were unable to do so. I went back to the T Mobile store and told Zoe what Best Buy said and that I would like to get a replacement device and pay in installments through my T Mobile bill.

20+ year customer with T-mobile I was overbilled when I decided to go with a more economical Cell Phone provider. I transferred my service with T-mobile 3/9/2023. 30 for a full month of service; no prorate! I mean even if I ever wanted to go back with T-mobile I wouldn't, because of how badly I was treated after my transfer.

I received a past due bill and all of this could've been avoided had the lady with T-mobile told me to pay my final bill and wait until my billing cycle ended, so that I wouldn't be billed a whole month! T-mobile doesn't have effective communication at all.

I have been a Tmobile customer for 5 years. My note 8 has a cracked screen and I went to the store in Camby, Indiana which was a total joke and when they tried to quote a price on an s23 ultra, the price was adding $100 to my bill and should have been $50.

I left that store and went to another store who told me they can't upgrade with a trade in on a cracked phone. I went home and called customer retention and the lady said I could get $25 on a cracked phone and get an $800 discount.

She documented that on my account and I went to the store next morning and tried to do that and they refused. Awful experience with the outsourcing. T-Moble / Sprint is so poorly managed and has turned into a 3rd world rip off operation. Be aware that the customer will be lied to and is totally outsourced and the devices and components are junk.

T-Mobile has failed to uphold their promise to pay the rewards incentive for switching from Verizon. 00 and their agreement was to pay it within 6-8 weeks. We are on week #9 and they have not processed our rewards correctly.

Their website says it is denied or still processing. When we call they say everything is fine and payment was approved on 3/20 but we have still failed to receive it. The representatives are kind when we call so that has never been the issue but t-mobile as a company has failed to uphold what they advertise. Very dis appointed.

In September I ordered a phone it was an iPhone 12 mini however in October when I opened it up for work, I discovered that it was too small for me to use and I called T-Mobile to see what I can do. We are customers for many years and went to upgrade our phone. We got the s23 and were not told tge atore only carried the 128 abd tgat a 256 was available to order for $60 more. We were told the s23 had mire stprage then our s10 nd 10e which a few later we found out was false.

T-mobile migrated my account assuring me that I would pay the same amount from my sprint account. In this migration process I am being assessed a charge for a double billing cycle because of the migration. The end result is that I will be billed 13 times this year for 12 months of service billed as follows: January $145, February $145, March $145, April $272, May $145, June $145, July, $145, August $145, etc.

I have spent numerous days and countless hours on the phone with customer service I regards to my iPad Pro. My understanding I now is the warranty that. Have been paying for does not cover “mechanical failure “. Assurant told me to go through my carrier.

We have been trying to make a claim on a non functioning phone. The phone has no physical damage and it is a defect issue. We filed a claim with Assurant and was denied because the phone is less than a year old.

We continue to get the runaround between Assurant and TMobile customer service. They keep telling us to call Assurant and Assurant tells us to call T-Mobile. We transfered service from verizon and have insurance on all our lines. We have experienced issue from the first day of service.

We are to the point of switching back to Verizon after just a month of service from T-Mobile. Why is it so difficult to file a claim with the correct insurance on a defected phone.

What a NIGHMARE! T-Mobile updated my phone about 1 1/2 ago. Immediately since the update, my text messages are repeated on the message threads that I am a part of. In addition, my phone keeps freezing, and my phone calls are now being dropped more often.

We had Home Hot Spot from T-mobile; however, it was cancelled in January 2023 through customer service - it was in my son-in-law’s name.

I purchased an iphone 14 pro max 256 gb in november 2022 and never received it. I called all of december 2022 and 2 weeks into january 2023 before the company decided to launch an investigation. They proceeded to order a new device and ordered a 128 gb instead of 256.

They then replaced a new order for the 256 gb but did not honor the promotion I was under in my initial purchase. I do not believe that I should be forced to use a promotion and not be honored for the previous promotion that I purchased under.

There has been no communication and I am being bounced around and misinformed. This needs to be addressed asap.

After cancelling all of my services they wouldn't deal with my account because i didn't have the 6 digit pin i created 15 years ago. My personal information including SS# was insufficient. Couldn't get any of the bills right so I cancelled all 2/3 of my lines last month.

Had to get a transfer code to go to another carrier. Paid my bill. New bill comes and guess what? That's right billed for all 3 lines again. Just cancelled my last line. Customer service was absolutely a joke.

The nightmare started on 01/27/2023 when I was placing an order online and because my address didn't match the address on my license I got an error message and had to call T mobile. Where they set me up a new account and ran my credit once again (even though I had explained to the gentleman I had done so already).

To make a very long story short by the time he was done he had rub my credit 3 times and told me I would need to call back in 30 days because he couldn't do anymore cause he ran my credit to much. I was already approved online and now this.

I had an ATT phone and account that I took over from my last job. When I got the iPhone 13 pro, I discovered it had a dual SIM. I called T Mobile and asked if I could move the ATT account over to this phone, so both would be on one line.

They told me I had to use another carrier to utilize the second SIM. It was cheaper for me to keep the number I'd had with T Mobile, (Sprint) since 2006, so I just transferred my ATT account over to T Mobile, and continued to use 2 phones.

On Feb 01,2023 I went to Tomball, TX, Tmobile off 2920 Tomball Parkway, to obtain internet service. 00. After two days of the internet not working I contacted customer service and spent over an hour on the phone. It was determined by Technical Support the tower I brought home was bad. 00.

I still could not get internet service and often had to use my hotspot on my phone. After two weeks I obtained internet service with another provider. I went back to the store and returned the equipment a few days later.

I am using T-Mobile services for last 6 years approx. I was part of existing plan and then in September I purchased a new magenta MAX plan. On plan T-Mobile was offering free z-flip for free on new line, which I purchased on my account. T-Mobile did not honor the deal offered at the time I signed up for a new line. Not just one new line, but three new lines. The deal was supposed to be for $1,000.00 of the new Galaxy S22 Ultra when adding a new line. Unknown to us at the time, two more lines were added because we got "wearables". They did not explain that the watches had to have their own lines.

We now have Nine lines, two of which are pointless.

The countless calls to the call center in the Philippines and speaking to people who have no power to fix the issue and are unwilling to get you to a person who can was fruitless, frustrating, and infuriating. I have been a customer with Sprint for 13+ years, complete satisfaction until the transition to T-Mobile took place. I'd give a negative star if possible. I was completely lied to and given incorrect information to get me to "upgrade" a phone and "transition" over to T-Mobile. INCLUDING my monthly bill.

The worst phone service provider. I have worked for cell phones companies so I knew the questions to ask before my port out. Was told once I took car of my bill that was that the new Billing cycle had not started.

Like always a surprise from billing I owe money. When I was requested to speak to a supervisor since I know customer representative have only so much authority I places on a ridiculously long hold. The customer rep was very attentive.

Which is the only reason I stayed on hold cause that's not her fault. What my problem is that I'm being told I had 30 day to pay mind you I received and email saying my account was closed and nothing was owed.
