I'm really so exhausted by this location getting every single order wrong I should start taking it personally. I went in and got two double chicken burritos and they gave me some egg and jalapeno. I'm sorry but the price difference is probably 50% and I'm nothing to kind ever to all of the employees there in hopes that I'm actually served the right food.

Can your employees even read at this point I put my name in as the letter M and she yelled H. I should have known then. Who do I even call to get any sort of a refund The number for the store is always disconnected.

Oh well just keep stealing my money and it's no one's fault but my own for going there.

The night shift manager in Janesville WI on court street is an old lady that sounds like she’s smokes two packs a day. This “manager” doesn’t deserve to even work as a manager period. She withheld my DoorDash order because it was funny to her and another female working this last Sunday around 920 pm.

If you go there good luck knowing if the lobby is even open. Since it was after nine went through the drive because it was slow and figured doors were locked since they usually lock them around 8. She refused to take one step inside to grab my bag and hand through the drive thru window.

Whenever I ordered from drive thru at Woodbridge, NJ Taco bell they always massup my order, today I just grabbed food came home again something. They charge extra for chicken came home no chicken in it, I said Mexican Pizza no pizza Sauce they put sauce. If they don't know give them a proper training.

I have gone several times to this tacobell located at 4880 Sugarloaf pkwy. And each time I have a bad service but today I waited and waited at the drive thru to put my order no one ever spoke I sat there about 10 minutes and kept saying hello can you take my order still nothing.

I proceded to go to window and I saw about 6 people working but all I see each time I go there these people always just playing around I see each time I go there how a lot of cars just drive off because these employees seem to not give a care if they keep loosing costumers. Even the supervisor is always just playing around.

So today was my last try there. I feel that they just keep hiring incompetent people!

I VISIT TACO BELL OF TROY AL, #029078,ON SUNDAY DEC 10 AT AROUND 4-5PM. I WENT THROUGH THE DRIVE THROUGH AND WAS ASSISTED BY WORKER NYDIA C. UPON THE GREETING HER ATTITUDE WAS HORRIBLE. SHE WAS RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. I STILL ORDERED THINKING IT WILL GET BETTER AT THE WINDOW.

# 024752 The Mexican pizza was thrown away after 1 bite. Nastiest thing I ever tasted and I love the pizza usually. Order two beef melts but got a dorito one and one with rice. We received the two beef tacos but the 3 soft taco Supreme wasn't even in the bag.

We live in the next town. About 30 minutes away. So no I was not going to go back. This isn't the first time you have messed up terribly but it is the last. Money to hard to come by to waste it.

I went less than a mile away to our Taco Bell drive thru to grab me, my mother& my uncle dinner tonight. Now there is usually always an issue due to the nonprofessional staff I’ve usually always dealt with at that particular Taco Bell, usually we are over charged and have to go back into the place to point the problem out to a manager or we have wrong items we did not order and

we are back home then therefore are forced to eat or not eat what we never ordered! Now tonight , this is too much! 07 of a mile home only to see that my 3 Dorito shell hard tacos are now soft and mushy!!

Im forced to eat these tacos with a fork and the taste is really something no one deserves to taste.

We waited an hour to get our meal from the delivery app and had missing items. It was cold soggy and wasn't enjoyable at all. We called the store multiple times to answer and just to tell us to call door dash.

Door dash said we would get our meal redelivered and only to wait another hour to just get drinks. We waited almost 3 hours to not even get our whole meal. We tried calling the store the next day and tried getting corporate number but they didn't have it.

We are very frustrated and just want a refund for meal.

I was at the taco bell drive thru at 7047 N. Saginaw St. Mt. Morris, MI, trying to place an order when the "manager" Holly was extremally rude when asking questions. To the point that I didn't even order. She wouldn't give me her managers name and was still extremally rude.

Went inside to order carry out. Had to wait 25 minutes for my order. Customers ordered after me got their food before me. The drive through even got their orders before me. Staff standing around talking while I waited. Food was tossed together. Limited filling inside food.

Very disappointed in this certain visit. Would need a refund or some kinda compensation to return there.

Lazy workers in Vancouver, Washington. Every Taco Bell I have went to, my order takes about 15-20 minutes!!! Horrible customer services, staff takes their sweet time making the food. I use to work for Taco Bell in California and we were always told to get food out quickly.

Drive thru had a timer and management made sure we were fast and didn’t let customer wait a long time at drive thru and front counter. The Store manager and shift lead here must not care about getting food in a timely manner.

I hope Taco Bell CEO fix this or go out to Vancouver Washington and monitor their staff. They all need to be retrain and know the expectation of fast food.

Taco Bell on mapleview Barrie Ontario Canada was closed @914pm on Saturday December 10th 2022. There was no explanation why and their normal hours are open until 10pm. Drove 45 minutes as I live in elmvale and it’s the closest Taco Bell.

Not impressed maybe could change hours online? Or stay consistent.

