I signed up for a T-Mobile Home Internet free trial in September of 2022. Before the end of the free trial period, I told them I wanted to cancel and started the return. They confirmed receipt of the returned device on 10/17/22.

I still ended up getting charged for the first month of service, $55. I started getting monthly statements in the mail saying they owed me $55. I called them multiple times to try to get them to send a check, they always just assured me it was coming.

I finally got a refund debit card in the mail this week (like 10 months later), and it's virtually impossible to gain access to the funds. The website for activating the card or transferring funds apparently requires using Google Chrome, as every other browser loads a broken image for the captcha. Your session ends…

00 dollar Visa card for transferring my internet service to your network. I will be making my second payment on August 21. The payment is taken automatically out of my account. I called today to find out when I would be receiving the visa gift card.

Your customer service asked for a code number which I don’t have. I gave them the last 4 numbers of my account and that wasn’t enough information. They even told me that I wasn’t with them. Which is crazy. I received the boxes, hooked the box up and the internet is working fine.

Your customer service is not trained very well in how to answer your customers questions. I was told to go to one of your stores for help. Than she said once I got there than they would tell me to call customer service and than I could get help.

This company is ridiculous. I signed up for home Internet. I got the email and it had a different name attached. I saw the email before getting off with the agent and was told I would have to go into a store to get it updated with my ID because there's nothing they can do.

I had it less than a week and it wasn't working out for us so I decided to return the equipment had another hassle in the store finding my account then as I was leaving, they told me to dial 611 and make sure that my account was canceled well I don't have T-Mobile for my phone service so I asked him to provide me an 800 number which they did.

I called in provided my Social Security number and without the pin I set up they were unable to access my account. I did not even have this week so I didn't set anything up…

I was forced to upgrade from my Kyocera phone to a Sonim when T-mobile/Sprint moved to 4G/5G. I used the Sonim phone maybe 5 or 6 times and it died, would not even turn on. Called T-Mobile and got put through their Customer Disservice wringer.

on 14 August 23 at 5:00pm I spoke with "Brooke". Was on the phone with her about the dead Sonim phone for 55 mins. s. she told me the phone was eligible for a warranty replacement. Sonim warranties their product for three years.

Brooke said her system told her to contact Tech Support. She did and was x-ferred to FOUR different people in Tech Support while I was on hold. Brooke came back and said she had Fred on the phone from Business Tech Support and she was transferring me to Fred.

Worse customer support and outright deception and lies! We tried to get new service and wasted hours online only to have to order done wrong and we NEVER received the 5-SIMM cards as promised. We called and emailed three days later to cancel the ordered and we still received a bill despite going into a T-Mobile store and then calling two more times. No phones were ever activated!!! No services were ever provided as we never got SIMM card and never transferred a single line and they’re billing up nearly $700.00!

Stay away from T-Mobile - we are preparing to file suit to recover all the lost time and monies spent trying to right their wrong!

My internet went out Thursday afternoon. I gave it a little while and reset the gateway, still no connection . I called customer service they told me to go to the nearest store and get a new sim card to see if that solved the problem, if that didn't work said I could exchange the defective modem at the store as they were in stock.

I live out of town so I drove 45 min to get new sim card, new sim card did not solve problem . I was told by store employee they could not exchange gateway, I had to do it by mail.

(Should be zero stars) I do not recommend this company to even my worst nightmare. I come here to complain about my own going problem with T-Mobile. They have shady practices to bait and switch people. Deceive and lie just to make a sale. The.

Say the promotion you do qualify for. That's there favorite sentence. I get zero service from this company and cancelled because of it. I was to get two FREE phones and a FREE computer. That's was a total lie. I got the phones free after the first bbb complaint.

But after my second one they are trying to charge me for the computer that I didn't want in the first place. I have screen shots to prove zero dollars. But yet they still say they won't honor anything anyone says in this business.

