7/10/23 roughly 4:00pm I took my daughters and myself through the drive-thru. The store at Crossings off of Lebanon Pike was not busy. No one in the drive-thru and just a couple people in the dining area. I get to the speaker to see the menu and order when multiple people kept asking for my order.
I asked for a minute to decide; they kept talking. Then I was ready to place my order and was told to wait. Then asked if I was ready yet, I said yes the male interrupted me and stated I needed to wait some more.
I get my order placed and drive to the window; I paid received my change but no receipt. The food lacked ingredients the order was put together very sloppily as well. Still no receipt. When we got home I tried calling the store to discuss my concerns.

I order the Crispy chicken taco deluxe box to only receive the large drink and ONE item which was the beefy 5 layer burrito and it was customized and it was incorrect.
I was supposed to receive the chicken taco, chalupa supreme and the cinnamon twist. At this point I want the money back of what I did not receive. I ordered other items as well but the tacos were soggy. There were no mild sauce in the bag as that was a request on the mobile order as well but I did luckily ask for those in drive thru.
This was a bad experience and I don't plan on returning to this specific location.

We ordered a simple 12 pack of tacos and nachos. It took over 15 minutes. The clerk was upset she didn’t have change and asked someone else to help. It was very disappointing to have to wait and listen to the clerks and the other person talk so loudly with no concern to customer.

Went to Taco Bell 017751. Order729ab. I love Taco Bell, just had the worst customer service experience ever. received my order which was left on counter, had to wait for someone to get my drink (again, no one at counter).
Sat down to eat, drink does not have carbonation, I again have to wait for someone to come to counter, but she’s busy manning drive thru. Then I realize I did not get hot sauce. Guess what happened! Again had to wait fir someone to cone to counter, because there’s nobody manning the counter.
Had to tell excuse me, I need assistance. Thus has never happened at any other Taco Bell.
Manager obnoxiously belligerent because he was understaffed, I waited 12 minutes in the drive thru only for my order to be shorten by 4 items. The Middletown Delaware location manager yelled thru the drive thru window that my food was coming and that people make mistakes!
No apology for the wait or shorten order. Once I arrived home I was missing two items that he assured were in the bag. I was tired, just finished work and did not thoroughly check my bag a second time.

At west union ohio location. When got the the food home, pack of10 Tacos. When unwrapping them it felt like just wrapped up shells , that flat and light. 1 had around Tablespoon of filling, all where near the same. Shells also seemed stale. Very disappointed.
Usually we would have some of the Ten left over Had to find something else to eat this time. I tried to call the West Union manager 4 or 5 times wouldn't answer phone, only option to leave message. I finally left a message still no call back.

I walked in to your Taco Bell on John Sims Parkway, Niceville,Fl on 6/7/23. I waited at the counter several minutes and no one waited on me. They looked at me but did not acknowledge me in any way. I looked around to see if there was a kiosk but not see one.

My daughter works at the 16th Street Moline, Illinois taco bell. She has been mistreated and bullied by a manager and a few co workers. There are 2 other managers that know and / or seen this happen and does nothing.
My daughter and another coworker has went to a couple of managers and have reported it. But nothing is being done. A couple of the coworkers will tell her to "shut the **** up"! " The manager has mocked her and talked down to her and purposely makes her and only her clean all the time.
