We go to the same Taco Bell all the time and the last several times they always get the order wrong. I don’t know if their system is messed up or what! Tonight we noticed my order wasn’t even in the bag.

When we asked for it we were greeted by a nasty manager asking if we were trying to get something for free. My husband had money in his hand as he was being called a freeloader. He took the money and then came back and handed it back.

I think he relized he was in the wrong. I got my food and we left. I don’t normally complain as I feel everyone has a bad day every now and then. But this is every time we go there.

It is never ok to cheat your customers and that’s what they have been doing.

We frequently make a 10 mile drive to our favorite Taco Bell so often receive Taco Bell gift cards. I have sent two complaints on this same issue but NO REPLY. On 10/25 we made the drive to restaurant E685064 in Brooklyn, CT.

Our gift card was not accepted. The message was CARD NOT VALID. We were tod it was because it is a combination Taco Bell/KFC but was told we could use a KFC gift card. two actually. One my wife had used there without issue two weeks earlier.

Since both KFC and Taco Bell are owned by the same company, I cannot understand this policy. Yes, there is a 'just Taco Bell' in our area. It is small and lacks atmosphere. Not Also, sometimes we split between the rwo..

I have been trying for well since 11-5-2022 to get this complaint to you. I ordered my meal without meat or dairy as I am allergic and once again they have given me a meal with meat and dairy even after I spoke to them about it.

And this is a new crew at this Taco Bell. I have more pictures but your system will not upload them so if you could please email me so I can send you pictures of my order I think what’s happening is it’s getting messed up in the mobile order.

I went to the location on Pat Booker road at 9:42 ordered my order through drive-thru unfortunately my whole order was wrong I spent $37 and some change went back to location to get order remade they were breaking down and trying to clean up managers remade order when I got back to my room the meat was cold as if it had been sitting in a cooler so I am requesting a refund I still have the food and

I need a refund for a Taco Bell mobile app order that was placed and never received. I have tried calling the Taco Bell customer service number 3 times and have not received the help I needed, and have not had a refund issued.

The location in Powder Springs Ga. hardly ever has dine in open? Not enough employees? When it is open there are 4-6 employees inside and usually always one sitting in dining area! Horrible customer service.

12 2022 Ariived at drive thru at 7:03,there were 5 cars ahead of me,it took 35 minutes to get to spot to place order. I was told they would be right with me to take order,an additional10 minutes went by before they took my order.

Got to window at 7:55, I asked what the problem was and he(manager) told me he was training 2 new workers. I will never go to Taco Bell again,and will share this experience with everybody I possibly can. There was no way to even get out of line and leave because it is a single u-shaped drive thru.

To whom it may concern, Hello I am a Doordasher and I thought the whole reasoning behind using our service was ultimately make you more sales. I must have been mistaken because the Taco Bell in Macomb IL strives to make us wait super long periods of time to get our orders.

The management staff encourages making us wait as long as they can. Your customers are getting poor quality food and waiting sometimes over 30 minutes to get their order. They are not my customers they are yours and your management and employees are not hurting me but they are hurting the very customers that you are trying to get to boost sales.

Ordered online after church. Got to store and they are busy, food taste good but the service is horrid. I was not given my receipt to do a store survey. Not one staff member spoke to us other than. Calling my name, the lobby is unstocked.

My husband stood at the counter and Noone would acknowledge him. I walked up and said excuse me, I need napkins. The girl rolled her eyes at me, grabbed them from the drive thru and stretched her arm out to me.

My children are made to use their manners, they are 6, 8 and 11 and the staff would not even acknowledge their presence. This was disappointing as to how rude the staff is today.

it was about 10:45 am. They said they had run out of breakfast food. We ordered steak quesadillas. Mine had No steak ,and they were not cut through. I called to ask when they stop serving breakfast. The young man who answered the phone said they were busy and I would have to go.

He didn't offer any help with the order and then. He had the nerve to hang up on me. Something needs to be done about this franchise. This is not yhe first problem with the employees being Very Rude to the customers!

Evidently Taco bell doesn't need business very badly. PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS FRANCHISE!!!!!

I went to Taco Bell for breakfast at 10:45 AM on a Sunday, November 13th. It was the Taco Bell located at 708 N. , Summerville, SC 29483. I had looked up breakfast hours before driving there and it said they had breakfast until 11.

When I got there she said we no longer have breakfast. We’re out of everything. That is ridiculous. I went there specifically for breakfast not lunch. How could a restaurant be out of everything? I think it’s more like the staff just didn’t want to make breakfast anymore.

Ordered thru phone and got there on time. Watches three people of similar background as employees come and get served after I got there and my food wasn't ready yet. Then noone asked me or even anyone at the register for ten minutes before they ask my name and then say oh it's ready over here. By the drive thru.

Asked why it wasn't in the right location and she said the other girl didn't close it for ten minutes, then asked for a manager with no luck, asked her for her name no luck, so no manager on duty, and girl was rude, hanging out with another employee in the dining area instead of helping, then mouths off as she walks in the back.

