Had my tacos delivered and they went to the wrong apartment. I tried to call the guy he couldn't speak a bit of ENGLISH. Come to find out the door he put the food near was his family's. So now I am calling corporate what a shame on there end.

I need a REFUND THEY TOOK IT OUT OF MY CARD THEY PUT IT BACK ON MY CARD WITHOUT WAITING 14 DSYS.

I visited the Taco Bell on Snelling Ave in St Paul MN today 10/01/2024. There is 1 worker there in particular who must enjoy giving me a hard time. I have complained several times about this same worker and she is still working there.

Today going through the drive thru she must have recognized my voice& I would imagine she didn't realize she didn't mute the speaker& she called me a "bitch"!!! To my surprise I decided to leave& write another complaint. I am a disabled/ vulnerable adult& I have enough problems without this 1 worker causing me more grief.

I visit this establishment almost every day & I would think that means something to a bigger corporation like yourselves.

I don't know what's going on with the taco bell on n Baldwin Ave in marion indiana but the store is in deplorable condition. I waited 43 minutes for a mobile order. They forgot part of the order and refused to refresh my drink after it sat at the mobile station the whole time and the ice had melted.

Several customers were waiting due to incorrect orders and the staff was in no hurry and were complaining about all the customers at the counter. They would walk past the front counter and completely ignore the customers and were horseplaying to much.

I never in my life have had to wait that long for a fast food order to get an incorrect order and be treated so rudely. There is no supervision or support at this location and it's just absolutely ridiculous!

I will not order from this location…

The last time I went to the Taco Bell in Goddard at 11 they were closed and the guy who was working there was ignoring me. Tonight I decide I might try again I live far and it's the closest place to my house.

It's literally 10:30 and they are supposed to close at 12 and I get told it's closed. I've looked at the reviews online and none of them are good. honestly there is no reason to close early every single night I work at a restaurant and I don't even see how this is possible.

Bottom Line, I just got home after arriving at Taco Bell, located in Covington, Louisiana; more specifically, the Hwy. 21 location (Riverchase). I pulled up in the drive thru to place my order at 1:44AM, as this location does not, or is not supposed to close until 2:00AM.

I was greeted with, "oh sorry we are closed", to which I responded, " I thought you were open till 2:00AM? Then I was informed, "they were out of equipment"!??? and I said, "what"? Next, I was told what she meant was, " they were out of product" ???? WHAT?

Okay,,,, so I asked if she meant they had no ingredients or products? I was told, "YES" that is correct. So I just gave up and as I was driving off I noticed, at the drive thru window there was actually a customer in front of me getting there order.

I went to the Taco Bell in Cranston Ri. My husband waited approximately 5 minutes to get served for a drink. I went back to get an item that was missing and waited a long time. They were staffed with 6 people.

The service was very slow with every customer and orders were not ready. The manager was running around in circles. Cleaning tank when he should have had one of his staff cleaning while running the restaurant. I feel he needs more training on running the store.

Was a previous employer I experienced sexual harassment at an alarming rate in which I had to put a two weeks notice In because of the terrible conditions. I was often bullied into sexual harassment and abuse. I was subjected to verbal harassment and my hours being cut or told not to come to work if I didn’t corporate with the manager. (Tyrone Davis) Was informed that other females are intimidated to speak up because they may lose their job. Mostly the black girls who are hired are harassed and often asked to compromise and often get asked personal information on the job and discussed with managers to avoid being fired or threatened.

I ordered food at the drive-through in Las Vegas (see image of the order) and stated the 2 cheese quesadillas needed to be without jalapeño sauce. I came home and we sat down to eat. The quesadillas were my sons and did have jalapeño sauce on them.

As this was not the first time (probably the 5 or 6th time in 6 months, I decided to drive back. I went in the building to hand back the two quesadillas. The lady that came to take the wrong order (her name was Shanon) looked at the receipt, looked at the not-eaten food, at the receipt again, which was not the problem.

Tacobell on south parkway Huntsville alabama serves my partner and I four tacos in the drive thru with spicy sauce all over the wrappers and in the bag. Taco Bell in Duncan should change the name to Wee Tods because their employees are seriously minus any brains what so ever! They can't take 2 orders at the drive thru because "they are short staffed" but you can go in & order it on the "Kiosk" after they rudely tell you they don't take orders inside.

If you want something you'll have to use the Kiosk. All while using the most hateful tone & looking you up & down like you are trash that just blew in. The employees could care less what goes in your food & could care even less about the person ordering food.

I stopped at the place of business tonight in watertown wisconsin at ten forty five There were two cars in the parking lot, but no employees were there to serve us. They were there because they made sure to turn off the lights when we were in the drive through.

They made sure to shut the lights off fifteen minutes before the place of business was even closed. Completely denied any service to us.

No complaint. Positive review. I have been to this store multiple times and every time I have been I have seen Michael Kelsey go above and beyond for not only the customers but also the employees. I've been during rush hours where things was hectic and the employees were overwhelmed but he very professionally handle every situation with compassion, respect and dignity.

I personally wouldn't be able to work fast food nor control the environment with young employees. He makes sure everyone does there part with professionalism and cleanliness. Thank you Michael!!

" This has to be a lie because I came straight to the Taco bell the next town over and walked up to the counter and got outstanding service with a smile at the counter in Newburgh IN, 47630. Boonville Taco Bell has for years cut corners closing down thier kitchen up to a hour early sometimes and just tell customers we are out of beef for the night or any number of other staple items.

They really need a managment overhaul employing people who will care about the business to maintain that location before it gets run into the ground. Just the honest opinion from a local in the area.

