Sexual harassment and inappropriate behavior and abuse of managerial power. Junior Navarra coerced male staff to very uncomfortable also guess my self included I sometimes hear him yelling at staff or from the back about a guest order being complicated it his job to serve and help his staff not rule over them and mistreat them or staff. harbor/wilson store, costa mesa. stop by every once and awhile late. everytime the order is wrong. crew sometimes laughing and rowdy. this time order wrong and all as I can say, didn't finish the food. it was just slop. I'm not kidding.

been going to TB for years and this was almost gross and the worst. after this I can no longer go there. you might want to try to be professional. one to five stars? how about zero? i hope I don't get sick.

I entered the Taco bell in Clarksdale MS,and they proceeded to tell me that they were out of everything. So anything I tried to order they didn't have. So I called the manager and they still told me that they didn't have any food in the store.

I mean everything I tried to order they didn't have any of it, and I mean any and everything they were just out of it for the time. I think something needs to be done about it

I tried to make a to go order at breakfast past time on door for opening. The lady refused service. I don't drive. In past they have let me come in and place order to go. This lady was stubborn. Rude. Dismissive.

Did not even say I could walk thru drive thru. Never been turned away at taco bell in over 30 plus years of being customer. There is no signage stating drive thru only 9-11am. None. The location is near Sunrise and University Blvd. Round Rock Texas.

I ordered food online from the store in Willard Missouri. Payed for it on line then drove to the store to pick up my order that was at 6:05 pm today. I went inside since the pickup shelf is located by the counter inside the store my food was not ready that rarely happened before.

I asked one of the employees how much longer until my food was done and she told me they were working on it. 15 min later I was still waiting I asked one of the employees how much longer and was told the same thing we are working on it.

One hour later I was still waiting. I went outside to tell my husband about it he was very disappointed and already had backed out of the parking spot to leave since we had to pick up our grandchild but was stuck in the long line of cars in the drive thru lane.

Worcester mass Lincoln Street. Employees partying inside at 7pm doors locked with a bunch of friends inside. Food tastes rotten old and stale. Serive was horrible both drive thru and inside when the doors aren't locked, absolutely the worst taco bell in Massachusetts.

Shrewsbury ma on quinsig Ave is a close 2nd place and I imagine they share employees seeing g as they are 5 miles apart. Both stores should be visited by a corporate advisor and /or shut the fuck down before somebody dies of food poisoning.

I placed an order at 7:45 on the app for the Stellhorn Rd location in Fort Wayne, IN. When we arrived the line was long…in fact we waited an hour to get to the speaker to even say we had a mobile order.

Once we got to the speaker gave our name and we were told ok and to pull forward. It took another 45 minutes to get the pickup window. I have now been in the line for almost two hours! At the window we are told that our order has disappeared somehow.

It was too late for us to go inside the store to figure out this mess and my credit card had already been charged on the app. I have never ever seen anything like this! 05 refunded to me. The person in the drive thru didn’t even apologize, attempt to make the order or anything.

Bean and cheese burritos had cheese in them when I specifically asked for no cheese(I am vegan) and asked for chips and guacamole and never received it plus no receipt after paying.i thought that was a policy of Taco Bell to receive receipt but that’s not why I’m upset it’s mainly the cheese in the burrito I haven’t had cheese in 20 years and this is really affected my stomach and mindset

Placed a $40 order forget and item but the worst part is that i had an item i ciuldnt even eat due to theyre being mold. I ordered a cravings boc upgraded to chicken chalupa. Recieved chalupa and noticed a darker than usual spot on shell so i look closer and it was mold.

I opened up shell and it was green mold on outside and inside thruout that area on my chalupa shell

Not all taco bells but I have a complaint about the little chute wisconsin location. I have stopped not once but multiple times when they are open, lights on, people working and they will tell me when I get to the drive through thaf they are not taking orders.

I cant imagine this is something they are suppose to be doing and it is very irritating when my kids get excited and then this happens. If they aren't taking orders why are they open?

Charged twice for my order. waited 30 minutes for them to remake my order. After realizing that I was charged twice I brought it to the attention of the worker who then redirected me to another worker who said it's not her problem, she just works here!!

So I replied your not doimg your job. Upon leaving the store, a young guy comes out of taco bell and says "Stay of her dick, she got alot to do" and he continues to approach me in the parking lot as if to fight!

Just drove through store 026753 in South Elgin IL. A disaster! Ordered six Crunchy taco supremes (#1). When I got home tacos had NO tomatoes & NO sour cream! called the store & young man answered said he was the manager.

Explained what I have written above. He said if I bring it back he will make it right…told him I are it as I was not driving all the way back,. ORDER SHOULD HAVEE BEN CHECKED BFORE EVEN HANDED TO ME.

OBVIOUSLY ORDERS ARE NOT BEING MADE PROPERLY FROM THE START. not my first or second issue in the last three months there. AND THEY KNEW IT! OR SHOULD. HAVE AS THE MANAGER!

