I ordered and paid for cinnamon twists. They were not in the bag. I did not notice until I got home. The taco was not wrapped well and tomatoes and lettuce fell out and were in bottom of bag.

Waited in line for 20 minutes to get 6 tacos. After waiting, my wife and I both got food poisoning. Also, the drink machine did not have CO2 attached and we were not told.
I arrived at the Taco Bell in Kankakee Illinois right off the interstate and when I got up to the window she told me she could not take orders I asked her why the reason was and she asked me to repeat what I said she said huh and I repeated it and asked her why she couldn't take orders and she hesitated and said because our systems down.
This has actually happened on several occasions at the same Taco Bell with the same manager on duty or drive-thru person I feel like they say that when they don't want to work because it happens a lot also they tell us that they can't take cash at the last second a lot.
I was stupid enough to place an order online and it was wrong twice I'm beyond angry, and there were and still are no tomatoes in either crunch wrap, I should have just cooked dinner!
On 1/2/2023 placed online order at the 6343 W Jefferson Blvd address in Fort Wayne, In. The Mexican pizza was missing when I got home. I called and spoke to the manager Nick and he said sorry a new employee left it in the warmer but that I could pick up another just let them know that Nick said so.
On 1/8/2023 when my husband went to get the replacement pizza along with additions items that he ordered a lady named Stephanie denied him. She was rude, dismissive and actually took an order while he was telling her about the issue.
He is not a confrontational person, but I do not mind engaging when the actions and attitude are unjustifiable. I called the store when he came home without it and he told me about his negative experience with her. As I tried to explain the problem to her she said…
The service we received was HORRIBLE!! To start off with while at the speaker outside LESTRICK (cashier's name) was rude. He definitely had an attitude. Then when he handed me the bag of food at the window, it was the wrong order.
I then went park and my mother went in with the food and receipt, stating that he gave us the wrong order. He then takes the SAME bag that my mother just brought back in that was the wrong order and brings it right back outside to a vehicle that was parked a few spots down from me.
He is definitely not customer service friendly, and in my opinion needs to find another job!!
The taco shells are way too much corn flavor takes away from the dish that I ordered unless I have a lot of sauce this was a very bad tasting lunch
I love Your food but they seem to put very little meat on the tacos and every thing else. They show the food busting out on the commercials but that is everything but true. I would go more often but I get tired of being short changed on the food. Thanks for listening.

Worst ran Taco Bell anywhere…. They say “only EXACT cash payment “ we’re only do door dash or mobile orders, we have no Mexican pizza, the lobby is CONSTANTLY locked , employees are rude and make up things….. like they’re changing shifts so they’re closed for “shift change” whoever owns this franchise is LOSING so much money and customers. Another Taco Bell in town is WAY better.
We went to supper at Taco Bell in Burnsville NC, to say the least they were very rude and so loud! The one running the register was so loud and more concerned about the customers at the counter i my self stood there till I was ready to leave and another lady and gentlemen as well before she even came towards the counter! They were like four that was more concerned about talking than working as far as I’m concerned they could be cleaning something or waiting on customers!
Horrible service, at three levels. Ordered on app, which is horrible for sending complaint, and ordered for pick up. Upon seeing at store doors locked and completely ignored by staff. Went through drive through, no answered speaker for at least 2 minutes, so go to window and told I print went to wrong restaurant.
After providing name and order number (which apparently they do not use) I was told they did know about me order until someone from the back said it would be ready in a few minutes and they would bring out to the curbside spot. Friday January 06 2023 my spouse and I visited the 550 King St N, Waterloo, ON N2L 5W6 location.
We had ordered a value box which came with the beef burrito, one taco, beef chalupa a fry and a drink with 6 additional soft tacos.
We got our food and sat down to start eating. My husband took a bite of one of his tacos and said something felt "off" so he opened it up and found what looked to be lettuce core inside... Worst customer service of any fast food place. They were extremely slow and rude taking my order, even though I was patient and friendly. Was given the wrong drink and when I went back and complained they yelled at me to get out of their drive through.

I am extreamly disappointed to hear so many stories of cashier's rounding up to the nearest dollar and giving what should have been customers change to the taco bell foundation. while I'm sure the foundation is great work, taking someone's change without their consent is just plain stealing.

