I signed up for a T-Mobile Home Internet free trial in September of 2022. Before the end of the free trial period, I told them I wanted to cancel and started the return. They confirmed receipt of the returned device on 10/17/22.
I still ended up getting charged for the first month of service, $55. I started getting monthly statements in the mail saying they owed me $55. I called them multiple times to try to get them to send a check, they always just assured me it was coming.
I finally got a refund debit card in the mail this week (like 10 months later), and it's virtually impossible to gain access to the funds. The website for activating the card or transferring funds apparently requires using Google Chrome, as every other browser loads a broken image for the captcha. Your session ends…
