I went to the drive-through line for over a half an hour. I know it’s the holiday season but after waiting your staff was not very friendly. I didn’t receive all of my food and the tacos I did receive were soggy and less than half full.

I used the app for Portion Road Ronkonkma ; they left 2 cinnamon twists out of my order and a cheesy rollup. My chicken quesadilla was cut horribly . i have had issues here before . i only realized this when i got home .

Tried to call the location and got no answer . Can i please get a refund

Yesterday I went and got two Mexican pizzas my son ordered two other things I'm not sure what they're called we ordered extra sour cream extra cheese cups got home there was no sour cream one tiny little small cup of cheese you couldn't get a teaspoon out of my Mexican pizza was all smashed one of them I spent over $22 and I didn't get a receipt either

11/21 1221 - I put in a complaint and someone I thought named Mark called me and left a message to call back (from Stellhorn/Maplecrest location)

1350 - When I did call back a girl answered saying we have no Mark here who is a manager. After trying to figure things out she said but we have a Marcus who is a manager. I then said you could have said that at the beginning.

She hung up on me!!! No one would then answer the phone when I attempted to call back!!!!

When the SAME girl finally answered she said Marcus was not there but less than 5 seconds later he was on the phone

I was crying by then! My original complaint was a drink was spilled on me NOW this girl hangs up on me! I will NEVER go back to this location.

I made a mobile order on Saturday, November 19, 2022. When I got home I realized they forgot some items (Delux cravings box and beefy melt burrito). I tried to call them to inform them, but they did not answer.

I couldn't go back because I had to go to work. I would like to get the items that I paid for and never received or a refund. Thank you.

Very rude when I asked if I could have a cheese quesadilla instead of a chicken. when I asked for them to remake it the manger specifically said “you can leave I have a line of people here”. I come here vwry often as I live right down the road.

I can not believe after all the years of coming to this Taco Bell I was treated this way. I will make sure no one I know comes here for now on. This was ridiculous.

My bf came home, we live about 20 mins away, with a bag that was a completely different order than ours, assuming we got someone else’s order all together. We call about 20 different times and it’s either busy or goes to some Fax sounding noise.

So we don’t want to change not being refunded for any reason so we show up. Doors are locked for the night so we go through the drive through and wait 40 mins!!! We get to the window finally with our receipt.

I am not going to lie I ate some of the food while waiting for the 40 mins and the lady in there was sweating at us! Like what in the world? It’s not like they can take the food back anyways…another guy in there as well said that this was all “bullshit”.

We visited the Taco Bell near Broad & Allegheny Ave, last night. There were a bunch of roughty teenagers workers. They were rude at the drive through. The order was incorrect, then the drive through girl argued with me about the order telling me what I didn't order.

And instead of adding what she didn't to my current order she said I had to go back through the drive thru to get it even though it was her fault, and she wasn't even apologetic. I hate the service there.

And haven't been there for a while because of it. Now, we definitely WON'T BE BACK. AND YOU ALL NEED TO GET POTATO WEDGES BACK. The fries aren't the best. The wedges made KFC different from everywhere else.

When we placed our they said they were out of drinks except orange juice and water. Since it was our evening meal we didn’t want either. We asked if they were going to discount our meal since we couldn’t get regular drinks. They said no.

Placed a mobile grab and go order. Pulled in to the parking place that says grab and go. Waited patiently 20 minutes for mobile site to say “order ready” watched 2 employees come out for a smoke break. Called store because while walking in to grab and go there was a sign on the door that says “lobby closed, drive thru only”.

Was told I have to wait in a line that was wrapped around the building to get my order. And I have no way to cancel my order now. If you are not going to fulfill the grab and go option you need to take it off your site.

Now I have been waiting in a drive thru line for almost an hour and still don’t have my food.

I door dash in thomaston constantly. Over the last week, the lobby has been closed. This makes it impossible for dashers to complete their deliveries in a timely manner. Very inconvenient having to wait in the long drive thru.

Taco Bell on Holiday drive in Ardmore Oklahoma. The manager is extremely rude. She is condescending and disrespectful to the customers, especially call ahead orders. My family and I are in here weekly and we hear her completely degrade the costumers.

They do not start call head orders until the customer gets to the location which is completely backwards from literally every other restaurant. When customers are upset by this she is very rude, when customers then request a refund she tells them she can not and then she makes them feel like they are wrong for being upset.

We witness this every time we come to this location and we will not be back. It is sad that such a beautiful, new restaurant is so poorly managed.

8 out of 10 orders are wrong at your Brooklyn Blvd store in Minnesota and it doesn't matter if I go there during the day or night. I started out in the food industry and I never got an order wrong.

