horrible customer service supervisor was the rudest person and didn’t refund me money on Ian food that was wrong to begin with. Supervisor was like I’m not gonna lose my job, so it doesn’t matter if you leave me a bad review.Very rude and definitely not a supervisor like person.

Second time i went through drive through and staffs were laughing when he opened and shut the window after getting the money. Last time was a girl but the guy that was in drive through was same guy that helped last time cause they messed up on the order.

They laughed last time as well too and i think it doesn't look professional also rude towards the customers. What us costumers will think the worse laughing not with the drive threw window is open? Guys name is Tony, I think management needs to have a talk with those staffs at that taco bell.

I've never experienced this at any other taco bell, not just it happened once but 2 times and same guy looks even worse.

I wanted to file a complaint for the restaurant in prosser, wa. As I was just driving to the drive thru (9:15pm) I was notified they were closed but their sign says they close at 10pm. This isn’t the first, second, or third time I have been to this location before 10pm and they tell me it’s closed.

Another time that I went talk to them through the drive-through window. It was 9:20 and they refused to serve me. I work night shifts and this is the only time I can get good so I always try to make sure I’m there before 10pm.

This taco bell in fernley nv. To start with. The manager lady got to have better people skills. My order wasn't even close to what I order. And it was no big deal to her. Yes she did say sorry about.

But it was how she did it. No feeling I have to say I won't be back. Untill you get better people. The meat in the tacos wasn't cook all the way. You could see raw meat in it. And my burrito Supremes look nothing like the picture.

Wasn't like I used to have. Years ago it's don't taste as good as before you change it. I'm sorry but we will not be going back. It's so different . And it's not good anymore. I know I'm just one person but I had to let you know about your food . Use to be good.

Now I wouldn't feed it to my dogs.

Every time we go there now the steak quesadillas are 75% tortilla and less and less cheese and steak. I don’t want to pay for tortilla alone.

Also, almost every time we go there things are left out of our order. I called to let the manager know several things were left out of our order. The RDM offered to remake it and have us pick it up, but I had to ask her to take my name down.

She took my first name and didn’t let me continue with my last name. Very rude customer service.

My wife and I visited your Taco Bell tonight and we were told to use the kiosk. They didn’t want to use the register at the counter. The girl who was very nice and used the kiosk. I find it very poor to make people use the kiosks. You do need a person on the register. You are cost cutting by not having a register open. Took a long time to get our order.

Didn't notice until too late, but my soda was bland / the soda ratio was off. Almost clear soda rather than that usual teal. I called the store it came from and wasn't offered anything, but let them know they needed to fix it for their next guests!

Dont know if I can get a voucher or a free drink for my next order. Really unfortunate, I love Baja blast. All my food was excellent.

on the night of January 30th 2023 around the time of 11:14 to 11: 29pm I was denied service from an employee by the name of Leanne with whom works at the 1327 Austin highway, San Antonio TX 78209. I had arrived in a 26 footer budget box truck when Leanne told me the lobby was closed for walk in orders and recommended I walk around on foot to the drive-thru where she would take my order I did so

We live in Cape Coral, Florida and had a horrible experience at the Taco Bell on Pine Island Road.

First, despite having about 7 people working at the time, there was nobody at the counter so we had to use the kiosk. I get it if there's a staff shortage but there didn't appear to be. When they gave us our order, they didn't give us drink cups so we had to ask for those (yes, we ordered and paid for drinks).

Okay, that's minor but annoying.

Second, the tacos, burrito, and tostada item we ordered had so little beef, we literally just ate lettuce, sauce, and some cheese in a tortilla, for a total of $17.

Third (and worst), a child threw up next to us. Although the parents (in my opinion) should have at least offered to clean it up, they just informed the staff and left. We moved to…

My husband and I went to taco bell at 1406 Hershberger road NW Roanoke Virginia 24012 on the night of February 3rd. They were not friendly gave us food we did not order and had to pay for it. No napkins,straws or sauce.

