I have been given bad information 4 different times from 4 different people concerning promotions while signing up and switching from AT&T. I have requested a supervisor or manager call me back and no one has.

I was told i would get $600 per line to switch and pay off my installments with AT&T. NOT UP to $600 but $600 per line. $1800 total. when I ask if she was sure here reply was "let me check with my manager". she came back and said yes $600 not up to $600. only after i had switched did i find out what the real promotion of the keep and switch was.

Very polite customer service reps based out of Philippines who talk a lot but lack training and follow-thru on commitments. I have already spent more than 4 hrs this weeks getting shuffled around with still no resolution which is addition to numerous I have had to spend since Mar 2021 to resolve some billing issues which still do not appear to have been fixed, as promised.

Wanted to get new upgrade to iPhone 13 pro max. Went text/ msg route. Went back and fourth for 4 hours. Didn’t want extra line. Offered that if I went plus for $15 they could offer me $1000 dollar trade in.

Had previous promotion on phone I had already paid off. Offered to give lump sum on what I was owed. Offered $499 lump some as part of trade in. Offered $280 lump sum back on the down payment. With the Plus he said it could be used with up to 4 people.

I went ahead with transaction based on that statement. After deal was done he informed me that each person would have to pay $15 each. I said it would have been nice to know before deal was done. Since that was a reason I moved forward on the deal.

I have been waiting for home internet service since order of 9/7 to no avail and received 4 reshipments and still getting order missing items in box or the wrong item and pricing gets changed from offer of 7th of $50 per month w no mention at all of autopay.

On 8th got notice of autopay, called TMobile and found out that also price had changed to 55 and Jadon apologized and corrected both autopay and price back to 50 w a 5 and 55 credit applied. But this keeps on changing and again tonight promised that pricing would be 50 and no autopay but this isxridiculous.

I wanted to file a complaint about the tmobile repair center on broadway in saugus, ma. This has got to be the worst customer service ive ever received.

First they dont answer their phone so dont even bother. Went there two times to repair a phone.

First time doors were looked. Employee came to door and said they were shortstaffed and couldnt help. When i complained they suggested i make an online appointment for another day which i did. Went out of my way to go to appointment only to find door locked amd employess sitting inside.

When T-mobile took over sprint, my service went to s*^t. They also re-added some insurance that I had removed from my bill and over a course of a year, overcharged me $360!! They gave me a $50 credit, promised me the other $310 would be credited to my bill, and when I called to have it applied, all of a sudden I only had 60 days to dispute the overages and I should have been monitoring my bill more closely.

I have been with sprint for 13 years and never had any issues, so I never needed to constantly check my bill. But when Trash-Mobile took over my bill has increased every month and I wanted to see why! I will be leaving them very soon because I just cannot.

When we switched from Verizon wireless to T mobile we were told that T mobile would pay off our last bill by sending us a 500.00 dollar Visa card. We were told that it would arrive in a week to ten days. No card ever arrived. We waited another few weeks after being told that it would come but no card ever arrived. l

When we once again went back to the T-Mobile store we brought the last Verizon bill to show what the charges were and were told FOR THE VERY FIRST TIME that we needed to provide a breakdown of Verizon charges. Poor service. I had purchased a A32 G5 phone and it was defective. 00 in July 21. I exchanged the phone with one of the local stores in my area. Called your office and was told they would ship me a new phone.

I said I already got an exchange and they shipped the phone anyway. I returned both the defective and new phone they sent with your shipping label. They said the phones were on the shipping doc ready to be checked in.

I was told in writing that my bill for September was going to be 0 because of the inconvience I experienced and the charges for Oct 21 on would be $56 per month. Company also still has not disconnected my j3 star phone either.

Took my phone in during the month of May . It wasn't working and I had insurance. After going to 2 stores and wasting 4 hours. I was told that I could check back in and they would try to restart it.

After waiting, I was told they were sending it in to get a replacement. I was given a small iphone 8 which worked better than my 10 ever did. After about a week, I called and was told that they were remodeling and temporarily misplaced, or lost my phone?

I went to the local T-moblie store to make changes to my account, I was told to call the T-moblie Customer Care phone line. I have called 2 days in a row and I was told by the automated voice that I have 30 min and I waited for 1 hour before hanging up.

Today I called again and I was told 1 hour and 15 mins to wait, so far it has been 1 hour 40 mins and still I have not spoken to anyone to get help with my service. I look up phone numbers and they keep changing and the wait is still long time and still no one pick up my call.

I have been a customer of TMobile for nearly 16 years. My loyalty has been with TMobile since the company was VoiceStream, Cingular, and other companies. I cannot recall such a long tenure. I have always been very satisfied until the last several weeks when I have really been questioning my loyalty after some really sad situations.

I have a disabled brother with a brain injury that has a line on my family account. I called Assurant to get my brother a replacement phone as he phone completely started to overheat and start smoking -- yes smoking out of the blue.

