Arrived at Taco Bell in Hannibal, MO at 12:05 pm on 8/7/2023 and pulled into the drive through line. There were approximately 10 cars in front of me two or three of which were already through the ordering kiosk and waiting to get to the service window. At 12:14 pm two cars pulled out of line and left. Finally at 12:26 pm got to the ordering kiosk and ordered the Dipping Taco Deluxe Box with a Diet Pepsi. At 12:30 pm was at the service window. They took my credit card and gave me the drink right away. Food was finally handed to me at the service window at 12:36 pm with no receipt and not even asking if I wanted one. No napkins were in the box. Box was not in a plastic bag.

So, I waited 21 minutes to get to the order kiosk in the drive through. It then took 10 minutes from the order kiosk…

I plaved an order in thr drive thru. They weren't able to make a chalupa but didn't tell me and decided to replace it with a soft taco. I called and they told me bring the food back for a refund.

Once there they told me I since I didn't bring my bank card I couldn't get a refund or a replacement since I don't like soft tacos. The manager took the food and refused to give me her name. She had several smart remarks including it was my fault.

So not only did I not get my food I also am out of my money. Store #034570 time was 1:09pm on August 7 2023.

Guess I cant buy food at the Taco Bell at the intersection of 423 and Eldorado in Little Elm. I ordered a No 1 - 3 crunchy Taco Supremes and a side of pinto beans with salsa. When I got home what I had been given was 3 regular tacos and a side of potatoes with sour cream.

I don't know - maybe no one in there can read or maybe they are all drunk. I now understand why I was the only one in the queue at dinnertime. And at one of the busiest intersections in town.

Why does marketplace taco bell in Rochester MN continue to cheat to get their times down? It's the managers telling the crew to back the car at the window. This only makes them look worse when they are actually busy because they are constantly putting orders on hold.

What reality are they trying to live up to? Giving away a free drink and the window in order to comply ? Wtf, I never cheated once while in my 17 years of management because if I can't really achieve set goals I want to know why.

I have multiple instances in which this is happening and its only getting worse.

Fuy a comer a Taco Bell de Isla Verde, PR. Como a las 3:15pm Viernes 4, de Julio 2023 Me pare frente a la Pizarro del menú y decidí que pedir. En todo momento veo ese jovencito de tez trigueña con tatuaje de tela de araña en su codo izquierdo frente a la caja registradora,con sus audifonos puesto, no tenia uniforme del establecimiento.

Pero si cargaba una mochila en su espalda y jugaba con su celular, mientras se mantenimiento recostado de la caja registradora. Como no dijo nada, ni tan siquiera un saludo de bienvenido a Taco Bell. Yo me le acerque y le dije ( tu estas trabajando ) A lo que el groseramente respondió, ( yo estoy aqui, que hago aquí).

Mirándome de una forma intimidante, acto seguido preguntó en estas palabras, ( que quiere), de una manera muy arrogante. En vez que cojerlo…

m. to buy some lunch for me and my husband. I went to the drive through and there was one vehicle in front of me waiting, I have no idea how long he had been waiting but I sat behind I know at least 5 minutes before he finally was waited on, it was my turn I sat there waiting for someone to take my order, 5 minutes went by then

10, after sitting at the drive through speaker for over 20 minutes, which by this time there was several people behind me. I finally just drove around to the pick up window.

Finally a girl opened the window and ask me if I had placed an order. I told her no that I had been waiting at the drive through speaker trying to wait patiently for over 20 minutes and no one asked me what I wanted so I just drove on to the window here.

At this time another girl walked up…

On August 5th 3:00pm maybe a few minutes after and caught on camera, I was literally screamed at and cussed at by a young girl employee at the location 1260 Yadkinville rd in Mocksville... I ordered food for me and my children who were also in the car and witnessed this incident.

A female employee handed me my drinks with no straws, and proceeded to turn away from the window when I tried to politely get her attention. I then beeped my horn, even waved my hand and she continues to ignore me.

So another young female employee comes to the window handed me two straws, told me to have a nice day and slammed the windows in me and my kids faces while I was talking!!. I also DID NOT have my food yet and was still trying to get their attention in which I was being ignored.

69. 99 each. Now I can understand if I had been looking at an old menu but said updated August 2023. I think a person should be able to have some idea of what you're going to be paying for something before you go to a store and order it.

Either this store is ripping it's customers off or taco bell is allowing an outdated menu online. I went to another taco bell store in Johnsons Creek yesterday, went in the store and couldn't see anything on the menu I was familiar with and they were so busy I didn't want to ask questions so I walked out.

So today I looked up a menu and got this. I don't think I will be going there anymore.

Bought food Friday. It was perfect. Bought food Saturday morning and it was burnt. Tried to get someone at window and they just looked and kept going. Lady was on her phone and would not come to window. All I wanted was mild sauce.

Went around building as I was leaving. She was outside on her phone. When I got home with food. It was burnt.

I was at taco bell today and spent almost 19 dollars on food. 2 soft taco supremes, A crunchwrap and a mexican pizza. I ate both soft tacos. I ended up throwing it away. I doubt that I will be going back to that Taco bell ever again. I couldnt drink it.

I have never seen a taco bell so poorly run than the one at 1112 Broad Street, Sumter, SC 29150. I hope someone can do something to fix the problems here....

I've been in this drive thru for at least 30 minutes. I can't leave due to the barrier surrounding the drive thru. HTF do you charge me but waste my time for an 11 dollar order. I need answers. Am going to the better business bureau and social media about the lack of customer care.

The Taco Bell at Bienville Blvd in Ocean Springs Mississippi is really messed up. 1. I went with my grandsons inside to order. There was a young man apparently handling orders at the counter that was singing and dancing, He continued as we stood there and looked at him and was still singing and dancing when we turned and walked out.

My grandsons asked me if he would get fired over it. i told them no, i don't think so. That was about 4 months ago. 2. Last week we pulled up to the drivethru speaker in the afternoon and was told they didn't have anything but cinnamon crisps. No drinks, nothing.

We just got back from a road trip. We stopped off at 2 different TB's along the way. One in Cabazon, CA and one in Indio,CA. Both said their inside hours were till 10pm. We were there at approx 8:30pm. both times.

Doors were locked and they would not serve us. We could not use the drive through because we had a boat attached to car. to say the least. Why would this happen? This happened to us at the Indio,CA location on Sunday 7/23/23 and at the Cabazon,CA location on Monday 8/1/23.

I work in auto mall as a manager, eat out every day. Today I went to Taco Bell on white lane and H street. Went to counter to place order, was told to use kiosh machine, i said I don’t like using them .

They then replied with then we are sorry to see you leave, I was so frustrated that I just left without saying a word. That is very poor business tactic

Ordered 5 crunch wraps and they were horrible. It was not like the picture shown and it appears to be prepped way in advance of my service. Hardly any meat or cheese and cold and the tortillas were old. Please help

Went thru drive thru ordered party pack 12 tacos... Told to drive by front door will bring to me but never did car behind me received order after 10 min waiting.... Waved employee down said they were busy my order is big...

Nother 5 min I went inside 4 people in lobby again told was busy did I want to work ... I said fuck you give my money back and no I wouldn't work there nor will I be back.....

My order was terrible. None of the burritos or the crunchwrap had been pressed in the heat press and it was cold. It took forever to get my food and the guy at the window was talking on his personal phone instead of taking care of customers.

Last time they handed me someone else's food.

Location: Saint Pauls, NC Forced to use the Kiosk as they didn't take orders at the counter. I am 6'1" and had to bend over or get on my knees to use the "cluttered" confusing display. Couldn't get a receipt w/o entering my 25+ character email address.

At one time there were 2 drink dispensers. The last time I was in it was 1. It is now ZERO. There were no forks available. I and my WIFE were very displeased. I prefer to use Taco Bell but there is a McD's, Burger King, and Huttle House at the same I-95 #30 exit.

If/when I return and things haven't improved I will take my business to your competition. A family from GA was also there and had the same problems.

I order taco bell way more than I should. With that being said I've only had 2 issues come up with the many orders I've placed and I've gotten no response from customer service for the 2 times I've had an issue and was very polite in my responses.

They have under delivered the order, and they have served meat instead of beans even after explicitly asked for it. This shows the extent of irresponsible behavior by the employees of this food place. It is silly that their prices are high for their cheap crap and worst service.

I was just at the drive thru at the taco bell on Queenston Rd in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. I have been here a few times and have ignored their treatment until now. I ordered hard shell tacos and was asked which sauce I wanted.

At the window I asked for extra sauce. The only sauce I received was the extra I asked for. None in the bag. The staff is extremely rude every time I've been there. I'm not racist at all but I'm guessing the owner is.

There are no other nationalities that I've seen working there except for brown people. I usually go in and only brown people working there. No whites, asians, etc. The tacos are slapped together in a mess. The staff are sarcastic, rude and never use manners.

The grounds are covered in weeds and the store is not clean. I'm tired of being treated so…

Rude drive thru .The person used language and had a bad attitude .Pulled in mobile line didn't know there was a mobile line and a drive line was told to get out of mobile line .The lady said she was lied of people pulling in mobile line .....I will not go back there ever again ....She is so rude .....not the type of people that taco bell would want representing there company .......

My family and I entered Taco Bell at 1619 S. Highland Ave in Jackson, Tn at approximately 7:30pm. Our order was taken and we waited more than 20 minutes to receive our order. There was no one else inside the restaurant nor the drive thru.

When I asked the manger about how much longer it would be, she was very snappy and rude as if it was my fault they were taking so long. Management should have better attitudes and manners.

Order number 13572 on 7 16 23 we spent 55.41 when I got home everything was thrown in 1 bag nothing marked so I had to open everything to see what was what the items were all wrong and was missing 5 items went back to rest got home and was still wrong and missing 2 items I've called corporate 3 times and still have not heard back not a good way to treat loyal customers I feel at the very least I should be compensated for atleast some of this

I work for the store 034914 as the Manager for the night. The GM here is TERRIBLE. She needs to be FIRED. this store has lost so many great employees over her and her attitude. I have screenshots of how she talks to employees.

She is also really rude to customers. I don't understand how she still has a job working here.!

I spend 39.72 dollars to get just garbage, I ask for chalupas and was so hard look like crunchy tacos, same thing with my the crispy chicken taco that chicken was hard and I can told you was for more then 2 hrs in warmer, I know bc I’m manager at KFC, I’m not going back to this location anymore, I need someone talking to me back.

I don’t know what the deal is with the Taco Bell on grand ave in fort smith Arkansas but I’m about to just give up on giving Taco Bell any kind of business. In the past they screwed up my orders over and over plenty of times and I would call and no one would answer stopped going there and then in the past year I gave them another try.

Well this is the second in two weeks I was missing food got one of three items that I ordered and it always seems to be my kids food that always missing something needs to be done about that place they are horrible. I highlighted what I was missing

Always loved your service and food however you might want to work out one little bug in your new system in which you order inside if it's a cash order there's no alert system for the cashier and if there's nobody at the cash register station your order goes unnoticed waiting over 20 minutes before I alerted a prep person got a place an order they didn't take my cash therefore how much extended wait time surely this is something that can be worked out with your system as a retired district manager for dairy Queen I would look into it

Ordered food and register wouldn't work. She said hold on a minute. Waited forever. She then said taking no orders. 2 times in a week. The orders in front of me were fine. I was told later that's what they do when they are short handed by an employee there.

That is so unbusiness like. Never again. Close the place if you can't fulfill orders. Very disappointed. I went to Wendy's. Great service there always

I’m a regular customer at the 024569 store located at Dani dr. In fort myers Florida. During today date I placed an order thru the drive thru and a new lady which I knows a trainee was taking my order at the moment and make a simple mistake and

another manager or shift leader didn’t notice that the drive thru speaker was opened and said to other employees this words “she doesn’t fucking know what she’s is doing” which it was very unprofessional and inapropiado and when I approached to her named Laura I told her exactly what I heard and she told me that she is been on training.

I felt so bad for the way that this lady it’s been treated at that store.

We came n GreenevilleTn Taco Bell on the Asheville Hwy there was no customers n the store except me and my grandson we placed our order there was 4 employees standing around doing nothing we waited 15 mins and then I started complaining we still hadn't gotten our food they hadn't even started it!!!

Not only that the floor was filthy along with the tables! U all wonder y ur losing business piss poor customer service the manager stands at the front counter on her phone!!!

I was traveling through Illinois on my way up to Upper Peninsula Michigan. On my way up I stopped at an OSASIS on highway 294 for lunch. Resturant # is I571001

I decided I would get my lunch from Taco Bell.

I ordered 2 Bean Burritos no onion. I ordered 1 crispy chicken taco no tomatoes. With a large drink.

I was handed my receipt so I would have my order number (#3187).

I took my order and headed on my way. I had a 5 1/2 hour drive ahead of me.

I was back on the highway and started to eat my lunch.

Both Bean burritos had onions on them. my taco had tomatoes on them.

The receipt clearly indicates no onions on the burritos and no tomatoed on the Taco.

order taker got it exactly right.

Since I had pulled back on the expressway there was no way for me to circle back around or go back.…

Taco Bell in Missoula on Brooks had accepted our order to be ready at 5:30 we did not get our order until 5:50 . While waiting there were four employees on their break in the lobby and I was told there was only one person making food . Why have four people on break during a rush, we will not be returning

Screens won't work when items on board don't match screen. My husband wanted #2. Screen had no #2.

At 80 years old can't see board from screen to place order .

Went through drive thru tonight in Bennington, Vermont . 00. 00(rounded), the cashier was rude and said we don't have them any longer. I asked why they were on the menu board, again very rude. I asked for a manager who argued with me and said he knows the board is wrong but can't do anything about it.

I said whatever and then asked for my receipt. They refused me my receipt. I waited about 20 to 25 minutes for my food then was told I didn't buy drinks when they came with the meals. She refused to give them to me.

I told her to look at the receipt and she said just take the soda, which she filled up half way. I will never go back their again.

Was doing a door dash order when I arrived the door was locked so went through the drive thru and told them I was there for the order and asked why the lobby was locked the guy working got rude with me and said if I didn't like it to leave.

So I stated that the was unprofessional like and he said bye told me to go home. I did pull up to the window and said a few choice words. Needless to say they called the cops and had me trespassed.

I feel like I was discriminated against and very disappointed. This happened at Ligonier, IN

At 26171 La Paz Dr, Mission Viejo location:

Two unattended children yelling and running around with no supervision. The customer experience is already bad enough with personnel only talking to you when putting food at the pickup rack. All fountain drinks are empty. Needed to tell for someone to help and provide a drink.

Terrible service. It looks like Taco Bell is just biding their time until they go out of business. Too bad…used to be good food with decent service. Note it’s okay food with no service…and loud, unsupervised children.

The last three times I got The Nachos Grande the chips were all crushed - there were only 4 or 5 whole chips - I had to eat with a fork. Very disapppointed.

I went to tacobell 029028 4530 N Lee Hwy Cleveland TN 37312 on 07/12/2023 at 11:08pm order 754d73 cashier Mercy. I ordered champagne cravings box with sweet tea, a bean burrito no onion add sour cream, chzy bean rice bur, nd a LG sweet tea.

Received order the sweet teas were rotten literally had mold floating in them and the bean burrito had onion no sour cream an no cheese. So I went back through the line of probably 15 cars finally made it back to window.

The woman open window I told her the tea was no good an had mold floating in it. Tried handing drinks to her she just stared at me like I was stupid again I repeat drinks were no good I'd like something different.

dew an before I could say what I wanted the other drink to be she slammed the window. I then watched her make 2 Mt. Dews…

I waited 25 minutes in line and nobody had a clue what to do and they were very very slow they had 15 20 cars in line and we all waited 15-20 minutes I almost left but I was still hungry so I stayed they really need to retrain everybody and get them to work a little bit faster and know what they do this is ridiculous they are very very slow

This store in concord n c on hwy 29 is disgusting and I stood at the register for 15 minutes and waited for someone to help me. They looked at me and continued talking. The floor had food all over it and the employees were playing around.

But didn’t have time for a customer. I’ll never do business their again. I’m turning them into the city for the kitchen. If this represents your name. Then you deserve to close your business. This is not the last of this.

I’m going to take care of it !!