Kaneohe location on Oahu. Tried to pick up order for customer for DoorDash. Waited 20 minutes, only to find out manager said customers order for Brandon O. went out already. After checking with Doordash, Brandon O. never got his order.

Also, how do I note or complain. Location of our Kaneohe Taco Bell combined with Pizza Hut is atrocious. I don't know how to explain. They were better off separate. Now when picking up pizza at Pizza Hut - you get trapped in parking lot due to Taco Bell drive through line. My friend drove there to get me $5 cravings box and they sold him a $19 box of tacos and burritos. When I called to get the mistake fixed they argued with me and told me I had to come back in the cold myself to fix the order when I told them I could not comeback because it was cold they hung up in my face. I went to get dinner tonight at the Carson location, the food was good and hot the service was good until I asked for hot sauce. The girl at the window slam the sauces into m hand that it bent my risk all the way back and hurt my hand so bad that it’s still hurting.

I told the girl hey you hurt my hand she said oh sorry ignored me and kept taking the drive thru orders. I’m so glad they have cameras so they can review the cameras and see how bad she slammed the sauces in my hand.

This happened today 6ishes in the evening my total paid was 47 dollars and for this treatment I did not deserve. I will file a complaint against the girl running the drive thru today and see what management and their corporate office has to say after they see the camera’s

First of all the order for my family which was only 3 of us took 30 minutes to make! I should have went to a Mexican restaurant. It also took the 30 minutes to get our drinks. The ordering system of do it yourself sucks!

As I sat and waited for the subpar food many others walked out because of the ordering system. The bathroom was atrocious!! I wouldn’t let my dog pee in there. Come on what happened to clean and fast and good?

45 order handed the guy 18 cash and told them to do the difference with my card. I got my receipt and realized they only charged me 13 cash and charged my card 20 the guy told me I only gave him 13 when I know what I handed him.

They only wanted to offer me free food didn't want to count the register down to check or nothing. Refused to check about my money shortage and I was shorted my drink for my combo and I got a cheesy Gordita combo and I was shorted a taco.

This location in Laurens SC pretty much has no sweet tea times I have gone there which is alot within a week and no black beans, customer service people are rude Go to eat inside the door be closed so have to go through drive thru, orders fiesta potatoes only orders and took 25 minutes to get that one bowl

Somebody needs to check out the Dayton Nevada Tacobell. Its the grossest thing ive seen. Soda machine always filthy, bathrooms dirty, floor sticky etc. This isnt a one time experience. Its been like this for awhile. Most employess stand around doing nothing.

And mobile order is a joke. Still have to wait 20+ mins even though they mark it ready. I really think someone from corporate needs to get on them. Thanks, Theresa

My son has been an employee at Taco Bell since January 2022. A few months after he started working a new GM took over, Renee. It has been nothing but issues since. Renee can't seem to get the schedule correct and would schedule my son on days that he's not available.

When my son approaches him about it, Renee says that my son needs to find coverage. Why should my son need to find coverage for a day that isn't even on his availability?! Whenever my son requests a day off and it is approved, Renee will still put him on that schedule for that day.

Ordered my food tonight in the drive thru got home and everything was cold cheese not melted and half cooked. Then I called the store in Moncks Corner SC and the lady was rude got the manager and basically said oh well cause I was upset with my order.

I spent 20dollars on food that was half cooked and it wasn't a big deal to the manager this is a problem won't be going back and will let everyone know of the poor customer service. I WORK HARD FOR MY MONEY AND DONT ACCEPT THIS KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I refuse to ever work there again. Its very dirty and no one wears gloves unless the ceo is there. the screaming and cussing at each other and customers is really bad. I worked only 2 days and was treated so poorly.

) This establishment has a one way in/out drive thru. With 4 cars ahead of and 2 behind me I proceeded to place my order. The young lady stated they were only accepting cash and I needed to come in if I had debit.

Location stop 11 and Madison in Indianapolis. I went through the drive thru Tue Jan 31 and ordered a chalupa meal, sub ground beef instead of chic. Got home and the meal was still made with chicken. Nbd other than my child refused to eat it.

We purchased a box of 12 soft tacos travelling from boston to Montreal, Canada so we made a stop in West Lebenon to go to Taco bell/KFC. We bought the tacos and we drove off on our way up Interstate 89.

We started to eat the taco's and noticed they had a very bad taste. The meat must have been sitting there for hours or not cooked well at all. We had to throw them out. We obviously didn't turn around to get a refund so i am asking you to see what you can do to compensate us for this bad experience.

We spent over 20 dollars USD for this box.

My boyfriend and i have been going to the First Avenue Taco Bell in Evansville Indiana for about 4 years now and we always use the online ordering through the app to make it easier on everyone. Though, sometimes when we come later in the night, there will be a group of girls working that are so disrespectful.

Not only are they disrespectful, they hardly even acknowledge you, they either forget something or mess up our order every time. We don’t get greeted at the order screen for a good 6-7 minutes before they finally ask if we need anything but they can’t accept cash.

I ordered a Mexican pizza and 3 tacos from the greeenville RI combined Taco Bell and KFC. I ordered KFC for the rest of my family. When my order was ready she yelled out my order like everything was in there.

15 minutes later I got home to find only 2 soft taco supreme. Half of my order was missingI called them several times with no answer and I finally got through and they basically told me they won’t honor my missing items with a receipt because I could’ve eaten it.

I have never been so insulted by a fast food employee They basically stole 7 dollars plus tax from me and I will never eat there again.

I stopped in your Lebanon Indiana Taco Bell . I stood at the front counter for 2-3 minutes waiting for someone to take my order.

Finally a young girl came up front to the counter and told me she couldn’t take my order and I had to use the kiosk. I had a special request order and couldn’t put it in the kiosk properly. I put the order in.

I went to the drive-through at Glenmont New York location. I ordered a nacho Bell grande. There was so much meat!! The dish was very heavy. There was so much meat it may have been four times the normal amount.

There were only eight chips. I did not enjoy my meal since I ran out of chips. I called this afternoon and spoke with Michael the shift manager. He hung up on me. I called back. I asked for Michael.

They put me on hold. I hung up after five minutes. Poor customer service. more training is needed in food preparation. I was not given a receipt.

I ordered online today 1/30/23 at 0814 1114 Woodbury Ave Council Bluffs IA , I then sat at the window waiting for someone to talk on the loud speaker, then I proceed to the window were I knocked on it until someone answered. I told her that I had an online order to pick up and she said they were not open yet, even though online and on their window it said they opened at 8 am.

The manager Brandon/Brennon was in the bathroom and wouldn't be out for awhile is what I was told. I was able to cancel my order and later when I called and talked to the manager he said that they do open at 8 am however he arrived late for work and that is why nothing was ready.

This experience was frustrating since I waited so long I was almost late to work. My order number was 933824

Today, January 30, at 2:34 p.m. (order #f839f8), we ordered 2 beef supreme burritos, and 2 nacho cheese DLT tacos. When we when to the drive-in window to pay, we couldn't believe the cost! It was $16.36 for two people!!!! We've been ordering tacos for the many decades we've lived here, and it would usually cost us about $10 for two people. We paid the price, because other cars were behind us, and we didn't want to wait in line to complain, and left.

Can't believe how expensive tacos have become...we won't be ordering from Taco Bell anymore. We could have ordered a Jr. Cheeseburger, Nuggets, Jr. Fries, and a drink from Wendy's! All for $4/$5 per person.

I know it costs more for everything today, but we won't be spending it at Taco Bell anymore!

Went through the Taco Bell drive-through ordered a family pack for 1099 got home in my account Taco Bell took out $24 tried to call them. They are not taking phone calls at this time. Try to call the customer service it directed me to the customer service hotline and then hung up, it is not right and I hope that this gets fixed my son went back up there to get it fixed.
