I was at a Taco Bell in Quincy, Illinois and walked out without ordering. To place your order you had to do it yourself on a computer screen. I understand progress but if I'm paying for a meal I dont want to have to do your job.

I love Taco Bell but I wont be back. Very disappointed. The price of everything has increased and I dont go out often to eat. Now one of my favorite fast food places will be off my list.

grabbed lunch around 12:45 pm 12/7 in Troy Ohio. Ordered a #1 3 taco supremes. I received 3 plain tacos with no cheese, only meat and some lettuce and each one, the shell fell apart before i could try and eat nothing. All three shells were broken and tasted terrible. customer service was very nice, but the food was horrible. I'm afraid to try the burrito I ordered with it.

Jenks, Oklahoma store is terrible. Pulled through and ordered in drive through, paid, got order and it was wrong and not what we ordered. Told the drive through employee who called over a man. He looked at our receipt and said that is what you ordered, we disagreed and he said if you want to get what you want pull around and reorder!!

Pulled around and five cars in drive through line. Waited and reordered. 17 minutes later got our order and asked if we could get our previous order remade or a refund. The drive through employee said let me ask. 1 second later came back and said manager said no and shut the window.

Got home and called the store. I was told they had no manager on duty and had no general manager. She would not give me the number to call. I was told GOOGLE it. Worst ever!!…

I have visited the Taco Bell store on my way home from work 9 times in the last two month. I don't know the store number but it is locate on Ulmerton Road {SR 688} in Largo,FL between Belcher Road and Starkey Road.

In the last 9 visits I have only left with what I ordered 3 times. This is very disappointing as this is the only store opened on my way home from work. The employees, for the most part have been pleasant.

Yet, leaving with no dinner 3 out of 9 visits is very disappointing. One time I stopped and your delivery truck was there. I ordered and was told they didn't have all the ingredients for what I ordered. I understood that so asked for extra other ingredients to compensate.

I was told they could do that but would have to charge extra. I then asked, if you make what I ordered…

Want to get a laugh? Some Taco Bell corporate jerk almost got me into an auto accident today by calling the cops on me. The normal regular folk Taco Bell employees are often punk. It's why I go to Taco Bell, they hire punks, I thought that was corporate policy to embrace the punk scene. A large number of Taco Bell employees see me as some sort of folk hero and love it when I dance. So when I go to Taco Bell, and it's empty, I dance. Hello I went to your location smithville multiple times the past week and both times I ordered a quesadilla and both times my quesadilla was only half full literally three of the quesadillas barley had cheese and that's it and online it says you have two different boxes and one is suppose to be under 5.00 and the other about 8.00 I paid almost 10.00 for a 5.00 box I visit taco bell all the time never have I been disappointed until recently

Just had an employee tell my order back at me, after not answering g their headset after saying hello 3 times when they had zero customers in the entire establishment.

I work in customer service and you guys should be ashamed of how your customer experience is on the 27th st location in Milwaukee south side.

I recently visited Taco Bell. I live 30 minutes out of town. My overall experience was good until I got home when I was missing two chips and cheese nachos and then the lady or person who packed my order piled everything on top of my Mexican pizza with squished my Mexican pizza and my cheese stuck to the top. It wasn’t even crunchy.

It was soft like rubber.

I ordered a crunchwrap supreme vegetarian with black beans I reached home opened it up took a bite and realized I was given beef I am a Hindu, and I do not eat beef. I ordered a mango freeze, and if I hadn't said anything i would have gotten baha. I was asked if everything was correct on the screen, and it was.

12/4/2022 @ 6:43pm. I ordered a 12 hard shell Doritos locos box with a large mnt dew. I gave the first lady my money and got my change, but when I got my food it was not what I had order, instead I got 7 soft tacos with only meat and cheese, no mnt dew.

Instead I got Blue mnt dew. I drove back around to have my order fix and the manager refuse to do anything about it and said that what I order, when my receipt shows I order a 12 hard shell Doritos locos box with large mnt dew.

I want something done about this plz.