Everytime I come to this tacobell they find a reason not to serve me. It was 10:56 and they switched to doordash only for the rest of the night. I don't understand why they're never available to serve customers. They're screwing the franchise owner over in sales.

It's been at least 3 times now for me personally. I wasn't going to complain but, not I'm fed up of driving her just to be told doordash only during business hours.

If I could give 0 stars I would. On 9 Oct 2023, went to Taco Bell on North Pkwy in Huntsville, AL. 1. The person refused to give me enough taco sauce for amt of food purchased. 2 The servers looked unhygienic. 3. The food tasted TERRIBLE!!! 4.

The Nacho BellGrande and mexican pizza tasted like stale cologne (ugh) & chips were soggy. I had to throw the food away!! What waste of good money!!!! This is the last time I will patronize Taco Bell. The time before did not get my complete order & no one answered phone when I tried to call and report it.

I visited store 031566 10/04/23 @ approx 115 thru the drive thru as i had a sleeping baby . There were appox 5 cars in front of me including a fed ex truck. I realized the line was not moving at all - I assumed there was an issue with an order so i waited a few and when we still were not moving i considered backing out of the drive thru.

I drove 30 miles to get taco bell. I ordered 2 beef chalupas, then got to the window , I asked if I could just get the meal. I was told no I couldn't upgrade it was against store policy.

30 on October 3rd at Taco bell located at 7451 Lemont Road, Downers Grove Il 60515. Our Order no. One mexican pizza was missing. Other 3 mexican pizzas were crushed because the employee put the pizzas at the bottom and put rest of the food on the top.

Two doritos tacos were missing. all other food did not have a label so we had to open all the wrappers just to figure out what was inside. There was some other food that we did not order. some of us are vegeterian and we got beef burritos in place of bean burritos.

Hello my name is Robert Stevenson. We have been going to Taco Bell at the 1298 Veterans Hwy Bristol pa 19007 location. We will never go there again and I’m going to inform the better business Bureau. The last few times we have ordered the food was absolutely terrible.

I've ordered a lot of taco bell over the past 3 years, but this just happened to me and I'm still fuming over this. This is from the 7237 Watson Rd, St. Louis, MO 63119 taco bell location.

I ordered my food at 10:06 pm and I didn't leave until some time after 11:10 pm. After a whole hour of waiting I still didn't receive all of my food. To begin with there was no menu on the drive thru lane.

Second of all I was waiting about 40 minutes just to get to the speaker and I said multiple times “hello” and there was no response. I drove to the window when the people taking orders and even the ones cooking told me they were not going to take my order.

Placed an order on line Saturday 09/16/2023. Went to the store to pick up my order that was suppose to be completed to find out this location on westbank expressway in Gretna,la was unable to make food this day because of issues with the equipment.

Asked the person at the window how do I get my money back since I have no food informed I had to cancel my order that was completed per the tracker. No option to cancel the order. I have attempted to call customer service for a refund now on hold for 40 minutes and still no representative to help.

This is my first time using GrubHub and I was not happy with the food and drinks that I ordered.

First of all, one of my items were missing and the drinks were not what I ordered. I called the store #29748 on John F. Kennedy Blvd and the person said that she would give me the right items and missing item if I come to the store and get it.

The reason why I was using GrubHub was because I am not able to drive due to surgery that I just had. I explained that to her and she said whenever I can to come but I said I wanted my order today and don't know when I will be able to get there.

I asked to speak to the manager and she said that the GM will be there today between 3 and 4 today. I will be calling back today just to see if they answer the phone and if the GM is there.

Last night I went to pick up my two orders and the drive thru girl asked me to go park at the door and they’d bring it right out. At least 8 cars went through the drive thru after me with their orders moving fairly quickly.

After sitting there for over 25 mins and no one else going through the drive thru it’s easy to assume they were not busy.

Finally a boy brought out an order and I thanked him and asked about my other order. He went back in another 5 mins to bring out the second order that was now COLD and he sighed loudly and said nothing as he dumped it in my car door.

I ordered Taco Bell on my phone and went to pick it up through the drive-through. The only thing that was correct in my order was the drinks. I ordered two cravings boxes, and only received one. For the one that I did receive, absolutely nothing in it was correct.

Disappointed would be an understatement for how I felt. After already having to wait almost 40 minutes in line, to bring my food home and and find out nothing for correct was upsetting. This was by far the worst experience I have had a Taco Bell ever.

I was doordashing and went to 501 Chouteau Ave St Louis, MO Taco Bell. I stood inside for over 20 minutes attempting to talk to the workers to let them know that I was a dasher. All 3 made eye contact with me.

Not one of them said anything to me. They just continued helping the drive-thru as 2 more dashers came inside and they received the same treatment. So I went to the drive thru and sat out there for another 30 minutes, 15 of it at the speaker waiting to be taken care of, before driving up to the window and knocking.

We are door dasher, and we have had multiple problems with the Taco Bell on Thompson Road right off of 69/37. They told us and mind you this is only the night crew that they aren't concerned with the doordash clients and that we can get their food when they are ready to give it to us.

We waited for 35 minutes and watched four people who are at the store get their food after we had already been there for 25 minutes. The customers were very upset and are saying they will never visit this location again.

So the crew at Taco Bell on the South walnut Street in Bloomington,IN refused to give me my order from Uber eats. We recently got some bean burritos from a location in Clarksville, TN and they were disgusting. We were disappointed because genuinely, we enjoyed them on and off for years before. This time the “beans” were pure liquid, devoid of any texture or actual beans.

The tortillas were cold and mushy. They were skinny, barely filled at all. It was nauseating. They left a horrible, “oniony” aftertaste. The only good part was the sour cream. My guess is they changed the recipe to cut costs. Never going there again.

Would put zero stars if I could.
