I went in to ask for the cup of cheese that was left out of my bag. They said he cant have a cup of cheese we replaced with cheesy potatoes. So i left the store. I drive home to eat with my family only to find my burrito is missing.

I drive back to the store ask for my burrito. While the manager is making it there are words from behind the food line saying “all over a cup of cheese” This is very unprofessional and i had to drive all the way back home to eat cold food because of their mistake.

I am working 2 of 3 days away from my family and wanted to eat a hot meal with my family and taco bell made that unable to happen. Taco bell cold is not very good but missing time with my family for rude unprofessional customer service is way worse and i will not return to be treated this way again.

First of all, I'm not looking for a refund or any compensation. I go to Taco Bell frequently, but this time, the service was so bad that I had to tell someone. well, I did not get a receipt with my order.

I was asked if I wanted any taco sauce with my order. " I received no sauce at all. I live 5 miles from the restaurant but my tacos were cold and soggy when I got home. They weren't even completely wrapped.

I had to put them in a bowl to eat them. I did not order a taco salad. I also ordered a Mexican Pizza. It smelled burnt and all of the toppings were stuck to the top of the box because everything was smashed.

The location was on Rt 422 in Niles, Ohio. Maybe some more training is required.

They always seem to mess up my app orders. They always have closed even though the app says they're open. They never answer your complaints on the app area where they say customer service complaints. They never refund your money when they say they will.

They're just turning into a terrible customer service experience.

This is the SEVENTH ATTEMPT:

Went to local Taco Bell - there was NOBODY in front or behind us. Placed order on the ap while in parking lot. After processed we moved up to drive thru speaker; told that no order found & wait. Waited. Tried again - still no other cars there; still no order. Got out of ap then back in & discovered it went to a store over 3 hours away. Told by staff to cancel order - ap wouldn't allow. Told to contact store where order is to cancel - they wouldn't answer. Local store said they would take another order & charge again. When I asked if they could call store we were told no & to either come back later or "Move over" - all while no other cars in line ahead or behind. Everything we ordered -2 hard tacos, 1 soft taco and a steak quesadilla - were all incorrectly made. After asking twice to make sure the tacos ahead only beef, cheese and lettuce and having been told yes both times they came out with sour cream and tomatoes on all of them.

The quesadilla was smothered in some kind of creamy spicy sauce that I’ve never had in there before. I called at least 5 times the same night and no one answered. I’ve never been so disappointed. My daughter is very picky so when she finally asked for something she would eat I was ecstatic then I get absolutely NOTHING she asked for.

We made an order using the online app which told us our order would be done at 6:47PM. We arrived at 7:00 and went inside to pick up and no one asked us for our order. After 10 minutes we got an employee to check if our order was ready and it was not.

We waited another 30 minutes before the order was received and we checked the contents and everything we asked for was made incorrectly. We had 2 tacos with lettuce and tomatoes when we asked for none. Our burritos had onions on them when we asked for none, my burrito wasn't grilled as asked.

When we told them the items were incorrect we were met with aggression and told we would have to wait again. We asked the clerk for a refund and were denied and told to use the app. The app doesn't have a refund option.

My family went to the Taco Bell in MInnesota in Plymouth - 16855 County Road 24. This food was terrible! The service was equally terrible.

First I asked if my order was complete when it was handed to me and I was assured it was. When I checked my order I had multiple items missing. I had to call the restaurant as their dining room is locked and ask for the remainder of my order.

Mind you I am standing outside in the cold.

Second is the fact that NONE of my tacos were supreme as ordered and paid for and they were the worst tacos I have ever seen. Photos attached. Management needs to set some standards at this location!!

I have so far lodged two complaints received coupons that manager complaining they are not corporate.I then go back I know stupid have dairy allergy and got cheese when they were told not too.I go tonight and I will never enter another Taco Bell ever it was old and gross.

I am upset and have been a loyal longtime customer. Why is Taco Bell making the customer order quesadilla online only . Since when is this an a item that is not available in the drive thru . The staff at the concord location in nc think this is a funny gesture .

No other Taco Bell are asking the customer to order this item online only . I am not sure if this is an joke but I am hoping this can be resolved or at least explain to me why the sudden change .

The food was not made right. I did not have any sauce at all in my steak quesadilla and two of the pieces had nothing in them at all and the remainder pieces barely had any meat. Then I had the cinnabons aswell that were completely dry and didn't have the cream filling.

My last complaint but not least I ordered a few of the rice and beans and was only given beans by themselves. I am not sure why I can never go to taco bell and actually receive the correct food, made correctly,and at a decent price.

it just ain't right because I love taco bell but I can barely ever go because of the prices and it seems to never fail anymore that they just can't get their job right .