The insurance claim was processed and the phone sent out by UPS. Of course, UPS lost the package. When I saw that, I filed a lost package notice with UPS and they told me it will take 30-45 days to investigate.

In the month of May I availed a T-mobile promo of A32 in which you have to trade in your old phone with Samsung A32 with no down payment full credit of monthly charge of A32 EMI for next 24 months. I ordered a Samsung A32 on 5th May and shipped my trade-in device. On 16 May I received a message that the trade-in for the line is complete and I will receive monthly bill credit. August 10, upgraded phone to a Samsung A32 and was told to change out the Sprint SIM for a T-mobil SIM. It took me 4 1/2 hours on the web, talking with Customer service, and then technical support who had to contach a person in research and called back 3 days later to activate the phone.

First, I am instructed to register my e911 address on the t-mobli network to use wifi calling. When I go to the web site, I am shunted to Sprint and there is no place to register an e911 address. Poor software programming!

When I swipe the T-mobil app I get " Sorry, something is not quite right here". And if I try to connect, I am sent to Sprint. The 611 speed dial and the 800 937-8997 numbers sometimes works and sometimes not.

My phone was hacked a month after I switched to T mobile. Which was confirmed by a manager, but the manager we purchased the phones from refused to take them back. Now I'm stuck in a contract for 2 years and can't even use the phones.

My android has linux operating apps somehow along with double apps when I'm not in a share system, sad! Worst service ever!

I was told that I was getting full credit for a trade in of my iPhone X for the iPhone 12. It has been almost 1 year and I have made multiple calls to customer service to get it fixed so I would get the credit instead of being charged.

Every person I speak to says they will call me back and that has never happened. I would not recommend changing carriers and moving to T-Mobile.

I signed with T-mobile like end of July. I signed up over the phone with someone out of Tampa named Tatsiana. What I was promised and what I received were 2 different things. My husband just transferred his IPhone. I was told I could not transfer my S20 ultra but I could get a new phone and turn my phone in to them.

I was promised the S21 + ultra the one with the biggest screen. Well I only received the S21 and have been complaining since day 1. I was never told about the buyers remorse until about 1 week ago and oops now it's to late!!

I have 2 lines, I was offered a mobile data account regarding the additional line to be used on my tablet, tmobile sent me a sim card that turned out could not be used on my tablet becise it is only for wifi use. i tired the sim card in my old phone and noted it did not work.

i contacted tmobile and made them aware. the rep claimed the sim card had to be activated. i gave her the sim card number, she disconnected my main phone and transferred my service to the sim card they sent me that i put in my old phone without my consent, then tmobile stop answering the phones, claimed they were unavailable.

The 'expert' (who said he was Mikey but whose messages were signed Richard) who messaged back said he would telephone to 'provide faster assistance.' I have had nothing but trouble with this new phone and I was with Sprint. I am now with the merge of t-mobile. My phone just does what it wants. The 5G sucks!!!!! My service is worse!!!! Have trouble with calls and text messages all the time.

I work for a school district and we need our phones for our jobs everyday. This has caused issues!!! I will not recommend you to anyone! I have heard other complaints since the merge. I will be switching to a different carrier soon!!!

My husband and I went into the T-Mobile at 1055 Kennedy Rd. Windsor, Conn. space B. at around 2:15 on 8/24/2021.

First of all we have been a sprint customer for several years and have never until now been treated so badly. We went into transfer a number from our iPhone to another iPhone because we were having a problem with the screen.

The iPhone XR with 64gb. It should have only taken a few minuets. We were there for 3 hours. We went into the store with a working phone but a messed up screen. One of the women who was called Ruth was our service representative the entire time, told us we would have to purchase or upgrade because our 3g device is not supported by your 5g towers.

After being told I was denied after apply with T Mobil 9 times for the EBB program, someone was finally smart enough to figure out why!! It's because I didn't have internet service too, when ordering their services,, I was NOT TOLD I HAD to have internet as well in order to get approved for the EBB program through T Mobil.

I am extremely upset and frustrated because I switched to them because they are accepting the EBB Program. Then to top that off I was told the phone was FREE, I looked at my detailed billing and my phone is NOT FRREE because I'm paying $13 a month to lease it. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER!!

As my reviews show, I always rate high 9 or 10. Well that's over, as Aug 23,2021 I went to the T-Mobile store and I always pay cash, I take my statement, write my T-Mobile phone number on it hand it with my cash to the customer service representative as I usually carry cash in my pocket.

The customer service representative refused my payment because I don't always carry my wallet and had no I'd. I have been with T-Mobile for 10 years and now I have to consider taking my business to a different company. Not only have I did business with T-Mobile but my company until I retired.

I went to TMobile in pleasant hills pa to inquire about service plans. At that time my wife and I went threw the steps to get phones however when I was told I needed 500 down we decided not to.

The following day I called to cancel. Thinking everything was taken care of.

