Hello, I placed a mobile order (order # 982142) on 2/11/23 at approximately 8:15PM at the Taco Bell located at 773 Boston Post Rd E, Marlborough, MA 01752. The app indicated that this location was open until 10PM and I had no problems placing my order.
When I arrived at this location at approximately 8:30 PM, the store was closed, with all lights off and no staff on the premises. Therefore I was unable to pick up my order. 29 for this order and would like my money refunded as I received no food or drink for this order.