I received extremely poor service at your Taco Bell location on 5511 Hwy 6, Missouri City, TX 77459. I was at the drive thru last night (December 4, 2022 at around 7:15pm and placed an order for 2 people. The woman who spoke to me on the intercom was not happy that I switched one of my orders to a combo instead.

I asked her to tell me the new total and she hesitated then said with an attitude "just come to the window". She did not ask me what kind of drink I wanted. At the window, the guy at the window asked what kind of drink I wanted. I said "coke zero".

They are entirely too slow .there are a bunch kids working in there and every time I walk in they are just standing around laughing and playing and nobody’s orders are ready for pickup.5 minutes I can wait but I’m not waiting 10-15 minutes for an order and they penalize door dash drivers when they cancel

We stopped by Taco Bell on Gray Highway in Macon Ga. They were out of flat bread so they couldn't make a chalupa, gave me a teaspoon of meat on my nacho grande and told me they were running low so they had to ration the meat However, if I paid $1, they would sell me a little cup of meat!

Now if they have the meat to sell me, they should have had it to put it on my food that I already paid for! They didnt have any paper in the register so I couldn't get a receipt. The taco's had very little lettuce or meat on them.

Then to top it off, they were out of paper towels to put in the bathroom. This is the worse experience that we have had there. The cashier was nice, but she only came up with excuses that they were out of things, unless we wanted to pay extra.

Didn't get the correct order. When I called after I was home, Larry said ya, I have it here. I explained I was already home and wasn't coming back out. He said well. It's not my fault. Our systems are clearing for some reason. He was very rude.

It's ridiculous that you pay your people $15 an hour and they can't even get their orders right. This was at the Taco Bell on South 2nd avenue in Kearney Nebraska.

Taco Bell Mendota illinois. Tell them to learn how to make there food right. They don't even know how to wrap there burritos, I got one hell of a sloppy burrito supreme. It wasn't wrapped right, all the insides of the burrito was spilling out, the paper was stuck to my food, not to mention cold.

I will take this higher up if something is not done, this is not the first time I have had this happen. But it will be the last.

I went through the drive thru on Sunday night, December 4,2022 @ 4:30pm. No one was in the drive thru or inside the store. I ordered a number 6 with a mt. Dew and cinnamon twist. I get to the window and they were very rude plus never gave me a receipt.

I get home which is 15 minutes away and my cinnamon twists aren’t in the bag. So I called the store and the female I spoke with said she was sorry it was her fault that they weren’t in the bag.

She said I could come back another time. So I asked what her name was or if I could speak to a manager and she said she was the manager and she couldn’t give me her name. Working in the food industry and being a General Manager myself I know it’s very important and polite to give out your name.

There is not nearly enough space here for me to communicate my complaint. I had the most incredible experience at your store on the corner of Artesia Blvd and Rindge in Redondo Beach on Friday, December 2, 2022. In a nutshell, I was given shoddy service and then accused of making a racist remark and was purposely given an incorrect order, which I was then forced to return to the establishment where I was handed the correct order and

I went to Taco Bell on Saturday 12/3. I attempted to order food and 4 drinks from the happy hour. The guy said we don’t have any cups for happy hour sizes and I informed him that was not my problem and then he said well u can just go somewhere else.

I pulled up to the window and asked for the manager and the girl at the window said you can speak to me and I said no I want to speak to the manager she said well she’s in the back and she doesn’t speak English and so I said well.

How is she a supervisor? Very poor customer service went inside because drive thru line was so long when inside no one came to counter to ask if we need help and also a long line inside waiting, so went back out to drive thru and waited a long time once again when employees inside were breaking down boxes not handing out food or greeting customers

I am so disappointed with Taco Bell. I took the time to vote for enchirito being brought back every day thru the voting!! I was so excited that it won. Never heard when it was brought back. Kept asking when would go to order only to be told not yet …..

Why advertise breakfast on TV when none of the Taco Bell’s that are supposed to serve breakfast will not serve it. They are open but doors locked and nobody taking orders or they lie at 10am and say they’re out of eggs when clearly their menu isn’t even set for breakfast. I ordered a Mexican pizza, 2 beefy melt burritos, and a bean & cheese burrito. The bean burrito was the worst tasting thing I've ever tried to eat, bad taste and consistency, uneatable. They put all 3 burritos on top of the Mexican pizza which smashed it, soaked the bottom of the bag.