Of course, you can tell by their overall writing that Taco Bell completely sucks now. I went to one in Greensboro North Carolina on market Street and the manager instead of actually working, was just laughing with his other coworkers, while everybody else was waiting on their food then

when I was like hey how much longer because they couldn’t even take my order I had to make it on the kiosk because they said they didn’t have enough staff while the manager is just standing there not doing anything and then he says well I can kick you out like he has the authority to do sooo and of course nothing will come of this fucking complaint but I hope Taco Bell goes out a goddamn business if you want to know the fucking truth.

I ordered 2 beef chalupa supreme and they barely had any meat or sour cream and they were just thrown together, in fact when I opened them up when I returned home to eat, some of the lettuce tomato and cheese fell out. This taco bell will not be open long if this is the way they fill orders.

It was an absolute joke there was a total about 10 people sitting in line waiting to order not one person I don't think spoke English we all stood around waiting for a minimum of about 15 minutes people were actually making complaints and comments and yelling at people behind the counter they just stared at all of us sitting in the line waiting to order after 15 minutes about 6 of us left while they all stood back there and just stared at us

3343 SR 405 The taco bell at this location was the worse experience I've had at fast food in a long time. Lady taking orders was extremely rude. I placed my order and it took 17 minutes to get my food.

When I received my food there were problems with my food. I brought it up to the lady taking orders attention and she rolled her eyes and walked away. The other lady helped me fix my problem and didn't completely fix it either.

When she gave me the new taco she asked me is that goof enough? Very rude and extremely uncalled for. The food wasn't hardly warm and I got a melt and it wasn't a melt at all it was just a taco the cheese was still shredded and not melted in the slightest.

Very disappointed and I spent $13 on the meal...

Taco Bell 361 W Granada Blvd Ormond Beach ,Fl I wanted to write to file a complaint against the manager at the Taco Bell at the above location. The last time I came here, to pick up an order for GrubHub, he was sitting outside smoking, and there was a sign that said dining room closed.

I pulled up and asked him how long it would be closed and he was so rude. He said until I decide to open it. We got into a verbal confrontation because of he rudeness and he ended up calling me a bitch.

Today I came there to pick up a GrubHub order and again the dining room was closed, so I went to the window and he said it would be a little while. I asked him how long it would be, and he literally started yelling at me saying it takes as long as it takes.

I went to a new taco bell located at 13641 N Prasada Pkwy Surprise Az 85379, 1/14/23 at 610pm.

First on the drive thru menu a note was posted they didnt have any sodas or freezes. So how do you run out of something that comes with all meals??? Then I ordered a Mexican Pizza and the girl was very rude saying they couldnt make that.

When I finished ordering I pulled up to the window to pay and get the girls name and none of the employees were wearing name tags, which i believe is against company policy. I do know it was the girl working the window who was very rude and not apologetic.

She needs an attitude check with a manager.

Decided to visit a new Taco Bell in Clayton, NC - Hwy 42 East at the Flowers Shopping Center. Waited in drive through line for over 45 minutes. The only reason we didn’t leave we were trapped in the drive through line.

This is a manager issue. There are a lot of upset people. Your company needs to fix this store . Poorly handled !!!!!

This is the fourth time I have been to the Taco Bell location in Hampton Cove Alabama to purchase food. As I'm waiting to order my food I am told sorry we're closed and I'm not talking 2 minutes before closing 5 minutes before closing 30 minutes or more before closing I'm wasting my time to go to the store to give Taco Bell my business that's my time my gas that's worth money to me.

I should get recompensated for my time that was wasted my gas that was wasted attempting to go to your store to do business with Taco Bell

I went to KFC/TB on 1/13/23 at 5:39 pm and ordered a 2pc Combo white original with coleslaw and biscuit and another 2pc white crispy chicken only. I waited in the lobby for my order to be prepared. As I wait the staff was very unprofessional with their conversations (with profanity words used).

This staff member calls me up to advise that my order was ready. As I walk to up to the counter she asked me if I wanted ketchup and hot sauce, I responded yes I would. She stepped away from the counter to retrieve the condiments.

She handed my order to another staff member to give to me. I leave the restaurant , arrived home and see that my 2pc combo original white order was all dark meat. I called back up to the restaurant to advised them that my order was not correct.

Fort Valley Taco Bell is, by far, the worst I've ever experienced. As EMT's it hard enough to be able to eat at work. We went in on duty to grab food Togo. We ordered and paid on the kiosk and never received food because when I asked about it, the girl had handed our food out.

We had a call and had yo leave so we have no food and they didn't know how to refund his card. So, we are out that money as well. Yall need to close the whole dang store and start over.

The service at the Memphis Frayser Location 2183 Frayser Blvd Memphis TN. 38127@ 4:59 PM was horrible. The service at the Drive Thru was deplorable. I asked to speak with the manager I was met with opposition, the staff used cursed and used all sorts of profanities/obscenities it was quite disparaging.