The last 3 times we ordered from the drive thru, (Rt 36 Hazlet NJ ) you got the order Wrong, All 3 times we didn't realize until we got home. Had to go back out, which defeats the purpose of being convenient. We're done.

Took 30 minutes to get order inside a local restaurant after doing it on the kiosk. Then the order was wrong !! Place was so filthy we could not find a place to sit down. The pop machine did not have ice, and the soda was warm. Won't be back. This is unacceptable service.

The doors were locked and we only got in because someone was leaving. Is this how you run a business now? Plan on telling my friends to stay away from this place. I understand everyone is short handed and very busy this time of year, but no one should be open at all if they can't give good service.

I have worked in retail and know it can be tough, but if you want customers to return, you must do better. Thank you. Good luck.

I had no joke 0 meat on my 5 dollar Gordian crunch. Forgot my cinnamon twits, had 2 burritos and the crunch and got 2 sauce packets. Can I please have a free meal or something. Noone is answering the restaurant number.

At your Middletown,RI store the other day they had a sign no cash taken and you could order from a human behind the counter you had to order by a computer stand. The employee who explain this to us could have taken the order in the time taken to explain.

I attempted to enter one of your restaurants (number 031316) located at 2902 6th Ave S, Tacoma, WA 98405 today 12-10-2022 @ 07:32 PST. The current weather conditions at the time of entry was raining. I observed that the store had failed to provide the necessary floor mats at the inside entryway to help prevent any slip and fall incidents.

I then lost traction upon entering the restaurant, due to existing greasy and current wet floor conditions. I fell and slammed my left knee on the floor, enduring extreme pain. I am a driver of a third-party company delivering for customers. This Taco Bell is continuously extremely unacceptably slow. On Thursday, 12 8 2022 and again on Saturday 12 10 2022 I waited over 30 minutes for an order. Both times there was no one in the drive-through and there was no lines in the restaurant.

Taco Bell - 26002 Euclid Avenue - Drive through employee (female) was so belligerent and intimidating I had to sign off of UberEats and pull over because I was shaking. Signing back on now I’ve had to skip 6 orders because I’m too intimidated to go back to face the same employee in the drive thru again. I drove through the taco bell in Liberty Texas on Hwy 90. I ordered a steak power bowl with no rice and no beans. When I got home they had put rice and lettuce only. No meat, no cheese, no quacamole.

was an Uber eats order day off not trying to go no where.. Called to see if can be fixed said come in they would fix it. Order wasmewsaed up chicken not steak chulupa one soft taco wasn't chicken and they did not put tomatoes on the whole order when it was just the chilupa and soft taco chicken.

I never do this, but I just took my mother and grandmother as we were all craving TB. We ordered 3 cheesy Gordita chrunches, which is the only thing I personally ever order. All 3 did not come with the sauce (which makes it) I also ordered ex sauce on the side and was charged (which is fine as always) didn’t receive it and was rudely question when I asked again for it.

then proceeded to wait 5+ mins at the window for the sauce while hearing staff in the back cursing and complaining about it. The food of course was cold too. I never had the sort of service here and it’s one of my favorite places :(

Horrible people treat customers like trash. Walked into this dump after a long trip from Miami. Arrived and went inside to order. An employee tells me to use the self order station, and I told her I prefer to order at the till.

When I order a bean burrito, there are -0- onions on it. Tonight I ordered a bean burrito again and asked if onions came on burrito and was told yes. I explained that for the last 4 times I had gotten a burrito, I did not get any onions. Please make sure they are on burrito tonight. Again there were zero onions. What is wrong with this store. I went to my local store in Denver. I ordered the pizza with chicken. I have an allergy to beef. Once I received my food I doubled checked to make sure it was chicken. Once I got home a did a better review and saw that they started to put beef then scrapped it off and did chicken.

I took it back to the store to have it remade and explain the reason I requested chicken to her the young girl say SHE IS A LIE NO ONE IS ALLERGIC TO BEEF. I know what I can or cannot eat.

The second time it was made correctly. But I should not have to explain why I eat the way I do it should be made correctly as ordered. Some people have deadly food allergies this could have been avoided. It’s a shame that people don’t care.

Today I went to your restaurant on 12th Street in Ogden. I ordered 8 soft tacos, 4 Crisp tacos and a burrito Supreme, for $40.. They put everything in one bag. Not a box like I am use to from you restaurant on 2700 north..

When I arrived home the had leaked on my car seat. I opened the bag to find $40 worth of food that was a wet mess of food that couldn't be eaten. It was really a disaster for my grandchildren who were waiting to eat.

Went to two different taco bells.

First one was unable to make quesadillas. So we went to the one in Northglenn CO. Waited at the drive trough. No one spoke. Pulled up to window and they said it was broken. This was after 10 minutes of them ignoring us at the window.

So we went in and they continued to ignore us. They helped the people before and after us. I get stuff breaks but them not talking to us is not.