As a business, you need to re-staff this location. And no, I'm not a Karen. I'm just a pissed off patron.

Taco Bell has a night manager that’s being very rude to customers, us door dashers, and the employees. It’s here in Ada, Oklahoma. Most of the door dashers won’t even take orders from there. When we can’t deliver the the orders because of some hateful manager we lose money and you lose money.

Went to Taco Bell Benwhite Austin Texas with my family. My husband was asking what some orders came with and the guy told my husband in a rude voice to tell him what he wanted cause he couldn’t be changing the order..

my husband was not ordering yet, he was asking a few questions about the food and my husband told him that he was just asking not ordering yet and that if he was going to help us nicely and the guy said he will not serve us anymore and stop responding to us.

It was my daughter b’day and we are vegetarian and told the manager for two deluxe box and replace meat with beans. They took lot of time to make the food and waiting and when my kids start eating, they found out there was a meat and beef in the tacos and burrito.

We are very religious people and my daughter cried and didn’t eat anything. This is very upsetting and we try to call store and no one wants to talk atall. This is horrible and hurts people feelings and religion. They really don’t care and no courtesy to even talk.

I was so excited you brought back the enchurito. I went down to get one today and I would like to thank the corporate yahoo who decided that enchuritos can only be ordered online. I was at the drive-through and told I could not order an enchurito unless it was online. So I ordered nothing!

Had to sit in the drive-through lane to get out. What a waist of time. Don't think I will be going back to Taco Bell for a very long time.

Placed the same order,the same way as always. My order was totally wrong. Called store just to have order replaced,no answer at store,called corporate,had to go through 4 reps,finally a supervisor, said he would escalate the call to the district manager,and either him or area coach would call back.

Was so excited that the Enchirito is back as of November 17, 2022. Went in to my local Taco Bell on the evening of the 17th only to find that it wasn't listed on the menu. Asked a manager if they had the Enchirito and was informed that yes they did have it but that I couldn't order it at the counter.

She stated that I had to download a phone application to my phone and order it on the phone app in order to get a Enchirito. 1) I don't want an app from any company on my phone. They gather information and sell that information to other companies.

When I made a purchase with a gift card on the app the location switched to a different state and my order went to the wrong location. I Cancelled the order and my gift card was never refunded. I spoke to customer service about a dozen times promised each time I would get the money back and that the issue was reported to their supervisor yet I never was refunded or truly helped.

It's sad because it makes me never want to use the service again. They even variefied my order had been canceled and the funds never spent yet all I was given was empty promises and this is after waiting about an hour for each call.

The location on Tara blvd in Jonesboro Ga on a Thursday night was horrible! The staff yelled and slammed the door on the drive threw in our faces and something happened with the payment and wouldn’t be patient to see exactly what happened!

Accidently put in wrong location, tried to cancel and there was no where to cancel on the website, tried calling the location and got disconnected twice, it rang so many times and no one answered. the location was birch st, camp lejune, nc, order number972057. Called the complaint line and my wait time went from 11 minutes to 12 minutes and stayed there after several minutes on hold

I arrived with a friend and we ordered separately using the kiosks provided. I finished my order for a cherry bliss frozen drink. There was one kitchen employee working. The drive thru employee ignored me and hid when I tried to get her attention 11 minutes after completing my drink only order.

When 3 other employees emerged from outside smoking they started on the building up drive thru orders before getting to my friends order. When his order came out it was incorrect and I had to ask 2x for my drink at this time.

We decided he did not want his order corrected as it would have been far too difficult of a process.

I went to Taco Bell in Byron ga and ordered 2 soft shell tacos with no lettuce add sour cream. I paid $2.10 for sour cream and got home they were covered in lettuce and no sour cream!

Today I went to the one on Watson blvd in Warner Robins, ga and ordered 3 soft shell tacos no lettuce extra cheese! Got home and only had 2 tacos! Why are they so incompetent?

On 11-10-22 I went to Taco Bell here in Tucson, AZ (031723) 1620 Valencia Rd. I ordered through drive thru and ordered a meal for my daughter and I. When I got home (15 miles away) and got the food out of the bags I noticed it was not what I ordered, literally everything was wrong .

I called the Taco Bell store mgr/supervisor (Cesar I believe), and explained to him what happened and he didn't say much at all, he never said he was sorry or offered me anything for my troubles, he told me that I could drive back and he could fix the order, but I was unable to because of my condition and it being 15 miles away, and rush hour traffic at the time.

I told him It would be a couple days before I could get back to the Taco Bell and then he rudely said I would have to bring in the unused food with me…
