I would like to report a cashier at the Taco Bell: 3629 S Vermont Ave. Los Angeles, CA 90007 Her name is Alejandra. Horrible service every time she is working. People end up leaving from having to wait a long time. She is extremely rude.

To make things worse, she has her small daughter at the location as she is working. This is unacceptable.

The store on Cheyenne Meadows in Colorado Springs has got to be the worst store in the city. They are SLOW every single time I go there, which I won't anymore. Yesterday at 4:40PM I had to wait inside for over 30 minutes, had to leave, so requested a refund onto my CC.

The cashier was rude, said she could have gotten my food, but won't now and will just get the manager to do the refund, which was done. what?????? She wasn't getting it anyway, hence my wait for over 30 minutes.

HORRIBLY SLOW and absolutely NO WORK ETHIC.

The drive thru attendant was very rude and ghetto. The young lady needs to be put in a different position. She rushed me to order, then I had to correct my order twice and she still gave me the wrong food.

The manager looks like he is careless and overwhelmed. I tried to call the store directly after getting home and realizing the order was still wrong and there is no answer. This place has really gone down hill. I used to come here at least twice a week now it is a last resort.

The Taco Bell on 72E Huntsville Alabama. Gave me 2 chalupas that was fit for a animal consumption. The Pita bread was rock hard. And instead of them wanting to make my food fresh. They have me my money back.

On August the 22nd l came in for lunch. Noticed a lot of people around the corner waiting for their orders. I stood there for almost 10 minutes before realizing no front cashier that I have to use the kiosk OK cool.

I could hear the Manger yelling at the drive thru cashier to get the orders out and ignore the front counter customers. The girl was obviously overwhelmed. They were obviously short staffed and it’s sad that they treat their employees that way.

Because the manager order to cashier to ignore the front counter, my order never came out. I left very unsatisfied..

I was treated rudely from a lady who handed me my meal at around 3pm on Tuesday the 22nd of August 2023. I have no idea who she thinks I am that I should be treated like this? I have no receipt to show because I wasn't given one.

I had asked her 3 times whether the meal and my name coincided so I wouldn't have someone else's meal. I was ignored. I called corporate immediately I have tried contacting Taco Bell corporate to file a complaint regarding Taco Bell on Holt Ave in Milwaukee Wisconsin.

I waited for almost a half hour before someone finally answered. This is after I got on my bus to take me home for which I then could not talk at all. It's going on another 20 minutes as I write this email.

My meal is now ruined as I continue to wait for corporate to answer the phone. I am angry…

I had 2 DoorDash orders to pickup after waiting inside for 45 minutes for the first one I walked outside to put it in my car and they locked the door and wouldn’t let me back in I then had to go through the drive through which took another 45 minutes.

I decided this afternoon to take a walk to the South Locust Taco Bell, and that walk is approximately 3 miles from my apartment, so it took some effort for me to get there, plus it was a very warm afternoon, around 90°F. Hi I just want to let you know guys that the Taco Bel located at 966 SW 8st is using tha parking lote as a valet parking for the restaurant name as far as I know they are renting to this restaurant the spots on weekends at night time..I'm saying that because i tried to eat from taco bell at the parking lot and it was full .I coudnt park.and somebody gave me the news..please make sure that the parkinlot is for customers from taco bell only.that happened last weekend

why do you have an online/app only menu? you must know you are discriminating against poor people, older people, or those who only have a lan line. i drove to a location today with the hopes of trying a volcano burrito but was turned away.

i left without making a single purchase. How many other people buy nothing because the peon drive up menu only offers a very limited options? i couldn't even get a double beef burrito. over all a very disappointing experience. i will do my best to be vocal about the discrimination and hopefully you will make your menu more inclusive.

I was at store # 0355462 8-18-23. Walked in to use the bathroom and it was locked. Went into the restaurant area. I saw a young black male. No name tag on and said I'm gonna get some tacos can u let me in the bathroom.

Ordered #1 & specified I’d like (3) supremes & a Pepsi. Total $11.35

Did not receive supremes & was also the most skimpy & sloppy put together tacos I’ve ever received from Taco Bell. -All of the ingredients were in middle of taco only. I’ll add they were (not) busy, the girl working drive thru was very professional & nice, however, I didn’t feel comfortable sending my food back so I am trying this route. Had I known I could submit a picture, I most certainly would have .

Placed order on kiosk…waited 25 minutes…asked about my order and was told that the order wouldn’t go in until payment was make (cash). No one had been at the register nor called my name. No instructions on the program that says “Now find someone and make payment”.

Apparently cash is frowned upon. When I got my Dipping Taco, it didn’t look like the commercial. It was overcooked and flat with a crack through the middle.

I visited the Taco Bell in Jennings LA I 8/17/2023. I ordered the Taco party pack all crunchy tacos and when I got home I had all soft tacos. I also ordered two burrito grilled steak and cheese and got two burrito supremes.

