I paid for my meal by giving the employee my credit card. The guy ran my car on my order as well as another!

This is theft. Never mind if the food is good - if your employees STEAL from customers deliberately - that’s a place I’ll never go back to. I wonder how many other people they steal from. I tried to call the store to talk to the manager but no one ever answers. He line rings and rings then disconnects

Taco Bell at the pavilion in Tucson just told me today that we can no longer get a senior citizen discount. We have been going there for a long time. We will not go back there. My taco Supremes had no tomatoes.

I waited for a good 5 minutes for a cup. Everyone was lost. SO SO confused. Customers were walking out.

So as soon as I walked in I knew it was bad because I was told to use the kiosk to order and told they were short-staffed as the person huffed and puffed away. At the same time other people coming in from the drive-through saying things were not in their bag and again the person huffing and puffing giving them their items.

So it takes me 20 minutes to finally place my order because something I wanted they claimed I couldn't do and I searched the menu and finally found it and I was so thirsty from standing in there so I paid for a large drink not that they told anyone they were completely out of soda.

So myself and another gentleman after we tried them all bluntly told them do you guys know you're out of soda and they're exact words were yes we know no apology no nothing. I would like to…

This Taco Bell location 334 Queen City Dr, Cumberland, MD 21502 didn’t put my chicken quesadilla meal in my bag after I ordered 76.00 dollars worth of food for multiple people then when I went in after I already drove home and realized my chicken quesadilla wasn’t in the bag one team member continued to be disrespectful and yell at me saying “I made the quesadilla and I put in the bag” and when I explained to him he didn’t he got disrespectful and wouldn’t either give me a refund or give me my chicken quesadilla meal

The location in Lenoir City Tn last night at about 6:00 I spent an hour in the drive through as they had only 2 people working and one was a trainee. The inside no longer has a cashier only the self-serve which takes forever as not everyone can use them. There are a lot of senors that live in this area that do not feel comfortable using these and if thing continue as they are you will lose a lot of business.

Taco Bell on Jefferson Davis Highway in Chesterfield, VA. I'm a frequent customer to this store, but I also doordash from this store alot, Nov 27th, approx. the line in the drive through was tiny, 2 cars in front of me, 1 behind me...

this seems SO rude when all they would have to do was hand it to me so I didn't have to walk... I hate to do this, but this really made me feel like garbage..

I live very close to a new Taco Bell and I am very disappointed with the quality of the food and service.

First off, I frequent this store almost daily as my wife loves the food and convenience. You can't order your favorite foods anymore because you have taken them off the menu. I can't even get a Mexican pizza because they keep telling me that they are out of Mexican pizzas, even though you can get a crunch wrap!

When you advertise your product, what the customer gets doesn't look remotely close! The store I went to this evening couldn't even grill a burrito! If this was a one time thing, it wouldn't be a problem but it has happened the past 3 visits!

You should really check customer service and quality of your stores! I took the burrito back in and the one kid that helped me thought…

Literally the worst fast food experience of my lifetime. Was in a tremendous hurry so I ordered pick up and arrived at the scheduled time. I waited in the Drive-Thru for almost a half an hour before they made me come in because they couldn't find my order.

They ignored me in the store, were rude, the manager walked around looking lost and eating food after refusing to acknowledge the issue. Employees were on their phones while I waited and was late for work. It took over 45 minutes to get my order of only 4 items.

This was an INSANE level of unprofessionalism. Not to mention, I saw utensils on the floor of the kitchen. I can't even believe this store opened if they were this unprepared.

I came thru the drive thru due to the lobby being closed for my order to be fixed a young with short hair was extremely rude and refused to fix my ordered I ended up paying for three more tacos since they were for my grandson I was told to pull around and they would be out soon I sat for 10 mins beside a small red car that was smoking marijuana at the front of the building.

The same young man brought my food out i asked if i could speak to a manager he replied he was in fact a manager and told me to leave and not come back his name was josh or thats the name he gave me . this is the most unprofessional business in pickens.

I will be reporting this to they better business bureau and health department

I just went through the drive through after leaving the hospital, and tried to order food. The car in front and 4 cars behind us had to pull off after I did. When we tried to order a male replied they don't have any meat or anything, they just have water. food not water.

This was at the Statesville NC location off of Turnersburg HWY.

I ordered my grandkids 3 chicken quesadillas and 3 nacho fries I get home 20 minutes later and I have one quesadilla and 3 fries so I call the number on the receipt and it rang for 30 minutes so I went back to Taco Bell and showed the cashier that my phone was still trying to call their number 434-309-1723 and she say the phone must have been unplugged I was very disappointed to get home and two kids didn’t have their food and no one was answering the phone at Taco Bell

Taco Bell on Waiakamilo St in Honolulu, HI turned off all their lights right when I entered their driveway. Drive thru speaker said they were closed even though it was not 1am, it was 12:30am, Saturday, 11/27/22. There were 2 parked cars in the Taco Bell lot with person(s) probably waiting for the employee(s) inside to exit.

Very disappointed that we had to drive more than 5 miles to the Beretania St. location which had at least 7 cars in line to order.

Ordered through doordash at 12:10am on November 27th, 2022, received incorrect order, proceeded to call the store but the phone at the store was taken off of the hook after calling. Went down to the store, was given attitude by manager, given incorrect order again by manager, proceeded to call again, and manager continued to give an attitude and hung up.

We have been to the Taco Bell drive-through twice in the last month the 1st time we were told that we had to wait at least 20 minutes unless we were with doordash the 2nd time we sat in line 25 met and nobody even tried to take our order And there was only one other car in line the girl at the drive-through yelled at another customer that he would have to wait his turn and

Customer service impossible to get a hold of. When contacted for a refund of an order I didn’t receive but was charged for, I was told my refund would show up in 3-5 business days. 2 weeks later still not refunded.

The form to fill out says this page doesn’t exist after filling it out. I’m so aggravated. This is not the first time I’ve dealt with this.

Hi good day my son just bought some stuff at tacobell in Poinciana he didn't get his borito he went back and the manager had him pay for another 1so he was upset i called her and she argues with me also my son because she said he ate it and he didn't because if he did why will he go around and inquire about it and have him pay another $6.00 and more we are low income family strugling to survive so he ended up paying for 2 and got the 2nd 1 only help please thanks Mrs.Mills.

I went through the drive thru around 10pm tonight. I saw 2 male workers outside, so my Bf asked them if they were open. One of the workers nodded their head saying no. Something told me he was lying, so we went to the drive thru and someone kindly took our order.

I told the worker at the window her co workers were assholes for saying they were closed, and she responded by saying she didn't want the be there either. Poor customer service!!

I live in Clarksdale, Mississippi I loved Taco Bell but not anymore . The store in my hometown is very unprofessional the employees brag about not wanting to serve customers and how much they do not care about doing the job they are paid to do.

The entire restaurant needs to be investigated the managers and employees I also have proof of the things some of the employees say. This is very unprofessional and it’s time for a change if nothing is done I will gather a peaceful boycott of this Taco Bell location located on south state street until they are removed!

The location at 305 S Warrington Rd Pensacola, FL 32507 needs a visit from someone high up. In the business of ordering food, you should be able to order online or Oder in person, go pick it up, and eat it.

This location, at certain times, does not let you do that. This is usually Prime times, but that’s no excuse. This location cannot keep enough people on staff to accommodate day to day tasks, like serving the public. It’s not like we’re going there to order a TV.

This is the only restaurant in this area who can’t seem to handle their workload. We don’t have this problem at any other restaurant, including another Taco Bell that’s further away. My wife has been in the restaurant when an employee will walk out and look the doors so no one else can get in.

Yomi, the manager at 1054 E Tucson Marketplace in Tucson Arizons, was extremely rude and dismissive of my incorrect order. I ordered a #1 as depicted with one supreme and two tacos and a drink. There is a big picture of that beside the number 1.

She refused to correct my order when she delivered the wrong combination. She is enough to make me never return.

I was writing in about the Taco Bell at 6540 Charlotte Pike Nashville,TN. 37209. This restaurant has the worst customer. Not only 1 time,but everytime. They get your order wrong everytime then get an attitude and act like your lying when you ask them to fix it.

Nacho fries were cold for example pull back through they lie and say they just made them which was a lie they were cold and nasty and stale. Then refused to make us more and stated they weren't making any more for the night.

Just not good customer service and food is mediocre and not good. Taco bell has gotten very expensive compared to some other fast food and is definitely not worth over 30 dollars for 2 people for what they are serving you.

both locations in Missouri City Texas, on hwy 6. 7:30pm on Wednesday.

First location let me stand at the register for over 20 mins. Nobody would say a word to me, not even ask me to give them a minute.

Finally a guy came to counter and tried to give me a bag of food (I hadn’t even ordered at the time. When I asked if I could place an order, he responded in perfect English, “I’m sorry, but I don’t speak English”!

So I left and drove a few miles to the other location on Hwy 6. After placing my order, the lady got very rude and informed me, they would get to my order when they had time, as they focus on the drive thru before dine in guest.

I explained I had a large trailer, and could not go thru drive thru. Not my idea of customer service. Won’t be visiting Taco Bell again

I just spent $36 for a dinner family and it was very poorly made, everything had probably half the portion it should've, and that is being nice, tacos were literally broken into pieces. Wife's quesarito was supposed to have chicken, paid extra for it, didn't have but 1 piece in it, the only thing that was accurate was our drinks. This was the fourth time I got a wrong order from Torrington ct. did not complain twice. Once before went inside was totally ignored. Today tried to get it fixed but couldn’t. Went inside but no one would help me but just laughed at.

Will NEVEr go there again. 98 for. They should either be shut down or hire more reliable help. Will be filing a complaint with consumer protection

I deliver DoorDash every day, and I have for almost a year now. Taco Bell is my least favorite place to pick up DoorDash because no matter how long I wait to go get the order they don’t even start on it until I get there and tell them that there is a DoorDash order.

That puts me behind for the rest of my shift. They don’t seem to care at all I have spoke to several people they’re trying to get this resolved and it does not happen.

Also, just now I went through going to pick up an order got out of my car went to go in the lobby. The doors were locked. So I got back in my car and go to go through drive-through a lot of times they don’t have the lobby open.

I don’t know if they’re shorthanded or what’s going on but you never know if I have to spend time in the park and get out the door…

On 11/20 at 12:45 pm, I spent $30 at this Taco Bell, 2 items were missing from my bags at first and then another item. I asked Erica to read me my order once so we can double check for what was missing.

I asked her to repeat the order and she said she wasn’t going to do that second or 3rd Tim’s. Erica was out of control, refusing to give me the rest of my order, w refund and flipped me off multiple times.

I was so shocked I started taking video. I have a family of 5 and there were additional items missing from our bags. Erica slammed the window in my face and refused to honor my request. I told her I wouldn’t leave until I got my stuff but she called the police on me.

I ordered 12 Supreme taco pack 6 reg tacos Supreme and 6 nacho cheese tacos Supreme a root beer and 13 Diablo sauce packs. I had to go up to taco shop because none of the tacos were Supreme they refuse to give me Supreme tacos say to refund from Doordash.

I hope you had a good day today,

I have been eating at taco Bell my whole life. The complaint I am filing is the Taco Bell on mission street in Colma/Daly City, 2 weeks ago both me and my wife go to this store about 7PM and at this time the store seems to be very busy, my order is 2 Vegi Mexican Pizzas with green sauce and 2 bean burritos. After about 15-20 we get our order and I take it to my car and as we are about to start our dinner for the evening, I notice a foreign I tell my wife not to eat the pizza, because I smell something different without taking a bite out of either pizza, I immediately take it inside and I explain it to 2 individuals including a young Asian woman and she refuses to replace the order or give me a refund. I have been going to that store for the past 15 years…

The worst experience ever i went to the Bellevue Taco Bell on 11-18-22 and i got three hard tacos and a cheesy Gordita crunch and I started to eat my food I was on my lunch break and trying to hurry and eat I ate my cheesy Gordita and one of the hard taco then I went to grab another taco out and notice red one my wrapper and

The Taco Bell in Vernon, CT has been the worst Taco Bell in my 35 yrs of going to Taco Bell. It was never like that when it first opened up. The staff there is soo slow and don’t care!

I’ve seen cars leave the drive through line on several occasions included myself. I have waited for 15 mins at the speaker with no answer, finally I ask if they where open and the response was we are taking care of a big order be with you when we have a chance!

I live in Vernon too. I know a lot of people in town giving Moe’s the busy now over Taco Bell.

Ordered an enchirito with no onions as I have an onion allergy. Well, I guess they thought I meant extra onions because it was loaded. I am so glad that I always check my food before taking a bite or I would have been in for an allergic reaction.

I attempted to contact the store located at 5400 N. Orange Blossom Trail, Orlando, FL and could not get a live person. When I called your 800 number to complain, in order to do so, I would have to wait 13 minutes for a live person.

I guess I am not the only person who is not satisfied with Taco Bell.
