In Duncan, Ok. The worst place I have ever ordered. We were traveling through Duncan and used the drive through. ordered the chipotle ranch chicken burrito. All was in it was lettuce, tomato, a couple of shreds of cheese and one tiny tiny piece of chicken and hardly any sauce at all, no crunchies in it at all. Very disappointed.

I went inside to eat, and I was told to order on kiosk. I requested to have a person take my order. I was informed they are not allowed to use the register anymore. The kiosk doesn't take cash. I turned around and walked out.

Taco Bell in North Myrtle Beach South Carolina seems to have a management problem / or someone who doesn't know how to handle the ordering in regards to having enough food on hand or service. m. and they have stopped serving breakfast items,, also have been told they ran out of food as well so sounds like someone obviously does not know how to manage the management in the stores which would come from higher up in corporate !

Either way sounds like you really have a breakdown in the chain of command ! Poor service and incompetence in the field of restaurants is the result of incompetent management of corporate status ! I used to be a Taco Bell fan and enjoy the food and service but it sure seems to be that they have become very slack and non caring about their customer base !

Stopped by TB in Sioux city on Hamilton Blvd. Ordered 4 Doritos tacos an 4 burritos box an a large Pepsi. Came to $17 an change.

Also ask for some mild an hot sauce. What we got was 4reg taco's an 4 so called burritos. No napkins or hot sauces an a Dr pepper. We were on our way home an didn't want to turn around because we still had 20 miles to go. Total waste of money.

06/06/2023 ordered 4 taco surpremes and naco's bell grande, within a half hour my wife broke out in hives. We've had eaten at store at 4165 n 98 in lakeland for years. on 06/08/2023 I had to take wife to ergentcare, we had taken pictures and doctor confirmed it was a allegic reaction.

At the Salem Missouri location. It’s a bad service. It took us a half an hour through the drive-through to get our food and then when we get our food the part I ordered needed a spoon which they did not put one in the bag and

also the two tacos that they gave us which were hardshell we’re all broken up, we didn’t find out this until we got to the church parking lot and wish we were going to eat before we went into church. They make Taco Bell look very bad and I will never go back to one and I have plenty of family in this town that I can explain is what happened to me and I doubt they’ll go there either .

To which I replied, you’re waiting for a plumber therefore you can’t use your cash register or cook food?

FIRST you don't answer your phone customer complaint line.

SECOND Why don't you answer your phones.

THIRD the entire problem started when you went 'Franchise Owned' - that means he, she, they - can operate the store any way they choose. When THAT happens the customer is the loser because all THEY get is lousy service, lousy attitude, back talking snowflakes that will get to you when and if they choose to.

- Oh and lest i forget MY issue: refusal by the snowflake so-called (what a joke) manager who flat out refused to servce me when i asked him why he had 8 people in back but no one watching the front door. I stood there waiting to be acknowledged for quite an embarrasing amount of time and NO ONE even bothered to say hello much less anything else.

The Taco Bell that I'm going to on North druid hills has five employees the problem is they're closed on the inside you have to use these machines and you can't hardly sit down and eat usually the place is closed and they got five employees and they can't take the order at the counter so as I'm speaking right now somebody couldn't get to order in his leaving you need to put Taco Bell back to its original way before you going up going out of business there's no reason why they cannot take an order for five people I've seen McDonald's run on five people you need to fix this for people can come in and

The software engineers who wrote the advertising verbage for Taco Bell Rewards are complete assholes. I hope they rot in hell for all eternity. I hope their lives are miserable, and I hope their whole family dies from some plague.

Messages that tell customers they made an error (such as "uh oh" or "try again") create enemies and lose money for Taco Bell. I personally don't want any further association with Google or the asshole who allowed such language to exist in a customer service industry.

I don't know if all Taco Bell's are doing it now or just our local Brownwood Taco Bell. The last few times I've gone in there is no casher they have gone to customers placing there orders on kiosk for dine in, some of us don't know how to really use one or care to use it.

The last two times I have just turned around and wal out. Taco Bell has lost me as a customer in Brownwood and all over if this is the new norm.

I have heard several people complain about rude behavior in the drive threw so i decided to order doordash instead. 3 days in a row i couldn't get my order due to short staff, No problem i thought till i decided to go myself a few days later.

This about the store in Orlando Florida. 5503 S Semoran Blvd. The employee there came up to me I was wai tree ing at the register she said what do you want I said two tacas she said did you put it in on the kiosk I said no I want to order here she said the registers do not work I said well I'm in line mow can you take a credit card she said no so

I went to a Taco Bell here on the Cholla and River and they had me wait 30 minutes all the while while customers are coming to going through drive-thru I'm left waiting and all they can tell me is they were short staffed but yet they still had the staffing to get drive-thru going.

Very poor service when it came to the front lobby but the drive-thru flowed great. I will never go back to the Taco Bell again I am totally appalled on how they treated their customers.

I went to my local Taco Bell in Collins, MS went through the drive thru the girl taking the order was rude and didnt get my order right. I ordered the Deluxe Box didnt get the box and was missing food.

They girl at the window said it was our fault that because my truck was loud I use to eat at location about 3 times a week never had anybody else say anything about my truck being to loud. She was to bust playing on her phone to help us at the window.

Fix this or your gonna lose alot of customers at this location.

I visited the newly opened Taco Bell in Kingstree, SC for lunch. I used the drive through to place my order. After waiting eight minutes to place my order, I was told that they were out of lettuce and nacho cheese. I then ordered a grilled cheese burrito since I couldn't order the chalupa and nacho fries that I intended to order. I proceeded to the window and then waited another 12 minutes for the vehicle ahead to drive away only to park and wait again. After I finally got my burrito, I asked for some napkins. Guess what?? No napkins either. The young lady that served me stated that there were only a few of them working; the manager did not schedule enough people and that they were doing the best they could.