This is a complaint in Tulsa, Ok. you have as store here on 51 st. that is the most disgusting, dirty & people working there that are rude and look like they are on drugs. This has been going on for some time now. I'm a white Sr.

and the people that you have working there you can tell they don't like older people white people. I did walk out of your store afraid that they might put something in my food. You people have a real problem in this store and it need to be looked into before someone get food poison.

The Mount Vernon Missouri store is awful. About 50% of the time their computer system is down and they can't take orders. Sometimes they tell you they can serve you if you come inside and order at the kiosk. If you can't do better than that just close it permanently.

When it is open they are the slowest service in town.

Employee working cash register kept my debit card until my order was ready. Did not respond to me honking my horn. Did not give me a receipt. Checked my account and saw there was an extra $20 and some change charge.

Went back to store and spoke with the manager. She said the guy told her he only swiped it once.. I clearly showed her two transactions in my account. Her response was what do you want me to do about it.

I said refund me my money. She said take it up with your bank. HORRIBLE Manager at the 2700 S Orlando store in Sanford Florida. This is called theft.

On the afternoon of January 11, 2023, I stopped at the Taco Bell in Hobe Sound, Florida. My wife and I were the only customers. The first impression was how dirty the dining/preparation area's were.

Specifically, tables un-bussed, drink machine trough drain with trash floating almost overflowing and dirty floors. The preparation area had food/cheese over most of the floor posing, at minimum, a safety issue. We made a food order but, since we were "walk-in's" and after observing the mess of a dining area, we agreed to eat in our car.

When our order arrived, it was tossed on the counter with a "there you go". Upon opening the bag, the result of that "toss" was evident with contents on everything. Further, the order was incorrect. I asked to see the manager.

I'm a DoorDasher in Firestone Co. Had a pickup at Taco Bell, 3838 hwy 119, 1/11/23, approx 8:30am. I went to drive thru bc doors were locked, I pulled the locked one apparently one was unlocked l didn't know. I was told to come inside when I pulled up to the window.

I asked if they would hand it to me, I was ignored.

Also it was snowing, cold and wet. Lucy was the manager very rude when I came and grab my order, one small bag, 1 lg drink that they could have easily handed to me through the window.

I went through the drive though at the taco bell in Fairview heights,IL at 11:40pm and they said were closed. They are suppose to close at 12:00am. I would understand more so if it was 11:50 or 11:55 but 20min before closing time is a bit early and equal to a loss of money for the company from my view point.

I always go to the Taco Bell on Springfield Ave in Champaign, IL. I always get one of the chicken products to go and prefer that to the steak ones. I am not exaggerating that 4 out of the last 6 times I have ordered the Double Chicken Grilled Cheese Burrito when I have gotten to my office or home and started eating I discovered that it was steak instead of chicken.

I haven't gone back even though I don't prefer the steak because I have been busy and didn't want to take the time to return to the restaurant. It is to the point that the next one I order I feel like I have to unwrap it while there and take a bite out of it to see which kind it is.

Ordered and substituted items from beef to chicken 1. Beef chalupa was given instead of blackbean chalupa 2. Beef quesarito was delivered instead of chicken quesarito How would i know if I recieved the correct order should i open every order and check for the same.

Having a peer carelessness and what will happen to me attitude destroyed my values to consider tacobell again.

Having to consume some items is against our beliefs and religious restrictions. Even Apologies doesn’t bring back what happened. I would like to proceed legally against this issue

I went to the Taco Bell ( 2288 E. Craig Rd, North Las Vegas,NV 89030 1/10/23 around 5:15 pm. I ordered the Mexican Pizza Combo and asked for onions. 46 and I gave the cashier $20. 46 !!! As I received my order I did not get my change from my $20 dollar bill ..

Ordered food and it was all bad. The cinnamon twists, chips and cheese, and soft shell tacos werent with the order. The tacos were thrown in a bag instead of being put in the party pack. All of the shells were broken.

The crunch wraps were put in the party pack box, they were all made wrong and burned. Not to mention there was an extra one that wasn't ordered. Went back to the store to get the crunch wraps remade and get the missing food.

I was yelled at and argued with by the person preparing food about the missing contents of the order and was repeatedly told that the crunch wraps were made correctly. They were not, I unwrapped them and showed the cashier who agreed it was incorrect.

I returned home to find that the order was STILL missing items and the crunch wraps were again made…

Just ordered a Taco Party Pack and 3 #6 Chalupa Combos. We asked when Alejandro handed us the sack if that was all of it and he replied "Yes". Got home to lots of hungry folks and only received 3 Chalupa's and 6 tacos.

Very disappointed in the service.

I placed an order on 12/30/22, and I have been trying to get my money back cause I didn't receive my order!!! My order number was 910818 and the card used ends with 9432. I ordered items using the taco bell app and I had it setup for delivery, the delivery driver said that he waited for them to give him the rest of my order I received cinnamon twists that I had canceled!!!

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated
