after a fair wait in drive thru.. then I added 2 bean and beef burritos to the order... normal for party pack.. I asked if the burritos were In the box and was told.. it was a very simple order so did not imagine I needed to...

but I was also not asked if I wanted sauce.. I had pulled forward not wanting to Hold up the line behind me.. and had not added the burritos I had asked for.... clikked 3 from the menu to speak to a manager and adter ringing 5 or 6 times. Was hung up on/disconnected.

Tried calling several times with these same results.... VERY upset at spending $24 plus only to get something we did not want and be told all I ordered was in the box. Being retired and on set income does not allow a lot of dining out or even fast food..

They made us wait for 20 minutes for an online order. We wanted to check if they got the food right after we got it and the cashier told us to move very rudely and aggressive. They forgot a large drink so I went up to the window to ask for it.

The 2 girls by the window got mad and said that we only had 2 drinks. I said no check again. She kept saying no you don’t I checked and she checked the order while saying this and realized she was mistaken.

She said “my fault” not even a proper apology. Then they both got mad because I was “interrupting” the other customer even though they didn’t say anything in the beginning. I told them to just get my drink and they did but they started to insult me for no reason.

Ordered food for delivery by Door Dash from Springfield Oregon location (Order # is 918959). There was no beverage delivered. We questioned Door Dash driver and he told us that when he picked order up he asked if there were any drinks and was told no.

I immediately called Taco Bell, a young woman answered the phone, I explained the problem and she told me to contact Door Dash. I told her that Door Dash made no error, staff at Taco Bell did, and she became very rude.

I asked to speak to Manager was told they were busy and hung up on me. Now I am just a little angry so I immediately called back and asked to speak to Manager who did not listen to my complaint (which at this time was the rude attitude of previous employee).

For a looong time, I got the Taco Bell taco salad. But it has ben discontinued for some time now. I find this bad, not only because, it seems to me, a place named Taco Bell would consider a taco salad as practically a signature piece, but also because, purely and simply, it was a very good salad and I enjoyed it.

I ask that you please reconsider and place it back in the menu. That would make me very happy. Please notice that I didn’t do anything childish, such as to threaten to quit going there, but I’m simply imploring you to return an, I believe, very good dish that was mistakenly removed from the menu.

I went to get my birthday reward at thr location in Berwyn, IL on Ogden Ave on Saturday 9:15pm. I went to the drive thru and the agent told me to make the order thru thr app. So I went ahead and selected the Baja Blast Freeze.

However, I saw that the location was for another area So I changed the location on my app and suddenly the rewards was deleted. So I went to the drive thru to explain the issue and the agents gave me a difficult time telling me in their own words, "too bad".

We cannot do anything about it. I explained to them that I took their suggestion to order thru thr app. I also told them I had no idea this was going to delete the rewards just because I changed the location.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Ordered my food and added truff sauce since the app had it as an option and I loved that sauce. They didn't have it. Said we couldn't have ordered it. 29 the "manager" only refunded the price of a side of creamy jalapeno sauce.

I went on the app to submit a complaint in order to get a full refund. 60 refund.

Horrible service. I stop here several times during week drive-thru. I am a corporate executive snd a good customer until now. I walked in and needed to go to bathroom since I had been on a drive . I was treated like a homeless person by 3 very rude people . Behind the counter.

The manager Lorraine was very rude . I said I was buying something but I needed to be let in bathroom. I was refused by three people. Did you know u ok could be sued for several things for this.

Lorraine manager was rude and just hid behind staff. I am talking to attorney my brother. Horrible service. The store is on Bandera Rd. In San Antonio. I never have this problem with the Medical center Taco bell which is where I live the Medical Center. You such totally.

I ordered on line and my order was completely messed up. Did not get my Cheesy Godita Crunch. Waited in drive thru for ten min before I was asked my order. Ask to pull forward so they didn't get into trouble for slow times at which I refused.

We had to take our order up once due to the fact that we ordered 4 just meat, cheese, sour cream and 3 only meat and cheese. The first 7 made was made with Lettuce on the tacos. And the remakes we only got to eat 2 a piece and we're so cold that I couldn't even eat them cold.

My wife and I only go out to eat every so often.

My last 3 trips in to yalls place to eat me and my kids n wife all our items were all wrapped in random stuff and wrong all the sides and contents were are wrong or missing. One we got 2 other people’s orders plus ours but not one thing was what we ordered. I go to my Dubois PA Taco Bell quite often, but today it was horrible my sandwich I ordered a quesadilla for breakfast. They told me after the fact that they had no eggs and it was cold. The cheese was an even Melted also forgot part of my order and my husband’s coffee was ice cold and he asked for hot coffee as I got the iced coffee and it was fine.

His hot coffee was cold.

Location 14127 state hwy 249 houston,tx Ticket # 2046 Asked for Gordita at driver threw when arriving at my job to eat order. I was given a crunchy taco in side a soft taco shell with just meat, lettuce and sauce.

This was not what I ordered. 72 for something I didn't order or like. There was no tomatoes or cheese on my food either. I am so disappointed in TACO BELL. 45 pm To get no answer phone rang until it would be picked up and hung up.

I was sitting in the parking lot at Taco Bell Farmington ,AR fixing to get out to place an order but I saw a customer walking out and what looked like the manager followed her yelling at her. I didn't hear the conversation inside the store but I know the customer just kept waving at her and the manager kept yelling at her still.

I don't believe that's good customer service regardless of the situation. I decided to go elsewhere for my order because I don't want to deal with rude employees. The weather is really bad in the parking lot was really icy.

Well yesterday I went to three different taco bell locations in waco tx. The first one was the chi a spring location. lobby which is like this always. The next one was the lacy Lakeview location. They refused to take my order inside and that I would have to use the kiosk to order my food AND I am sorry but that is not right it is your employees job to wait on your customer.

The last location was the valley mills location and I stood at the counter for 15 minutes wait to be waited on and never got someone to do that. So I left all 3 location and will never return to another taco bell.

I have ordered several times in Flemingsburg there are issues everytime I have ordered. 2 times missing food. 1 supreme chalupa and a chicken quesadilla. Ordered mexican pizza tonight. See attached. This is the exact way it was fixed. Have no clue if they burnt the beans or used black beans. Very little cheese. Very sloppy.

A little beef in middle of shell. Ordered a Gordita crunch also and shell was not grilled. I ordered a pepsi and got diet. Just wanting you to be aware of new store failure. Checked reviews. 3 of them. All 1 star.

1 family got sick after esting there.

We came to the taco bell on 13 mile, in warren MI & was charged the wrong amount for our order. We noticed the up charge when we got our receipt & handed a drink. No one working was able to cancel the transaction & we were told to return in the morning when their Mgr was in bc no one was trained to do a refund.

It finally was resolved after telling the worker that we both work & are not able to come back. My point is the staff should have been trained for such instances, or be able to call a Mgr for help or refer to a manual.

Also, lately we notice a general decline in service at all taco bell locations . Sorry to say, but you've lost 2 customers.

I've now did multiple website contact messages, and finally got someone on the phone for a gift card issue. They told me they cant refund the money or do anything for me, and I have to go back to where the card was purchased and take it up with them.

What happened was, I used the app, made a purchase, but the order failed, but it took the money from the gift card leaving me without the food. I'm not sure how going back to a grocery store where the GC was first bought and explain this to them will help any.

This was the second visit to this location where they messed up the order and the manager has been vial and cursed out either a staff member (visit 1) or a customer (visit 2) I did leave a voicemail and requested corporate call me back. I did ask for reimbursement and I would like to see some disciplinary action taken against this very volatile manager.

I feel so strongly about this situation that I will go back and record on a regular basis and upload to social media until this is rectified. Please have someone call me as soon as possible at 970-765-5247. Thank you.

I had an issue with two different Indianapolis, IN locations tonight. I believe both with a 46268 zip code. The first location off the crossroads of 86th Street and Zionsville Road, I arrived at 9pm all lights and drive through were on.

The sign on the building said open until 10pm, but I believe the bulletin sign said something later. Anyway there were workers inside, at least 2, one girl walking around, and a guy standing there scrolling through his phone. They completely ignored the drive through speaker, and didn’t even bother to speak to me at the window.

You advertise TACO BELL as a good place to eat, your ads are fraud, TACOS here in Dubuque, Iowa 52001, are nothing compared to your ADS. Tacos have very little meat. You might say there's maybe 1 Tablespoon of meat.

I have a family of 5 and had a pretty large order. Myself am vegan, so the two items I ordered I specifically asked for black beans and to add guacamole, NO CHEESE OR SOUR CREAM. I get home and am handing everyone’s food out and the two items that had special directions are covered in cheese, sour cream and MEAT! so I call them.

They tell me I can come back, which is all the way across town. So as my family eats their food, I’m driving back to get my food corrected. I show up and am completely treated as the bad guy, so I just ask for my money back.

No apology, no offering to make it right for having to drive all the way back there and I get a measly refund for my portion of food. I will never go to Taco Bell again!

I went to the one on Woodman n Airway a cpl nights ago, the service was horrible, and when I got home to get my food out of the bag, the soft taco wasn't even wrapped, it fell apart inside the bag . They half assed it.

The boy at the counter looked dirty, with piercings.. Handling peoples food, n then my soft taco was just thrown in the bag with the wrapper which wasn't even covering the taco. I won't be back. Not only does the food give you the craps, it tastes like Alpo.

79 for a soft taco, you gotta be kidding me.. 99 for a burrito supreme. You all can keep that garbage. SMH..

I ordered Taco Bell from door dash and and half my order was missing. My dasher had sent pictures at pick up and drop off so I know he dropped off what he was given and the bag was sealed.

I ordered chips and cheese, the service person asked me if I wanted to upgrade it to supreme, I said no (as I'm allergic to beef). I got home, got intoxicated, and then realized I received the supreme nachos, I checked my receipt and saw I did in fact pay for this.

I obviously couldn't eat it and could not go back to get it replaced, I had to throw it out. I sent in a complaint explaining the situation, they said they would send me compensation in the mail. 99 plus tax, so the $5 coupon doesn't even cover this), the coupon also says sorry on it making it obvious you got the coupon from placing a complaint.

To whom it may concern: I visited the Taco Bell in the Pasadena, Md area on Monday December 26, 2022 at approximately 8:30 p.m. I then stood there for almost 10 minutes before anyone decided to take my order. I then placed my order which came to $12 and some odd cents. I then went to pay the young gentleman with a $50 bill and he rudely rolled his eyes and told me he can't take my money. I asked why and he said because it wasn't his drawer. I asked him if he could please go get whose ever drawer it was because that's all I had. He went in the back of the store came back out and again rudely told me he is NOT taking my money and walked away. I was shocked and hurt.

2 to 3 times in any given week on west 3rd Bloomington Indiana. A few days ago I purchased a deluxe box meal and two orders of donuts I only received one which wouldn't be a big deal except the price of them and

also for the fact that it seems like I am almost always missing something and never complain but i had asked the girl in drive thru before I left she said yes i put them in your box. I drove to my job and only one pkg of two in box.

Hello. I ordered and paid for my food through DoorDash and at 11:30 pm when I went to get my food from the Taco Bell at 2935 Hancock expressway I was told that my food was given to someone else named Corey.

The woman then told me I needed to go get it from the driver who it was given to that was parked at the gas station down the street. I asked her to please remake my food instead because I was not approaching a strangers car and asking for my food.

I have went through several time lately and I specify over and over no sour cream. I am allergic to it. Luckily I looked tonight b4 I bit into it and was covered with sour cream. This could have been a dangerous mistake for me.