Food was horrible shells where hard and broken. Meat was just God awful. Portions where small so small it was like nothing was on it. I will never be back charge an arm and a leg for nothing worth eating.

The one in Sebring FL, never has any workers. The other day I wait 1 hour in line because the inside is always closed. I never have any problems with any other Taco Bell. As doordasher I lost money on the order I had to wait for.

All DoorDashers in this are don’t want to go to that Taco Bell, that one needs to be closed down.

Taco bell in mccalla, al. They really do need a new GM. There is no way in the world that a child should be allowed to come to work with their parent and be allowed to run through out the entire store risking getting himself hurt or burned. It's so unprofessional.

Your District Manager has been aware of this situation and yet nothing has been done about it. If nothing is done I will report this to whoever the owner or president of the company is. Imani needs to be fired she creates nothing but a unsafe environment for her son, but I guess you all will not be satisfied until you all are hit with a lawsuit.

So many customers have complained about this and some even have pictures. Of her son and other kids running behind the counter and throughout the store. This is ridiculous.

We went to the Taco Bell in Butte Montana and had the most unreal and unbelievable experience ever. We went December 23 and wanted to grab a quick and yummy bite before we headed home (60 mile drive). I decided to use the lobby to place my order since the drive-through had a fairly long line and there was only one car in the parking lot which meant, or we thought it meant, the lobby wasn't busy and we'd get our food faster.

I went in and was able to place my order right away. I waited and waited for our food. My daughter texted me and asked what was taking so long since the drive through was moving quickly and why I had yet to come out with our food.

The store was at 6925 N Wayne rd Westland Mi 48185 The menu has taken out the enchirito in my opinion 1 of the best you used to have along with the Mexican Pizza which is still on your menu but this isn't the Mexican pizza it tasted like dog food and I'm being polite.

I paid nearly $28 for 3 Mexican pizzas and 3 soft and 1 crunchy toce what the heck is that and On top of that neither my wife or I could stomach this garbage worst TB I've ever had and if it had not been 1 degree outside with wind chill to -30 below zero I would of taken it right back for a full refund.

It was all that bad. One other item the order taker asked if we wanted toco sauce I said yes enough for both of us and each item. We got ZERO. HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT. I DONT SEE AMY REASON TO EVER GO BACK

BOTTOM LINE: This Taco Bell is a lawsuit waiting to happen.

DETAILS: Taco Bell needs a serious overhaul and is OUT OF CONTROL. The food is terrible, the lobby is often CLOSED (extremely dirty on the rare occasion it is open), drive-thru is SLOW, NEVER provides all menu items, and has TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. The staff routinely ignores, makes fun of, and even laughs at customers who request service (see attached picture of Adriana laughing because she doesn't want to open the window, while wearing her bathrobe, at the Taco Bell drive-thu window). This location is single handedly ruining Taco Bells' brand, somebody's going to get sick, and the owners aren't doing anything. See the actual feedback at this location.

On 21 December on or about 0940 I placed an order at Taco Bell located on Clear creek road, Killeen TX 76549. After I pulled up to the window I honked at the lady to get attention. To let her know not to put ice on my drink because the window was closed.

The lady told me « don’t f honk a me « After she open the window to give ´me my food I asked her what she said she repeated « I say don’t f honk me. « then close the door.

I ordered a nacho bell grande and the chips tastes stale and old. I called the local restaurant that I ordered from and they said they could reissue a reorder. I politely asked for the name of the manager I was speaking to, and she told me no that she doesn't give her name out over the phone.

I just went through the Taco Bell drive thru at 329 Main St. E. in Kingsville, Ont. Store #946014. I ordered a #3 combo, 1 hard, 1 soft, supreme the fries. I also ordered a beef burrito supreme. The worker asked me if I wanted any hot or mild sauce with my order.

I told her yes please, could I get 6 hot sauces. She told me I could get one sauce for each item ordered, and if I wanted more I would have to pay for them. I have been a patron of Taco Bell for a very long time.

I usually go to the Taco Bell on Dougall Rd. in Windsor. This is the first time I have ever been told I must buy the sauce. Do you think 1 sauce is enough for a fries supreme? When did you start charging for sauces?

This is not a good thing for business.

Manager of Newberry, SC location. Made verbal threats on FB about a complaint from a customer. Spoke I'll about people with special needs (400 wing is unit for special education at Newberry High school) the behavior cannot be tolerated by management personnel.

It's a bad look for your company as a whole. Threats by intimation, a complaint leading to retaliation is totally out of line! His behavior is unbecoming.

Gave me 3 regular soft tacos instead of supreme. Went back through and it took twice as long to get through two people in front of me. THEN didn't even have my correct meal ready, took the incorrect order, and I'm about 90% sure they just added the ingredients to make my tacos into Supreme..

upon getting home, our order was wrong, and we had no receipt. This was a new location we used due to our orders were usually wrong at our regular location. We love taco bell, but unhappy with the service in the last year.