In February 2023, I attempted to transfer phone service from AT&T to T-Mobile. I received the SIMS cards, followed instructions and called the T-Mobile number. The representative was unable to "ping" the cards and said I needed to go to a store for help. I immediately went to the store at 7029 S. Lindberg Blvd. St. Louis, MO 63125. After waiting fifteen minutes for the personal conversation between the employee and another customer to end, I was told they couldn't help me. I returned home and called T-Mobile again and was told they should have been able to help. At this point I decided it wasn't worth the effort. Since the cards were never activated, I didn't think I would get a bill.

On approximately August of last year I was sold T-mobile ' internet service. There is a government program that pays $20. towrds that service. The representative took my order and applied that government help. At least that's what he told me. Miami.

For the last week and a half I have been trying to get a transfer number to get away from T-Mobile and get a Jitterbug telephone. I have a bunch of transfer numbers from T-Mobile but when Jitterbug tries to get a transfer T- Mobile maintains that it invalid.

I have tried to contact T-Mobile and they keep me on hold and try to get me to get their apps and awful service. Their awful phone will not take messages and they refuse to give me transfer numbers on their awful phone or give the transfer number to me by e-mail for ridiculous security reasons when they know I am the owner of their awful phone and

they have my password and last digits of my Social Security number. Now they want me to go to their store and get the transfer number but I am afraid that they will force me to go back home…

About 2 months ago I had a Samsung s-21 . I had a problem the phone told me I had no network connection. I took the phone to tmobil, they changed the sim card and it worked. Next day the same thing happened.

I went back to t-mobil and they said it is a Technical problem and I needed to send it in for replacement. I did that. A replacement device came. A few days later, I was billed for $990 for a phone.

Tmobil told me that they never got the phone. Later I was tgld me they had received it but it was damaged and that was it. I sent tmobil a device that was damaged but not physically. Tmobil insisted that was that and nothing else would be done.

I have an j termed account through T-Mobile. Since day 1 I haven’t been able to access my account. My service keeps getting disconnected and I’m being charged late fees for something I have tried numerous times to to get taken care!

21 on July 4, 2023 at my bank from a phone charge I do monthly. It was not my mistake they did an authorized charged and I've been trying to get my money back nearly a month now! I have spoken with a rep named Daniel, Axis, John, Josheoua, Shy, John Louiesy online, Zia, Love, Mario and his female Supervisor, Corporate twice to be referred to Carl, and Ron now.

On or about Feb. 19, 2023, T-Mobile induced me to purchase a new phone and upgraded cell phone plan in exchange for a promised $500 prepaid gift card from T-Mobile. T-Mobile's representative informed me I was pre-qualified for the gift card on or about Feb.

19, 2023, and that I would simply need to pay in full and then upload my receipts online and T-Mobile would mail me the gift card within 2-4 weeks. I paid in full, uploaded the requested materials and received a confirm and tracking number from T-Mobile on or about Feb. 19, 2023.

After 4 weeks passed and no gift card materialized, I contacted T-Mobile customer service and was assured the card was on its way. I called again in March of 2023 and was told that T-Mobile would "re-send" the card. Again, it never came.

Hello, I've come to make a quick complaint. Therefore, I essentially have no more than two bars in Collinsville, Virginia, wherever I go. This is bad since it prevents me from loading anything, letting anyone call, or taking a call in perfect working order.

While I don't think any service is flawless, Sprint at least offered us three to four bars over here.

I started my cell phone service with T-Mobile in March of 2022. It only took about a month for the service to start declining, and declining a drastic rate. I've called and made it numerous complaints not only in store also with the customer care over the phone only two will be told a fabricated resolution.

I have been with Tmobile for over 14 years. Usually no problems and the customer service had always been great. In recent months I started a job at a company near Downtown Tampa. I wish I could give 0 stars. My phone suffered water damage and was not functional. I did not remember my pin and without a phone T-Mobile is not able to do much over the phone, because my phone is needed to verify my identity.

