Trying to find out why they discontinue their shredded cheese products in stores. They were great. Very disappointed. Need to bring back. There are a lot of sad people, because of this.

I went to your Taco Bell location in Maryville TN on Foothills Mall Dr.. I do not like to use a kiosk because of germs and my eye site is not good. I am a senior citizen. I ask if the employee could take my order at the front counter.
They said they could not. So I left without ordering anything. I wanted a taco salad and wanted to eat it there. It appears you do not want any customers in your lobby unless they can use the kiosk and can pay with a credit or debit card.
I know you do not care , but the baby boomers like me do not like to have to order from a screen and do not always want to go through a drive thru and take home food that is cold when you get it there. So it seems you only care about the young generation who live on their cell phones and do not like human interaction.

While in your drive-through and Big Rapids this morning pick it up. My food I was approached while in my vehicle in your drive-through buy a worker and drive-through boyfriend and was threatened and then she came out and was.

The Lake Wylie taco bell is absolutely worst taco bell I have ever dealt with! It's filthy the workers are rude and dirty! Waited 26 minutes for 2 hard tacos and a cinnamon twist. The workers complained the entire time.

Came into Taco Bell in vidor texas at 4:40pm on Sunday May 21st. Stood at the counter for 10 minutes finally asked if I had to go through the drive through to get an order in cause that’s the only place they were taking orders and was told there was only 3 people working so we left. Poor customer service
I placed an order on Taco Bell App. I waited till timer said “ready” before going to pick up. When I got there they said. “We are closed due to under staffed” I told her I had placed an order for PU.
SHE said sorry but we are closed. I asked her if she was going to cancel my order she said I would have to cancel in app since that’s where I placed it. I asked why she couldn’t cancel she said it hadn’t hit their computer.
But yet it said my order was ready. Said I would not be charged for the meal but I have already been charged. I want a full refund.
We go to the taco bell in winnsboro at the pilot truck stop and we go at least twice a week and we always enjoy the food but for the past month they have had no help took us almost 25 minutes to get our food and then it would not be right.
There is no sauces out front for us to get and there is only 1 running the register and that's all they do then usually only 2 working they need more pey working we went today and the line was so long we just left they said they had been waiting in line for 20 minutes and it should not be like that.
I am not one to complain because I am in the food industry but it's just awful

Cadiz Kentucky was terrible waited 20 minutes to get a box order Dorito taco Chalupa and burrito with fries. 2 different people from the drive thru came inside demanding a refund from waiting so long. Cashier kept apologizing but it gets to a point that’s a joke.

Took forever, forgot to add the tomatoes I had paid for. Drove all the way back and they refused to remake them. Offered to give me a dish of tomatoes (worthless, as I ate one and had given the other away), but wouldn't do anything else.

May 15th at 7:30 am a worker from taco bell went behind the trash dumpster in the fence in area and was drinking out of a liquor bottle. He was about 30 to 40 years old and weight about 230 - 240 pounds.

At the taco bell in waco tx off valley mills drive we wanted 2 get food at 9 am. We waited but they never opened. The didn't even open the drive through and when we called the woman we spoke to was extremely rude and when we said your supposed to be open by now her words to that were "get over it and go somewhere else"

My family and I had the worst experience ever at one of your locations. We are in the middle of moving out of our condo so naturally we were all quite hungry. Taco Bell corporate does not care about its employees. My fiancé worked at the Humboldt tn location. He was threatened with a gun by the manager at the time. He refused to be around someone that would threaten his life that he worked with.
He quit his position there to get away from that terrible environment. He was trying to get hired at the location in our city of Trenton tn and found out he was not rehireable. How do you expect someone to feel safe in an environment where his life is threatened and corporate would not do anything about it anyway?

Taco bell on Washington and kitley has very rude managers. They never take your order on the inside they never take cash card only. I walked in and the manager asked could he help me like I wasn't supposed to be in there.

I never received my food when I did it through the app. My son had unauthorized permission from me when he ordered through app. I went Up there and told them what happened I really want my money back but they told me there was a third party I had to go to to get it back all it was was $12 but that’s still $12.
They were not very nice about it. This is for size Georgia Taco Bell. All I wanted was my $12 back I eat there all the time and I never expected to get service like that. I didn’t authorize my son at all to make that purchase and I went up there and told them what happened and I got screwed.

I went to my local Tacobell drive-thru there was a line in front of me of 6 cars . When I finally got to the order menu I asked for the party pack . Then after I told her what I wanted she says oh I'm sorry we can't do the party pack because we are low on beef.
So I asked her OK so can I order some combos? She replied yes (which didn't make much sense) . So I ordered 2 of the 3 taco soda combos and 1 of the nacho taco combo . 72 .

My husband purchased 2 supreme hard tacos and a bean burrito. When he went to eat the burrito, it was cold. He spoke with the worker and she told him that he had the burrito for 20 minutes. The cheese inside the burrito wasn’t even melted.
It took 20 minutes to get the food and he had it for less than 10 minutes. She made no effort to make it right. He got angry and told her to keep it. Not sure we will ever visit the Sandusky, Mi. Taco bell again.