It was uneatable as well. I live 5 miles from the restaurant and did want to go back. In fact I will not visit this taco bell again. It didn't help the the guy bringing it to the window basically slammed it on the counter first.

They sent me around to get in the back of the line because my online order was not ready yet. Once I got back to the window they told me they couldn’t make any of my food because the fryer was down!

I'm a Doordash delivery person and I know you don't really care about food service delivery because if you did I wouldn't have wasted 25 minutes in your store at Academy and Austin Bluffs in Colorado Springs tonight. I walked in at 9:50 pm and left at 10:15 with no food.

I let the employee know I was there for a pickup for Haley but it didn't seem to matter. When I got to the store, there were probably 4-5 cars in the drive thru, at least 9-10 cars went through and I still had no food.

We don't get paid by the hour and your online customer still isn't eating. Please do everyone a favor and quit offering online delivery, because you suck at it. I won't ever set foot in a Taco Bell ever again.

They never have what I first order for some reason never have the cinnamon delights and I never have all my food in the bag. Never. I have kids and it’s a whole big deal when one kids food is there and another isn’t.

Went to the Redmond, OR Taco Bell today. Arriving in the drive thru line at 3:05. From the time I got in line, ordered my food, then paid, it took a good 25 minutes. They weren’t busy enough to warrant that amount of time for me to have to wait that amount of time from start to finish.

Today on my lunch break I decided to stop by for some nacho fries and cinnamon delights. Well my cinnamon delights was not fresh at all. They taste like they have been cooked for a while.

Also, I had this old grease taste in my mouth after buying into one of them. I normally enjoy this location and my food is fresh almost always. I hope this matter is properly handled.

Hello…I am a frequent customer at the Taco Bell in Hannibal,Missouri. The service is terrible. #1 Not friendly at all. #2 On a regular basis they mess up your order, #3 Drive thru is very slow. #4 At times the food is terrible.

I’m very sad about this because this was my favorite fast food restaurant. I believe it begins with poor management. I seriously hope something is done about this. I have seen a lot of people have complained as well about this restaurant.

My fiancé and I go once a week tonight we got a quesadilla and a crunchwrap both were throw together by a two year old , cold , sloppy and just nasty , no professionalism at all from the window or speaker either , this is from kfc/Taco Bell in Richmond indiana 47374 the food was not cooked properly temp or anything and the crunch wrap was stale , you have lost a returning customer.

Drive thru time. 51 min. The veh in front of me was very upset the manager was yelling at the man he just drove of. My turn next. I stated to the manager I have been in line over 45 min am she said well the more we argue with me it holds up the line and I am training. Personally not my problem.

Taco Bell at 301 E Abriendo Ave., Pueblo, CO 81004-I requested a receipt for my purchase as I had used my debit card, the associate said their machine has been down and they haven't been giving receipts! He then asked for personal information, which I did not feel comfortable giving. Identity theft, stolen bank information is a concern in society today! I am sure I am not the only one worried when no receipt is given at a business that has scanned a bank card. There are other restaurants within a mile around that area, I feel now a little suspicious of this Taco Bell location.

I went to the Taco Bell at 2700 Stirling Rd in Hollywood, Floriday. And I was discriminated against for my hearing disability. 4 separate employees refused to take my order. I politely explained that I am deaf. I apologized saying that i understood they were busy, i also tried to ask that if i were to go through the driveway could i go straight to the window order, which is what I do at every restaurant with a drive through.

I was ignored and when I asked again the employees belittled and mocked me for my disability. They used a fake "deaf" voice, yelling "no food for you" and used fake sign Language signs forcing me of the restaurant. I have never been more appalled in my entire life by such extreme discrimination and blatant attempt to humiliate a disabled person.

This makes twice that I’ve went to 2 different locations and left with a Mexican pizza that was old. The tortilla was nasty and old. I go through the drive thru so I don’t try it at the window. I live 30 minutes away from the closest one so I can’t just drive back. I’m very disappointed.