I just wish the employees would take the time to make sure the order is right and I guess I should have checked it before I drove 5 miles back home. This is the third time it’s happened the order is not right and I surely won’t leave again till I check it no matter how many vehicles are behind me.

First of all if you don't have enough employees to run the restaurant keep it closed better than being put thru what we were. I'm a very loyal taco bell customer but yesterday's experience made me not want to be one any more.

the wait was 30 minutes long and I was running out of gas I was in the red. We ordered 2 crispy soft tacos, 1 hard shell taco supreme(which was mostly all lettuce ,hardly any meat filling, they put way to much spicy sauce on the soft tacos, and the bean burrito didn't taste right either.

very dissappointed with this taco bell experience, wished I had my money back.

This last Saturday, we went to the Taco Bell in Sunnyside, WA. We order two boxed meal deals and three separate burritos. Asked for regular Pepsi with boxed meals. When we were being handed our food, it came in bags.

We asked where the boxes were, the drive thru woman worker stated it all was coming in bags, we asked how we could tell which bag was what order because she never told us, she told us, “you can figure it out by going through the bags” that was the first start of the bad experience. We verbalized that this was not okay and we don’t work there to be able to figure it out.

If I could give you guys less than a 1, I would. Every single Taco Bell we go to, the service is the slowest of all time. I pulled up to Taco Bell in Seabrook we NH tonight at 6:55 my order got placed at 7:10, I wasn’t handed my food till 7:35… 40 minutes in a like with 6 cars is completely unacceptable.

The quality of the food produced, is also a 0 out of 5 80% of the time and tonight was one of those nights. See the image attached that has 0 meat on it, after me waiting 40 minutes you would think that the quality of food would at least be OK.

I hope to god you guys address issues like this

I waited over 20 minutes in an empty restaurant for my order. I left without my order because I was now late for work. I understand there are online orders but in store customers should have some priority. I lost seven dollars in store and it cost me at work since I was late. I will not return.

I've recently been noticing a different taste on the tortilla chips taste, it's stale? Not sure if it's because, they are not made fresh? My husband said once the chips get air it becomes stale faster. Or it might be cause I go super late like after 10pm?

In any rate, I've thrown the nacho Bell Grande away. I suggest a quality taste test.

Every time we go to the taco bell drive thru at 2085 n. Broadway late night, our order is WRONG. I order the nachos bell grande with double beef n double bean n no tomatoes. It almost always comes as it's shown on menu not how I ordered it.

The lady manager don't care n will hang up on u when u call to let them know. She's rude n just don't care. The guy manager there, Chris, tries to get them to do it right but they just ignore him....

I visit on of your location on 8/10/2023. Between 9-9:30pm. Langley Park, Md location. I ordered a 12 pack of tacos. I wanted to use my e-gift card I received from my job and was told by Yonce that I couldn't.

He said I needed the actual card. I have used e-gift cards plenty of times at this location without any problems. I was forced to pay full price which isn't right. I left very unhappy and should've just left the food.

I arrived at the Quincy IL Taco Bell (9th & Broadway) at about noon. Order was for only 2 tacos. They had to REFUND ME at 12:35 because I still did not have my food. They were giving priority to the drive-thru customers....filling their orders SOONER that the in-person orders. They also were not filling all walk-in orders in the order that people arrived. My job is important too, and I should not be pushed out of order like that. MANY MANY customers that were waiting in person were quite upset.

If they do not have the staff to handle drive thru and eat-in/carry-out then they should lock the door and only fill orders for the drive thru.

I work a half a block away but will likely NEVER return.....

Ordered food through the app and it went to the wrong location. I tried cancelling it called the other store so it wasn't made and the store that I was at met me with attitude and refused to make the order because their lobby was closed and I dont have a car so couldn't go through drive thru.

I took my kids to dinner at the taco bell in Ashland, VA last night 8/9/23 around 8:30 or so, I can honestly say it was the worst experience I have had at a fast food restaurant personally.

First it was lacking napkins and utensils that's not a huge deal though, the attitudes of the staff is definitely the big deal. I used the self order machines I did my order and my youngest on one and my 2 older kids used the second one so it was faster and not as stressful and I just payed 2x.

I am pure vegetarian and allergic to meat. I ordered beans and cheese burrito from the East Palo Alto location and instead I got regular meat burrito. When I went inside to talk to them… instead of apologizing they had smoke on their face … it was frustrating.

I told them this is insane and the rep goes with smile yes it is!! Really! If I get reaction to the meat I ate I’m going to sue them. Staff is so rude and insensitive !!

I ordered a spicy soft potato taco and noticed the potatos were moldy after already eating one taco with the mold. Spit out as much as I could but I already swallowed some of it. I am now non stop throwing up.

Spent less than 10 bucks for a quick lunch and now I regret it. I will not be back. Absolutely disgusting.

I placed online two separate orders on July 2, 2023. 59. The only order delivered from Taco Bell that Door Dash delivered was Order #992419. My first order was not delivered and I Ann requesting a full refund. When I called Taco Bell they said they could not help me. 04 for the inconvenience