Placed order online and was told to give name at speaker. Waited at least 10 minutes till I got to speaker to place order. I finally get to speaker and she couldn’t even understand what I was saying. I said online orders for Jamie.
She said what and what did I need. Again I said order for jamie and she went offline and then after a couple of minutes she said Pull forward. How did she know that was my order. She didn’t even say anything. Very rude and bad customer service. I go there at least three times a week. When we drove out the line was on the road to turn into drive thru.
They gave me food that I know had to be left over from their lunch service. It was awful! Cold, rubbery bean burrito. The beans had started to dry up inside the rubbery, hard tortilla. The Mexican pizza had been sitting quite a while too!
The Oakland, TN KFC/Taco Bell should either have new management and employees who know how to do their job, or close it down! This is not the only time it has happened and half the time, you can't order from both menu's, they are only serving one or the other.

Store 031130 shorted me one grilled cheese burrito cost before tax was $4.69. On my way from VA medical center in Hampton VA, I stopped at Taco Bell because I had not eaten. Time 4:11:22 pm. I was charged $17.42. 15 minutes towards home in Williamsburg, I discovered my grilled cheese burrito missing. I pulled over to call the store. The man on the phone asked me to come back to the store to get my burrito. I told him I was halfway home and doing so would put me 30 minutes plus time in line to get a replacement. No way was I dribbling back during rush hour. He then hung up on me.

I have always liked Taco Bell. I would get a big beef burrito with meat cheese and lettuce only. I would then get a couple of packets of mild sauce. Recently my husband and I stopped. They didn't have the burrito, but gave me what I requested.

I work for Door dash and had 2 terrible experiences. I went to the one off of parish and Carter road in Owensboro Kentucky and they handed my order that I was supposed to pick up to the wrong person.

My complaint has to do with the first assistant manager Jason at the taco bell in boonville mo. He does not deserve to be in a management position. He tried to fire me over an order I was poking fun at due to we were barried on our screens both sides he not only tried to fire me but screamed degrading comments and profanity at me loud enough it disrupted customers in the lobby.

I work for DoorDash, tried to pick up an order on 1/2/23 in Troy, Missouri, store lobby open but no one on front line, finally grabbed someone after 10 minutes, was told there were 2 orders ahead of me. 30 minutes later I finally got my order, multiple people waiting at counter with NO ONE even trying to wait on them.
Why is the lobby even open if they aren't going to wait on customers? DoorDash contractors just lose money going here, and I'll do my best to have that restaurant removed from DoorDash vendors.
The TB in Sebring and Avon Park Florida are the worse. You wait 45 min to an hour for your food. They never have any help, one cook and on cashier and they are as rude as it gets. They can’t keep help, must be management.
I’m a doordasher and I refuse to go to those stores. They have a rule that drives thru and lobby first, if and when it’s open, usually closed, and doordash orders are last, the people have already paid, it’s like doordash food doesn’t count, most dashers won’t go to these stores.

Out of roughly 100 mexican pizza's I have received probably 80 correct purchase because I always asked for extra beef, an additional .90 cents and extra Three-Cheese Blend, an additional .60 cents. That make it an additional $1.50/mexican pizza. That make is roughly $120.00 out of my pocket that you have received. In addition, I complain every single time that they are not putting the sauce(s) that I requested in the bag. Again, tonight, NO SAUCE. I pulled into palmetto Taco Bell 640 10th Street East palmetto Florida. There were employees out in the parking lot with the music very very loud dancing in the driveway I had to wait for them to move to get to a parking spot.
My wife was nervous about this and was scared to get out of the car. I went in to order my food I started the counter for at least 3 minutes with the manager and employees looking at me two or three times no acknowledgment.
I had to go over to the kiosk to order my food when it was ready they brought it upside down the counter turned the milk away still no acknowledgment. It's very sad to see what this company has come to looks like I'll just go next door to Wendy's from now on.

Every time I come here I always get a cup carrier. This time I was basically refused one. I asked multiple times to the employee and manager that were at the window. They proceeded to just hand me the drinks.