However the following month 144 was taken from my account I called and did that refund. And was told my card was removed and cancelled. Which obviously the rep did not do. The next month 166 was taken out in which I am fighting for refund.

I visited the store this happened at that time I was told account never cancelled and the commission was paid to employee. I never took the phones used the phones and I'm told Everytime by a rep 3 to 5 business days.

Well it's been a month now. I am seeking my refund I am not paying…

signed up for t mobile, gave me a free phone as long as. I use their service for 24 months, sounds liike a great deal right ? Huh. wrong, I get home and my calls keep dropping , stuttering text come back failed.

So I call t mobile , no lie about 10 times regarding the problem they have tried everything to fix the situation to no avail. So I told them this wasn't gonna work I need to go to a provider that has better coverage in my area.

been with t mobile a long time, had no issues, but since they took over sprint and are in the process of changing there towers over to 5g, I have dropped calls, text not going thru , stuttering on calls. I have called in for the past 6 months trying to resolve this problem to no avail.

My fiance became a customer in December 2020, and by the end of January 2021, he moved out in order to do a complete home remodel.

He paid for 4 months of service even though no internet was used. (Approximately $200+)

Once he moved back in, the less-than-6-month old router wouldn't connect for service. We contacted customer service, and the agent sent us a new router immediately.

I asked what to do with the other router, but since it was defective, she didn't think it would need to be sent back...BUT...watch for an email just in case.

Nearly 2 months passed (no email), so the router was discarded (by us).

The only email we received was to tell us we were going to get charged $490 for not returning the old equipment.

(It gets worse.)

My daughters phone was not comparable with new sims card so they said they would replace her phone for free. They sent me a 4th line with a different number. After a about three hour conversation I was told they would straighten it out.

This is my dads phone and account. He died April 14, 2021 and I’ve since been trying to cancel this service. Can’t do in store which sucks. And I’ve called several times with a promise to be returned called within seven days which is total BS.

Because none of your promises are ever cat. For three months I have been promised that cancellation would commence the last being with an email address I was to mail the death certificate and trustee information to which I did and no response after I sent it at least 15 times.

For the past few days I’ve been at the Bowie , MD T Mobile at Hilltop Shopping Center buying a new iPhone 12 . Every time I went I’ve had to deal with this male customer rep named Brian who is flirtatious and keeps standing close to me.

It got to the point where I had to verbally ask him to move back and respect my personal space . He refused and he started to argue with me about why he didn’t have to respect my personal space and then told me that I had to leave and come back and deal with another customer rep.

I was shocked and furious. The manager came and took care of the rest of my purchase but I don’t know if he said anything to him after that . That was a serious violation he needs to know that that’s not OK.

Dear T-Mobil complain department,

I was open a T-Mobil account at 4/8/2021 account number 973-601-012 and paid initiate fee $40 at same day. After I received T-Mobil chip I decide to cancel the T-Mobil account and made a call to T-Mobil customer service at 4/13 and 4/21. The customer service Mr Ed confirmed: #1. $40 initiation fee will be credit to my credit card in 7-10 days. #2. The account is canceled without any charge. The Reference number is: 50393316112.

Until now 8/19/2021, I still not receive initiation fee $40. But I received Convergent agency letter to collect the $28.91 for my T-Mobile account 973-601-012 which means I have to pay T-Mobil the bill, due to I delayed 100 days, the T-Mobil send to agency to collect the fee. that's too ridiculous!!!!

I took my Phone (425-737-5478) into store1740. The PH. The reps did nothing to solve problem, other than looking vauge, communicatred with others and each other on tablets. No verbal exchange with me. Helped others while truing to find an answer, none avaiable I presume. After aprox. 20 min.

was told they had never had the problem with shrugs all around, and was told I had two options, 1. take it to someother phone fixer to see what the problem was, or buy a new phone. Of course the 12 mo.

warrenty was just two weeks past. (my bad I guess) Was not offered either a possible full or partial warranty exchange or a logical reason why I could not use my present phone. I was not a happy camper to say the least.

Can some one please help. My wife has been on the phone for 2 hours wanting to speak to a supervisor and they have hung up on her twice. We have a problem where we have to call spring every month and spend an average of 2 hours trying to get help. It really not fair how my wife is been treated.

T-Mobile made an error in their auto payment billing, attempting to debit my savings account, when it should have been debited from my checking account. I corrected their mistake and the bill was paid from my checking account. 00 charged to my savings account, which makes me OD and T-Mobile refuses to refund me, saying it’s my fault!!!

BS Just another example of Big Business Bullying Us Seniors.

We have no service, can't make calls keep getting a message saying our phones aren't registered. I live in Hartford, Mi. We have no service we live close to the cell tower. We've called countless time and have gotten no resolution.

I feel I'm overcharged for 2 phones and a tablet. We have jumped through all the hoops to fix the issues. Still have the same issues. We've tried to work with the people but nothing has changed its worse.
