I want to complain about the Tmobile billing. On 02/02/201, I called to clarify the term and agreement to Tmobile before I canceled one of phone line. Tmobile representative advised me there was no issue if I canceled the regular line and kept the promotion free line, my billing would be reduced from $163 to $143.
However, after that, I had to deal with the problem every single months because of the false information that the representative gave it to me. Not quite sure where to start! I am furious! I have been a customer of TMobile since they were voicestream and actually put my entire company on voicestream/TMobile. On Saturday 8-1-21 I went to the T Mobile office in Eastlake Calif. At 5 :45 pm doors were locked with customers inside. Thought I have to wait for a customer to leave. At 6:10 pm they let 1 customer out.
When door open told the girl I didn't want to go inside jus a quick question. She slammed the door in my face and said we are closed. 2 bypasser heard everything. They TMobile people saw me standing in front of the door for 25 minutes.

What can I say about this company more than it's horrible, I bought my phone and I can't unlock it because the company's policy is to use the line for 40 days, which they don't inform you when you make a contract, apart from that I don't owe them anything And even so they sent me to collection, and I have a phone that cost me more than a thousand dollars completely useless and a collection company charging a bill that I do not owe for less than a month of service, definitely the worst cell phone company I have ever been in
I just received yet again a sales call offering me 5G home internet which is NOT available to me. I have already had a horrible experience with your sales department trying to sell me something I did not want and had to return it.
I am still waiting for a full refund. I spoke to a supervisor named Gabby who just was not interested in helping me to stop these calls. I only returned the call that came to me and want this to stop.

I received horrible customer service from the so called "experts" yesterday, and last night.
First of all my home internet all of a sudden stopped working, and after spending all together about four hours talking to so called experts. Which is a term they use VERY loosely all they done was make me VERY frustrated.
After going through the troubleshooting tips with a rep several times they weren't able to resolve the issue and decided to ship me a new modem. After I hung up with them I kept messing with it and resolved the issue myself.

I am a current Sprint account. I have upgrade to the T-Mobile SIM card. I have just upgrade to the Unlimited Premium Plan from the Unlimited Plus Plan.
My complaint is that neither plan has UNLIMITED Roaming within the United States.
Per the web site and Customer Service, There is UNLIMITED roaming
"International roaming icon International Coverage With Global Roaming Travel with free text and basic data in more than 200 worldwide destinations."
and "Unlimited talk, text, and unlimited 4G LTE data while roaming in Canda and Mexico".
But what about UNLIMITED Roaming within the United States??

For 14 months I have had this account and it has not been right from day one. Multiple calls on a scale that is beyond any reasonable expectation for resolving an issue yield little to nothing. Names, email addresses, addresses, aspects of plan all fall by the wayside as it seems nobody enters information that is requested.

There are 4 members on my account. There were two of us originally on a 55+ account. We added two people and switched to a magenta military account. My phone , 720-371-5370 had a promotion in place from 2020 and that promotion was brought over and was applied correctly.
For the other 3 lines that we added to this account, there were 2 promotions available to us. The first was a buy one get one. That promotion was successfully applied to phone numbers 303-475-2069 and 720-371-9190. The other promotion was a trade in promotion that was to be applied to 720-384-4525.
We traded in an iPhone 8 but the 4525 number should have received a new free phone for the trade in but that line is being billed at full price. T-Mobile took the trade in but did not apply the free phone to the account.

My T-Mobile service in the Crown Point, Indiana area was excellent for the last 10 years. Approximately 3 month ago the service became spotty and intermittent. After exhausting efforts to find out why this occurred, I was told it was due to relocating antennas and eliminating several other points of service.
I reside in Hebron, Indiana and the service is now not what is was for years. I've noticed absolutely no service between the two areas I spoke of. This is more than disappointing and is more on terms of possibly ending service if the quality does not improve.

We had Sprint and had no problems and good service. Since merging with T-mobile, service has been horrible in areas the map said would be covered urban and remote. They told me if I upgraded to 5G, reception would improve.

I'm being billed for new device ,exchange of old 4 G phones sent back with T - Mobile promotion. 75 a month for each of the 2 lines. Phones were sent back for exchange and bill should only reflect normal data/ usage charges along with insurance fees.