Kenton Ohio's Taco Bell refuses to serve breakfast on a regular basis. I went this morning after opening time and they wouldn't serve me, claiming that their truck was delayed and they are working to get the food from the truck put away.

They have refused to serve me because they ran out of eggs and told me it would be a 15 minute wait on them. It is really frustrating.

This is regarding the yahoo bell that's in longmont colorado on main Street.

Ordered 2 Double Steak Grilled Cheese Burritos. Most pitiful excuse of a burrito I have ever seen. All tortilla, barely any filling. Was more like a quesadilla without the filling. This is an expensive burrito, actually, these both were expensive burritos.

The worst service!! Had to ask for someone to wait on us after standing over 5 minutes. I asked if we needed to use the kiosk she said we can. (Brooke, I think they wouldn’t say their name) Couldn’t get the screen to go up to choose sweet tea.

Told the same girl and then asked if they could wait on us. She acted put out. So I asked to speak to a manager she didn’t say anything, so I asked another employee walking by and he said it was her.

Then they didn’t give us the chips to go with the cheese. I so happen to taste my grandsons chips and taste like a chemical. I asked for another pack and the girl went all the way to the back to get them but another boy handed me one from the front.

I made an online order and was told it was ready at 7:57pm. We got to the restaurant around 8pm and waited 30 minutes in the drive thru line only to be told that they didn't have an order and only thing we could do was get a hold of corporate.

It was a 25 dollar order with confirmation and order number. I just want my money back please. It was a Taco Bell in Pendleton Indiana. Have never had problems before. They almost made it sound like we were lying about our order.

Hello my name is Amanda and I usually don’t like to complain. I went to a Taco Bell tonight and the guy was rude in the drive through. After taking my card he asked what we ordered and when we were telling him he closed the window mid sentence.

Another lady came to the window and we were told the guy rang up a different order and I was being refunded. 08. I didn’t get an apology or anything. I know it isn’t your problem but I have bills to pay and having to wait 24-48 hours to get my money back because of this employees “mistake” is ridiculous.

We went to the Taco bell in Roanoke Texas off of 114 last night at 5:30 & we literally sat in the drive thru for over an hour and none of the cars moved! None of the staff came out to tell us what was going on and we had to all back out of the drive thru and none of us were being served.

This is completely unacceptable and we need to be compensated for our wasted time. This taco bell also has horrible customer service and is very slow quite often but definitely has slow as it was last night.

I ordered at the drive thru 357 w Atlantic. I ordered the Nacho fries deluxe box. I stated 3 times that i did not want any sour cream or lettuce on any of the tacos or burrito. He stated that it does not come with sour cream or lettuce.

I then continued my order stating my drink and wanting a soft shell taco instead of a hard shell. I then started just in case any of them came with sour cream or lettuce I don’t want it and then went on to pay.

I then drove home and went to eat my meal and was greeted with sour cream and lettuce. I was unable to eat my meal. I had to go to my car and drive back in the rain to get my order corrected.

When I went back The manager Joseph did not even apologize for the mistake.

First time ordering from taco with delivery and what a terrible experience! Food was cold, my quesadilla tasted burnt and they gave me the wrong drink! Food was left at someone else door as well. When i tried ordering my food my rewards didn’t want to work and this happens about every time i order ahead that i can never use my rewards so i ens up losing them.

I tried writing through the taco bell app and the several times i tried it keeps showing an error very very frustrating to say the least!

Customer service is lacking at the Taco Bell store at 303 W. Imperial Hwy, Brea, CA. 92821, Store #016276. All orders must be placed at a kiosk because this store has no customer service. We ordered via the kiosk and the employees still didn't fulfill our order correctly.

We had to ask for our drink cups and hot sauce (when ordering via kiosk, customers are asked how many hot sauce packages they would like).

Additionally, when ordering via the kiosk, I was asked for my name to identify my order. I suggest you use order numbers or teach your employees how to properly pronounce names. This is the 3rd time my order was left at the counter because your employee couldn't pronounce my first name. Pathetic.

The Niagara Falls 7300 location has consistently provided poor service. Ordering online is almost impossible as wait times take nearly over an hour and result in a phone call claiming the order can not be full filled. The in person experience is no better as the drive through is incredibly slow and when I do receive my food there’s typically an item missing and ingredients, such as lettuce, in the things that shouldn’t come near lettuce, chicken quesadilla.

on 11-2-22 i placed an online order # 945487 the pizza looked like it had been dropped upside down.. it was a mess. on 11-8-22 i placed another online order # 945873 i did not recieve part of the order.

and the cinnamon twists were inedibale. 45 on my last 2 orders and both times i either couldnt eat the food or didnt recieve it. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I am a taco bell lover but honestly this has really become a problem and you may be loosing a longtime customer if its not made right.

i have tried calling the store but noone answers the phone it just rings and rings. I go to this location because its the closest to my work.