I purchased a mountain dew soda (large ) for $ 2.75 when I was given my soda I was not given a receipt from the lady (white, blond hair) working the drive thru at 1:15 am. She stated something is wrong with the cash register and she was unable give me one. She indicated the default cash register closed down. I asked for hand written she refused. I paid with my debit card had known that the establishment did not have an operable cash register, I would gone elsewhere. If I pay for an item, I deserve a receipt. I am a victim of fraud in past this frightens me. Please make sure employees have the proper to complete their job. If anything should to my acct, Taco Bell will be at fault.

We had Taco Bell 6/2/23 from the Fenton Rd location in Burton. We bought a 12 pack of supreme tacos. I live across the street from the restaurant and when we got home the tacos were cold and greasy they were the worst we ever had.

We may never eat at Taco Bell again.

11217 Kingston Pike, Knoxville TN - Went in at about 5:40 pm. I wanted something other than a taco so I wanted to see the menu without rushing like I would have through the drive-thru. While standing at the cash register a young man walked by with the cash till.

Looks like he switched out the drive-thru till. He did not acknowledge me even though he had to walk between me at the counter and the food prep area. The drive-thru cashier was making food. She looked up at me but didn't say anything.

There was one other guy working at the farthest end of the food prep area. I waited at least 2-3 minutes before walking to the sauce station to get sauce and napkins. That also made me more visible to the guy making orders.

On today serval people experienced rudeness at the window. I placed an order and waited 2 hours for my food and when I received the food it was wrong and I would like for my order to be replaced. The lady that worked tonight was cursing everyone out.

A lady came to pick up a door dash order and she wouldnt answer the door and provide it to her. Another lady placed an order online and asked her if she was going to be able to get her food since they was about to close.

This is by far the worst service I ha e ever received.

My wife and I went through the drive-thru on June 2 at about 530pm. When we got the food it looked all smashed and crushed and of horrible quality. My wife said it had a chemical-like taste and made us both sick the next morning.

I had an issue the last couple of times I went to this location but just didn't say anything. The chips were stale and the tacos stuck to the wrapper but that's not my main complaint. It tasted like shit and they just don't compare to how they used to be.

I have no doubt if somebody came in to inspect their food they would find a handful of problems! I don't know if you have the resources to do anything but your customers deserve a huge change at this particular location.

The last 10+ orders tht I've placed w Taco Bell in Dyersburg, TN, have been all messed up. I've thrown away at least a dozen Mexican pizzas just because the crew @ this location failed to prepare em as ordered.

And the same goes for other items I've ordered. It's usually late at night when I order & I'll either have it delivered or I'll go thru the drive-thru after ordering via the app. And @ this location, for at least the past yr or longer, they have been the slowest fast food restaurant, EVER!

It's as if they only have 2 employees working @ all times. So, by the time I get bk home or have it delivered, it's just not worth going up there to have em fix the order. So I've let tons of food go 2 waste, all bcuz they simply just don't care about getting the orders correct.

I went through drive thru last night I ordered a Mexican pizza and I wanted to try the new steak Verde burrito so after waiting 8 minutes in line I get my food I pul away n I get my food out and no burrito they gave me the steak Verde fries instead so I pull back around to drive thru n as I'm sitting there in line what seemed even longer of a wait I eat some of the fries so

On 2821 E 81st Ave MERRILLVILLE, INDIANA, there is a taco bell that has multiple violations, there's an employee with a hand gun stuffed in his pocket as he works, failed management attempts to keep employees from taking money out of the drawer.cross contamination between times they are in a rush and breaks on the clock. Went to Taco Bell about a week ago. Ordered the veggie bowl with extra ingredients. Came home started to eat it and I knew one of the ingredients I couldn't tell which one cuz they're all mixed together with spoiled.

Tried calling the store went straight to voicemail left like three messages I filled out a complaint with Taco Bell crickets no one has reached out to me and a week. I ate like three bites of it I threw it out and I felt sick for 2 days couldn't get the taste out of my mouth it was the most disgusting I've ever eaten something was definitely spoiled had they picked up the phone to my call I could have saved other people from getting sick that night but

I had made on online order through the taco bell app. I pulled into lot noticed dining room was closed for remodeling. So on the long line I went. It was 26 minutes before I reached the window. I had friendly service, I received my bag and I pulled up to check my bag because there were a lot of cars behind me and I didn't want to hold up the line.

I did a mobile order at a Taco Bell in Monroe. I went through the drive through to pick it up and experienced less than poor quality customer service. Then I pulled off with my food to check it and found it to be a completely different order.

I parked and went to walk in the store and the mags get, who’s on the phone talking, locked the door before I could walk in. Keep in mind it is raining and there were people eating inside. She couldn’t be bothered to speak to me and just looked over her shoulder and pointed towards the drive thru (still on the phone) so I waited in a long line to get to the window and explained the situation.

The woman at the window did not speak to me. The manager yelled from further in. She, again, couldn’t be bothered to come to the window and stayed leaning back…

5/26/2023 submitted a mobile order to store located 9357 S. 88. After arriving at the store within 10 minutes, I waited at the counter for nearly 30 mins, and when I inquired as to where my order was, they said they will start on it in a few minutes.

Nearly 40 mins had already past. The entire time I was waiting at the counter, they kept servicing the drive through. I asked for my money back and was told they could not do that. As you well know, there is no way to cancel on the app. 88.