I was told to go into a T-Mobile store with my ID to reset my pin. That was incorrect. The pin could not be reset in the store, i could only gain access to my account while in the store. My frustration with customer service reaffirmed I needed to go to another carrier. The customer service representative was the opposite of helpful, they intentionally provide incorrect information for my transfer pin to move my number to another carrier.

34 monthly discount on 2 new samsung S23Plus phones. T Mobile now refuses to honor this commitment so I am being overcharged by $66n per monty. I have contacted their terrible customer service repeatedly about this and just meet with complete stupidity and lack of understanding.

I am currently in Europe and Telemach is the wireless provider. They Stink! Cant get or receive texts most of the time and wi fi calling is a hit or miss. In previous years we had A1 Telecom and no issues.

Please get rid of Telemach, they are terrible. I faithfully pay the magenta plan to get service when I am outside the USA. All I ask for is that I get what I pay for and right now I am not.

The only difference between this year and previous years is that Telemach was not the wireless provider. I have a iPhone 14 pro and a new Mac book air computer. I should not be having these problems.

I added a phone line to my account and purchased a new phone. It arrived, I activated it, it didn't work. 5 hours to be told it would sent to a supervisor. The supervisor called 24 hours later where I had to troubleshoot more using the exact same techniques to be told it had to be escalated to an engineer and trouble ticket.

I get a call they say the sim card and phone are defective. They perform a buyer's remorse and tell me to take the phone in store to get a new one. The store would not take it. I call back they place an order for another phone.

That phone arrives, I call Tmobile to activate it and ALL the same things happen. I stay on and trouble shoot for another almost three hours, nothing. They have to escalate it to an engineer. I have still not heard back.

I have spoken to the retention department at T-Mobile twice recently to make changes to my account. Both times, as soon as the agent was aware that I was going to reduce my services the line drops unexpectedly. They both proceeded to call me back and (in a very phony manner) act like they didn't know what happened.

I can only speculate that perhaps customers don't always answer the "courtesy call back" and they are let off the hook, increasing their commissions. I have worked in retention for a similar company so I unfortunately understand how these agents are typically paid.

Something needs to be done, whenever I speak with their customer service for any reason it is an extremely frustrating experience. These last couple interactions have left a bad taste in my mouth.

49 for 2 lines go5g55plus, with NETFLIX, Apple TV plus for free as long as I have an account with T-Mobile and I have home internet 5g. Then I upgraded phones 9973 & 7363 and insurance on 9973 my bill is not to be no more than $115 per month taxes included.

I have gone to the tmobile store in Auburn Ma on 3 separate occasions now at 7:45 and their doors have been shut refusing to help anyone. I realize they close at 8 and people want to go home but the reason I have been coming at that time is because it's the soonest I've been able to make it with work.

Regardless hours are listed as being open till 8 and bottom line is they weren't, 3 times now! I forgot to mention that was all within 1 week's time.

tried t mobile under the impression it was a trial got sim cards 5 days after sign up didnt work with all phones canceled same day and a month later got a bill for $220 called and t mobile said it was a valid charge will be contacting consumer bloggers and posting the facts on my face book page to ley people decide their opinion on the matter

As a new T-mobile customer of less than 48 hours, attempts to onboard my new t-mobile I-phone , due to poor customer service, group think, and no active listening by you staff, it took 6 hours by myself and my son, working in tandem, to accomplish what should have taken minutes. I am so disappointed. I was promised my the sales rep this was doable in an efficient and effective manner. This was not the case. This was contrary to what I was assured.

I am hoping lessons learned will behove you and your customers going forward; we should be compensated for the pain and aggravation this caused. 6 hours of it.

My bills is very high every month,ranging from 155 to 132 for 6 months and now they say is $117 and I believe it's 104,they been lieing about my bill every month and my phone nearly works,my phone Is the Samsung s22sms901u,I have three warranty exchanges and I'm fed up with t mobile and going to change carriers if I don't get the phone and price I want for a new phone
