I had to go back twice because my was was not accurate. There was no apology or any type of remorse for my inconvenience.

I took my father there for the first time. Our food was cold. The dining room was filthy as long as the restroom. Couple of employees were right out the door smoking with their gloves on then went back in.
Hopefully they changed their gloves. We were the only customers in the dining room. I was very unsatisfied with our dining experience. I've been a manager at restaurants and if any of these issues would have taken place in my restaurant my team would have been in trouble just for smoking by the door where people come in.

We went to Tacobell on Union Ave just a few minutes ago. They threw our food in the bag and left food out. My fiance went in to get the left put food and they were very rude and disrespectful.
They didn't give him no receipt,they claimed they lost it when he asked for it. We asked fir a manager and they said they didn't have one present. The lady in the kitchen got smart saying he was lying about getting the food that clearly wasn't in the bag.

I Made order at walk in on screen, not greeted at all waiting 15 minutes at counter before someone came. When I was approached me they informed me my meal would be read in 10more minutes. A month prior I was stuck in the drive threw for 30MINUTES.

The Taco Bell on 117th Avenue Vancouver Washington has kiosk machines and when I needed help with the machine nobody would come to the front counter they would just say they did not know I tried for a good 15 minutes those machines it is not like everyone knows how to use them it would be nice if employees could help but they didn't seem to want to so somebody that was sitting in the dining room came and helped me nobody ever came to the front counter food was sitting on the counter forever after I finally put my order in I waited 25 minutes for my food which is very uncalled for it did not seem that the workers knew what they were doing they definitely did not know customer service I finally got my food took it home in my tacos were cold and

I order food all the time on the app, there’s some concerns. As well as concerns with my food I received. 80 more for the seasoned beef. 50 off of the cost of that specific item and charge for the beef that way.
Secondly, I seem to notice (not just at Taco Bell) that when you get a deal on items, or bundles, the quantity of toppings or beef, chicken etc seems to be a lot less than if bought separately. At Taco Bell specifically, I ordered a build your own cravings box.
I ordered the Crunchwrap supreme, if you purchase that alone it can easily be a 2” thick item… the one I get in that box is maybe 1/2” thick and that’s being generous. My fiancé ordered a quesadilla and that is nearly $5!

I just went through the drive thru window at the west plains store on Gibson, I ordered 2 bean burritos, 1 7 layer nacho fries, a Mexican pizza and 1 bean and beef burrito with sour cream. When i got home and looked at my order I ended up with 4 burrito Supreme and 4 soft tacos.
All of them covered in raw tomatoes which I'm allergic to and specifically asked for no tomatoes. 01 and I called to let them know what happened. The girl on the phone could've cared less and asked me to come all the way back to the store and get it straightened out.

I went to Taco Bell for Lunch and when I returned home I was missing an item so I called the location to let them know that I was missing the item and instead of seeking a way to fix the issue the worker, Jocelyn B, decided to be passive aggressive and say “well I packed your order and it was there and the workers at the window double checked the bag and it was there as well” she came with no solution until I explained to her that we emptied the whole bag and nothing was there and she proceeded with “will you be coming back today to pick it up, I’ll remake you another one. The Taco Bell in Natchitoches has got to be y’alls worst location. The past 4 times I’ve come to the drive thru, they’ve been out of all protein and tortillas. I visited an empty drive-thru this morning 30 minutes after opening, and was left sitting there for 3 minutes with no response.

I went to order thru drive thru off of Cooley lake road in Michigan. Apparently the menu sign was on a timer. Not knowing what I wanted I asked to have the sign lit up. I was told they couldn’t do that. My response was how do I know what I want? Please lite it back up We can’t do that ma’am and if you keep yelling at us we are going to call the cops. Which they did.

Didn’t get half my order. All 4 Tacos I did get were soggy , the meat fell through. Nasty !! $31 order. I called customer service now 5 times to get a refund. Once a week. They tell u it’s handled. No it’s not.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered from Taco Bell on bethelview road cumming GA 30040. I placed an order at 7:07. My grubhub driver says that there is ONE employee working at this location. Apparently the inside is closed due to no staff.

Some sort of issue at location at 1317 Reynolds Road, Toledo, OH. Driver of car ahead of me voiced multiple times that he needed to be let out of the drive through line. I was there for over 20 minutes, do not know how long he was there.
I went inside where I asked if there was someone needing help causing the line not to move at all. The girl behind the counter literally giggled. That location makes cars in line unable to leave the line (curbs on either side).
Worker locked door to inside of location, but nobody went out to put up sign or let cars know not to enter line. Major safety risk to customers to allow them to be locked into a line with no warning that they would not be able to leave.
I hope nobody has an emergency while sitting there. I found it to be completely irresponsible…

Slowest restaurant out of all I have been too. I’m a DoorDash driver and I dread getting an order for Taco Bell in Whiteland, Indiana!! You will wait a minimum of 20 mins for any order, doesn’t matter the size. Ridiculous!!!

I was working for Tacobell in the Lindsay location In California . I recently was told there is no hours for me and when asked if I was being let go the manger informed me that I wasn’t and had me sign a paper I don’t know what it was for but

I visited the Taco Bell north of Gainesville on I-85 (exit 137, it was a Taco Bell/KFC combined) in Georgia Wednesday 12/14/2022 around 1:30. I ordered 2- 5 layer beefy burritos at the drive thru as there were very few customers ahead of me at that time.
They proceeded to have me drive ahead and they would bring my items out to me. It was at least 10 to 15 minutes and five to six people after me received their meal. I order number 6 almost everytime it's been tossed in the trash. The shells are so hard I can't eat them. The couple of times I did end up with fresh shells it was great. I think I'm going to give up on it over 11 dollars wasted more then once.

I ordered the 7 layer nacho fries add steak there was no steak on it , I also ordered the deluxe box with a steak chalupa that I didn't get. I went to taco bell around 9:30PM on Friday, December 16, 2022. I ordered 2 Taco and Burrito Cravings packs, 2 cheese quesadillas with no jalapeño sauce, and a Deluxe Cravings box. xx. As usual, they didn't give me a receipt and I didn't bother to ask this time since I paid in cash.
They gave me my freeze and made several other drinks while I waited for the food. One splashed everywhere and was cleaned up promptly. Nobody removed or changed their gloves the entire time. After several minutes, the man at the window gave me 2 boxes, one was significantly heavier than the other.

I purchased $25 worth of food and it was cold or not even made properly. My quesadilla was cold and the cheese not even melted on it barely any meat, the soft tacos had like one piece of meat on them and more lettuce than anything.
On top of that they forgot some of my items I had to turn around and go back to get. And the taco they gave me looked like the one in the picture attached .
I have been going to Taco Bell for years but Wednesday night I went to the store in Apollo Beach/Ruskin Florida and both the service and food was terrible. Don’t know if it’s just that store or just a sign of the times. Not sure I will risk trying another store?
Taco Bell in New Albany Ohio the lobby never open and when you have to order more than one order at same time they tell you only two separate orders would not take 3 separate order… Staff very slow
They will act like there closed or. My family loves Taco Bell. We eat there atleast once a week.
However I’m sick and tired of it! The employees there are so rude! Not to mention there are always multiple items missing! I always go back to the store and let them know and they always have an attitude about it. Like it’s my fault!
Then by the time I get home my food is nasty and cold and it’s just a waist of time and money. I really wish they would get better people either better attitudes who actually want their job. And someone who will check the badges instead of just throwing the food in halfway open.

Went to store 004882 for lunch on 12/8/22. Someone from that location copied my debit card number and tried to purchase items online. Received alert from bank 12/9/22 at 3 am. Very unhappy about this, Taco Bell used to be my favorite place to eat.

She then refused to take my order and instructed me to pull off. I’ve never experienced such horrible service at this location that I go to on a weekly bases.
